This by far my one of my favorite places to visit, they have some of the best hospitality and customer service. They are extremely honest and they do their best to break down info so everyone can understand. They are always willing to go above what they have to, in order to help improve your overall experience gaming or whatever you want to do with your computer. I would like to only say one sale guy’s name, because that would make this review easy. but I’m thrilled to say that they all are amazing and awesome to work with. BE WARNED!!! You might end up staying there longer than you think just do the fact they make you fill like family. I will be going back. These Guys deserve a 5 star Rating.

Absolute cinema 🙌 I’ve been wanting to get myself a nice PC for a while and saved up some money. When time came to build, I was a little scared so came straight here. Staff is wonderful and attentive. You may have to wait a little to be seen but that’s because they’re making sure every customer experience is great. Garrett is definitely a great conversationalist. He’ll help you feel the best you’ll ever feel when making your own pc. Came back a few days after my order and have a beautiful pc to play on now. If I have any problems, META PC is where I’m going. The best experience I’ve had getting a PC built. Drew helped from the beginning, setting me up with the optimal list of hardware for my needs. Even went above and beyond to find a certain case that would fit my available desk space. Then the PC showed up and it’s like a work of art!! Blown away by the build quality and craftsmanship. These guys did a great job specially Connor. I did a case swap and updated multiple parts. The build was super clean, it had amazing cable management, and everything worked as expected. They took the time to go over part options in real time to fit my needs. Work was quick and they kept me updated every step of the way. Pricing was extremely competitive and I felt like I got more back in quality than what I paid. I wouldn’t even consider another company if you need a system worked on!!

Brendan at Meta PC’s was amazing in helping me set up my new RTX 5080 “Echo”. We hopped on a video call and he guided me step my step to install the GPU as well as get my free copy of 007: First Light on the house. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

Could not be happier with my experience with Meta PC. They custom built a system, that i largely brought to them in pieces and made recommendations for improvements I hadn’t even thought about. Not only were they great at making changes, they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to build the system to my liking. I would most definitely use them again!

Just wow!!!!! William was my sales person, I do not live local, I had a phone call with him and he was AMAZING, kind patient and answered ALL of my questions… he heard exactly what I was wanting and looking for… i snagged the back to school bundle deal and grabbed the v1shadow50, so far it has met every expectation, I will continue to update as time goes on, on here.

Flying Phoenix PC’s helped me to get a project done I have been wanting to do for over a year. I switched from old Corsair fans to the newer iCue Link system and this really helped with cable management. My PC was returned to me the cleanest it has been in years. Also, they were very accommodating and helped me sneak an upgrade into my wife’s PC as a surprise for her. The customer service was excellent. My wife has been to other PC stores in the area, and this location was the only one that she felt comfortable at. Our PCs is back home now and running well. We will be back.

Daniel helped us out today and placed us into a 2,900 pc for 2300. He’s the best because he showed us how to work the pc and even explained how everything works in the pc. He’s a great guy. He even set up the water cooling into a profile pic for my Asian buddy!

I came in and sold an old PC a couple months ago for store credit. A day after the sale, they informed me that my graphics card was better than I had initially told them and they gave me additional store credit. I could have sold at a loss and never had known otherwise, but the staff are incredibly honest people and helped me out. Very grateful to them!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I paid to have a 1TB SSD installed in my PC, but after checking my computer, I found they installed a 500GB SSD instead. I paid for something I did not receive, and that is unacceptable. I trusted this business to do the job correctly, but I feel misled. If you’re considering using this shop, I recommend verifying exactly what parts they install before you leave. I hope they take responsibility and correct this mistake.

Awesome store! It’s the new generation version of Frys Electronics. Not as big but if you’re building a PC, come here!! So many parts, monitors, laptops, cases, tvs, phone accessories, 3D printers. Great store.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR SERVICE OR REPAIR! I was up charged for a fluid flush to the deep clean for $500, they had it for over 2 months, stated that there was something wrong with it 4 different times, cpu, then motherboard, then gpu, then the problem was a missing fitting in my gpu water block. They didn’t do the job, then forgot to issue my refund, I picked up my PC and it had massive internal cosmetic damage. They even forgot to put the screws back in the front foot plate of my case. The service manager blamed me saying that it must have been missing fittings before even though I brought it in with full liquid and no leaking anywhere. Ignoring the fact that leaking wasn’t mentioned any point when they were trying to say it was any other component first. They do not know how to work on PCs with care. 0 stars. Do not recommend. RUN AWAY FROM ANY IDEA OF COMING HERE FOR SERVICE!!!! Posting before and after pictures – absolute nightmare!

Very nice new location! Have everything you need for computers! Literally everything! Had a online order and they had it in the back. This was my first time finally being in a Microcenter! Great experience everyone was extremely helpful and nice! Highly recommend!

Got to stand where one of my favorite creators stood. ^_^ Knowledgeable staff, great selection. 3d printi g section is smaller than ours in Kansas City, but the monitor selection seems so much better. Phoenix store feels smaller than ours but easier to navigate.

Great prices and staff were very accommodating to our needs. Huge thanks to Grant for helping us stay within our budget to build the very best PC possible! We ended up deciding on a 12900k with a 5070ti, and the processor was bundled together with a decent motherboard and 32GB of RAM. There was enough room left in the budget to get a nice monitor and keyboard too. Very glad we came here, it made my brother’s first PC building experience a breeze!

My boyfriend recently purchased his first gaming PC, along with a mouse, keyboard, and protection plan, and we had a great experience. *Late post* I went the day after the grand opening day, and it was a pleasant experience even with the long line. I went at around 4pm and the store was packed. From gaming to 3D printing (my favorite section), to fancy keyboard building, each aisle was full of staff and customers. This is definitely too overwhelming for someone who’s not really into IT stuff, like me haha! Customer service still needs room for improvement. I can totally tell when the floor staff members are in their role, and why the cashiers are…Humm…no facial expressions…

Five stars all the way for T&E Phone Repair! They replaced the HDMI port on my PlayStation 5, and the turnaround time was incredibly quick. The price was very affordable, and the techs kept me updated throughout the entire process. Highly professional service—I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Avondale area needing game console or phone repairs!

First time customer. My wife and I, shop at the Saver’s and we have seen the phone repair shop. We are normally there before 10:00 so they were closed. I have a Samsung 21 Ultra with a broken screen. I had purchased screen protectors for it and my Samsung 24 Ultra. I checked their reviews, on Google Maps, and saw everyone was satisfied with their service. We stopped in yesterday, and they had an after market screen for the 21. They put the screen protector on my 24, normally for free, but I tipped them $20.00. Within a couple of hours, they contacted me by text, stating my 21 was done. We don’t live close, so we came today to pick it up. The phone looked as good as new and will go to my granddaughter age 10. Thanks Guys.

I had taken my phone for repair to 2 other shops that claimed to “fix” any phone, not so! I found T&E on Google and went there expecting the same as what I had received from the previous 2 stores. To my delight, they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained the issues with the phone in layman terms and assured me that they could repair my phone. They contacted me by the end of the day to advise me that he phone had been fixed and was ready for pickup. I picked up the phone and was amazed at how reasonable the price was. I broke my phone and could not receive any calls. Acxel waited on me with so much care and patience even though the shop was about to close. He asked me to wait a few minutes so that they could repair my phone. I was amazed that they did in fact repair my phone in a very few minutes. The gentleman that greeted me was very friendly and professional, he explained the process throughly so I knew what to expect, and things went just as he explained. The technician ran diagnostics on my IPhone 13 Pro Max that would not turn on, and thankfully he was able to fix it! I’m very happy and satisfied with my experience.

Cody assisted me very well and I was glad to see him before he goes! He sold me a phone, case, and charger. He also told me the ball park range it would cost to fix my mac book. I was at wit’s end with my laptop, which had suddenly stopped booting up at the worst possible time. Geeks in Phoenix was a lifesaver. Scott was flexible with scheduling and meeting, and before I knew it I had an accurate diagnosis, a link to purchase the necessary replacement part and a plan of action. He was patient with some of my clueless questions, and the rate quoted and charged was reasonable. Now all is good and right again with my laptop. What a great experience!! I highly recommend.

Had a liquid cooling unit fail and try to turn my PC into an EZ-Bake oven. Scott was able to quickly identify the problem and swapped out the unit for a new one. Pleasant to work with throughout and did a great job. Will use his services whenever I have hardware issues in the future.

Very quick and polite service. More importantly- an HONEST service company. I thought my charging port might be damaged, but it was only a bad charger. Scott tried another charger and didn’t charge me since it only took him a few moments to discover the issue. Will be back when and if I ever develop a real issue.

When I went into the store, I was helped immediately and the guys there are very personable and friendly. The store is very clean and modern and I really wanted to buy all the vintage games they have there. They even resell ram and graphics cards! Microcenter eat your heart out!

I was very inquisitive on information even information that had nothing to do with the store and they were also helpful with that. I’ve had two circuit boards repaired here; a 23-year old gate controller board (done three years ago), and a 20-year old dishwasher control board (done recently). Both devices worked perfectly after the repair. The staff was VERY thorough in inspecting and evaluating the boards, and repaired not only the causes of the failures, but addressed items that might create future problems by doing things like cleaning and re-applying deteriorating coatings, and sealing the bases of the capacitors. They made sure that the boards would give the longest possible service after the repair. Two other things impressed me; 1) They invite you to watch the board repair, and 2) they will advise you if they think your device is not economical to repair, or if there are better solutions than repair. In other words, they’re honest and completely up front with their customers. Without any reservation or qualification, they deserve my five-star rating.

I had an incredible experience having Igor work on my cold plunge chiller unit. I was able to watch him work and truly is a master of his craft as he went through the circuit board testing and troubleshooting until he found the culprit, a failing power supply. 10/10 so happy I found this place. Igor was able to fix an audio device that was long out of production, and no one else would service. Seriously, he’s the man. Igor is an engineer’s engineer. Working with him is a pleasure because he is direct and values your time like he values his own. Passion and skill rarely overlap the way they do at ERC. Tell him Harrison sent you. He’ll probably still charge you full price, but he should— he’s worth every penny.

I have a Bose Wave Soundtouch, which are no longer being manufactured, that I brought to this location yesterday. Igor listened to my problem and after mentioning that I’d opened it to see if I could fix it, he had it running within 15 minutes! I highly recommend his service and suggest you ignore negative reviews. He is highly knowledgeable about what he does, and for that reason and his quick ability to diagnose problems is reason enough to bring you electronics here. You won’t regret it!

The battery in my Sansa Clip Zip finally died. I bought a replacement, but the online repair instructions looked beyond my abilities. He was able to replace the battery quickly and skillfully. $50 was a very fair price!

Igor worked on my son’s car and my son, as an engineer himself was so impressed, he said Igor can fix anything!!! He is so smart and if it is electrical, he can fix it. So thankful he was able to help him with his electric car!! Can’t recommend him highly enough! Many many thanks Igor!!

I cracked the front screen on my iPhone and needed a repair. I made two appointments with Best Buy Geek Squad to make the repairs and left both appointments without a new screen, even though their computer said they had three in stock – both times, and no other substitute screens were available either. I decided to contact T&E because they are close to where I work and had good reviews. In and out in just over 20 minutes for HALF THE PRICE! New screen, friendly service, and they have a mobile service, which I didn’t use because they are literally located three minutes from where I work and another of their locations is five minutes from where I live. They were very convenient and I will be using them for future screen repairs, etc!

When looking for someone to repair my cracked screen I first looked at the reviews and saw the many stars T&E received. I made the appointment online and didn’t have to wait at all for them to take my phone. The repair was 15 minutes and I waited while relaxing with a free soft drink. I was blown away by the customer service and speed. I am happy with how my phone turned out. I’d definitely go back and refer all my friends there.

T&E is awesome! I scheduled a screen replacement online and showed up the following day. Jose was very kind and I could tell he cared about me as a customer. Not only did he give me the best price I could find online, but it only took 45 minutes (as opposed to 4 hours). Not to mention he fixed my charging port for free! (I’ve been wirelessly charging it for 6 months. T&E is an awesome place and I highly recommend you all bring your business here!

Called ahead to see if there was an availability to get a phone battery replaced, was quoted 50$. Dropped of the phone to Javier and he had it ready for pick up in less than 40 mins. Quality, price, and speed of service was great. Battery status shows 100% and holds a charge all day. Store has a good selection of cases as well. Would return again if I ever need services. Looked around online they had the most stars so i called, told them what was going on w my phone! (Touch screen wasnt working) they told me if i booked an apt online i could save $20! It was easy & they had same day times! Waited a little over a hr! Got ice cream next door came back to my phone working & even gave me a discount on a screen protector! He was very understanding & helpful! It was less than $150 for everything! Diagnosis, repair & protector! It could have been cheaper too! (Chose a more $$$ screen) There also is warranty for a 1yr & 30days for protector! Very satisfied customer! Really good price & service! Would recommend! Muchas gracias!

Last week I had to have the screen replaced on my IPhone XR. I brought it in and in 45 min. I received a text telling me my phone was ready for pick-up. They did a super job at a very fair price. I’ve already recommended them to two of my friends, no kidding.

The crew here is awesome. They know what exactly you want when you bring in a not functioning electronic device. They fix it with precision and the lowest price in the valley. I went in with a Nexus generation II Tablet and they knew what was wrong right away and got it fixed pretty fast. It was pleasant transaction. Smooth and easy, no hidden costs or surprises. Simply awesome.

I had an excellent experience at Compu-Tech Automotive. I brought in my father’s 14-year-old vehicle that I was certain needed brake service, but upon completing the inspection, I was told that the vehicle was in perfect shape and no work was needed. They didn’t even charge me for their time to do the inspection. I don’t know of any other shop that would take the time to do an inspection for free and not come up with something that they claim needs repair. These people are extremely honest and trustworthy and have earned a customer for life. Thank you, Tim! You made my day, and best of all, you made my dad’s day!

Tim and his crew at Computech are awesome, they take care of my fleet with Indie Campers. They always take great care of us and get the job done right and with a quick turnaround time. I appreciate everything they do for us, I would highly recommend them to work on all your car maintenance.

Compu Tech is hands down one of the best mechanic shops I’ve dealt with. Honest, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. I took my Toyota Highlander to computech automotive, to get my front brakes done. They did a phenomenal job! They replaced both rotors and pads and I honestly think the brakes have never work better! My car stops incredibly good, very professional service and great quality and I highly recommend them!

Great local screen repair! Sousan was able to fix my Samsung Galaxy quickly and for a fair price. The quality of the repair was outstanding, but more impressive was her argument on why it was better for me to switch to Apple. It centered around security and data usage, which are both really important. Sousan has an impressive background in tech, and it shows after a few minutes of chatting. I would highly recommend using her services if you want it done right with no corners being cut. The last repair left broken pieces of glass in the phone? Not appreciated. Sousan cleaned all that up and served up great conversation. P.S. If your a dog lover, better not visit, because her two Aussies will steal your heart. Also, I bought her only iPhone and will make the switch soon. Sousan, you are awesome, THANK YOU!

I have a flight simulation setup that I use to supplement my training. My rudder pedals failed completely last month at the USB-C port and I figured that since the company who makes them did not have any in stock at the time, I would have difficulty finding a solution to this problem. I found Sousan’s repair shop and decided to give it a try before sending them in for replacement. She is very knowledgeable in electronics and has accumulated decades of skill in repair, and while she told me that it would be difficult to repair as I was dealing with specialty parts, a USB-C port (not easy to replace) and a board that’s not in any way normal, that she would take it on and give it a shot anyway. Two weeks later (due only to external shipping issues with the part needed…), my pedals are fixed and fully functional! I would highly suggest her if you need electronics repair

Excellent service and timely response on updates on repairs. Prices are fair and reasonable. I WIL return in the future electronic repairs. This is the second time I’ve used Sousan the owner for repairs. First time was a drone gimbal replacement and MacBook Pro repair .

They have been great! It started with my kid messing up her Nintendo switch charging port and it required micro soldering to fix which is a rare skill. They since fixed our phone, a DVD player, other Nintendo switches. There isn’t much they can’t do. Exceptional customer service.

Absolutely the rudest retail experience I’ve had in a long time. The person behind the counter totally blew me off as if I was bothering them by being in the shop. I would have readily paid them to repair the digitizer/screen on a phone for one of my employees. I can order screens on iFixit or Amazon, I didn’t, I came to a local shop because I value quality work. Thankfully, there are many other shops around.
