Took my truck to Half Price Auto Repair and had a great experience. They were honest, explained everything clearly, and actually cared about helping me instead of just trying to sell me stuff. Fair pricing, great communication, and they treated me like a person, not just another customer. Definitely recommend them if you want people who genuinely care and do good work

I had such a great experience with this shop and felt like I had to share. After getting a really high quote from Big O Tires, I was honestly feeling discouraged and unsure of what to do next. This shop completely changed that for me. They replaced my control arms, did an alignment, installed new rotors and brake pads, replaced my links, and took care of my outer tie rods—all at a fair and reasonable price. What really stood out though was the customer service. The gentleman who helped me, Tomas, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every single question I had—no matter how small or “silly” I thought it was. He made sure I understood what was being done and why, which gave me so much peace of mind. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but I definitely found one here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest work, fair pricing, and people who genuinely care.

Had my car sent there when it broke down, told me it needed 3,000 worth of repairs. I financed 1,600 with one of the companies they mentioned. Credit isn’t good so all together I would be paying them back 3,800. I got my car back from them and took it straight to emissions. Like I said I told them I don’t want to pay all that unless it’ll pass. It failed emissions. Then stopped running the next day. Now I’m in debt with a car that won’t even run. All because they want to lie. They told me it WILL PASS EMISSIONS after the repair. No they just wanted to scam me. Go somewhere else.

Took my car and girlfriend car here for an oil change. They did a great job had us in and out in less than two hours. I also bought the Groupon so it was a good price. They also did an inspection but didn’t try to upsell us which I can appreciate.

Very bad experience with this shop. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, they did not keep their word or follow through on what was promised. I’m very disappointed with how everything was handled and would not recommend this shop based on my experience. UPDATE; the people from this shop are continuously calling me to make me take down the post, after they came to an agreement with me and then ended up changing the plan. I will report them to the BBB and have them open a formal investigation regarding this. They are very unprofessional. $740 is the dealership estimate since they did not want to repair what I initially went in for which was an alignment that cost me 100ish$ ended up paying $740 because of the incorrect work they did on my vehicle. BEWARE WHEN GOING THERE FOR ALIGMENT!! RESPONSE; and this will be the last reply to this post. Make sure ya’ll are doing research if not beware! Your response does not change my experience. Accepting compensation for the tires, alignment, or additional services does not mean I agreed that every concern was resolved, nor does it prevent me from sharing my experience as a customer. My review reflects how I was treated, the communication I received, and what occurred from my perspective. I did not “change my account” simply because I accepted a partial attempt to resolve the issue. What I do not find reasonable is repeatedly changing what I was told would be done. I was initially told I would receive two brand-new tires because the alignment had been performed incorrectly, which caused excessive wear to my rear tires and continued alignment issues with my vehicle. Instead, I was ultimately reimbursed $249 for the semi-used tires I had to purchase after the issue occurred. & to add my tires were 3 weeks old brand new bought from the actual dealership. Each brand-new tire was approximately $206. When I was told the specific tires were “out of stock,” I told Tomas Nievas that was not a problem and asked to simply be reimbursed the equivalent amount so I could purchase the tires elsewhere. That option was refused, and I was told that District Manager Chris would not approve the payment. At that point, I had no choice but to accept the $249 reimbursement rather than walk away with nothing. The fact that I accepted that money does not mean I was satisfied with the resolution or that the original agreement was fulfilled. I was also told the $249 came from the manager’s personal bank account, which further added to my concerns about how this situation was handled. I stand by my review. It reflects my personal experience, what I was told, what was ultimately provided, and why I walked away dissatisfied!

Please get a second opinion if your gut is telling you something isn’t right. I went for a simple alignment and was quoted over $600 to “re-center the steering rack” and purchase and install an aftermarket “camber kit” so they could adjust the camber on my vehicle. Thank goodness I took the car elsewhere to a dedicated alignment shop, all I needed was a toe adjustment. I’m not one to bash anybody I just don’t want anyone to suffer due to this shops incompetence. They do get a star for being friendly and I don’t think they were malicious in any way.

Pulled my brothers car in with a shot oil pump you were told not to start it after is was already looked at by a mechanic that runs a shop for the mines in Safford for years and was a lead CAT mechanic in South Dakota yet you guys started it anyways then told him his motor is shot. So hear me now my family has money and if the car motor is shot you will be held legally accountable. And yes I’m talking about the 9000 dollar MOPAR engine. Yes you guys told him there was a knock over the phone which there was not, why would you ever start a car with a engine with a bad oil pump that’s catastrophic and that’s on recording and I’ll be in tomorrow . Idiots

Took my car in for a coolant flush, guy at the front desk was super knowledgeable and just a solid fella. They got my car done quick even with a lot of vehicles there, just felt that they were a honest hard working group of lads. Guy informed me on cars in general as i dont know shit, and took care of me. Water was ice cold, just as i like it. 10/10 recommend.

We had previously used the Ahwatukee Greulich’s for an oil change and requested a look to see if our Tahoe needed an alignment that our local dealership said it needed. They told that it didn’t because it was within specifications. It was refreshing to have a repair shop tell us that the repair we were told we needed, we didn’t! The engine light came on in our Silverado and we took for them to do a diagnosis of possible causes. They could not determine the exact cause but referred us to TGK Automotive for a more comprehensive diagnosis. They treated us fairly regarding their efforts, which was also unexpected. All in all we are very happy with our experiences with the Ahwatukee Greulich’s!

I called about a rattle coming from the rear of my Escalade that just appeared. We are traveling thru the area and was concerned. They got me in and discovered the shock strut bolt had vibrated out. Very quick fix EXCEPT had to wait all day for their parts vendor to deliever. That was fine. Got the bill, labor was fine but got charged $86 for a 4″ bolt. I called Cad dearler 2 miles away, had the bolt in stock for $9.00. I called Ken the manager and discussed the concern. He explained that vendor and his mark ups in his system. I fully understand profits and losses and fair mark ups but not 1,000 % mark ups. When you own cadillac you expect to pay more. BUTTT???

I had an engine emergency light go off while driving, warning me to pull over and stop the car. Because they’re trusted in true, I limped the car to Greulich’s. They took the car, diagnosed it repaired it and had it back to me in one day! This wasn’t a scheduled service, but they knew it was important that I had my vehicle back. I appreciate everything they did and I always do.I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. I highly recommend Greulich’s Ahwatukee!

Half Price Auto Repair is hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve ever used — and I’ve used a lot. They’re located at Greenway & 32nd Street in Phoenix and they’ve earned my trust completely. Fair pricing, honest work, and they do exactly what they say they’re going to do. No games, no upselling, no surprises. Mike (the owner) is great to deal with, and Doug and Manny are both excellent mechanics — knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. The customer service here is on another level compared to most shops. If you want straight answers, fair prices, and quality work, this is the place. Highly recommend.

My son takes his truck here after finding it at random… and couldn’t stop raving about how awesome the experience was. Me being in the automotive business for over (40) years… I needed to see what the rave was about. He was definitely right. I was in for a routine oil change, and tire rotation… and was immediately welcomed my Mr. Mike, and shop manager Justin. Just… awesome guys. Multiple years of automotive experience between them (which was obvious from their terminology), and had a couple of jokes waiting for me seeing I have been in the business. The service was very timely, and affordable. What got me, was the way they did business while I was in the waiting room… they actually care about their customers. Which, you don’t seem to see in today’s market and etiquette. Justin and Mike would tackle action items with other customers receipts with the most cost effective solution… but also stern in their automotive knowledge and what needed to be done on the vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this garage to anyone with any automotive needs, and just a solid experience… at an affordable price.

This place is busy! Get there early -like 7am early to get your spot in line. Met the owner – he got me in for a much needed oil change. Very through, very knowledgeable, extremely reasonably priced and best of all they make a girl feel comfortable! I was not sure what to expect by the name- but was pleasantly surprised! Did a great job, at a great price, good conversation and I was on my way. First time here and I will be back next time my car needs anything. Highly recommend.

Mike and Justin were fantastic! Was waiting a little while in the lobby for my Durango to get a recharge of Freon and they gave me a burrito at lunchtime since I was there for a decent chunk of time. Everyone at One Stop did a great job. Happy how my BMW M4 CS came out. Needed a new door and side panel repaint. I was concerned about the paint not matching due to the special factory frozen blue matte finish but the guys did a perfect job. Mark and the staff at Jake’s Auto repair are the best! It’s easy to get an appointment to get your car in without having to wait forever for an opening and they are a shop you can trust, they really know what they’re doing their work is affordable. Recently they saved me from making a heart braking mistake when I had them do a pre purchase inspection of a used truck I was considering. The truck, an older Tacoma with low miles and a clean car fax looked great on the surface and well cared for. However Mark and his team discovered there were multiple serious repair issues that would have cost more than the value of the truck and that the truck wasn’t even safe to drive on the road. Jake’s customer service is excellent as well as their integrity, I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best Auto repair shop I have ever been to in my life. I have been using Mark and his team for five years. Not only do they provide fast service… they are super cheap and fair! The only bad part is about a year ago… I got an oil change and because my car is a hybrid when they turned on my vehicle, it doesn’t make an noise so they went to back it out and they killed the shop cat. Yes, my car ran over their shop kitty-kat! I feel bad every time I bring in my car. ;(

I had an appt this morning to get my ac looked at, I needed a new compressor and condenser, and oil change. They completed all the work the same day and within a few hours! Very fast service and they even have a payment plan option. Mark was very nice and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs.

They say it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust. It is especially hard when your kid is going to school on the other side of the country. I trust Jake’s auto repair as much as my mechanic in my home town. They are honest, they follow through with their timelines and most importantly they stand behind their work. Excellent service. I wanted a 2nd opinion on repairs recommended by my dealer for my 2013 Kia Optima EX with 75,000 miles. I was not experiencing any problems. Jake’s owner, Mark, seconded the suggestions, but at a more reasonable price. And he could do it that day, with uber service to and from my home. I am so loving how my car drives now and highly recommend this locally owned auto repair shop.

Honestly I loved the communication and constant updates. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and cared for. I got great customer service from Patty and get service from Matthew. Gave me advice and support. Fixed my rear car door. Finished in a timely manner and gave me lots of updates. I constantly called and never once did I get any rude communication. Patty understood my frustration and accommodated me really well. When I received my car back I was in awe I couldn’t believe how new my car looked it looked better than when I first bought it from the dealership and that says a lot. I can’t thank Michael and team at CARSTAR more for the work they did on my BMW M4. My car was unfortunately hit while parked at my work and the front bumper/carbon was completely destroyed on one side and my side mirror was dented, in addition to my wheel. Shalum, Jan 21, 2026 was just another day or so I thought as I was driving to work a young 20-something distracted driver hit me unexpectedly. Thankfully, no one was physically injured except some cosmetic damage to our vehicles. I did not have any kind of accident in 20 years and did not know a body shop to use for my needed repairs. It took 3.5 hours for Phoenix police to arrive on scene. I called my insurance agent to begin the process and did a quick search for Auto body Shops in the area and the Third one I clicked on was Dynasty Collision. I called and talked to Zach and after initial questions he made me feel at ease and that he would take care of my particular needs during this repair. My advisor RJ kept me tin the loop weekly of anything that was not communicated from my agent. Zach and his team were true professionals during the entire process especially when dealing with my insurance company because they kept trying to use second hand parts and or aftermarket parts instead of using original Acura factory parts so in essence they kept nickel and diming on parts which causes numerous delays. Peter King was very helpful to ensure I got factory parts that would fit and calibrate my car back to factor specifications. The whole process took 49 days but bottom-line Dynasty took care of vehicle and repaired to Acura factory specifications which I greatly appreciated.

Although my vehicle ultimately ended up being declared a total loss and didn’t require repairs, I still wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from Dynasty Collision. Peter and Ryan were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Their communication, professionalism, and customer service were top notch from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help me navigate a difficult situation and even worked directly with my insurance company to help reduce the invoice fees associated with releasing my vehicle. The staff at this body shop are so professional, courteous, and informative. It was already a frustrating situation to have a wrecked vehicle, but the entire staff made sure to communicate thoroughly during each step. Joanne in the office is phenomenal! I had issues with my insurance company and additional fees. She worked with the insurance company to correct the misinformation quickly. She was my biggest advocate in this situation and I truely appreciate her! Even though the outcome of my vehicle was not what I wanted, working with this company was great!

I don’t know how to fully express how happy I am with the service here. This was the first accident I had ever been in and all my friends/family told me “you’ll be out of a car for awhile”. Not the case here; Auto Pros Collision Center had the work done in less than a weeks time. The whole process was about 3.5 or 4 weeks, but the first 3 weeks was just waiting for the insurance to approve the repair. The work also came out phenomenal. I was amazed with how the car looked when I first pulled into the shop. The fitment of the panels, the paint job, and the attention to detail was superb! The detailer here even cleaned it up real nice for me. I was also happy to hear that this shop uses OEM parts which is huge. Eddie (the estimator) did a great job giving me updates every few days and it was also great to talk to him about cars since he’s a huge car guy himself! Beyond pleased with the work and I will definitely be coming back if I ever get into another accident *knock on wood that I don’t though*. Somebody rear-ended me and thank God, I found this place. The dealership was just gonna buff out the bumper, this place went above and beyond. They took the bumper off and sure enough, The inside was all damage and broken. I will highly recommend this place to anyone the person who took care of me, was Jose and Mirella. Currently working to take them to small claims for fraud. My jeep grand Cherokee was towed in there back in January because it wouldnt start. They said they looked at it and it had they were going to charge me $600 more for a “better diagnostic” since they had to look into the computer system. Then they proceeded to tell me it was the starter and I needed a new one. First off, they wouldn’t have needed to take the car apart to find that. Second, THEY NEVER REPLACED THE STARTER!! Last week, I took it into Avondale Jeep AND ITS THE SAME ORIGINAL STARTER! I am definitely getting my full $1600 back. The issue was that it just needed gas!! My car came back worse than when it went it. Check engine light on. The glass from the back window on my backseat and on the floor never taken care of. The tint shop they used to add the tint left bubbles. Said it would come out picked my car up Monday today is Thursday and still have the bubbles in my tint. The representative did not keep any of the promises to call or communicate in any manner. Had to call for updates and dates kept getting pushed back. Backseat was wet as if they had my car out in the storm with the windows open. I’ll add the pictures with the broken glass on my backseat and floors
