Was visiting from Hawai’i and ended up buying a bike from Sun & Ski mostly because Dillon and Nathan in the bike shop were so incredibly helpful. They offered to box up the bike for me to check on my flight home after allowing me to ride the bike for a week on some of the great local trails. It wasn’t until I got home and opened the box that I understood the care and time that had been put into packing the bike to be sure it wasn’t damaged in transit. After nearly a month of research trying to find the right bike for my needs, I kept coming back to one place: Sun & Ski Sports. And now I know why. Landis has the best people working there. All of them are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been there a few times during the tandem bicycle restore I am working on. They are always helpful and answer all my questions, even ones I didn’t know I had yet. When I first started this project I was ordering stuff from Amazon and Ebay. I ended up in the shop for a part I couldn’t find and also didn’t feel comfortable ordering sight unseen. Sure wish I had just started coming here from the beginning. Their prices are either the same or better and the quality is guaranteed and comes with an expert to tell you how to install and maintain it. They will for sure be seeing more of me here. Traveled to Phoenix from Ohio, bike damaged in transport, so I took to Landis. Excellent shop with wide variety of bikes and accessories. Well stocked. And, more importantly, a large shop with ample staff who immediately took control of my unique situation. 2 mechanics worked on the issue for 20 minutes to resolve. They were dogged in finding a solution, which they did. I was back there 2 days later after flat that could not be repaired. Purchased a tire, they installed. Landis twice salvaged my riding week in Phoenix. Exceptional customer service. Highest grade, and my thanks.

I came in totally new to cycling and training for my first triathlon, using a friend’s bike that needed a full tune-up. The team helped me get everything ready—fresh tires, new pedals, gear grease, seat adjustment, and a full safety check. They also took the time to fit me properly for a helmet and bike shorts, making sure I was completely comfortable and confident. You can really feel the care and passion this shop has for their customers. I left not only with a bike that felt brand new, but also with the motivation and excitement to ride. Avoid if you are female. Bought 4 bikes here including one this month. Not calibrated, derailer was not lined up in higher gears on first ride. Brought back within one week of purchase and told it was fine. Had a video proving otherwise. Sent away without repair because told I would need to leave it for a week for a quick derailer adjustment? On a brand new broken bike? So I left, texted the video to bike friends, and they all had the same assessment: I was being gaslit for being a female cyclist and to go back in and drop my male cyclist friends names. Note: I am a CEO and fairly skilled at getting teams to take responsibility. Friendly requests typically work. Not here. Moral of the story: don’t shop here being female. 30 year bike commuter with 20 year history of buying bikes at Landis won’t fix sexist comments. It also won’t fix mansplaining, including comments like this: “you probably don’t want to bike that fast,” when I said I needed to use the higher gears that were clicking. It also won’t fix this veteran biker being treated like a novice. Thinking there might be a technical issue with that year’s bike, I asked that the gears be calibrated to the highest 3 gears, as I can live without a few if the lowest gears in flat Phoenix. The response? More mansplaining. “You shouldn’t ride with just high gears, you’ll wear out the gears”. Duh. Who said I would? Speaking words here as a female gets very little understanding. They also refused to watch the videos. Avoid. I should have driven to another store with a better track record selling Treks. Never again. Second video was after they turned me away the first time, and I came back after recording the same problem 5 minutes later after texting bike friends. If you must visit, stand your ground, and drop male cyclist names. Team: do better. Read and respond. Apology would be nice.

Our driver on the late evening of July 13, around midnight, was outstanding. He was extremely helpful with our luggage and even loaded all of our bags into the car. He was, by far, one of the best drivers we’ve had during my last two trips. His professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to assist made for an excellent experience. We were happy to leave him a generous tip and greatly appreciated his exceptional service.

Ive used the Spot in the past. The shuttle showed up quickly upon my arrival. Staff was helpful and friendly. The driver loads and uploads luggage. He even loaded it into my vehicle. I will use this service again.

This shuttle service/parking is always fast and convenient. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. They give you a spot to park, pick you up at your car all within minutes! The return is just as easy. They even drop you off at your car! We will definitely be using this service again!

This is the second time I’ve used The Parking Spot. It has been an enjoyable experience. You pay, scan, park and then thier shuttle drops you off at your terminal. It’s great! When you return, yes, you may have to wait for a shuttle but I didn’t wait long. The shuttle returns you to your car and it is 1000 times easier to get out of the airport than parking AT the airport. And cheaper! The staff was friendly. They have covered and uncovred parking.

They were very quick picking me up at my car and loading my bag. Upon returning, at the airport, I didn’t have to wait very long for the shuttle to arrive. They dropped me right at my car and even loaded my bag into the trunk of my car. Excellent service. And, they gave me a discount for long term parking! Will definitely be using them again.

Prices are reasonable, especially if you watch for specials that come as emails. The shuttles are always there to get you very quickly. Getting in and out of the parking lot is quick and easy.

Amazing group of men showed up and got it done. Robert came in and took full control like a Marine Drill Instructor and gave the orders very clear and distinct. He explained exactly how he wanted things done and his team had complete focus and motivation to get it done. It was great to see leadership take charge like that. The wrapping and packaging was amazing! Clean and organized. They far exceeded my expectations. The young group of men were all respectful and nice as well.

They took great care with all of our furniture, wrapping things with clear wrap to protect Each piece. They explained in detail why certain things couldn’t be transported in the truck. Raul, jessie, victor These guys helped us move from a 2 story house to a 2 bed apartment in just 5 hours. Their fine with moving annoying and heavy furniture up and down stairs plenty of times. They are super friendly and easy to talk to if you need anything, not scary people lol. Over all a great team, thanks for the work guys

I paid over $1000 to have movers load my truck for me. All My Sons movers packed my two OLED TVs and placed them in my moving truck resting on the screens. Now both of my TVs are broken beyond repair and when I submitted a claim, they denied it fully. Joe Casarez is the claims rep who denied my claim. This company is trash, they do not care about your things, and they do not back up their service. Go look at their Yelp reviews and they’ve got a 2 star rating after 500 reviews. Avoid this company at all costs, you will regret hiring them.

I had the most AMAZING EXPERIENCE with Jesus A and Dom .A . I had an amazing experience with this moving company from start to finish! The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with great care. Ross, Brandon & Ben were awesome. Some of the hardest workin guys I’ve ever met. Fantastic woth handling everything, getting it all moved safely in one trip. Taking time to carefully wrap & protect everything they moved too. Was super nice that they even took everything apart and reassembled it. Great attitudes the entire time, joking around with us and keeping the spirits high in this horrible heat.

First off big Cody, big Art and the rest of the crew were amazing. Very strong, fast, efficient and had the best vibes and energy one could ask for. The office was super nice and helpful which made the experience even better. This is our first time using movers and they took all the stress of moving away. They complimented the owners of your company in a robust way then went about unloading the truck in a careful and expedient way. I was so impressed that I requested both of these young men for another move in a week. Emmy was also knowledgeable and extremely helpful along the way. It took almost 5 months to get my grandmother’s tables. They are 80 years and old they came to me broken! Do not use this company. I’ve added photos. Owner claims they were in bad condition when they were received. As you can see , they were not. He offered $300 to repair the tables. That’s not even close to what it will take to repair them. FedEx delivered the tables. The lack of communication is unbelievable. I was the one calling and texting to find out what the hold up was. I’m very disappointed! I am very upset!! This is highly unacceptable.

Denise in the office was great. Luis, Chris, Mike, and Ivan (the loaders) were a completely professional crew who made our move super easy. They handled all of the furniture and items with utmost care – whether they were actual antiques, thrift store finds, or a huge power wheelchair. My husband was less happy with them when they got to storage, as that did not go great. The packers were very hit-and-miss. David was very good, with everything wrapped and boxes labeled. I’ve spoken to the owner. He has taken full responsibility and assured me that the other two packers will be retrained and not allowed back in the field until they can prove they meet company standards. It’s refreshing to see such integrity.

Antonio and Ivan Cervantes arrived at our house, and after a friendly greeting proceeded to start our move. They were very efficient and hard working, and quickly completed the loading. We were amazed at how quickly they completed the unloading process, and we’re very happy with our move results. They were extremely careful with our furniture which they well protected, and the entire move went smoothly as planned. I highly recommend Copperstate Moving as a moving company.

As a beginner E-Bike owner, I had a lot of questions. Jacob was friendly and super helpful answering all my beginner questions, as well as getting me a reliable brand of E-Bike. The shop put together my bike with no scratches or dents, and they made sure to let me know my bike’s features and how to use it.

Jacob was so friendly and helpful today at the store. It was our son’s 13th birthday and he was able to test out some bikes and special order one. We thought it would take weeks then Jacob ran out to the parking area to tell us they could get the exact bike our son wanted in just a couple days. I have been going to this shop since I was about 12 years old. Never had one complaint they have always taken care of me and anyone I refer. I live in flagstaff now and could not find a good shop. I came home for the holidays and they were able to do all the service I need for under $100. Plus my 2015 Bike I bought from them was still covered under the life time warranty. So in a business setting if somebody comes in five minutes before close or 25 minutes before closed, you honor the business and you continue taking care of the customers until the customer satisfied, and the purchases is complete. Well, whichever that was not the case and two of this other employees. They were trying to shoome out the door. The second I got there. They had no answers for me even though I know they’re very knowledgeable. I’ve been here before I did enjoy coming here. BEFORE. At the end of the day if it takes 30 extra minutes to make sure your customers are happy then do it. They sold me the wrong size gloves in the first place. I asked them to exchange it for me they absolutely would not do it. When it comes from making customers change from one place of business to the next, this is usually the type of stuff that happens.

I needed a flat repair, The staff offered to do the work & warned me of the risks of potential scratch or damage to my equipment. I offer to sign a waiver understanding something can happen and that I wouldn’t hold them responsible. I was told it could be within couple hours based on how busy there were. Within 10 minutes I received a call commenting that they’re unable to get the bead to break free….. after multiple tries 3ven….. so unfortunately I have to take my business elsewhere. I usually use the Bell road location but unfortunately there tire machine is down and has been for more than a week and the technician won’t be arriving for another 5 days. I guess I have to do this by hand since their machines are incapable. Greatly appreciate the service at both stores nothing bad to say about them or the service, other than neither location could complete what I needed (a flat repair). As you seen the photos it doesn’t go on a motorcycle they are front wheels with specialty hubs mounted on this petty cab and the 3M blue reflective is what they were worried about damaging which I wasn’t worried about because I could replace easily.

Ran into this place accidentally (and not literally) to find great service and great prices! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! Bought this bad ass jacket for a great price so I can look way faster than I actually ride.
