Fantastic experience in every way! Staff is friendly and helpful, waiting area is comfortable, location super convenient. Dr. Joshua Duncan did cataract surgery for me and multiple family members with exceptional care and concern, it’s been life-changing and we’re eternally grateful 🙂

I recently had cataract surgery at the Surgery Center at the Biltmore. My doctor, Eric Chen was amazing. The entire front office staff at the surgery center were professional and caring. The nurse I had was so nice and showed she cared about me and my comfort. The same is true with the anaesthesiologist, she was super nice and explained everything.

The medical staff (the most.important part) was impeccable. Everybody was friendly, seemed highly competant, and all around professional. Could ask for nothing more. The lobby was too small for the amount of people there and wasnt particularly comfortable. The wait was seemed way too long (almost an hour after my appt time). The intake person left her personality at home the dsy I was there. Parking was good, easy to get to and good availability for patient pickup. Overall, this was a positive experience as the medical staff was so good.

In the past couple of weeks, I have had cataract surgeries on both of my eyes at the Eye Surgery Center at the Biltmore and I am extremely happy with my experience that I have had there. All of the staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. My surgeries were done with laser technology and the results are fantastic. I don’t need glasses anymore for reading close up and don’t need glasses for driving. My vision is very clear, crisp and neat 20/20 vision now 😊. My surgeon, Dr. Chen explained everything very clearly and my surgeries were painless. I highly recommend The Eye Surgery Center at Biltmore.

Lis was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Her customer service was outstanding, and she really took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire experience. She has such a warm and positive attitude, which made everything so much better. You can truly tell she cares about her patients/clients. Went for a “follow up” following surgery “. Have been including my wife in all my appointments to have a 2nd set of ears to hear all conversations. It is recommended that you always have someone present with you in every appointment. You may otherwise find yourself being told something was not said by the doctor, or you misheard what was said. A trusted friends presence or that of your spouse is a must. There may be some good doctors at this facility but there are also some bad ones. It is a disappointment and our experience has led us to make the decision to seek out a new doctor elsewhere that is both professional in level of service including communication skills and is humble enough to admit when they make a mistake. It is of our opinion that you should seek out other options before using Dr. Goldman at this facility.

I went to this office because I was miss diagnosed for a month, I saw DR. CODY QUARNBERG. I wish I had his personal phone number to Thank him. I was at 5 different dr appt for my eyes and I saw him with a severe case of post viral conjunctivitis. My eyes were so bad no family member would come around to me. Dr. Cody Quarnberg gave the medicine I needed and it’s only been 3 days and my eyes are 100% better. When you have eye infection only go to a specialist like him. Don’t waste your time, going to any other doctors because they all gave the wrong medicine.Reason being nobody else is trained in eyes like a specialist. Thank you Dr Cody Quarnberg for helping me I am forever grateful. I was a mess for a month and you can see the whites of my eyes now. The people at the front desk are wonderful also.

I would like to thank Dr.Brems and the office staff at Arizona Eye Specialist for removing my cataracts and restoring my vision. My left eye was 20-50, and my right was 20-40. They just completed my right eye; it was blurry at first, but after a couple of days, the right eye is clear enough to not were my glasses. I can’t wait till they fix the left eye in another 2 weeks. I should be able to throw my glasses away. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. I recommend them highly.

I met Dr. Kanyinda by referral within the practice. From our first consultation I felt his confidence. My procedure was correcting my droopy eyelids. Every step of the way Dr. Kanyinda displayed very concise measurements and explained what I should expect. He has a great team in the office and the operating facility. Dr. Kanyinda performs two separate procedures 2 weeks apart. The instructions provided were spot on and contributed to both procedures performed better than I expected. Dr. Kanyinda’s follow up consultations were great. I am so pleased with my new found vision and confidence now that both eyes are normal. Thank you Dr. Kanyinda very much!

I just got LASIK eye surgery yesterday with Dr. Perry and I can’t believe I’m using my phone without my glasses today which is less than 24 hours after my surgery and I feel great ! The actual surgery lasted no more than 10 minutes and it was just a little bit uncomfortable but no pain at all. Today I went to my post- Op appointment and Deb and Dr. Huang were super sweet and made me feel very welcome. In general It was a very smooth and easy process Would definitely recommend !

Look I have the worst fear of things being near, in, or around my eyes. Literally my wife made me do this on the same day as hers. I was worked up, tense, anxious. The whole staff made me feel comfortable. They were professional and yet somehow still realistic and empathetic. If you’d a thumped me during the procedure I’d a popped. But the Doc, and the staff handled it real well. We’re a day out and the vision is really good. Thanks yall!!!

I had such a smooth process from beginning to start. I went in for the consultation and they had a deal through BCBS and ended up getting it done the next week. The actual procedure takes about 5 minutes to do and is painless and so worth it. I will be recommending to coworkers, friends, and family!

I’ve worn glasses and contact lenses my entire life. I decided to wait until I was about 40 years old to get LASIK because I wanted my vision to stabilize first. After my prescription hadn’t changed for about three years, I finally decided to do it. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous at first about the possible side effects. But the team walked me through everything, answered all of my questions, did a thorough evaluation, and confirmed I was a good candidate. The procedure itself was quick and smooth. The first three or four hours afterward, you definitely want to go home, keep your eyes closed, and get some sleep. When I woke up, I already felt great. The next morning, I tested at 20/15 vision. Seeing that clearly without glasses or contacts for the first time in my life was incredible. The entire experience was professional, simple, and well organized, and the doctor was fantastic. For me, contacts were costing around $1,000 a year, so I figured LASIK would pay for itself in about four years. That’s not the only reason to do it, but it certainly helped justify the investment. If you’ve been thinking about LASIK, I highly recommend looking into it and checking these guys out.

If you are considering Lasik look no further! Dr. Parry and his team are phenomenal! I had been contemplating Lasik for the better part of 10 years. Life just got busy with family, school, career, and volunteering. When I finally had the opportunity to get Lasik it only took 1 day between the consultation and procedure. They answered all my questions, laid to rest all my concerns, and helped me feel peaceful with the whole process. Now I can see exceptionally well. I grateful for this next chapter of being able to enjoy the outdoors, wrestle with my boys without breaking my frames.

This was my first visit to Barnet Dulaney et al and I must say, I was very favorably impressed. I have difficulty using kiosks so I was cheerfully assisted (she actually did it all for me). I should mention that not only am I visually impaired, I am also hard of hearing, so – unfortunately – I did not get anyone’s name. After checking in, I took a seat but barely had time to get the chair warm when I was called back. I was given a very extensive examination by technicians and then a fairly quick one (seeing something for himself, I suspect) by the doctor. After discussing with me my options and the pros and cons of each, I retired to the waiting room to await the procedure scheduling. Again, my wait time was minimal and, again, the clerk was more than helpful. Every person I spoke with was pleasant and helpful, making this visit one of the most pleasant ones in recent memory.

I am highly impressed. I checked in early and was seen before my scheduled time. The staff seemed happy and they were wonderful to me. The treatment was like star wars technology and each person including the Doctor were friendly and constantly telling me what was going on. I have never been treated better anywhere! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

I have been going to this place for the last 2 years. I previously went to another clinic and did not have a great experience, but I’m glad to have found Dr. Jeff Olsen and staff. This place has been wonderful and I am glad to be able to order my contacts through this clinic. The parking may be limited, but you can always find a spot. The receptionists are always helpful and courteous. FYI, check in is through a kiosk. The place has a nice optical area for frames, but I found my place at Lenscrafters! I am glad to hear this business has a location in Phoenix so I don’t have to find a new clinic. Just need tof find out who I will see when I move and reschedule.

Best staff!!! So friendly and supportive the nurse in the operating room changed the music for me and was so kind!! Very little psi or discomfort!! The Dr was efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for helping me get my eyesight back!!

Hands down best medical staff in AZ! The doc is funny, a film buff, and drives a Toyota. Cool guy. Angelina made shopping for lenses SO FUN! We laughed and joked and I feel like we’re friends. She was thorough with my insurance, making sure I got all the discounts I could!! I don’t remember the receptionist’s name but she was also a sweetheart. 100/10 recommend. 🙂

I was having trouble finding an eye exam place. I’m very picky on where I go. I don’t like rude people at all. I asked my brother and he pointed me to Northern Eye exam. My brother mentioned Angelina. She made getting glasses easier and super fun! She was very honest about the glasses frame and again she was very fun! I will forever recommend anyone to come here! Best customer service!!!! This is not the first time I have been here but I am always really well taken care of. Angelina is just the best and will definitely take care of you! Dr. Clayton is amazing as well, he made sure I was comfortable w all of our options and triple checked my prescription. The front office is just exquisite!!!! Great experience, THANK YOU ANGELINA!! I hate buying glasses. I’ve gone through the process every 4 or 5 years since I was 6. I’m 55 now. Angelina knows what she’s doing. She comes off as laid back and casual, but she’s an expert in this field. She helped me find a great pair of frames, lens options and even navigated my insurance, getting me a MUCH better price than I expected. She promised they’d be done in two weeks and they were ready to the day! Very happy, I will be back!

Angelina is an absolute warrior goddess while Dr.Clanton was so knowledgable and kind. Angelina was so welcoming, helped me pick out my glasses and handled everything by herself flawlessly. Definitely glad this was my first time back to an optometrist, my husband has also been going here for a few years and we really appreciate their stellar service.

I didn’t have to sacrifice quality due to budget. got a yearly supply of my usual for the price I paid for 6 months supply anywhere else. Beyond that, just super kind and helpful.

Dr. Alsadi was fantastic! Professional, thorough, efficient and friendly. Staff is great as well. We had such a positive experience here after bad experiences at other eye care providers.

Polite and professional staff from the front desk to doctor. The exam was just as thorough as any other I’ve had over the years, but somehow shorter. My prescription was also more dialed in and correct. Online booking was easy, and even same day. The check in process was easy enough without having to check dozens of boxes with paper and pen. Pre-exam was straight to the point and great. The actual exam wasn’t full of attempted up sells and got my prescription corrected. Going over insurance and ordering product was a breeze. It was about an hour as a new patient at the tail end of the business day with glasses being adjusted and ordering new contacts.

The service here is unbelievably good, and is by far the best experience I have had at an optometrist. The entire staff here works remarkably well together, and harmoniously guide you through the whole process. I have to also give a special remark towards the optician, Sharon, who was exceptionally patient and helpful at picking out the right frame and lens. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the market to get another pair of glasses. Thank you.

Amazing eye care. I recently have been getting fitted for hard contact lenses and my vision is better than 20/20. I cant remeber the last time I was able to see this good! Exceptional work on the doctors part. I am a life long customer.

My annual eye exam at Clear Vision was carried out with professional care. Each exam was explained to me before starting. The workers were friendly. Dr. Hockman answered all my questions and was very professional and kind. He gave me advice about a possible Cataract removal .

I was nervous about the eye drops to dilate my eyes as I do not like anything near my eyes. Luis eased my concerns and made the process very easy. Dr. Walman has a very relaxing and calming manner as well.

My brother was referred to this ophthalmology office after an ER visit following an accident, and we were specifically told he needed to be seen as soon as possible because it was an emergency referral. When I called the front office to explain the situation, the staff member I spoke with “Sandra” I believe that was her name was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of showing any concern or trying to help, she simply said there were no openings until the following week and was unpleasant when discussing my brother’s insurance, even though he does have insurance coverage. I understand schedules can be full, but the lack of compassion and professionalism during a stressful medical situation was very disappointing. Patients dealing with emergencies deserve to be treated with respect and empathy, especially when they are trying to navigate insurance and urgent follow-up care.

From a disappointment i experienced with ABC children’s optical and vision works not providing efficient customer service. The ladies at Eye on Health optical were so helpful and friendly. They offered to fix my sons glasses without us even purchasing the glasses there. They adjusted the arms and placed rubber for the nose pads and sent me a link for ear grips. Just the thoughtfulness, meant a lot. Thank you!! I appreciate your kindness.

The front office girl was VERY rude which sadly is the first impression. The.MA (I assume that’s her job title) was very sweet but asked for my current t medications and then proceeded to draw her own conclusions as she didn’t wait for my answer. I can appreciate that for this visit, my meds are not very relevant but if you’re not going to truly verify, skip even bringing up the question. However, the dr and person helping me pick out glasses were absolutely AMAZING!! And as a nurse, tge dr being thorough is my primary concern. I’ll return just due to his knowledge. The front office person should probably find a new career path as her attitude will definitely drive patients away. Thank you doc!! I appreciate your knowledge and bedside manner.

I am a new patient and today was my new patient appointment. I had a great first time experience, the ladies at the front desk were all very nice, engaging, and professional. My examination went well. I got prescription glasses and contacts that I am very excited about that will serve me well for my delivery driving job and reading. From the time I arrived, I was greeted with a beautiful big smile and polite attitude. The young lady who took me back was all smiles, gentle and sweet. She was even very informative about my requests. The Doctor came in greeted me with a big smile and sweet gentle voice. She was very gentle and kind & patient as she took me through the testing.

Our family name has been with Dr.Heller for decades Hollins family really look up to Dr. Heller facility Dr. Heller is real good friends with my uncle Lionel Hollins even his sons have took over since he retired. There’s no difference. The facility is known to respect patient and show their care.

Dr Shivi Agrawal was my optician before she worked for Eye Doctors of Arizona. She initially removed cataracts from both eyes. Four years later she performed two corneal transplants. Both operations went perfectly and I am deeply grateful to her for restoring my vision. I am now 81 and my eyesight is better than it was fifty years ago. Her professionalism, skills, deep knowledge, attention to detail and personal warmth are exemplary. Even when she gave up working briefly to focus on motherhood, she was willing to see me in her own time.

Do not recommend Dr. Paz. Almost an hr wait in dark room to see him, when arrived, unhelpful and in hurry. Sending us to see the same specialist twice in a year, knowing they can not help, on top of that been waiting for a referral for almost 2 weeks. Do not recommend this office.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Every member of the staff was very kind and friendly, and they made sure to even find coupons to help me get a discount on my contacts. I highly recommend coming here if you’re someone that misses having authentic connections when you go to the doctor. They were also very accommodating of my schedule, which was even better. I was able to make a same-day appointment be evaluated as well as order contacts in under an hour.

Dr Portnoy is an excellent professional, explained us about the exams so clear and she is very kind. We are really happy about the time of the consultation, she was so patient and answer all the questions that we did. Robin and the rest of the staff were very good . To the Practice Manager, I am writing to formally request a full refund of $95 paid for an eye examination on 04/29/26. During the appointment, I presented with symptoms of ocular inflammation. While I understand the scope of optometry, the service provided did not result in a viable treatment plan or an urgent medical referral appropriate for the severity of my condition, which was subsequently identified as uveitis. Because the optometrist refused or was unable to provide the necessary medical intervention for a condition that requires urgent care, I was forced to seek immediate treatment elsewhere at additional expense. I believe a refund is appropriate as the initial consultation failed to address the primary medical concern I presented with.
