She was very professional, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. The facial left my skin feeling refreshed, clean, and glowing, while the body massage was extremely relaxing and helped me feel completely rejuvenated. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail she put into everything. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients. Marianna was my esthetician for a lift and sculpting facial, and I enjoyed it so much I added a back facial onto my session before I even finished! Her pressure was amazing — honestly better than facials I’ve had at other spas. With the help of the Esthetics instructor, the skin analysis was thorough and products chosen were intentional. The price was fantastic for the quality of service. Highly recommend booking with Marianna at this beauty school.

I received a European Facial from Delilah. I actually got two from her because I enjoyed the first one so much. I am a massage therapist and she had the perfect pressure. She did a really nice job of picking the perfect products for my skin, and talking to me about my skin. I even bought a couple of products from her because I enjoyed them so much. Her facials were really good. I wish I could go back for another one, but she is graduating this week. I recommend going to get a facial here. They all seem to be very well trained.

Today was my first time in. Had a fabulous experience with my silk press. I love the hospitality and kindness of the ladies, educators, front desk, and team. I brought my son here because he had a lot of blackheads on his nose. Ariana was able to make him feel at ease. He noted he loved the steamers and massage and was relaxed throughout the process. At first he was embarrassed to be getting a facial and nervous about the whole experience but by the end he was happy with the entire experience!

Today I recieved a 5 star service experience with Lex. I got ombre powder eyebrows and I was nervous because I had no experience with permanent make up or tattoos. Lex made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She asked my opinion during the mapping out process and made sure I was 100 percent sure on the final design. I come to this Mac frequently, but tonight I decided to visit last minute because I wanted some concealer and foundation. When I walked in Ricky was actively helping two women with trying on products, but she immediately stopped to acknowledge me and let me know she would be with me soon with her radiant smile. She finished helping the ladies, and immediately came over to assist me. The store was definitely closed, but she treated me like the store had just opened. She helped me find my shade, she was curious about my makeup routine and how the products would fit into it, and she has such a lighthearted and fun spirit. I felt like I was makeup shopping with my bestie. She reminded me why I’m a loyal MAC girlie and why I love this location. Always clean, organized, and staffed with the loveliest artist. I came in recently to test some Mac products as I do not frequently buy stuff from the brand. The store itself was neat and organized, but I wanted to make a positive note about the amazing customer service I received from the store manager, Dani. When I walked in she greeted me right away and was so helpful with her tips and recommendations. I am usually intimidated walking into luxury makeup stores, but Dani made the experience such a fun learning experience. I highly recommend asking for her when you’re shopping here!

Great 5 star customer service! A++++ This location is in the beautiful Biltmore Fashion Park and got me in the holiday spirit with the beautiful decorations they do every year. The store manager Amy is wonderful and inspired me to buy Blankety lipstick (which looked terrific on her!), Whirl lip pencil and Please Me Lip Glass which I LOVE. She then surprised me with the awesome free gift which complemented my purchase! I was in need of a new makeup bag and this fits perfectly in my purse with all my new goodies! Yeni was amazing!!!!!!!! I was scared at first when deciding to get something permanent on my face. My eyebrows were misshapen and plucked so thin, I was worried about how they would turn out. A friend recommended me to Yeni and I booked my appointment anxiously! During the appt, Yeni was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She didn’t rush any of my questions and allowed me to go over all of my concerns. She was extremely professional and took her time when shaping my brows to perfection! Yeni is good at what she does! I was nervous and canceled the appointment and she was pleasant about it and asked me to just come in for the consultation. When I saw how her eyebrows looked and how she was sweet and kind I knew she was the one. She was very professional and I could tell she was very knowledgeable so I went ahead and let her do my eyebrows. I’m satisfied with the results and glad that I finally did my eyebrows. Im currently a student at Regina Valenzuela makeup school and I love it. This is a 14 week course and very educational. This course prepares you to become a certified MUA. It starts off with the basics and progresses throughout the weeks. Miss Regina is extremely patient and helpful. She knows how to explain things very well and demonstrates steps then helps you as you do it yourself. I would really recommend this course to anyone who is interested in starting a career in the makeup industry or anyone who wants to learn makeup for themselves. She prepares you for the reality of the makeup world and sets you up for success!! I love this class and the girls were all very supportive.

Horrible service my daughter’s appointment was at 11 am for hair & makeup it was her sweet 16 day , we arrived at about 10:55 am , no one is there studio is locked no one in the parking lot so I gave them a call I even texted them but no answer finally after me texting and calling both numbers provided on the contract I get a reply stating we are on the way around 11:10 another 20 minutes go by I text and call them again they never answered neither of them so we continued to wait an Hour & 10 minutes go by and they finally arrived very late and to top it off they arrive with Starbucks in hand smh , at this point I’m pissed off they didn’t even use actual hair extensions for her her all they did was put it in a bun and threw on a hair piece over it the makeup was so patchy my daughter got home very disappointed and upset she redid her own makeup and lashes these guys are supposed to be professionals it definitely wasn’t cheap when I spoke to one of them he was giving me attitude I cannot believe the way they handled her special day I will definitely not recommend them I wonder if they do this to everyone.

Horrible horrible, unprofessional business. Used them for my nieces Quiñcenera and hair and makeup turned out horrible. They had bad attitudes. Their assistants were nicer than them! They will not make you feel welcome. We had to re touch up everyone’s hair and makeup that the GUYS did.

Karlo and Beto are named they stylist of the stars for more than one reason. They make you feel like a star. They did a hair and make up session for my daughters 15. We did a photo shoot at the beach and not only did they do an AMAZING JOB on her look but they were 100% involved on making her feel special and getting all the right poses. They have a nack for getting to know you so that your ideas come to life. They told me as mother of the 15añera that I was just to relax and enjoy the moment. I have never felt so thankful that they understood my position. Professional, kind, fun and artist are just a few words to describe them. I have 2 other daughters… I already have them booked for those events as well. I don’t regret the cost ONE BIT.

Azure is truly incredible! She’s kind, cool, and so talented at what she does. She’s done my makeup on several occasions – including my wedding – and always makes me feel absolutely beautiful. I flew Azure out to New York for my wedding weekend and it was one of the best decisions I made! Azure is sweet and funny – and was a calming presence the entire weekend! She made my entire bridal party look stunning! And also dolled up the flower girl, my MIL, Step MIL, and mom! She handled everything with grace, and stepped up without ever overstepping! I can’t recommend Azure enough!!!

Azure is a makeup magician! I have been working with her for over a year and I’ve never been disappointed with the final result. She’s done my makeup for TV and photo shoots, and even meet me at 4 am to do my makeup for a media tour! I’ve also done a private lesson with her which is so helpful when I need to put myself together at the last minute for an opportunity. I highly recommend her!

I absolutely love Azure’s work! She listens to the needs of her clients and isn’t heavy handed with the color. She is super flexible with location and timing (as long as you book in advance) and has done my makeup at her own studio, at my hair stylist’s studio, and even in her own home! Recently I had her do my makeup for an event that was hours later. I was worried that I would mess it up and brought my products to do touch ups and she told me not to touch it, that she would come to me if I needed anything. Now that is customer service and caring for your clients!
