Patrick & his team were punctual, Patrick was familiar with my chart & the procedures that were previously done, he was able to quickly addressed my concerns for today’s visit, he educated me about my condition & gladly walked my through today’s procedure, his work is always precise & accurate!!!! Throughout today’s entire visit Patrick & his team consistently promoted courtesy & clearly exhibited both kindness & friendliness, also Jaquelyn at the front desk is very professional & thorough, she also promotes courtesy consistently!!! Reflecting the above mentioned, I will always recommend Phoenix Skin whenever the opportunity arises, Thanks Philip.

I’ve been Elizabeth Walter’s patient for at least 5 years I believe. She great! I’ll stay with her for a long time. She’s been spot on, and always taken good care of me.

They where courteous, very friendly, and professional. My appointment was for a personal matter, but before I left I ask my NP to do a quick skin exam. She did not hesitate one bit. That saved me another visit later this year. That impressed me. Thanks!

My experience was obviously a one-off based on other reviews but nonetheless: I came for an evaluation after women’s health, my PCP and another dermatologist said they couldn’t do anything for a boil I had in a delicate place, my butt. My evaluation with Phoenix Skin went fine but it was an additional 6-8 weeks out to get in with a surgeon. Fine. At least someone will finally deal with the thing. Unfortunately, by the time I had the surgical appointment it had ruptured. I did 8 weeks of antibiotics and bi-weekly cortisone shots to have Dr. Madden tell me she didn’t recommend surgery because of how difficult the area was. She continued to give injections and I continued to keep the area covered until my skin became so aggravated from bandages I couldn’t wear them anymore. Her treatment plan was nothing. Just hope it heals It never did. I’m only leaving a review because after my insurance wisely dropped Phoenix Skin, I went for another follow up because it was inflamed and STILL there after a year and Madden essentially told me I needed surgery which, frustratingly, is why I chose this place to begin with. For surgery. That they didn’t want to do. And after billing hundreds of dollars to my insurance for nothing, they sent me a bill for $90 for doing nothing again because she didn’t even send the referral out for an actual surgeon. Take it for what you will, but I hate you guys. I hope you all end up with boils.

I had Christina Harview for my first appointment. Her bedside manner is amazing, her behavior felt warm and welcoming. and she listened to me when I spoke. I’ve had past experiences with other doctors where I can tell they want to rush me out and they cut me off when I spoke, but that wasn’t the case with Christina. I will for sure be come back for my next appointment! 🙂

Dr Kessler is by far the most amazing dermatologist ever. She genuinely cares and gives you the time to look over your body and listen to your concerns. She saved both my sister and mother. So greatful to have found her, even if I move out of state I will come back for appointments with her.

Dr Margaret Kessler and her team are the best care providers! She followed me in the hospital and I wasn’t doing so great at first but with her positive attitude and determination to figure out what was causing my illness along with her team I never lost hope. Amazing, personable, actually listened to my concerns and explained everything in an easy/simple way and made sure all my questions were addressed. I feel very blessed that she’s my doctor through this process.

I really appreciated Dr. Margaret Kessler’s knowledge on all the latest research regarding skin protection and products. She also gave me a 2026 handout with great insight on a variety of sun protection products. She not only was incredibly knowledgeable, but kind and personable. She also answered all of my questions completely and took her time with me. I never felt rushed. I will not only be returning but will be introducing my 94 year old mother in the near future as a new patient.

Christina Harview was very professional in her examination of myself and my wife. She is very pleasant and was funny as well even when she was cutting off part of my nose. I’ve had a lump on the side of my nose for about 5 or 6 years, it hadn’t bothered me however she saw something I didn’t. Just waiting on results to come back, hopefully good results? I would highly recommend her and her staff to all my friends, she’s a great dermatologist. Thanks, Bill

The receptionist was rude. I and several others client of color were greeted by her she asked “what do you need” other clients were greeted by her she said to them “hi are you checking in for an appointment.” Her actions really bothered me. But the medical assistant Angelique was wonderful. She greeted me with a smile and said good morning. The doctor Mary was very polite, kind, and explained my situation in a very respectful manner.

Mary was courteous and excellent at explaining the procedures, and even better at performing them. I give her 5 stars. My complaint is waiting to be called in. My last appointment 8/26/26, I waited in the waiting area for 40 minutes, and the previous appointment approx 20 minutes. That is both irritating and frustrating and definitely needs to be addressed.

Kellee English and staff are fantastic. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They took their time during my exam. Kellee also referred me to a great surgeon to treat my 2 skin cancer spots on my side of head. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again

They took care of some skin cancers on my leg. They kept my mind at ease as they removed them with friendly conversation . They are very professional but warm, not stiff and cold in the way they handle their patients. I actually enjoyed going to the doctor for once!

Had a full body scan with PA Annie Janik. She was thorough and efficient, but didn’t really take the time to build a rapport. I kind of felt like just another number in her day. She took a small biopsy of a mole and said she’s getting back to me with results. They gave me some written instructions on how to care for the biopsied wound along with a small tube of Aquaphor. The treatment was professional, just wish it was a little warmer.

Excellent service at my dermatologist. Wanted two small growths removed. Quickly handle with liquid nitrogen. My best and thank you to the staff.

Mindy was as always very nice and makes you feel comfortable. Her assistant was also very nice and professional.

Greeted on check-in and within minutes taken back for procedures. Staff was friendly and professional. Body check performed and addressed area needing attention. Although the nitrogen is necessary still hurts some but this is the procedure. I did forgot to ask the doctor about a skin condition and the assistant quickly got the doctor for my follow up question and prescribed new meds. At no time did I feel this visit was rushed and follow up appointment was planned. Very nice office and staff.

I had a great experience at Camelback Dermatology today. Previously, I have had poor experiences at different dermatologists and came to Camelback to try and start fresh with a new dermatologist. Dr. Bengston was amazing- calm, professional, excellent bedside manner and patient education. I left with a renewed confidence and understanding of my particular derm situation. The staff were also all very professional and kind. Having been to several derm offices before, I can say with confidence this place is one of the best. I had many highly frustrating experiences at Camelback Dermatology and will not be returning. First, it is nearly impossible to speak to anyone at the front desk. Whether you are trying to schedule, reschedule, or ask a question, you are either left on hold indefinitely or forced to leave voicemails that go unanswered. When you finally do interact with the front desk staff, they are incredibly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, Dr. DeLuca’s bedside manner is terrible. She is incredibly condescending, rude, and dismissive. A visit to the dermatologist shouldn’t feel this stressful or unwelcoming. The only positive experience I had at this office was with Dr. Slobodny. If I could only see her, and not deal with the rest of the office staff, I would remain a patient at this practice. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a practice that respects its patients and maintains basic professional standards.

From the Specialist, Kylie, that helped both my Son and my Daughter to the front desk and check out help, absolutely fantastic service! Clean office, quick waiting time, and friendly staff. 5 stars all the way! Thanks we appreciate all you do!

I made an appointment with Brett Thomas for an annual skin check. I sat in the lobby almost an hour. Twice the front desk told me they are on their way to get you. The Doc gave me a cursory once over. When I pointed out several areas of concern two of them were completely dismissed. One spot he said if I really wanted to biopsy, he could do that. Turns out it was pre-cancerous. I made the follow up appointment with Christoph Bengson. I would see Bengson again. He was kind, thoughtful and addressed my concerns that were dismissed by Dr. Thomas. I have no confidence and Dr. Thomas.

I saw Elyse and she was amazing! I went for more esthetic reasons and got a cool Peel laser and PRP under my eyes. She was super professional and did a phenomenal job. She made sure the laser settings would be appropriate based on my skin type and history. She was thorough in explaining the procedures and the pain was minimal. She made me feel so comfortable. I am very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend her! All the staff was very friendly.

I have been taking my kids or going myself to these dermatologists for DECADES. Dr B and Dr Jaz and all the others are Great! I think I’ve seen everyone there for one thing or another. My kids are all adults and have Beautiful skin. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. From acne to skin cancer you can get the help you need with kindness and concern. Get your skin checked its just like going to the Dentist. Skin cancer is no Joke Folks….

I cannot say enough good things about the Alliance Dermatology office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and professional. Jessica Griffin PA-C, the nurses and assistants were truly top notch-caring, empathetic and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. It’s rare to find such a compassionate team!

I returned to Alliance Dermatology and Mohs Center after I was very dissatisfied with the doctor’s performance and follow-up who biopsied and removed a squamous from the back of my knee. Dr. JAZAYERI had handled my 3 previous squamous on my arms and did excellent work and follow-up and I had the best desired results on each. The only reason I went elsewhere was for location preference. I will never leave a doctor excellent at what they do just because it’s easier to drive there. If/when I get more skin cancer, I would drive to Tucson or Flagstaff (and probably farther) to have Dr. Jaz and his staff take care of my dermatology needs. Thank you Dr Jaz and for your professional, efficient and caring staff.

Dr.Jazz is one of the best doctors I’ve ever visited with. He was very instructional and answered all of my questions thoroughly and listened intently. His assistant, Jizzel did a great job in making sure I was comfortable while waiting for the doctor and took all of my information in a very professional manner. I will recommend them for any dermatological procedures A+

Staff was very pleasant & efficient. Provider, Holly, was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. She took the time to make sure she explained what was happening to my grandson’s skin and to make sure we understood how to use the medicine perscribed.

Dr. Yue was efficient and helpful when I developed a lesion after my semi-annual examination. She dealt with my issue promptly and cheerfully on very short notice!

Very disappointing appt. Took my son in for two different concerns. We will NEVER see Craig Wiggins, NP again! Came in the room didn’t even examine my son. Spoke so fast and spewed out so much information while he scribbled on two different forms about the all the meds he wanted us to try. The one concern I had about giving my son a pill he said ” your body your choice” in a sarcastic tone. We both left there with a big headache and my son was so disappointed with him.

Had a really pleasant experience at the Estrella location with Dr. Anna and her medical assistant. They were both very friendly and welcoming. Came in to discuss my daughters hemangiomas and Dr. Anna thoroughly explained everything to us. She wasn’t pushy at all and left the treatment plan entirely up to us which I really appreciated. She put our minds at ease with how informative she was. I would recommend her to anyone and will be going back to her if I/my family need a dermatologist again!

Ive been coming here for couple years now I see Dr. Craig Wiggins hes the best! He always takes care of my needs and listens to everything i have to say. Most Drs dont care to hear anymore and just give u meds, but Craig is amazing! I highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Dr.Wiggins. My appointment time was at 7:40 am. I checked in with ease at the front desk. I was seen by Dr. Wiggins quickly, he was straight to the point, which I loved. I was out the door at 8:00am with prescriptions.

Dr. Stockton is absolutely hands-down the best dermatologist! I have been seeing her for about 15+ years. I have recently moved out of state and continue to come back to Arizona for the sole purpose of seeing Dr. Stockton. Also, the staff is incredible. They are all very competent and extremely helpful. I’d give Stockton Dermatology 100 ⭐️ if I could!

Absolutely a great experience 👍🏽 👏🏽! I came in for DPN removal and I really really liked Lori Evans. She was friendly, had a sincere spirit and knows how to speak to someone with melanin skin which I really appreciated. I live in CA and would fly back to see her for this procedure again and others. This is my 2nd time having this procedure, the first time was near my home. This was better than the first hands down.

This was my 1st visit to Pinnacle Dermatology. Fiona took such good care of me today. I was very nervous and she just talked to me through it all to take my mind off what she was doing. I had a procedure in the office and they walked me through everything they were doing. Theresa Longo is the best she gave me my care instructions and phone number in case I had any problems or questions. She even called me the same evening to see how I was doing and to make sure I had the antibiotics she ordered ahead of time. Let’s put it this way. Once I find a good doctor in an office I stick with it if you’re looking for a dermatologist. Dr. Fiona Hanley or probably anybody else in the office is great. Love the people. Love the office staff and they’re very accommodating in terms of your needs.

She was attentive to my needs and concerns. Dr. Williams, was great. She explained in detail the best treatment option, and I was treated right away. I have had my first appointment and so far all of my needs have been met. Maybe I should of written this after my appointment 🤔 I can’t believe the incompetence. I’ve been on Skyrizi now for 3 years. I was up for my annual renew. I got the applications from Abbvie to make it easier on the doctor to get this done. I filled out everything I could and took these forms to my appointment. I was even thanked for being so efficient. The fax number was on the top of both forms. We’ll the staff sent the forms to my insurance and now there is a $1900.00 copay. I called 4 to 5 times trying to get this done. Finally after 6 weeks the staff finally got it right. Abbvie even sent them forms. Unbelievable. I couldn’t of made it any easier. Then I told them doctor that I got bitten on my arm by some ants and they were not healing right. The doctor said oh it’s part of the psoriasis and walked out of the room. Didn’t even look at my arm. I will never go back to Affiliated. I tried them once before and same sort of problem. You need to listen to your patient.

I was very pleased with how fast and efficient the staff was at affiliated dermatology. I had an appointment the next day for a facial rash. The medical assistant and my PA were excellent and understanding. Thank you for helping me to start reducing the inflammation and rash. You’re all wonderful. ★☆☆☆☆ Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. They called me to schedule an appointment, and I even called back beforehand to verify the address and confirm my date of birth. Despite doing everything right, when I showed up to the clinic, the staff had absolutely no record of my appointment. I wasted three hours of my day for nothing. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and treated me like just a number instead of a patient looking for care. Avoid this place if you value your time and expect basic respect.. Receptionist one was very rude..I’m pretty sure you have a lot of complaints..
