We had a fantastic experience at this bowling alley! The lanes were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Sharon was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The equipment worked perfectly, and there was plenty of space to relax and play other games in between games. Whether you’re going with family, friends, or for a special event, this is a great place to have a good time with or without kids. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back for another game soon!

We booked a pool table for an hour on Valentine’s Day, it was great! I was very surprised they weren’t busy with it being Valentine’s Day. We got 2 cocktails, 5 beers, and potato skins for $50, so not bad. Nice live DJ. Relaxed upscale atmosphere which is what I was looking for. One of the cocktails I ordered, the La gumar, I did not care for lol I usually like prosecco but it was kinda gross 😅the martini I ordered was fantastic tho!! I would definitely come back and maybe try the bowling next time

Awful customer service. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if customer service matters to you and you want to be treated fairly. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff came across as unprofessional, disorganized, and sloppy (if you know, you know!), and the overall experience and the way we were treated was incredibly disrespectful and they just couldn’t care less. Dismissed our group and seated groups who showed up after us way before us. They didn’t have the size shoes I needed cause they didn’t have any clean ones. Then proceeded to sit us at a section with a broken screen after we insisted from the start we would wait for one working properly and did not want that section!! Ended up requesting a refund and losing quality time with friends and family. These were no mistakes and the lack of professionalism and attention to detail made the experience unnecessarily frustrating, instead of feeling welcomed or valued as paying customers. For what you pay, you should be able to expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and competent service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. There are plenty of other places to bowl where your business will actually be appreciated. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend thinking twice before spending your money here.

Rolled into 810 Entertainment in Central City Phoenix super excited — first time breaking out my shiny new Pelican bowling ball case like a total pro. Big mistake. The lanes were bone-dry, turning my spare ball into a hooking maniac. I resorted to rubbing chicken wing grease on it just to survive — and honestly, those chicken wings and fries were legitimately delicious. The kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing; the food was a highlight and saved the night from total disaster. The string pins were comedy gold — the #3 pin had a full six-minute meltdown, flopping over on every reset until staff finally sauntered over and grudgingly added a few minutes back. The approaches were so filthy my new shoes looked like they’d stomped through a cow pasture, so I ditched them and bowled the rest of the night in my socks. They also only allowed our group two pitchers of beer at a time — real generous vibes. All that for some seriously steep hourly rates. Nice building, killer food… but the rest? Rough. Strong 1/10. Bring your own oil, beer, mop, and maybe a therapist. My Pelican case is filing for emotional damages.

So I got to say the atmosphere is top notch, great food and awesome upscale environment. However one thing to point out is if your looking for SERIOUS bowling this is not the place… the pins are attached to cords and the pin control system would routinely place too many pins back on the lane when your second turn would come up. Even though you could adjust your score manually there is no mechanism for fixing the pins, at one point the entire score system restarted and wasted about 10 minutes of our time and erased our current game. Over all the entire place is awesome as long as your bowling just for fun. Still give it five stars 💯

Lack of maintenance and sanitation. You will always find the bathrooms at this Main Event in the worst possible condition. This is not the first time I’ve visited this location and have encountered this situation. My family and I walked in at 530pm on a Saturday and after we entered, I used the women’s bathroom. It was shockingly dirty. Toilet paper everywhere, napkins everywhere, hair all over the sinks, etc. I actually just so happened to walk while an employee was in there actively trying to find a clean stall to use. I advised the bowling cashiers that the women’s bathroom needed attention. The male told me he’d “let a manager know”. 2 hours later, I walk in and there is no sign of anyone having attempted to clean. Before I left, I found a female at the bowling desk and she appeared to be a manager. I let her know the bathroom needed attention, and all she did was nod. No words were exchanged. No urgency. For as expensive as it is to play arcade games, ($29 for 150 points,) and $75 a playing hour for bowling, etc, I’d expect this place to have consistent janitors. Ridiculous. I don’t recommend giving this company your money.

This Main Event location is very nice looking, lots of fun activities to keep busy for hours. The food was good but with slow service and seemingly short staffed, it was often delayed (up to 40 minutes) and not quite hot. The staff was polite but at times unhelpful and management was needed to resolve what should have been routine issues. Overall, we’d give it another visit to see if this was an off day.

Didn’t try the food, only pink lemonade and fountain water, fountain water tastes great! Not weirdly stomach ache causing 😅. Pink lemonade was perfect. Staff was amazing and sweet. Only few machines were broken, only one ate my credit with no game. Overall I rate this a 4 out of 5! Just needs some more games and the credits on the games were a bit much

Great place for entertainment for every age. They have bowling, laser tag, obstacle course, pool tables, and video games. They also have a restaurant that serves great food and appetizers. Check their website for specials, we got a great package on-line.

We had an amazing experience at Main Event in Tempe, AZ, and I want to give a special shoutout to Evelyn Miles, our Event Planner! Evelyn was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, attentive, organized, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy and went above and beyond to make sure our event was successful and that our guests had a great time. What really stood out was Evelyn’s customer service and attention to detail. She genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of and was always willing to help make things happen. That level of service is hard to find! Our group had a wonderful time, and Evelyn played a huge part in making the experience so enjoyable. Main Event is extremely fortunate to have someone like Evelyn on their team. If you’re planning an event at Main Event Tempe, I highly recommend working with Evelyn. She will take great care of you! I was recently at Main Event in Avondale and had the best time!! We celebrated my friend’s birthday and the food was amazing! The staff were all super helpful and friendly, as well. We had the most amazing experience celebrating my daughter’s gender reveal! From start to finish, Event Manager Dwain and our server Elizabeth went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. Dwain was incredibly organized, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. His professionalism and dedication allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the celebration with our family and friends. Elizabeth provided exceptional customer service throughout the event. She was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She made sure our guests were well taken care of and helped create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you both for making my daughter’s gender reveal so memorable. Your outstanding service exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend this venue and especially Dwain and Elizabeth to anyone looking to host a special event. Five stars all the way!

A typical arcade and restaurant venue, with a wide selection of classic and new arcade games. Great for parties and family outings. I’ll note that it is expensive. I was with a party of 3. We spent $90 on just tokens. All the games required 8-ish tokens. The prizes were all overpriced junk like a 99 credit whoopie cushion or a 300 credit mini 3d print animal. One of the attractions was a human prize crane! That looked fun but the prizes were inflatables. I didn’t check price but I am super sure I would have balked at it. Not worth reaching out to grab a $5 inflatable

Great place to come eat and play the games. I came here just to bring the kids and ended up playing for a couple of hours myself. My wife ordered food and drinks for all of us and I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting some trashy bar food but instead the actually made great food. I recommend coming here before 8pm because thats the sweet spot. After 8pm it does fill up, especially during the weekend. Overall five stars!

5/5 Stars! had to drag my friends to Main Event for their first visit, but Alex completely changed their minds! The service was absolutely amazing. Alex took such good care of us that my friend group went from being hesitant to wanting to visit every single week. Highly recommend this location, and make sure to look out for Alex!

We recently hosted my daughter’s graduation party at Main Event Entertainment and the experience was absolutely epic. A huge thank you to Kelly, Kathleen, and the entire staff for making everything run so smoothly. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. We had a party of 18, and the team was extremely accommodating and flexible when we needed to adjust our time. They made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable for both our local guests and family members who flew in from out of state. Between the games, activities, food, and atmosphere, this is hands down one of the best entertainment venues in Arizona. There’s something for everyone to enjoy. I’ll definitely be scheduling future birthdays, corporate events, and family nights here again. Thank you again for creating such an amazing and memorable experience for my family and me!

Took the family out to Main Event to celebrate my son’s birthday, first time visiting, party of 5, ready to have a good time! We walked in and saw signs everywhere saying “Wait to be seated by a server.” Cool, no problem. We waited… and waited… two whole minutes before we had to flag someone down ourselves. Not the welcome we were hoping for. Once we got seated, our server was just kind of there didn’t ask if it was our first time, didn’t suggest anything on the menu, Nothing. Now shoutout to the chef because the food was actually good, that part delivered. But the drinks? Expensive for what they were. And I’m 30 years old, I know what a mixed drink is supposed to taste like. These weren’t it. Brought it up to the manager hoping for some accountability… and got nothing useful.

Decent bowling place in North Phoenix They had decent food good drinks not too pricey friendly staff. Lots of bowling lanes. Very nice. I hadn’t bowled in a while. Shoe sizes. Go up to 18. That’s helpful. They had karaoke, and even the customers were pretty friendly. Everyone was pretty happy. It was a good Saturday night for me and my girl.

Thee best people ever !!!! Amazing lanes ! Amazing service !!!! Literally spent a day here . When I throw i throw hard. Treated me Amazingly all day ! Have the coolest little spots to get away from the noise if you need to. Have whole bar areas you could rent and reserve for any type of event ! There regulars are awesome! And the workers love who they work for which speaks volumes ! Dont live here but will fly back to come here again !

My kids and I visited this bowling alley on June 12, 2026 for the very first time. They had a great time bowling and walking around the bowling alley. The staff were professional and helpful, and it was extremely clean. We plan to take them back before the summer ends.

Great place to get the kids out of the house. Always a fun time. Only complaints is if you don’t take advantage of their summer deals for the kids; it is ridiculously expensive to play. I get the that the economy is what it is but its difficult to justify a one time trip of 4 people for $100. This is the gripes of the poor. I love this place though, nicely tucked away in Sunnyslope.

Got a Groupon deal for $72 we got bowling for 6 people, 2 hours, free shoes and a $10 food credit. The place was nice. They have a lot of lanes. We had a great family time.

We were here for the re grand opening we had so much fun the food was good. The bathroom were clean the lanes were clean . I love the new ball scheme. The dj played great music from every background. Definitely will come again. Check out our pics.

We had such an amazing night out at Bowlero Christown! We made a reservation the night prior and were greeted with a welcome sign and Sophia ready to take our order! She provided timely, attentive, and fun service throughout the night. The setting and songs were elite. When we were ready to cash out, Jaz (possibly the manager) came to say goodbye with a gift of two free hours for our next visit. We were shocked and delighted by the attention to detail and service! This will be our only bowling spot from here on out, and probably my next birthday party as well! Thank you so much ladies for a great night out!

I’m so glad I came to this location. They are currently remodeling their lanes so it looks a bit messy but only in one section. The manager, Jess (I think) told me that they were getting string pins installed. Everything else looked amazing. I also got to try them out and I love them. Little wait time and no issues. Our server, Bre, was super sweet and another girl ( I think her name was Kylie), they were so helpful with helping with our names and the bumpers. And shout out to the guy who was clearing off our dishes and making sure we had a clean table😊😊 Will definitely be returning

The new Lucky Strike and their team are awesome. We celebrated a kid birthday and everything was so smooth and better than expected – from reservation planning to clean up at the end. Jasmine, Josh, Brianna, and April went above and beyond to ensure that we got the most out of our evening and the birthday girl had a great time. We’ll be back!

Wonderful staff and management. Tasty food and drink. Great daytime bowling prices. We came on Father’s Day and had a terrific time as a family. Every member of their staff was lovely to interact with. We felt welcome there and are excited to go back soon!

I go here all the time (almost every day most weeks). The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is surprisingly good, and there’s a pretty good-sized arcade with a good mix of prize games, skill games, and video games. It’s definitely an entertainment venue, though: the lanes are usually super dry, and it’s pretty much always set up for cosmic-style bowling. If you want somewhere to socialize and have some fun out of the heat, though, this is a great place. This is a super family-friendly location, too.

We had such a great Birthday Party. Ryan was great making sure that I got the right package. Nathan welcomed us very well and explained everything clearly. He was checking to ensure I have everything I need for the party. Girl who was serving us did so great. Everyone enjoyed the party. The whole set up was wonderful as planned. I highly recommend this place.

This place is so fun great time to have with family friends and date night. It is pretty expensive though, but it’s worth it.

Wonderful staff and service. It’s a super fun place to go and bowl. I’m a league bowler for 30 plus years and it took me 2 times to realize there were no racks. 🤣 As an avid bowler, the string pins are no issue and no sliding pin waits.

We had my son’s birthday celebration at Lucky Strike last night and had such a great experience! The manager was absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in. He knew exactly who we were, was incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of throughout the night. His hospitality really stood out and made our evening so much more enjoyable!

Lucky Strike Scottsdale has a great atmosphere with a fun, energetic vibe. The arcade has a nice variety of games, and I really liked the lighting around the lanes, it creates a cool ambiance without feeling overwhelming. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and even the bathrooms are well maintained, which is always appreciated. The summer pass is an incredible value and made it easy to visit multiple times throughout the season. It’s definitely something I’ll be purchasing again next year. The downside was the food. While there are plenty of menu options, the quality didn’t quite match the prices. For what you’re paying, I expected the food to be better. Overall, it’s a great place to bowl, play games, and spend time with friends and family. I’ll definitely be back, especially with the summer pass.

Bartender Natasha will charge you for drink you never had and won’t correct it until you mention it. Then she’ll charge your card two other times trying to figure it out. We bought 2 single drink and 2 doubles as a couple. She charged us for 5 of EACH. First of all, you should never serve someone that much liquor individually. Second, that’s not what we ordered…. Not even close… then she has the audacity to say “there’s a lot going on” as there’s NO leagues, most lanes are empty, and we’re the only people at the bar….

Friendly staff. Got help immediately when needed. Once the server came he was polite and helped make sure we had what we needed. Pretty clean. Could have checked in more, but overall it was a good experience for someone here from another state on vacation.

Service was great. Food was just ok but I feel like that’s to be expected from a bowling alley. The lane had an issue but they fixed that almost immediately for us. Well definitely come back here and bring more family members next time.

Lost me. Everything was fine until we went to get some food and drinks. Employee was awful. Super rude and kept putting in wrong information. Absolutely killing the vibe. Was about to charge one of our friends for a hotdog. Employee put in 2 hotdogs when our friend specifically stated 1 hotdog. Not 2. 1

Awesome staff, especially Jason! So friendly! We bowl at this location on a regular basis and bring the grandchildren too. We are starting on a league in August, can’t wait. Jason has always been so nice and friendly, he always makes the grandchildren laugh!

Let me start by saying we only came to this location due to Vanessa one of the Managers. We have the summer pass and spent out summer last year at her other location and followed her here. This place is right across the street from our house but we are always willing to travel for good service and to support a great employee. Now, unfortunately for us since Vanessa is a manger, she can not wait on us as this seems to be an issue at this location. We have been here 4 times in the past 2 weeks and we never get service or we are not asked if we would like anything until we are on our last game. Sadly others around us are asked often and even before us when they arrive after us. Looks like we will have to go back to the other location if we want to take full advantage of our summer passes and enjoy a beverage or meal.

Hard workers. Always seems a little short staffed due to call outs. Feel sorry for the manager. You realy need to open up earlier during the week over summer. I think you’d get more interest in the summer pass. Food always very good.

I had my daughter’s 10th birthday here. We purchased the birthday package, and to our surprise, the way they set up everything when the food and drinks came out was great. We expected just to have a pizza placed on the table next to the bowling couches, but they did it in a unique way, with a birthday sign and everything laid out. It was a great place to have a birthday party. The hospitality was also excellent; it felt like they truly cared. We will definitely consider having another party event here or coming to bowl on a regular night out.

We had a Groupon for 6 people to bowl. They were short staffed so one person was running the desk, bar, and grill. We couldn’t order food, a back lane mechanic was kind enough to give us shoes, and drinks took a long time to get and even then they were out of ingredients to make their advertised signature drinks. We had not even finished one game when we were asked to leave 45 minutes before league bowling started so they could get “ready”. Our compensation was a coupon for 2 people (not 6) unlimited bowling and an apology. Our group were family members who came from other states and cities to spend this one afternoon together. We hadn’t been together in a long time and it’s going to be a while before we’re all in Phoenix again; however; when we do meet up again we will NOT be going back to this establishment.

The place is really clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Came on Saturday afternoon and was able to get a lane quickly. My four year old was given some arcade cards to use which was very nice. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because our lane was acting weird not dropping pins or dropping them with some falling down. My 4 year old got a strike when she didn’t even bowl. Maybe I am bitter I lost to a toddler but the machines need some fixing. Other than that I would highly recommend to anyone who wants some quality family fun that everyone can enjoy! And don’t forget the delicious bowling alley french fries! Yummy

Had a GREAT time at Champagne Lanes last night! The vibe was great, packed, busy, but the staff still made sure everyone was taken care of. I definitely wanted to shout out one of their security guards! Alex (Mexican guy, tatted, hat backwards). Super cool dude and SUPER professional! Went above and beyond for my group to the point that he personally made sure my entire group got waters at the end of our night to sober up, and even throughout the night he kept checking in on us to make sure we were good. With how crowded it was, that level of attention and professionalism really stood out. Definitely made us feel secure, welcomed, and taken care of the entire night. Champagne Lanes needs more employees like him! top tier forsure! Definitely coming back again. Great experience overall!

The decor is probably the coolest andmost original of any nitelife locationin the Phoenix area. There’s a photo booth, and the staff does their best. That said, the drinks were AWFUL. I tried the Roku – it just tasted cheap and sweet. Then, I decided to get a simple Margherita: how do you mess that up? They did. It tasted like they put a pound of sugar in it. Clearly, they’re trying to appeal to a crowd that, having barely turned 21 ( judging from all the selfies we observed)., still needs their alcohol to evoke Hawaiian punch. Also, the duck pin bowling is $15 per person AN HOUR. I could understand $30 bucks an hour, but almost $50 to play glorified skeetball?

Cute place! The food wasn’t bad, and the drinks were nice. They have the poor bartender doing the jobs of about 4 people, bussing tables, waiting tables, making drinks, and more. I never received cutlery or a napkin with my meal and getting a chance to order took over 10 minutes. It has a great vibe and the bowling looks fun, just don’t expect prompt service!

Great spot to spend a lazy afternoon near Roosevelt Row. I love the decor, it’s whimsical and fun. They have a great drink menu, I had sparkling wine and my husband had some cocktails. Service was terrific. We didn’t bowl or eat there, but the menu looks like Asian fusion and delicious. All bowling Lanes were used, so probably need to reserve ahead of time. They have a pool table as well.

I didn’t like any of the food but the drinks were fun. Mainly just didn’t have much flavor. Many of the guests seemed to like the sushi though. The lanes are small but very clean. Had a ton of fun and had no problems with setting up my customization for my group! Staff were attentive and nice. Willing to make custom drinks even non alcoholic. One thing is that when the place is super busy it’s really hard to have a conversation, especially by the bar. We didn’t have any chairs at the bar so we all had to stand.

Like the music, the drinks are sweet, I’m a plain jane so modelo is perfect. But only 2 lanes open out of 6? on a Saturday? There’s 8 of us .. kind of lame for someplace with “lanes” in their name. Also, no I am not trying to be in a waitlist of 2 lanes ………

We went there for Drag brunch, itbwas fun. Drinking, bowling, food, it’s a great time for everyone. The food was good, but the drinks are better. We saw a lot of different group’s there with birthdays or anniversaries or just people having a party. Come prepared to tip the dancers because they dance a lot, we ran out of small bills quickly.

Harkens, the movie theater has created a main event center with arcade games. Bowling, even a small restaurant and bar area. And in the restaurant area, you have movie sized screens to watch your sports shows over the bowling and all around the room. You have large screens showing movie previews. The noise level was low for the type of business. It is, they have great sound dampening wall. Hangings in place that help maintain a quiet atmosphere. So the noise from one area doesn’t bleed too much into the next area. I think this is a really good place for a party or corporate get together. So

I really enjoyed our time here! As soon as you come in there is a customer check in. You can load a game card, go bowling or reserve a dart lane. We played games, dined in & reserved a dart lane last since it was the most busy when we arrived. The food was okay but typical for eat & play places like such. The games are a bit on the higher end as far as price, some are 10+ credits per game. Overall it was an enjoyable experience for adults & kids as young as 5. Out of all the things I liked about the place, my highlight is that their family restroom has a full size changing table! With a child that requires a changer & has outgrown the baby change this is will always be a big plus for me. I’ll always choose a place that includes this feature for my child over a place that does not. Can’t wait to be back soon! Also, you can use your harkins rewards # for points so don’t forget to include that when playing for anything.

I’ve been here 5 times over the last 6 months and I’m so impressed with the whole place! Tonight’s dinner service was the busiest I’ve ever seen it, but all the staff worked together to make sure we were taken care of. The professionalism is honestly better or comparable than some fine dining restaurants I’ve been to. Special shout out to Jacob for going above and beyond tonight taking care of my son and I!

Went on a Tuesday night and it was a little slow as you would expect. We sat in the restaurant area and got quick and excellent service by a couple of employees. They have one of the biggest screens I’ve ever seen and several TVs on either side of it! It was later in the evening, and they had some nice beer and appetizer specials. Nice array of tap beers! Food was good! We will definitely come back!

Our business association hosted a holiday party here and everything was so organized, well prepared and easy! The staff was AMAZING and I especially want to shout out Jeremy, Jazmin, JT and Collins. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We received so many compliments about the food from attendees. The vibe was very cool and felt high end despite being more of an entertainment venue. This is a great space to hold private events! Highly recommend.
