Well done! Was there with my daughter for the Forrest Frank, Jesus Generation Concert. We had a great time. Staff was courteous and helpful inside and in the parking garage. Concert sound was good. It was a bit chilly inside, but better than too hot. Id attend a concert in there again!

Wife and myself attended a concert recently. We arrived up top and got tshirts and a couple drinks. We had easy access into our event and Ramon in section 101 pointed us to our seats. We sat down and a very nice lady came up to us and checked our tickets. Erica had pointed out that we might be in the wrong seats. I was shocked and said I don’t think so. She said please sir follow me. As my wife and I followed her she explained to us that we had VIP access. We where escorted to get wristbands and offered complimentary dinner, snacks and drinks including alcohol. I was in shock and so very grateful Erica pointed this out to us and showed us the private bar area. As we arrived in the club we met with Kym an amazing gentleman with a smile and expertise on what we have access to and letting us know times of when to go see the bands play. As we made our way back to our seats after a couple drinks we met Adam at the aisle for our seats, he pointed a light for us so that we didnt trip on the stairs. Everyone was very accommodating and gracious with my wife and I. We are so very lucky to have had this experience and the staff made it absolutely wonderful for us. Also if you are in the club upstairs Janai makes the best drinks and has a great personality. Very wonderful time anx experience overall. I cant wait to go back and see them all again.

My first time visiting. I was invited to the Ringling Bros And Barnum Bailey Circus. It was awesome, excited and very colorful. The line moved quickly, the check in was different,(electronic now) you better have your the tickets pulled up on your phone. The staff was amazing always smiling and was there to assist you. Nice place!!❤️

The Styx and Chicago concert was great. I initially had trouble locating my seat but there were plenty of staff on hand. They even assisted with a spill and upgraded the person that was most affected which was great because the guy next to me was bigger than his seat and so am I so I ended up moving one row forward and had plenty of room.

The whole purpose of our visit to Phoenix was to go to a Mercury game at the Mortgage Matchup Center, and WOW, did we get the full experience! My friend has been a season ticket holder for years, so it was really fun to finally experience all the excitement with her. When we arrived, we dropped our car off at valet and headed inside. The process was incredibly quick, and we were inside almost immediately. Of course, the first thing we had to do was visit the team store. There were SO many options for both the Suns and the Mercury, so it was definitely worth checking out. From there, we headed to Club Gila River, which was included with our seats. They had beer, wine, Aquafina, and soft drinks available. The Aquafina came in cans, which I thought was interesting because I was expecting it to be carbonated for some reason, but it was just regular water—and honestly, it was delicious! Then came the food. There was a hot dog and salad bar, plus a hot food station with ribs, veggie pasta—which was my favorite—pot roast, and mashed potatoes. They even had homemade pizza! And then there was the dessert bar. Naturally, we had to get one of everything and have a little taste test, ranking everything from favorite to least favorite. The sea salt chocolate chip cookie was my favorite, while everyone else at the table seemed to love the matcha tiramisu. Either way, we definitely did not leave hungry! After filling our bellies, we headed to our seats—and they were COURTSIDE!!! Talk about an experience! The opposing team would walk right past us as they came out, and they were all giving us high fives as they passed. The Mercury warmed up at the basket right in front of us, so we got to see the players incredibly close. It was such a cool experience that you simply can’t get from the upper levels. The dance team stood right behind us, so we learned all the chants and got to participate in everything happening around us. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. They had the Golden Grannies dancing, an exercise studio group performing, and so many different people getting involved. It really felt like it didn’t matter your age, your body type, or anything else—they were celebrating EVERYONE. We even got to see Scorch, the mascot, come by. He was so much fun and even participated in the dunking during a break in play. And then, to make the night even better, the Mercury WON! We got to be part of the celebration before heading back to our car. Thankfully, we barely had to wait for the valet, which was especially appreciated because it was HOT outside. Overall, this was an AWESOME experience, and honestly, I don’t think anything will ever top it! From the food and entertainment to being courtside and getting high fives from the players, it was such a fun and memorable night. Thank you to Mortgage Matchup Center for creating such an energetic, welcoming place to host WNBA games and for making everyone feel like they’re part of the experience. This was definitely a night I won’t forget!

Arizona Financial Theatre offers a compact seating layout that provides excellent visibility from almost every angle. While the venue maintains a clean and safe environment, the proximity of the seats means space can feel limited during high-capacity events. The production quality remains consistent, featuring solid sound engineering suitable for various musical genres.

Lines out the door in 100+ heat! Asked why this happened and nobody could tell us Lines inside to get into seating area because they had is pour every can of beer THEY SOLD TO US into plastic cups as we entered the seating area from the lobby!! So huge lines inside and out… too few bathrooms, so even the men’s line was way out the door back into seating area Only bathrooms and bars were out in main lobby, we were seated in pit area, so very long distance to both from seats Sounds was good, seats were adequate Overall I would not recommend for music event… many other venues that are way better

Love this venue although the parking near here is awful but that has nothing to do with the venue. Anywhere you sit in the venue is awesome. Got to see NFG and Yellowcard here with my 13 yr old. What an amazing show! Getting in and out was also amazingly fast thanks Arizona financial for getting us in quick absolutely amazingly fast nothing like the baseball field where I missed the first two openers because it was so difficult to get in. Love Arizona financial!

The seats were comfortable. The stadium was set up nice and close to the stage, so visibility was great. It was clean, and seats were easy to access. The seats were very close together. The people next to us moved from their seats a lot, so my group had to stand up multiple times to let them past us. I guess if that is the price you pay for closer seats it’s okay. We end up s and dropping drinks to let them pass. Food was expensive.

PHOENIX CONVENTION CENTER This is an EXCELLENT VENUE ☆☆☆☆☆ This convention center is HUGE! They provide stars and escalators for each floor. It is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of restrooms throughout the building. We attended the ATA Martial Arts Worlds Championship Tournament. This venue handled the high volume of attendees with easy. The staff are friendly and polite. The ONLY criticism I have is that they charge $6.50 for a bottled water. It’s just not family friendly at that price. Besides that, I highly recommend this convention center.

The Phoenix Convention Center is an outstanding venue for the Volleyball Festival. The event is well organized, with hundreds of courts running smoothly and games staying on schedule. It’s exciting to see so many talented teams from across the country competing in one place. The atmosphere is energetic, and the staff and volunteers do a great job keeping everything organized. The tournament attracts hundreds of teams and thousands of athletes each year. Definitely great experience then Arizona Athletic Ground.

I recently visited the Phoenix Convention Center to participate in the 7th World Parkinson Congress (WPC), and I had a great experience here at this venue!! The place is massive, as there are several buildings affiliated with the Phoenix Convention Center. The spaces throughout the buildings are very clean, well-kept, & easy to navigate. The staff that are present here are kind + helpful, too!! Per Visit Phoenix’s website, “Inspired by the red-rock walls and turquoise waters of the Grand Canyon, the Phoenix Convention Center is one of the most beautiful and sophisticated convention centers in the United States. Its interconnected campus includes three ballrooms, 99 meeting/breakout rooms, a 2,300-seat performance hall and an Executive Conference Center. The award-winning catering staff at the Phoenix Convention Center can feed 360 people every eight minutes, and its bright and airy food court features five themed eateries.” I highly recommend visiting this area if you’re thinking about attending an event being held at the Phoenix Convention Center!! This is a great campus, with fantastic access to other attractions in Downtown PHX!! 🙂

Was here for a cheer competition. I was specifically in Hall one and Hall four there’s limited food options in the convention center. They have vending machines and self serve check out locations with little snacks. During the competition inside the hall there was one or two food options. the food is very pricey. A small 12 ounce bottle of water is six dollars so I would recommend bringing outside food and water.

Beautiful, historic venue with awesome decor and a great vibe. Seats are comfortable, but balcony sightlines are limited—I can’t speak to other sections. Wayfinding could be better; some maps or clearer signage would really help. There’s no dedicated parking, so you’re either hunting for street spots (meters) or paying around $30 at nearby structures, which feels steep. Drinks run about $7 per can/bottle—pricey. All that said, once you’re in your seat, the atmosphere delivers and I still had a really nice experience. Quick tips: •If view matters, avoid far-back balcony; aim for lower levels. •Arrive early or use rideshare/public transit to skip parking hassle.

It was a hot mess express…in the best way possible!!! They handed out shots on the way in and the performers helped people to their seats. There was a pretty extensive drink menu (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and a handful of snack options as well. Which you could order to you seat via a QR code. The show was fun and interactive. I do wish the seating was a bit more comfortable since the show was about an hour and half, but most of the time the hilarious chaos of the performance was distracting. Gold Member entirely loyal to Marriot, frequent traveler. I was put in the room sharing a wall with the elevator. I view this as a low level of awareness and poor hospitality when a frequent and loyal guest is put in a room that almost certainly receives more complaints than others. Location is convenient, rooms are fine, but service is lacking. I called the front desk and a new room will be provided the following night, so two stars for service. Only one chance to make a first impression.

Stayed here while in town for a continuing education course. Overall, this was a mixed experience. There was ongoing renovation noise starting early each morning, the pool was closed, and one morning the water was unexpectedly shut off while I was in the shower. The combination of these issues made the stay more disruptive than expected, especially while attending training during the day. The room itself was clean, but felt somewhat outdated, and there was noticeable hallway noise (doors and conversations carried into the room more than expected). Service was mixed. The front desk staff was friendly and responsive, especially when addressing the issues, but restaurant service was slow and inconsistent during my stay. To their credit, once the concerns were raised, the hotel team followed up and applied a credit to the stay, which I appreciated. The location is great and very convenient to food, shopping, and nearby attractions, and I’ve generally had positive experiences with Marriott properties. However, better communication about renovations and potential disruptions ahead of time would have made a big difference. Overall, not a terrible stay, but not what I expected for the price.

This place is so much fun! Having a kid that’s between the ages of 3 to 12 years old, I highly recommend this place to bring the family. It’s a lot of fun for the kids and adults alike. The place is very clean and there’s cool seating everywhere. There’s a splash area that is for kids only where they get to play in the sprinklers. I suggest for parents to have their kids have an extra pair of dry clothes and shoes and to maybe have your kids where clothes that is okay for them to get wet. And if it is your first time there like it was mine, I recommend that you get an all-day pass which is good for being there all day and going on all the rides when you have the wristband as many times as you want. And the Park is open late until 8:00 p.m. I highly recommend that you bring the kids and just have a blast all day.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix during my visit to Arizona. Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, the hotel offers a stylish and vibrant atmosphere with easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and sporting venues nearby. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite, which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff consistently went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of, and their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Breakfast was a relaxing start to the day, with a freshly prepared bagel sandwich, fresh fruits, and a well-crafted cocktail. The hotel’s lobby and bar area also provided a lively yet comfortable setting to unwind. The only minor challenge was the self-parking arrangement. It was a little complicated to locate the parking entrance initially, and finding the way from the garage back to the hotel took some time. Better signage would certainly help first-time visitors. Overall, the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful hospitality made this a memorable stay. I would gladly return to Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish downtown Phoenix experience.

Luxurious, clean, actual pet (CAT) friendly Happy we chose this hotel for our 2 night stay in Phoenix. We have been traveling for over a month now and had some bad hotels for a big price (San Francisco, Yellowstone) but this one was definitely in our top 3 best hotels (because I can’t chose between the best 3). It’s so clean in the rooms and the building, even the pet rooms are nice and we had some very smelly ones before (thanks to dogs). Our cats loved it here as well!!! The pool was amazing. Very busy thru out the day so best to go in the evenings. We haven’t tried the restaurant but the bar played nice music. We would 100% come back! Location is great, in the middle of downtown with lots of restaurants around. Service was nice too! The valet guy helped us with luggage which no one at the other hotels did. Great price for a hotel like this Ps: get your iced coffee from Ingo’s Tasty Food in the same street, it was my fav this whole month long roadtrip. I miss it already Their troubadour sandwich was amazing too

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! We chose Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix as the host hotel for our wedding weekend, reserved a room block for our guests, and stayed in the Presidential Suite, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. They truly went above and beyond to make one of the most important weekends of our lives feel seamless and unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located in the perfect spot with easy access to everything downtown Phoenix has to offer. Our Presidential Suite was stunning and made our wedding weekend even more special. What meant the most to us was hearing the feedback from our wedding guests. Every guest who stayed at the hotel had wonderful things to say about their experience, from the comfortable accommodations to the exceptional customer service to the amazing food! So many people commented on how kind, welcoming, and attentive the staff was throughout their stay. Planning a wedding comes with plenty of stress, but the team at Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix made the hotel portion effortless. We are incredibly grateful for the care, hospitality, and genuine kindness shown to us, our families, and our friends. Thank you for helping make our wedding weekend so memorable. We will always look back on our stay with the fondest memories, and we can’t wait to return!
