We have two dogs. They use our turf multiple times each day. It has been almost two years since we have it cleaned. The 3-men crew were on time and friendly. They did a great job. Our turf now smells and looks like new. Highly recommended. Will use them again in the future.

They removed all the pet waste, power-broomed the turf to get all the solid debris out, treated the whole area to eliminate the smell, and did a deep double extraction. They even added new infill and sprayed the rocks around the perimeter just to make sure everything was taken care of. It looks and smells way better than I expected. Communication was easy and straightforward, and everyone I talked to was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend if you have pets and want your turf actually clean, not just rinsed off.

Dirty turf always comes through for me. This is my 4th clean with them. I have a large dog who pees a poos all over my turf. If some gets dried on Dirty Turf takes care of it. It smells clean and looks new every time they come out. I rent and my turf was brand new two years ago. Dirty Turf keeps it looking that way. I was worried about getting alterations in time – I had about a month before my wedding. I came across this place because it had such good reviews. Well this was the best decision I could have made because the alterations were flawless for such a complicated, multilayer, pleated dress. Zohreh was amazing and finished everything in time, was finished a few days earlier and the price was exactly what she quoted, very reasonable. Communication was great. When I picked up the dress and tried it on, she even noticed a weakness in the dress itself that had nothing to do with the alterations and she reinforced it right away. Now that section will be stronger than it was originally, preventing any disasters on my wedding day. I love that she thinks about things that I didn’t even consider! Highly recommend!

Mr. Electric let me know when the technician was going to arrive. When he arrived, he was very courteous and professional. My projects required him to climb into the attic in July, which was uncomfortable to say the least. He did the job in an efficient manner and cleaned up after he was done. This is the second time I have used this company and have had a great experience both times. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric. The first time I called them for an estimate on my project, they were able to come out the same day and offered me a fair price. They completed the work in a timely manner, adding lights to my palm trees and installing an outlet on one of the trees. Richard Thomas was very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. I work at a restaurant in Central Phoenix. Last week our air went out our restaurant call Mr Electric they did a spectacular job and getting our air turned back on we had no idea what it was but it had something to do with the meter. Their technician Albert came out and within a few minutes diagnose the problem and had us going in no time. You can imagine what it’s like having a restaurant with no are we could have been down all day and we would have been out of luck and lost a lot of money. The technician was very knowledgeable he was very kind and his service was over the top he was awesome. We just want to thank Albert for taking such good care of us any company or person that means any kind of great electrician work should call Mr Electric. And if at all possible they should ask if Albert can be there technician thank you again Albert for everything you saved us we will be using your company again and anybody reading this should also do the same

honestly i was a bit skeptical at first but they were super quick to respond and got the job done. the guy who came out was really friendly and explained everything he was doing which i appreciated since i dont know much about electrical stuff. our whole house was having issues with the breaker and they fixed it up for way less than i expected. definitely gonna call them again if i need anything else.

Richard = 5 stars. I took a star away because I found the office staff had difficulty answering a direct question about the deposit being refundable. They ultimately decided not to take a deposit which satisfied my worry about it being refundable. I will use the again without hesitation.

Whitney & Murphy is probably the best business I have ever encountered in my entire life! When my son passed they handled everything from start to finish with grace, kindness, and impeccably. They took our appointment at a moment’s notice after I changed my mind about the initial funeral home we had selected. They were thorough, communicative, prompt, caring every step of the way. My son’s service was absolutely beautiful. Even after the service, they checked on us, mailed the death certificates, and text us on his birthday. White glove delivery of my new King size Saatva mattress and removal of old mattress was exceptional. The two guys arrived within the delivery window and I received a message when they were on the way. They were very professional and were happy to use shoe covers that I provided before entering the house and took great care in the placement and removal of both mattresses. Bonuses are well deserved!!

The two delivery guys were super! They kept me posted on their arrival time, delivered our new mattress with smiles, so polite and friendly, brought it up a flight of stairs without it touching a wall or anything, and took away our old mattress. They were delivering my new Saatva Mattress & adjustable bed frame. The new mattress was going in my master bedroom & the old mattress (in good shape) was being moved to my guest bedroom & that mattress to be taken away. They did an awesome job! They were even kind enough to straighten the rug under my master before placing the new frame & mattress. This was the best home delivery service I’ve had. The company scheduled promptly, called to confirm, called to say they were on the way and even sent a tracking notification. I’ve had multiple deliveries of furniture the last couple of weeks and this company was by far the best. The guys who made the delivery were very polite and friendly and had the delivery unloaded and placed in home quickly. I wish all delivery services were this prompt and communicative.

Miranda Delivery Service was absolutely outstanding. Over the last six weeks we purchased four king-size beds from different companies. Every time we made a purchase we clearly explained that our bedroom is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. We even showed pictures to each salesperson and every single one told us it would not be a problem and that their delivery teams would handle it. Unfortunately that was not the case. The first delivery through AFW refused to even attempt bringing the bed upstairs and didn’t even want to bring it inside the house. We canceled the order. The second delivery through Mattress Firm guaranteed they could do it after seeing the staircase photo, but when the delivery truck arrived they refused to do anything more than a driveway delivery. We canceled that order as well. The third delivery through Purple Mattress and Speedy Delivery was even worse. They changed the delivery date without notifying us, never answered their phones, and we had to take time off work trying to figure out what was going on. When they finally arrived they also refused to bring the mattress inside. That order was canceled too. Then we ordered from Saatva and Miranda Delivery Service was the delivery team. They showed up ready to work and solved the problem immediately. They successfully carried our king-size mattress up stairs, brought the adjustable base upstairs, and completely set up the bed in our bedroom. On top of that, they helped my husband carry our old king mattress, box springs, and frame downstairs and out to the garage for storage. They were polite, professional, helpful, and clearly cared about doing the job right and making sure we were happy. After three failed deliveries from other companies, Miranda Delivery Service proved the job could absolutely be done with the right team. If we ever need delivery or moving help again, Miranda Delivery Service will be the first company we call. Outstanding service and an excellent experience from start to finish

I chose this company because Ben said he would come and give us a free estimate, another company wanted to charge a $29 service fee. He saw the safe, pulled out a pick locking tool and quickly opened our safe. Took him less than 30 seconds! He then said that will be $100. My husband and I were totally shocked! He failed to tell us how much it would cost before he opened the safe. Had he given us that estimate before touching the safe we would have told him no thank you. He argued how far he had to drive, the company advertised they were in Surprise, which is where we live. He then told us we can order a replacement key online for $5, wow! We told him we would not pay that fee because he did not disclose the cost. We told him we felt uncomfortable with him, felt violated and would give him $50. He said keep your money and left.

My experience with Love Pools has been inspiring. A year ago I purchased a home with a pool having never owned a pool before. I decided on a pool cleaner after a quick Internet search. I was only able to text the owner, but did explain that this was a second home where we would not be there much of the time and I was relying on him to take care of the pool. The pool was always dirty even after a cleaning, but it was the growth black algae that finally drove me to look for another pool caretaker. I drove out to Love Pools with pictures of my pool. After that visit, Ryan from Love visited the home and pool the next day. He explained that the pool filter equipment was old and not functioning properly and that the water chemistry was not correct. He quoted me a reasonable price for the new equipment and then spent two hours working on changing the chemistry in the water. Two days later, the new equipment was installed and just as he said, the pool water was transformed. It was amazingly changed! Aerators and pop- ups I didn’t know I had began to work again. An additional dedicated vacuum line was installed, again because of Ryan’s advice, and the pool vacuum actually works efficiently now. Unlike the previous company, the maintenance service included the pool sides being brushed every visit and, due to diligent monitoring of the water chemistry, the black algae is almost gone. Everything Love pool told me would happen if I followed their advice has happened. I can text Ryan anytime if there is a problem and it is addressed immediately. We are going to have the pool resurfaced later this spring and Love pools again provided a reasonable estimate for that project and the will do it. I remain truly amazed at how much Love pools cares about customers service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Valley who has become frustrated with their pool service as I had become. I don’t worry about my pool anymore.
