White glove delivery of my new King size Saatva mattress and removal of old mattress was exceptional. The two guys arrived within the delivery window and I received a message when they were on the way. They were very professional and were happy to use shoe covers that I provided before entering the house and took great care in the placement and removal of both mattresses. Bonuses are well deserved!!

The two delivery guys were super! They kept me posted on their arrival time, delivered our new mattress with smiles, so polite and friendly, brought it up a flight of stairs without it touching a wall or anything, and took away our old mattress. They were so efficient and nice. Would definitely use this service again!

I can’t say enough about this company. They were EXCEPTIONAL! There were 3 guys (1 in training) They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, polite & hard working. They were delivering my new Saatva Mattress & adjustable bed frame. The new mattress was going in my master bedroom & the old mattress (in good shape) was being moved to my guest bedroom & that mattress to be taken away. They did an awesome job! They were even kind enough to straighten the rug under my master before placing the new frame & mattress. They explained the operation of the remote for the bed & advised me to rotate the mattress every 6 months. I would definitely use this company again. AWESOME COMPANY & DELIVERY!

This was the best home delivery service I’ve had. The company scheduled promptly, called to confirm, called to say they were on the way and even sent a tracking notification. I’ve had multiple deliveries of furniture the last couple of weeks and this company was by far the best. The guys who made the delivery were very polite and friendly and had the delivery unloaded and placed in home quickly. I wish all delivery services were this prompt and communicative.

Miranda Delivery Service was absolutely outstanding. Over the last six weeks we purchased four king-size beds from different companies. Every time we made a purchase we clearly explained that our bedroom is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. We even showed pictures to each salesperson and every single one told us it would not be a problem and that their delivery teams would handle it. Unfortunately that was not the case. The first delivery through AFW refused to even attempt bringing the bed upstairs and didn’t even want to bring it inside the house. We canceled the order. The second delivery through Mattress Firm guaranteed they could do it after seeing the staircase photo, but when the delivery truck arrived they refused to do anything more than a driveway delivery. We canceled that order as well. The third delivery through Purple Mattress and Speedy Delivery was even worse. They changed the delivery date without notifying us, never answered their phones, and we had to take time off work trying to figure out what was going on. When they finally arrived they also refused to bring the mattress inside. That order was canceled too. Then we ordered from Saatva and Miranda Delivery Service was the delivery team. They showed up ready to work and solved the problem immediately. They successfully carried our king-size mattress up stairs, brought the adjustable base upstairs, and completely set up the bed in our bedroom. On top of that, they helped my husband carry our old king mattress, box springs, and frame downstairs and out to the garage for storage. They were polite, professional, helpful, and clearly cared about doing the job right and making sure we were happy. After three failed deliveries from other companies, Miranda Delivery Service proved the job could absolutely be done with the right team. If we ever need delivery or moving help again, Miranda Delivery Service will be the first company we call. Outstanding service and an excellent experience from start to finish

I needed to pick up a prescription for my dog and couldn’t break free from work to do it during business hours. I called On Demand and the most friendly and helpful person answered the phone, took down my info and scheduled the pick up and delivery. In under 3 hours the medication was picked up in Glendale and delivered in Scottsdale by a super nice professional delivery person. All for a surprisingly affordable price! I have saved their info for future needs. They are amazing!!

Great courier service with excellent rates. Required urgent help with collecting some equipment from a former employee. On Demand Courier – provided me an immediate quote and had a courier out to collect over $5000 worth of equipment and have it delivered to a holding facility until we could get it back to our corporate office. I was concerned i would face a challenge finding a courier service who could help, but pleasantly surprised when, Liane made it so easy, by providing a quote, taking the address and pick up instructions and had someone out there to pick up the equipment. I was put in a sticky situation when I was moving a shipment for a new customer of mine and our driver broke down just South of Phoenix. This particular shipment had to deliver on time and needed to get back on the road right away to do so. This happened during the evening and I had called many different places trying to find somewhere that could transload the freight onto another unit, but was having no luck. Finally I called Xcel Delivery Sercives and a woman name Jennifer answered. I told her my situation and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was helped and even stayed past her shift end to make it happen. I would be writing a short story explaining all the times I had to call her and ask for different little favors throughout the night. If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely horribly ran company. Me and my husband have tried using them multiple times and each time has been worse than the last. Between my documents getting there late, to not at all, to hearing that the older man delivering was rude and dismissive to my customer receiving the documents. Also to find out that was most likely the owner? Repulsive. I looked on their site and of course they only show the good reviews, which probably were bought. If you were to take any review seriously it should be this one, especially if you’re a company with a deadline for your items. I’d say stay away at all costs!

I found Dressler Courier on the internet after searching for a courier who could help me. I live in California and needed someone to pick up my grandson’s football helmet that I ordered from a shop in Tempe who was no longer shipping, take it to the post office and ship it to me. Many other companies told me they did not do that. Jeff was great! They mail the invoices from Minnesota to arizona. Takes a week o get them and they expect payment within 10 days when you just got it in the mail! They hound you from their accounting department for invoices i literally .just got in the mail. Poor customr service. I don’t recommend

Dhl used this company as a third party to deliver a package to me. The parcel was falsely marked as delivered. It was investigated by DHL and “recovered” and another “attempt”was made. I still have not received my parcel and no idea where it was supposedly delivered.

Had a really sweet driver (Robert) deliver my companies payroll every week. Very professional and clean and polite. Don’t know if he left or they just have someone else now doing the delivery but what a difference. This new driver is the complete opposite! No pleasentries, not even a hello or goodbye , have a nice day, etc. very rude and unprofessional. Not clean cut As I said the exact opposite. Also our payroll was NEVER late. Now late 2 of the past 3 weeks. May be time to switch to ADT.

This delivery company is a huge joke! They schedule a delivery and then don’t bother to keep the appointment. Then, they send the product back to the freight depot and reject it so that another carrier will have to make the delivery!! And once you call them to get the status, they deny any knowledge of their involvement even though the freight company gives you their phone number to check on the status of delivery because their freight records show Intelliquick as the final carrier. Instead, they say, “Call the previous freight company and ask them where they dropped-off your item, ’cause we don’t have it.” What a joke!

My son recently travelled to Denver for an important interview – unfortunately the suit he brought didn’t make it on the plane! Intelliquick saved the day for us by (in a very short amount of time) picking up a new suit from Nordstrom Cherry Creek and delivering it to Hyatt Place Cherry Creek Pamela, in customer service was outstanding. She was so kind and professional. Thank you so very much!

Shipper told me I’d receive the package at home on a Wed. Got a call from someone on Thursday, evidently, to schedule delivery but my vm was full because I wasn’t expecting a call. Shipper texted me Thursday lay night that I needed to call an outfit called Estes. Estes told me to call IntelliQuick. IQ was friendly but tile earliest delivery was the following Tues. I opted to pick up at their location. Was tile it would be ready when I got there. When I showed up, they looked for an hour and couldn’t find it. Was about to give up when the guy looking looked down at his feet and it was right there. He was very apologetic and said it wasn’t in the right spot. Nice people, seemed very very unorganized though witnessing the action first hand.

DO NOT USE THEM !! Had a CD requested for pick up at 9:45am. Gave tracking # and they said it was delivered at 10:38am. When in fact the facility never burned the CD in the first place. They never looked at patient name on CD and just picked up the other CD’s we had “in the basket” for pick up. Then swore ours was signed for and delivered. Explained situation and had them reattempt to deliver from another facility to burn the CD at 2:45pm. Delivery was promised by 4:30pm. 10 min til 5pm arrives and no courier. I called to let them know that our doors were locking at 5pm but I would wait outside of them until he arrives. 5:10pm arrives. No courier. Called the company and they said yes so and so signed for it. I ran into the courier leaving in the hallway and asked who he gave it to. He had gone through a side door and interupted a VERY important meeting with the CEO of the company and a large group of 30 doctors in a conference room. I was humiliated when I had to interrupt their meeting to ask for the CD. Due to the incompetent drivers not just one time but TWO drivers messing up and almost ruining a patient’s surgery being cancelled. I will never use or recommend them to anyone.

I manage a storage facility this company delivered to one of our tenants. We have had to evict the tenant because this company had no respect for our facility. The would leave pallets everywhere, drivers would back into buildings, and the final straw was when they ran into an RV parked on the property. They refused to pay for damages. So if your in the storage industry, I would not let these guys anywhere near your business!

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Traveled 30 minutes out of the way to apply at the 5058 location. Encountered Mike at the entrance and he was extremely rude. I would love to earn the pay being offered, but if the boss has a better-than-you attitude during the application process, I can only imagine how bad of an employer he would be. I left almost immediately after arriving.

Dispatchers are cool. Not sure how anybody delivering docs make money though. The price of gas…and they do not reimburse for mileage at all so you eat it on gas. Lots of cross valley driving too. Would not recommend.

Probably the worst ownership in the shipping industry, if they screw up it’s your fault, if they misplace a package “oh Sorry” then it shows up next week. Use UPS or USPS save the headache.
