I always enjoy going to the Biltmore fashion park! The restaurants there are pretty awesome. I really like going to the Capitol Grille for their happy hour. It’s a wonderful happy hour and you have to check it out. You can get a New York strip steak sliced for you for $17 and a glass of wine for eight dollars. I also enjoy Zinburger and the Mexican restaurant there too! I hate that they closed Saxby Avenue because now that seemed to take a little air out of the sales. They really need to bring a Bloomingdale’s here! That would fit in nicely with this area! I can’t understand why Bloomingdale’s is not in the Arizona area because I love Bloomingdale’s. Anyway, I love the Biltmore. It’s always very festive and a really nice place to just walk around and people watch!

A few times a year my family meets at The Biltmore and we choose a restaurant and have a lovely family powwow. We went to Cheesecake Factory this time and it was excellent! We celebrated my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary (I know right?!🤯) and walked around the shops and enjoyed the atmosphere. They had misters on and the fountains running and it was very lovely, as it always is. It is under construction to become more seating friendly but it didn’t appear to cause any problems with people attending the center. Parking is always easy and it has always felt very safe and clean. Being a Phoenix native, I’ve been coming to this center for years and years, and I used to do commercial real estate across the way, I remember when they were building the pedestrian tunnel back in 2006, and the growth in the area is phenomenal. It feels like a mini downtown. As a real estate agent in greater Phoenix, I help a ton of relocation homebuyers and many come from larger cities, and they really enjoy the Biltmore area to get that feel of a mini City with the beauty of the mountains and the luxury of the Biltmore. I would highly recommend this area to anyone looking for that vibe or looking for something different than downtown Phoenix. 😊

Quaint shopping mall. Open spaces with water fountain and bench. Surrounded by cold mist spewing from the pipe installed at the front of the shops. Limited choices though. Wish there are more cafes and other quality establishments.

They charged me $139 to park my car. There were no “no parking” signs in sight. I still don’t understand why I was charged. Park at your own risk

Pretty setting 🌵✨, but feels a bit underwhelming. Several shops were empty or closing, and some staff seemed inattentive 😕. Parking is easy, and a few restaurants shine 🍝☕, but the luxury vibe doesn’t always match the reality. Good for a quick stroll, not a full shopping spree.

Biltmore Fashion Park is one of the most pleasant places to shop in Phoenix. The open-air layout, palm-lined 🌴 walkways, and beautifully landscaped courtyards create a relaxed, almost resort-like atmosphere that makes strolling between shops enjoyable. One of the most special features is the collection of mature ficus trees 🌳 that have been here since the 1960s. Their wide canopies provide generous shade, making the walkways surprisingly comfortable even during the summer months. The trees 🌳 give the entire center a sense of character and history that newer shopping centers simply don’t have. The mix of boutiques, restaurants, and cafés creates a lively yet comfortable environment, with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. A lovely destination for shopping 🛍️ , dining 🍽️🍷 , or simply spending a relaxed ☺️ afternoon.

Mercado de los Cielos serves as a large-scale indoor marketplace featuring a wide array of Hispanic-themed goods. Visitors can find diverse items including jewelry, home decor, and specialized apparel. While the expansive layout and lack of clear signage can be challenging to navigate, the facility provides ample parking and climate-controlled shopping conditions.

The complex houses numerous service providers, such as electronics repair and beauty salons, alongside a Mexican food court. Although some prices are elevated and language barriers may occur, the variety of unique products and specialized fragrance customization make it a notable destination in Phoenix.

This mercado is basically an indoor Downtown L.A. or Plaza México in Lynwood, CA. It’s a Hispanic swapmeet so expect a little bit of everything. There are two seating areas in case you munch on snacks or foods, a barbershop/beauty salon to doll up, and lots more. There are restrooms too in case it’s needed. A con is I felt it was somewhat overpriced (my opinion). The AC made it very comfortable to shop around so the walk was enjoyable.

Mercado de los Cielos is like a flee market with a Latin theme. This place has a variety of products and stores, ranging from jewelry and souvenirs to home decorations and quinceanera apparel. It even has a cozy Mexican food court with yummy food. Located at the Desert Sky Mall, it is bigger than it appears at first glance. I totally recommend this gem 💎!

I had no idea this place was this huge. This area is pretty much full of Mexican 🇲🇽 stores, services and restaurants all in one place. Candy stores, Barber shops, Electronics repair, Clothing stores, Paralegal services, etc… There’s is only one level and two entrance. There is no signage or diagram that shows what stores or services are located inside this facility. The layout is also somewhat confusing. There is no restrooms 🚻, unless you go to thier food area. There is plenty of parking 🅿️. The prices on most of the items and services are over the top 🤑. Also, many of these businesses don’t speak or understand any English which makes it difficult to purchase anything ☹️☹️.

A coworker of mine recommended checking out a small shop inside Desert Sky Mall on the west side, and I had no idea what I was walking into. What he did not explain is that inside the mall there is an entire section called Mercado de Los Cielos, which is basically a full Hispanic marketplace built into the mall itself. If you have ever been to Mexico, you know the vibe. It is not your typical big open mall with wide walkways and major brand stores. It feels more like a collection of small bodega style shops packed closely together, each one selling something different. It is busy, lively, a little congested, and full of character. You can find almost anything in there. I was specifically looking for a shop called Novedades Liz, or something close to that. It is a small store that sells PPE and work gear like safety vests, long sleeve high visibility shirts, and cotton hooded work shirts. They also sell travel bags, bridal accessories, and all kinds of random useful items. It felt like a one stop shop. There are tons of similar stores inside Mercado de Los Cielos offering comparable goods, plus jewelry shops and other specialty stores. What surprised me most is that Mercado de Los Cielos was actually busier than the main Desert Sky Mall itself. It honestly felt like stepping back in time. I have not seen an indoor mall that active in years. I do not come out this far into the west side often, so I had no idea this whole marketplace even existed. It was well worth the trip. I ended up buying a safety vest, a couple of long sleeve hooded cotton shirts, and a straw hat for work. The cotton shirts were a great find because most stores only carry polyester or synthetic materials, which I try to avoid since I have sensitive skin. There are also a ton of food options both inside Desert Sky Mall and within Mercado de Los Cielos. A lot of it is Hispanic food, but there are also African and Asian spots. I even noticed a Gus’s Pizzeria inside the mall. They make great pizza, subs, and burgers. I did not eat this time since I was just there for work gear, but there are plenty of choices if you go hungry. It is definitely a heavily Hispanic demographic, along with Black and other immigrant communities shopping there. It gives the mall a real authentic energy. Most of the shopkeepers were speaking Spanish and Mexican music was playing throughout the marketplace. I am Hispanic myself so it felt familiar and comfortable, but even if you are not, it is a cool cultural experience. There is also a cinema attached to Desert Sky Mall, I believe it is called America Cinemas. So if you want to catch a movie and relive that old school indoor mall vibe, you can do that too. If you are looking to save a few bucks, pick up work gear, grab some good food, or just experience something different from the typical corporate mall atmosphere, this place is worth checking out. It might be one of the last true old school indoor malls still alive in the Valley, especially on the west side, and Mercado de Los Cielos really gives it personality and life.

I came in for a cologne gift set for my nephew. Astrid helped me and was great! Every cologne suggestion she gave was on point. Not one bad suggestion. She was patient with me while I decided. Dealt with an exceptionally rude gentleman (40s-50s) who was working in the return section on 4/20/26 at 7:30 pm. Since he was the only worker on that side of the store I politely approached him and asked if we could use the dressing rooms on that side of the store. He scowled at me and asked why I was talking to him. I said that I’d like to try on a couple pieces of clothing if it was possible. He shoo’d me away with his hands and said “uh yeah I don’t do that so you’re just going to have to go somewhere else I do returns so go away” Seriously shocked. Won’t be returning.

Went to shop for a perfume today, the staff were so cold, customer service was just pathetic even after spending $300 they just threw my perfume into a plastic grocery bag and handed it to me. Excellent experience at Marshalls with 5 star customer service. I went in to buy a carry-on bag for travel. I had certain brands in mind as I had done my research. While they had an awesome selection of luggage, I still wasn’t finding a bag with TSA locks. Suddenly, the manager appeared and offered to help. I can’t remember his name as I believe it was unique and began with a D? He had glasses and was SO NICE. He said “We have Delseys!” I said, “Where? I don’t see any.” Within seconds he went to the back room and appeared with the EXACT carry-on I wanted from my online research for only $69.99!! He knew all about the bag features, the charger, the locks, etc. and was so knowledgeable and friendly I just loved this guy! I was about to go across the street to get the Delsey for $160.00, so thank you thank you for your service, knowledge, and for saving me $90.00! 😊 Store is always a pleasant experience at this location, but this gentleman was top notch!

My review today is about the bathrooms. I never have an issue with the store being stocked or anything. Plenty of employees to be found. But I came in at 930am. This is unacceptable for human use. And when you tell an employee they just say ok thanks for telling me.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Marshalls. The store itself was fine, but one female employee adriana completely ruined the experience. When I politely asked her where I could find where a department was she looked annoyed, sighed loudly, and acted like I was bothering her. Instead of helping, she gave a rude response and walked away before I could ask another question. Throughout my visit, I noticed her speaking negatively about customers to a coworker and making sarcastic comments within earshot of shoppers. At one point, she seemed more interested in being on her phone and chatting than doing her job. When I eventually checked out, she barely acknowledged me, didn’t greet me, and acted irritated the entire time. Customer service is a huge part of the shopping experience, and this employee’s attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I left the store frustrated and honestly considered not returning. Management should address this behavior because no customer should be treated this way.

Came in to check out some suits and dress shirts and noticed I was being followed around by a bigger, older, blonde lady, and a taller, lankier brunette, both white. They had the minority women behind the registers and in the back rooms. It was straight-up racial profiling. I was pegged as a potential thief the moment they caught onto my presence, and was treated as such the ENTIRE time. I could FEEL the gnarly, nasty, energetically racist vibes in my bones. It was quite vicious. That was my interpretation. From start to finish, the 15-20 minutes I spent inside this store were DEEPLY uncomfortable, humiliating, and rage-inducing. The slimmer, younger brunette was ALL over it, watching me like a HAWK, making it quite obvious, as if profiling me gave her job purpose. In-your-face, OVERT racism to the core. It filled me with DISGUST. It filled me with dark, viscous HATRED. What a cliche. I will not be back. Wretched, wretched times. Plus, they had a whole section covered in garbage bags.

Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps your frustration clear while still sounding professional and credible: I visited Nordstrom Rack during the Memorial Day sales and was really excited to shop the deals. I found a pair of shoes that appeared to be on sale, but once I got to the register, I was told they had been mis-tagged by $34.97. After waiting almost 10 minutes for a price check, an employee confirmed the shoes were incorrectly tagged and said they could not honor the price without speaking to a manager. When the manager, Tim, arrived, his approach immediately felt dismissive. He looked me up and down and simply asked, “What can I help you with?” I politely explained the situation and asked if there was any way they could honor the price or offer some type of accommodation since the mistake was on the store’s end. Unfortunately, he made no effort to help, offer a discount, or even show understanding. He just stated there was “nothing” he could do. Having worked in retail myself, I understand that managers often have flexibility in situations like this, whether that’s honoring a price, offering a partial discount, or at least attempting to provide good customer service. Mistakes happen, but customer service is what really matters afterward. Sadly, this experience left me disappointed and feeling dismissed as a customer. I think Tim, the manager should of addressed this differently.

Terrible experience. I returned 2 pants and 2 shirts, but because of a staff mistake, I had to waste my time going back to the store. Then they checked the cameras and accused me of not returning all 4 items. The staff even told me to check my house again, but I had already checked it four times before calling or even coming to the store. I feel so upset and insulted. Why would I lie about this? I have never reviewed or rated any store or anything before, even in the worst situations; this is my very first time because I feel so incredibly frustrated.

I really like shopping in T. J. Maxx stores in every country I visit, the prices are known to be good. This time the store was full of clothes thrown on the floor, the sales people impatiently, and when I arrived with a loaded cart at the checkout, I was horrified to see the line at the checkout, and how slowly the line moved. I simply gave up and left.

The Hispanic woman, that woks evening and weekend shifts, who’s is supposedly the manager is rude on a whole other level of rude. A classic example of someone on a power trip. She’s clearly annoyed by people that shop there often and God forbid you have a return. I was returning a pair of sunglasses and she tried to find any and every excuse under the sun not to take them back, even though they weren’t ever worn and had the purple tag attached with its original plastic, which is literally unremovable, unless you cut it off. She even called up a manager that was higher than her and that lady approved of the return and boy did that not sit well with the butch hispanic “manager”. A few weeks since then, she was serving me again (I should have skipped my turn and gone to someone professional and pleasant) and it was complete dead silence. No hello not a single word, like I’m not a person. Is this how you train your employees to act, TJmAxx?? If they don’t like certain customers for whatever the reason is in that head of theirs, they assume that they can treat loyal customers that spend their hard earned money in your stores with such disrespect? UPDATE: I’m not sure what it is you’d like to address for me, when the only people you should addressing anything with is your unprofessional, rude managers/employees.

Fantastic selection and awesome prices on quality outdoor pots! Gigantic glazed clay pots – had to ask for help moving and loading into car! Staff was very accommodating and gave full service with a smile!

I came here for the weekend to get shoes and some clothes for kids we found a few items not all but they have good selections but not that great it’s all luck I know it depends on when they re-stock the store. For the fitting room we have two people checking everything before they let us in like every one is stealing even though we have two items they act like we have 10 or 20 with us other than that everything is good. I recommend this location and it’s clean.

This Ross is horrible, from the employees to the fitting rooms and restroom. We went in to shop at this location. We use to love coming here but won’t after todays experience, I won’t be returning. The fitting room attend was very rude. The fitting rooms had boxes of merchandise on top of the stalls. That’s a major no no. The fitting rooms were very filthy with smears of who knows what, The mirrors were super dirty. I went to ask for a manager and the young guy was rude when I ask if there was a manager instead. He didn’t even look at me and just yup and pointer to the manager. The manager Ronnie told me that there wasn’t enough people to clean and the boxes were out up on stalls because the cleaning crew put them up there. She also mentioned that no one was tall enough to get them down. The restroom was disgusting and there was two soap dispensers with no soap. I wonder if even the employees wash their hands with no soap. Sick and dirty.

I like this one given it’s right beside goodwill. Parkings easy only thing is just like every other ross the lines always long n not too many employees. Fitting rooms are always closed so you gotta use the fitting rooms up front and since there’s only two it’s always taken or there’s a line for that too…

Stuf is unprofessional. Kids identical toys have different prices and they insist its correct based on how old they kept the item. Basically they put whatever price they want and don’t match if item found with lower pricing at the store. But if you find without pricetag they will match so it doesn’t make sense

My experience….was horrible! To start right when I walked in I got profiled and follow around the store first time ever being there. and then they called security over the loud system to come watch me and threatened to call the police. When I went to ask the lady a question she was rude and disrespectful. So I had to leave. When I was just trying to buy some shoes and underwear. How freaking insulting I will never be back!

Awesome placement of the Ross stickers, right in the shoe that I can’t fully get off and now the shoe will be sticky when I wear it

Nice store but while at the checkout cashier stated repeatedly that they didn’t need more workers as we’re fully staffed. Had to question why she said that when I saw her put the sign out before opening “Now Hiring”! Was it because we were standing there!! Not very professional in my eyesight

This store offers good prices but some staff (Alicia) make the experience unbearable. She possesses terrible customer service skills and lacks basic people skills. You are hurried in line and the next customer is called before you can put your change away and get your bags. If you’re so miserable at your job, please leave. You are making a good company look bad by you being a representation of the first impression of said company, unacceptable.

I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected at a business in my life. During my visit to this store, an employee openly called me a ‘border hopper’ in front of other people. It was disgusting, racist, degrading, and completely unacceptable behavior from someone representing a company that is supposed to treat customers with basic respect. No customer should ever have to experience this kind of discrimination while simply trying to shop. The fact that an employee felt comfortable making a racist comment like that says a lot about the environment being tolerated here. I left feeling embarrassed, angry, and honestly shocked that this still happens. I will never return to this location and I strongly encourage management to take this seriously before someone else is treated the same way. Racism should never be ignored or excused.

*ASHELY R.* 🙂‍↔️ has been my cashier more than once here- she is genuinely nice & kind. Was extra helpful today with a solo return I had. This is one of the closest Marshall’s to my house- unfortunately I’m let down in clearance or not – shoes in my size- 10.5/11.

I visited the store today 14th April and I was very insulted by the lack of professionalism from the dressing room attendant today. Her behavior was unacceptable and she lacked any proper etiquette for talking to customers. Thankfully, the store manager was very kind and apologized for the situation. I hope the store provides this employee with the necessary training to ensure other guests aren’t treated this way in the future.

Worst place ever! I have had now 3 bad experiences with this place so guess 3 strikes you out! The customer service is the worst no one wants to help or gives you attitude. Today walked in and security guy was pointing at the kids like they cant have their sucker which was in their mouth cuz they just got a haircut! Its called parenting the candy stays in the mouth and the trash in the trash we wanted one hair item but thats ok our bissiness was accepted at another place and the kids were allowed their small sucker. If he would have addressed it a little differently then you might have not got so much attitude back. They just kids and are respectful at that! I really do hope someone shuts them down soon lets bring in something with less attitude and ready to help you with your needs to our community!

I’ve been buying this biotin spray for my hair here. Only place where I can find it besides Amazon. Price is nearly the same. I just don’t have to wait for shipping even though I can get it overnight for cheap but still need that in door shopping. Because i also can find so so many press on for my fingernails. I’ve been trying to save money, and they have SO MUCH variety. Customer service is amazing as well.

This place has cool variety of clothes, prices ranging from $7-$75, but my only concern is the harassment I recieved and constantly having workers beside me “looking through the clothes” on the racks for no reason, solely because my cart was full with clothes, and when I went to go change my clothes on 11/28/2025, some lady who’s by the fitting rooms, kept giving me attitude and giving me a death stare because I wanted to try all my clothes. Not only that, I had two earrings I had purchased, and they didn’t put it in my bag, before I leave any clothing store, I know up my bags, I’ve never lost an item I’ve ever purchased from the store, and only that day, they made me pay for those earrings and they didn’t put them in the bag. They also falsely advertised the earrings prices as 99 cents for “clearance” and each set was like $2.99. I will go in the store hopefully today, and see what they will do about this situation.

Been coming here for 16 years but the last two years have only came if I absolutely needed it. I would spend over $300 a trip here to get my clothes and beauty products and would always have a nice welcome from the skinny Latino security guy he’d always greet me and my kids that I’ve brought in as babies as would the owner but the last few times I’ve gotten the rudest service from both. I greeted the security and he literally rolled his eyes and turned his face and also the owner looked and acted really annoyed to scan my items. After that I just come here if i absolutely have to. I prefer to just order all my items online. As a paying customer I’m not going to deal with grown adult attitudes.
