My son has been playing here for about 4 years. He loves it! There is an awesome variety so he stays busy instead of bored and gets his energy out in a positive way. I enjoy the variety of quieter corners available and/or massage chairs! Its a safe fun place for the kiddos, thanks for your care and patience with all the screaming kids that come thru here! Visitors beware! I would caution of visiting this place they make you sign a waiver to go play so you don’t sue but I found hazards that would pay at least a 6 figure settlement. If you dare walk to the back area you will notice all the emergency signs hanging by a literal wire trash that looked like it has been there over a year and a majority of the play areas that need major attention. Please see attached photos. Be safe!

Falling apart, dangerous, filthy, and dangerously understaffed! On top of that a complete bait and switch. I prepaid for 2 x 3 hour passes and we brought our own socks as it said was OK online. When I got there they charged me an additional $30 + for socks, parent pass, and unpaid taxes. We stayed for a lil more than an hour and left before someone got hurt!

We have been here a bunch of times. The membership is inexpensive($29 a month) and we love the space available to jump. They also have a basketball area and a big climbing area. They have a bunch of couches for the parents to sit at while the kids play. There is a snack bar and tables where you can work while the kiddos play. We love this place. They even have a birthday party section above on the second floor. There is one slide and a battle area. I would highly recommend this park. My son has a great time everytime.

This was our first time at Ninja Kidz Action Park and I have to say we were blown away! Everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful. We threw our son’s 7th birthday party there and I have never seen the kids have this much fun ANYWHERE else! It’s the perfect place for controlled chaos that lets kids actually have some safe freedom to go crazy and BE KIDS. I would give a 6/5 if I could. Absolutely coming back!

There is no way to contact anyone in management so I’m doing it here. My son has a membership at this location. He has ASD and this has been great for him. I think the staff are very friendly, and dedicated. The Valo Jump machines are COMPLETELY out of service. With school being out and the crowds getting larger, the kiddos can’t use them. Nothing seems to be getting done as we come here every day and they’re continuously not functioning or connecting to the internet. I’m hoping this reaches someone in upper management so it can be addressed. You’ve got a good thing going here and I would hate for the facilities reputation to get tainted. Thank you kindly for your attention in this matter.

Great space with lots of fun activities to beat the heat! We have a 13 year old and 9 year old, and there was plenty to keep them both busy for 90 minutes. Basketball, dodgeball, slides, gymnastics, obstacle courses. Dodgeball got a little competitive/aggressive at times and not always an employee present to referee. Good amount of seating for the adults. The $5 for socks is a little much though for throw away socks. Other places I’ve been are $2-3.

We had our kids’ birthday parties here, and we had such a great experience! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole day easy and fun. A special thank you to the GM for showing our family an incredible act of kindness. It was something we’ll never forget and it truly meant so much to us. It’s rare to come across that kind of genuine generosity these days. Thank you for helping make our children’s birthdays so special. We can’t wait to come back!

We love this place! We got the membership for the summer and have been here regularly. Mica is a big reason we decided to keep coming. She always greets us kindly and seems like she genuinely is happy to be here, which is really rare to find these days. I appreciate that they keep the facility clean and they seem to have good rapport with each other. One of the managers gave me the WiFi password the first day I stepped in and I just do my work while my boy has a blast. Super fun! Grateful for the outlet that is safe and cool for him to play.

Came on a Saturday, it wasn’t crazy busy which was REALLY nice. About 2pm they turned the lights off, turned the disco lights on and music loud, the dinosaur came out and did the cha cha slide with the kids and the employees joined too, it was fun, definitely made it feel very interactive!! Surprised they do this for how inexpensive this place is. It was very clean, all the workers were very friendly and very attentive. Will absolutely be back.

We love this place! So much fun for everyone in the family (yes, parents too). They offer snacks and drinks to purchase at a reasonable price. They even sell energy drinks for the parents hanging on by a thread! Best part, it’s always soooo clean! I always see staff walking around sanitizing and cleaning the floors. 10/10 recommend.

Kayla made our first visit fun and easy today! My kids are tall and they said they were both happy the playground levels were a height they could stand up (as opposed to the old crawling-height style). The dance room is CUTE and the music has been good for the last couple hours. But even better, since the music is just floating out of that room, my kids can hear me call them in the playground. So, so smart. The ONLY minor thing to note, is they have SO much seating, plenty of room for parents to be comfy. I’m getting work done while the kids play. But. Their “arcade” is foosball, mini air hockey, and 5 claw machines. I’m all claw machine’d out. This location has pleeeenty of room for more games, I’ll hope they add some! It just feels like it needs a whack a mole, slitherio, something. Just… more games. This space is wide open for fun opportunities. Bathrooms wete clean and we saw staff up in the playground cleaning during our visit. Glad we tried it today, we’ll be back! (I think this is our new indoor playground, RIP Luv2Play but this is a GREAT space!)

Decoration and service was on point. They were so helpful and thoughtful. They truly made my life so much less stressful. If you are considering having your party here- do it!!! And the facility is so nice and clean. The play area is so fun for all ages from toddlers to teens. My 11/13yo still had tons of fun in the obstacle courses. It was truly an amazing experience. Great place for kids to run around and burn off all that energy while staying cool with this summer heat. My 2ye old loves it and it’s safe for her. Staff is very nice especially Kaitlyn who helped us today. This is our second visit and we will be back, with temperatures over 100 we will probably be coming often. It’s also great they are open till 10p and you can leave and come back as much as needed for the day.

This place is awesome. My 7-year old loved it and I had a blast with him. The climbing area is huge, fun, and very clean. The slides are a blast and the soccer area is really cool too. Can’t beat the price of admission for an all day pass. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The only real issue we encountered was other loud, inconsiderate guests. There was a large family of older children that were yelling across the place and dominating the play area at the expense of smaller kids. Don’t be those people. Teach your kids better.

Very clean play area and seating areas. Tons of tables. The staff was polite and attentive. Free WiFi to get some work done while the kids play. The layout makes it easy to keep an eye on your kids without worrying that they will somehow “wander off”. Everyone has to take off their shoes to come in, but I don’t mind if helps them keep the place so clean. Plus that they don’t make you buy a $12 pair of socks!

We had a birthday party at Urban Air, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We paid for party socks for our guests, but the staff apparently gave them to the wrong party. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to make it right, they refused to admit the mistake. The lack of honesty and accountability was extremely frustrating. The food was just as disappointing. The pizza was poor quality, with large bubbles throughout the crust. When they brought it out, instead of replacing it, they simply asked if we wanted another one made after we had already been served. On top of that, the facility was very dirty, and the overall customer service was unprofessional. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this location. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes made what should have been a fun birthday celebration a very negative experience.

Horrible experience at Urban Air. We attended a birthday party, and our experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, and management handled our concerns very poorly. Based on our experience, we will not be returning. Here are the main issues we encountered: 1. The facility was dirty. 2. The bathrooms had no soap available. 3. The pizza was terrible—bland, poor quality, and lacking flavor. 4. The park appeared to be understaffed on a Saturday, and management was disorganized and unhelpful. 5. We purchased $400 worth of gift cards, but only received $300 in value because one of the gift cards had a $0 balance. Even though we had proof of purchase, the new owners refused to honor it, claiming it was the previous owner’s responsibility and telling us to contact corporate. That was a major red flag and not how customers should be treated. 6. We paid for party socks for our guests, but they were mistakenly given to another family. Instead of acknowledging the error and making it right, the staff denied the mistake and refused to resolve the issue. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had. The combination of poor cleanliness, low-quality food, disorganization, and a complete lack of accountability made for an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location.

GO TO KIDS EMPIRE ON ELLIOT INSTEAD!!! First of all this place stinks as soon as u walk in.. it smells like chemicals. It’s dark they need better lighting. Not fun for toddlers there’s nothing for them to do. I asked for a refund because we were there maybe 15-20 mins (waiting to hear from Gabriel ) $57 minus the socks …The 7 and under area is no fun. I suggest go to KIDS EMPIRE on Elliot instead. Kids empire is cheaper in Cost and they have music playing the energy is high and fun. Urban air is sad we won’t be back! IF I get my refund I’ll take this review down.

The real Milk Chocolate

I am extremely disappointed with my experience hosting my son’s 10th birthday party at Urban Air. I paid for a birthday package that was not delivered as advertised, yet I was still charged the full amount. Upon arrival, the facility had an unpleasant odor and the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the environment uncomfortable for guests. In addition, several items and services that were included in the birthday package were not provided. Because the facility was unable to deliver what was promised, I was forced to leave during my son’s party to purchase food and other items myself in order to accommodate our guests. To make matters worse, my son’s party room was downgraded because the facility could not provide the room that was originally booked. Despite receiving less than what I paid for, there was no adjustment made to the cost of the party. After the event, I contacted both the facility and corporate customer service in an attempt to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed, and no meaningful effort was made to refund, compensate, or accommodate my family for the numerous issues we experienced. What should have been a special day for my son turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering booking a party here to carefully review exactly what is being guaranteed and to get all promises in writing before paying. Based on my experience, the level of customer service, communication, and overall execution fell far below expectations.

My kids had an amazing time at Sky Zone in Laveen! The staff was incredibly friendly and did a great job creating a fun, active environment where the kids felt comfortable jumping, running, and exploring all the courses. A lot to be desired, the common area is cool enough because of a large overhead fan and a large standing fan near the bathroom (not safe for tiny fingers) but either they don’t have AC or don’t run it. Standing still had us all pouring sweat around any of the play areas. The bounce court has no attendant and the mat is under inflated. LOTS of things need maintenance and servicing. This place has so much potential but we will not be returning to this location any time soon.

We have been going here for a few years now and the ball swing closest to the north wall doesn’t slide smoothly with someone on it, you have to walk the kids all the way down to the other side. It would be nice to see this fixed instead of all the new claw machines that cost $5 bucks each and are just a money trap. The slide in the far southwest corner has been missing a blue knob to help the Littles climb up easier since we have been going. Not a big deal but it seems this location is not a top priority for them. The whole place has small things that need attention, I could go on but I won’t. My kids love it here but I think we will be canceling our membership soon due to the poor upkeep.

There needs to be more control. It is a free for all and employees are on their phones. It gets old when kids are walking up the slides while other kids have to sit and wait for the kids to climb uo so they can go down. They have rules up but no one is here to police them. I love to let kids be kids, but also create a safe environment. Won’t be back to this location. Only reason I won’t do a 1 star is because it was somewhat clean and they staff where half way nice.

I took the kids and celebrated my 3 year old birthday festivities here to keep the kids active lol. Kevin and the staff was superb!! They got us in around 4 ish and met expectations with them being closed at 7PM. I wished it stay opened a bit later but the kids definitely had a blast this will be our go to spot. Highly recommend for kid friendly places infants to 8-10 years old.

Nice clean place. Kids had a wonderful time. Most importantly, the young people working there are actually engaged with their tasks and also the visitors. That is rare unfortunately, and so nice to experience. We will be back.

Dehwe absolutely made this experience amazing. We will be back because of him. He took a break from cleaning to help my large, unorganized party get through the payment process with ease. Also, this place is clean and it’s easy to watch the kids.

I was nannying for the week and took the kid there one day. He had a blast and it was nice watching him have a good time. The only down side was waiting in line. You had to sign a waiver, then wait on another line to pay to go in. There was only one person on register with 8- 10 families on the line

We purchased tickets through Groupon because it clearly stated they could be used on any day. When we arrived, we were told they weren’t accepting Groupon vouchers at all, despite the terms on Groupon saying otherwise. Since we were already there, we had no choice but to pay full price out of pocket. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we arrived around 7:30 PM, even though admission runs from 6:00–9:00 PM and costs $23 per person. We expected at least a prorated rate since there was only about an hour and a half left, but we were charged the full admission price. Overall, the communication between the venue and Groupon needs to be improved. If Groupon vouchers aren’t being accepted, that should be clearly stated before customers purchase them. We ended up paying twice for the same visit, which was frustrating.

Arrived at 9 this morning for their Sensory Saturday start time. Altitude was locked and no staff had arrived. Waited a half hour with other families and no one came to open. No one answered the phones. We all left. This is the fourth time over the years they’ve not been open or staffed for a special needs event they advertise. Very disappointing, inconvenient for families.

I am writing this review as a family member of a child who was involved in a very upsetting incident at this establishment. What should have been a fun celebration for a six-year-old’s birthday turned into a situation that no family should ever experience. The incident began with what we felt was rude and unprofessional behavior from the manager, Amber. During the interaction, another employee touched the six-year-old child’s feet without permission. Shortly afterward, Amber threw a pair of socks into the child’s face. Regardless of the circumstances, this was completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior toward a young child. As tensions rose, Amber (the manager) reportedly called her sister to come to the business to confront and possibly physically harm members of our family, which only escalated an already stressful situation. Police were eventually called to the scene. The most disappointing part of this experience is that it all stemmed from the treatment of a six-year-old child on his birthday. Businesses should be places where families feel welcome and safe, and management should be setting an example by de-escalating conflict—not contributing to it. I sincerely hope ownership or upper management reviews what happened and takes appropriate action. No family celebrating a child’s birthday should leave with memories like these. Please do not come to this establishment. They are unprofessional on top of being understaffed, unsafe and uncleanly. Your money is spent elsewhere.

Uptown Jungle Fun Park in Phoenix offers a variety of activities designed to keep children engaged. While the facility provides a cool indoor environment to escape the heat, the experience can be inconsistent. Some visitors note that the staff training during busy periods requires improvement to ensure smooth operations.

The park features a snack bar for convenient dining. However, food safety standards and service quality during peak hours are areas that could be refined to enhance the overall guest experience.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that we went yesterday for my daughter’s bday and me, my husband and some of our guests ended up getting food poisoning from the pizza we ordered. We feel so bad for the little ones, I usually don’t make reviews but I do when something needs to be said especially about food to keep everyone safe. Also I think the staffing needs to be appropriately trained in tense or rushed situations. We understand there’s a lot of people with a million questions but nonetheless we’re there to have fun. Hospitality is everything!

The summer pass is this parent’s summer salvation! We’ve bought it for the last four years. All you have to do is come twice and it pays for itself. Come early at opening for toddlers or for kids who get overwhelmed in crowds, Come later or during the neon glow events for older kids and teenagers. It’s air conditioned, it works every muscle of their body, there are slides and zip lines and soccer and basketball and jumping off of the walls and friends to be made. Supervision is great, attentive, and friendly, you can tell they like kids(definitely a plus) Though this is definitely not a place just to drop off kids and leave, it’s definitely a place where you can bring the kids and sit back and relax. While your kids are jumping, bring a book, scroll on your phone, bring your laptop and work on work, or enjoy a massage chair. All I know is that it’s air-conditioned and I’m not sweating. Though if you’re more energetic than I am, join the kids, it’s a great workout. Last, but not at least, it’s clean. Some of the places I’ve been to have that grungy carpet that you can tell has been there for years and years and years and you don’t really want to touch. Not here. All the surfaces have been well cleaned, well maintained, and replaced often. Parents- this place will save your summer sanity.

I bought a membership at the Camelback location so my family would have something fun to do with our toddler over the summer. Nobody mentioned it was only valid at that one park. I found that out when we showed up at the Greenway location and were turned away. The Greenway employee told me not to worry: they’d cancel the Camelback membership, sign me up there, and I’d get a refund. I agreed on that basis. As I was walking out, I was told there would be no refund after all. That’s misinformation number two. I emailed support, explained the situation, and was told no refund. Fine. I asked them to cancel the membership at that point. Weeks later, they charged me again. When I emailed about it, I was told the cancellation I’d been verbally promised in person never happened, and pointed to sections 3, 4, and 5 of an agreement. Their exact words: “our decision is final.” So: three separate times, Sky Zone employees told me something that turned out to be false, and every time the cost of their mistake landed on me. Corporate’s position is that the fine print protects them from anything their own staff says out loud. If you buy a membership here, understand that it is good at exactly one location, that nothing an employee tells you is binding, and that cancelling requires a paper trail you create yourself. I won’t be back and I won’t be recommending them.

We live nearby and have twin toddlers (almost 4). This is a great last minute activity for them on random weekday evenings or Saturday mornings. I took them both by myself (was very nervous) today but it was empty and we LOVED it. We have the monthly pass and have to go before 1pm on weekends, I’m sure things pick up later. The front desk staff is always welcoming and courteous during check in. Erick was very attentive, friendly, and helped when the kids wanted to go down the slide. Always a good experience.

Had a great time at Sky Zone today. It’s always fun playing soccer with the kids on the big bouncey pitch, watching them go down the slides, and I’m appreciative of the well maintained Toddler area! Logan was especially helpful!

Most facilities offer tiered pricing based on 60-minute or 90-minute sessions, and prices may fluctuate during peak weekend hours versus weekday discounts. You should also check if additional fees apply for specialized equipment rentals like foam pits or dodgeball court access.

Can adults go to trampoline parks?
