We first met Garth and Chris who were also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful getting things going with our roofing claim and kept us in the loop as the process moved along. We had some questions about roof ventilation and insulation issues which Louis was able to help us with. Louis completely understood what we were asking for!! He came up with the perfect solution to the problem (air flow through the attic and insulation in a flat roof that was originally a patio) at a reasonable cost. Insurance was dragging their feet on the claim but once we got the ins co on board Phoenix Roofing had everything ordered and the roof on in no time at all!! Louis and his team had the roof completed in one and a half days!! I had the pleasure of working with Josiah and his team at Phoenix Roofing for the 2nd time in 3 years due to a storm damage at my property in AZ. They were very helpful in negotiating with the insurance adjuster to get the full scope of work approved before they started working on the repairs. It took a while to complete the negotiation and the repairs, but the team completed mitigation activities immediately. They were also prompt in addressing some minor issues that were reported immediately after completing the roof repairs. It would have been better if we got the repairs done sooner, but part of the delay is with the insurance company. My whole experience with Phoenix Roofing was top notch! Alex was always available to help me. He was checking in regularly and always answered my calls and texts promptly. I put the claim in with my homeowners insurance in October and ended up with a new roof replacement 5 months later. Even though the insurance made this a slow process, I always had Alex there to guide me. He was patient and worked hard to make sure every step was covered. I am so grateful to Phoenix Roofing and Alex.

This company has not honored their promised warranty for their work. They replaced my roof, at great expense in 2024 with a 10 year warranty. Less that two years after replacement, entire panels of roof shingles blew off the roof from wind. I filed a claim with Reimagine Roofing at the end of July 2025. Now in May 2026, my roof is still un-repaired. They delivered materials for the repair in September 2025. No workers have since arrived to complete repairs despite my frequent calls for follow-up. The roofing material is now causing more damage – the weight causing warping over an extended time period sitting unused. Every time I call the company I am assured someone will call back with a start date for work. No one calls me back. It has been 10 months. My next step is consulting lawyers and contacting Arizona ROC licensing to file complaints. Beware of this company! They only respond to new clients to get money but do not honor the promised warranties for existing customers.

Reimagine roofing company did a deluxe superior job on our flat roofing and our tile roofing. They kept me informed throughout the job. From start to finish they completed the job in an expedient manner. Everyone was very friendly, competent, and professional. Not to mention they were really reasonably priced for the state of the art products they are supplying. And they cleaned up after the job was done. I was very impressed. Our house was hit by lightning. The lightning bolt blew off several of our tiles as well as blasting away stucco and chicken wire. We worked with one of the job site supervisors, Dan Moore, and one of their crews, to fix the damage. Reimagine Roofing did an exceptional job and fixed our roof to a brand-new state. One thing I really liked was their attention to detail and desire to do things right. After fixing the roof, painting of the fill-in stucco was required. The stucco needed some extra time to dry before paint could be successfully applied. Instead of applying paint to wet stucco, which wouldn’t have lasted, Mr. Moore contacted us and said they would be out a day later to apply the paint. They did this to allow the stucco to dry completely. I very much appreciated Reimagine Roofing doing the job right, as opposed to quick. Another company may have been looking to finish the job ASAP, and would have applied paint to wet stucco. However, Reimagine Roofing took the time to do the job right, and made a second, special trip to our house to do so. We appreciate Mr. Moore and his excellent crew for their attention to detail.

Repeat Happy Customer! We hired Arizona Roofers to do two roof jobs within a year. A full roof replacement on my home in Litchfield Park (The Village), and a partial replacement in Payson (Chaparral Pines golf community). The workers were on time, respectful of my home, and always cleaned the worksite up EVERY day. Worked with Phillip Merrell and he and his team at Arizona Roofers were excellent! I contacted Arizona Roofers as a tile had fallen from my roof after a storm (no leaks though). Being as our roof was now 20 years old I suspected it might be time for an inspection and potentially need repair or replacement. Phil thoroughly inspected my roof, took numerous pictures and videos and showed me the damage hiding under the tiles. Fortunately, it was caught in time as waiting any longer would have resulted in a far more extensive and costly repair. Phil and Arizona Roofers took care of everything. Informed us of our options, answered questions and put our minds at ease. Our repair was quickly scheduled, materials ordered and delivered. When the team arrived (on time) to the start work, they were quick and thorough. Complete roof replacement was done in less than 2 working days! Lyons roofing was professional, courteous, and thorough from the first meeting to the completed roof! They explained everything in ways we understood and backed it up with pictures so that we could make the best decision for us. As a woman who was home alone with an infant when they replaced the roof I always felt safe. They send text messages with pictures and names of who is coming by the job site so you know who is showing up, and the roofers themselves worked so efficiently and determinedly that they finished the job 2 days ahead of schedule. We hired Lyons Roofing to do a complete tear off of underlayment down to the wood and replacement. The entire process from inspection to quoting to the actual work was done responsibly and with care. The crew doing the work arrived each day on time and quit at dusk. A foreman arrived each day to verify the quality of job and give an update on progress. A daily cleanup was also performed. The replacement took a little over a week. Removing and replacing underlayment is not an inexpensive endeavor. Lyons has 3 levels of service (good, better, best). We choose the premium option and feel the value was worth it.

I contacted Lyons Roofing for an estimate on a repair or full re-roofing. I wanted to know what my reasonable choices were. Both estimates were very fair. Justin H did the estimate and answered ALL of my questions and explained everything very well. He is personable, professional, patient and kind. Justin is easy to communicate with and always got right back to me when I came up with even more questions. He did not try to push me towards either direction but was totally honest and aboveboard. Very professional in all aspects. They cleaned up the area around the house and ran a magnet for any nails. They did this every day at the end of their work. Eddie was the manager that checked all the work to make sure it was correct. He took pictures of the roof and discussed with me all the work. I had Lyons Roofing replace my roof over 20 years before and they did a great job so I was confident they would do a great job again, and I was not disappointed.

My experience with this company was great until I received my order which was damaged and had incorrect panel sizes. Will never buy from this company again. Had shipping damage and product issues that took over a month to partially resolve. Over 20+ emails, 10+ calls, and being told they would call me back…they never did. IT TOOK ME FILING A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE WITH MY BANK FOR THEM TO ANSWER MY EMAILS AND ADDRESS THE PROBLEMS. Extremely frustrating experience this company. Buyer Beware… Items I ordered were received damaged (dents and scratches) and wrong sizes. Requested 6.5′ and 7.5′ panels, received 6′ 5″ and 7′ 5″. Sales person admitted their mistake and offered a discount on new items. No offer to fix the probably they created other than spend more money on discounted items off my next purchase. Requested paint to repair the scratched panels from shipping damage and they tried to charge me for the paint. When someone actually took my call, they stated I should not have to pay for the paint. Took over a month for them to actually provide an invoice to order the paint at no cost to me. Fyi, during the whole experience I dealt with multiple people because there seems to be a high turnover rate of employees leaving the company. Again, buyer beware…

We were looking to purchase raw materials in large quantities and were evaluating your company as a potential long-term supplier. Unfortunately, our experience with Tera was extremely disappointing. She was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. When I accidentally asked an incorrect question, her response was simply, “Oh my God,” which is not an appropriate way to speak to a potential customer. Even more frustrating, she insisted on answering every question by phone. I repeatedly explained that I preferred to communicate by email so I could keep a written record and review the information later, but she continued to push for a phone conversation instead of respecting my request. As a company evaluating suppliers for a significant purchase, we expected professional communication and customer service. Instead, we felt that our business was not valued and that answering emails was treated as an inconvenience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training. Losing potential long-term customers because of poor communication is completely avoidable.

Some background on myself: homeowner living in one state and building in another state. This is the first time I’ve ever had to do this myself. The employees were the most supportive and knowledgeable people I’ve dealt with in years. From the beginning , they were very helpful and communicative via email and phone. My experience with Vero Exteriors was mixed. The roof appears to be functioning properly, the home seems somewhat cooler, and I haven’t noticed any issues during rain. My solar panels were also handled without any significant problems. My biggest disappointment was the difference between what I understood I was purchasing and how the project was actually executed. During the sales process, I was under the impression that trusted/certified professionals associated with Westlake would be used and that Vero would closely stand behind the work. Instead, the roof work was subcontracted to what seemed like a typical roofing crew, there to complete the job and move on. There was very little direct communication from the roofing crew about the work being performed. My sales representative did provide photos after the initial roof work, which I appreciated. However, after I raised concerns about two damaged tiles and roof-tile misalignment, the subcontractor returned to make repairs without communicating with me about exactly what was corrected. I also received no follow-up photos documenting those repairs. Vero assured me that the remaining tile alignment concerns were cosmetic. I also expected better attention to detail. The large debris/trash container placed on my driveway left noticeable white scrape marks when it was removed that I have been unable to clean off. Overall, the roof seems to be doing its job, and I give Vero credit for responding to my concerns and sending the crew back. However, the subcontracting experience, communication during follow-up repairs, finish quality, and damage to my driveway fell short of the level of service and workmanship I believed I was being sold. I don’t mean any ill-will, I think the job meets the minimum expectations. The price was decent as well. Just wanted to share my experience and honest feedback. Bottom line: If you have the opportunity, shop around, see if you can get better rates. The craftsmanship is okay, not excellent or terrible, but you may get better results or the same elsewhere. It all comes down to price and warranty. All photos provided are after job was complete.

I had a roof leak in my front living room after the crazy AZ October storms. I diligently and deliberately researched many roofing companies in the Phoenix area. I had 4, yes 4 different companies come to my home to do an inspection and estimate. NOT ONE company asked to get into my attic, to look for possible damage or mold. EXCEPT VERO!!!! VERO DID!!! They did, with out being asked too. Noah & Steven were the 2 gentlemen that came to my house for the inspection & estimate. They arrived right on time at 10am. They walked my roof & attic. They took many pictures & videos. The inspection & information took about 3hrs. It was NOT a pressure sale. They answered all my questions & even educated me on roof “things” I had no idea about. We even had Mojitos (virgin duh) Long story short I was BEYOND impressed with their attention to detail, company (unbiased) reviews on Google & the BBB. The men were very pleasant & full of information. I felt very comfortable doing business with them. As a female I’m always worried about being taken advantage of. I know NOTHING about roofs. I can save your life (no problem) but roofs…..nothing. We met on a Tuesday & work began that following Thursday. They had a crew of 8 men & the work was completed in 24hrs. I had my entire roof upgraded with Gator Seal weather tech, new batons & some new tiles. The attic luckily, had very minimal damage. Nothing needing major work. The final inspection and payment was done the next day. It was a very stressful situation for me, but having the experts from Vero, was a HUGE help. Their caring attitude, promptness & attention to detail put me at ease. I would 100% recommend Vero Exteriors, Steven & Noah to anyone needing a new or fixed roof ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

AZ Shingle Pros did a wonderful job installing new GAF HDZ Timberline shingles in Pewter Gray at my Central Phoenix house. Communication with Kennedy in the office was so easy and she was always available to help. I was kept informed of the progress with text updates and photos the entire time. My roof replacement was completed in 2 days. My property was protected from start to finish. Mike and Tim kept me informed throughout the process Tim and his crew, Alex, Tavo, Alex jr, Morro and John were very professional and maintained a clean jobsite. This was a roof replacement from storm damage and they provided all of the documents and information for the insurance adjuster to easily see everything. The new roof looks amazing. I wanted to share our experience with AZ Shingle Pros. A neighbor had first used Todd and his team and after seeing the quality work they did we decided to call them for our project. We got estimates for multiple companies and then we called Todd to come out. He was here in a very timely manner provided a very thorough estimate and a plan of what this would look like for us as we did have a double roof already. After a lot of consideration, we decided to go with AZ shingle pros. In dealing with Todd and Kennedy and the rest of their team, everybody was kind and pleasant. We signed the contract within 3 days. The supplies were delivered and within a week they were here to perform the job. They started early in the morning and by 4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. that afternoon everybody was done and gone and we had our new roof including full cleanup. They installed a venting system on my house as we didn’t have one and nobody else even offered that. We were extremely pleased with the job. The price, the time and the people. Thank you. My wife and I looked at several roofing companies before settling on AZ Shingle Pros (btw, don’t let the name deceive you as they do tile roofs like ours). The level of detail and consideration for future potential problems to our roof was unparalleled. We had some dead valleys in our roof (all roofs pretty much do) and some places where water damage happened due to the design of the original roof. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. He even sent the contract the very next day, which I appreciated. After we signed, Kennedy kept us updated through email and made sure we knew what was happening the whole time. Communication was smooth and stress-free. On project day, the crew started right at 7am and finished before 5pm. They worked fast but didn’t cut corners. Everything was cleaned up and done professionally. Honestly, they were reliable and easy to work with from beginning to end. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends. When you find a company that actually does what they promise, you’ve got to support them.

We chose to use AZ Shingle Pros for our roof replacement and it was a very good decision. They have a stellar record according the Arizona Registrar of Contractors..check! They came out and gave us a clear in-person bid followed up with detailed email information on products and process.The contract signing was all digital making it very easy. Most impressive was the actual work that they completed. During the process we were kept informed of problems and progress. It was nice to be updated with in-person conversation, text updates and digital images all throughout the day. The cleanup was exceptional. The roof is gorgeous. We are happy.

From the start, they walked us through all our options — underlayment choices, tile styles — and took the time to actually explain the tradeoffs instead of just pushing us toward the most expensive pick. Communication during the install days was great. We got regular updates and even photos through their online portal, so we always knew where things stood without having to call and check in. It made the whole process feel transparent. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to get a roof done right.

TSM fixed my roof. Great introduction by the representative of the company. Truthful, straightforward list of what they would do and the products to be used. Fair price, as I got other bids. They have a great supplier who showed up on time. Their crew was experienced and hard working and coordinated. A supervisor came and checked in with me. Job completed in one day, a very long, hot day. The representative came back several days later for the balance. Walked me around my home and answered my questions. Start to finish open and transparent. Could not be happier!

I just got a new roof. I expected it to be expensive and time-consuming to get it done. This company was amazing from start to finish very professional. They took a couple hours one day to deliver the supplies and one day to finish the roof. My house is small, but I was still amazed. I highly recommend them. I love my new roof.

We had our roof replaced this summer by TSM. The experience was okay but not great. Communication was poor throughout the process. The shingles were dropped off at our house without any heads up and the next morning the whole crew showed up from TSM early in the morning without any call, text, or email letting us know what day they would be working on the roof. Additionally, we were told that exterior wood beams would be dropped off in advance so we could paint them prior to the roof replacement which did not happen. TSM did a good job on the roof but we wish communication had been better and that we had been able to paint the wood beam ahead of time.

Thank you to Rob’s roofing! They were quick and did a great job. The project manager Kaleb did a very thorough inspection of my cramped attic to find all the leaks that I didn’t know I had and get those boards replaced. They also replaced all my vents and reconnected my dryer vent which happened to be disconnected and venting into my attic. After first contact I had the inspection the next day on a Saturday and work started that Thursday. They quoted me 1 week to finish along with removing and reinstalling my solar but the roofers were mostly done after two days of work. They finished completely that Monday and they worked incredibly efficiently, while cleaning up during the day and at the end of each day. My solar was reinstalled early Wednesday 6 days after the project start due to a scheduling conflict that Tuesday. They just had to come back for some paint touch ups/cleanup and sealing up some bird netting around my solar which they offered to newly install for free since I didn’t have any before. I got sold on the elevated battens which should hopefully extend the life of the roof system and maybe help on some HVAC costs with the air gap from the roof tile to the roof deck. Overall it was a pleasant experience and it feels great to be protected from roof leaks for my 30 year warranty. Thank you!
