I came in for a cologne gift set for my nephew. Astrid helped me and was great! Every cologne suggestion she gave was on point. Not one bad suggestion. She was patient with me while I decided. Her attitude and energy was refreshing. Best customer service I have had in a long time. I will be back and would love assistance for her again!

Tonight I had the most phenomenal service by 1 sales lady, 1 salesman and cashier at exchanges around 8 pm. They were a delight and made my birthday memorable.

Dealt with an exceptionally rude gentleman (40s-50s) who was working in the return section on 4/20/26 at 7:30 pm. Since he was the only worker on that side of the store I politely approached him and asked if we could use the dressing rooms on that side of the store. He scowled at me and asked why I was talking to him. I said that I’d like to try on a couple pieces of clothing if it was possible. He shoo’d me away with his hands and said "uh yeah I don’t do that so you’re just going to have to go somewhere else I do returns so go away" Seriously shocked. Won’t be returning.

Judy in Fragrance was exceptional in helping me pick a perfume as a gift. She also went he extra mile to wrap it cleanly for m as well. Sensational

Gabe was very helpful in confirming prices and also recommended some additional products based on the items I was previously interested in. Originally came in as a shortcut to the parking garage and ended up buying several things. I’m very happy with my purchases and the experience

Monica gave excellent customer service. I loved this Macy!!! Wow! Clean, well stocked, and a Starbucks. I called my husband and told him to fly from NC to come shop with me.

Went to shop for a perfume today, the staff were so cold, customer service was just pathetic even after spending $300 they just threw my perfume into a plastic grocery bag and handed it to me. I even had to beg for any latest fragrance samples that they could have but they had none. I'll think twice before going to shop there again.
