This place is great! There were open when they advertised and the gal working was so friendly and efficient. I’m very pleased with my finger print services. Finished within 20 minutes. I paid $30, they take cash and card.

Me and my wife came in for fingerprints and were treated like solid gold. Very rarely do you encounter such amazing customer service. She made the whole process so fast and effortless. If ever I need fingerprint services again I will be driving the 3 1/2 hours from my home to this location, such was the quality of service.

A great place to get your fingerprinting completed. Helpful and provides insight to multiple options that fit your requirements. No digital fingerprint scanning, but just as good and quick. Definitely if you are looking for this type of service, check them out.

Very smooth experience. She was nice and professional and knew what I needed. I was in and out in less than ten minutes with a quality set of fingerprints at a great price. I encouraged my husband to complete the prints he needed with them as well, and he also had a good experience.

Palabra is an independent-eclectic bookstore strongly influenced by Latino Mexican roots. It is a house itself with tables, chairs and common spaces both outdoors and indoors. Roaming in it feels as hanging out at somebody’s home, from a warm welcoming host. Inside, there’s a jewelry, a plant shop, and a café. Every single worker is a warm host. They all embody community. Not the plastic one, the one that Latinos know. My reason from not giving them full stars is because the books they have that also Barnes and Nobles do, are more expensive than Barnes and Nobles. And Im not sure if the other more unconventional books feel overprice. Maybe it’s a me problem. They also have free book outside by the entrance. I recommend this place, even for a coffee hang out, or use their space to work within all the inspiring energy within.

Colorful, calm, and beautifully organized, this place is the revolutionary bookstore/coffee shop of my dreams! So many incredibly titles from novels to self help to cultural criticism all from authors of diverse backgrounds. There’s book clubs and poetry readings and endless support for minoritized communities too. Plus the store itself is gorgeous and has tons of out door space for enjoying your coffee and a new book.

Came in hoping to find a bilingual español/english book as I grow my comprehension muscles – and left with not only a stack of books underarm, but locally-made candles and Palestine fundraiser stickers. Super friendly & chill staff (with a very cute shop cat), and fabulous selection of queer, feminist, political, POC authors– along with the free food pantry items outside the shop and free books. I wish Palabras existed in my hometown, would be there weekly!!

such a great neighborhood staple in the dt/central Phoenix area!! although I’m a big proponent of phx public libraries, I come here if I want to refresh on the weekend, find a great gift for a friend, or find a book on political ideology that i can’t often find at the library. I love that the space hosts plenty of events as I’ve been meaning to join the book club too!! the space is very intentional and welcoming at its core and I recommend it to everyone <3

OMG, this place was such a wonderful find and we happened to stumble upon it. Everything about it was great!! The book selection was very satisfying, the art work is beautiful, the energy of the store is peaceful, there are nice seating areas and snacks for purchase. I love the importance of community and how it’s reflected as well. The owners are very personable and you can see their passion reflected throughout the space. A Must Visit!! I wanted to purchase so many more books but I was traveling and my luggage was already a bit tight. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Wonderful experience. I was faced with a lot of issues when my mom suddenly became ill and we were not prepared. My mom and stepdad are elderly and live in Phoenix, I live in Pennsylvania. It is hard to manage someone’s care from 2,000 miles away. It is even harder when you don’t have the proper legal authority to do so. All I can say is, I wish I had started with her! I hired a paralegal to do a deed for me as well as a power of attorney, But Jennifer offers these for free on her website. I spent $650 on something Jennifer offers for free. I walked into Staples and Paris heard me say that I needed to replace it and they quickly jumped to the rescue to replace it for me and got me on my way. What great customer service! What an absolute rockstar of a team. We used their printing services for a business event (workbooks, signage, nametags). Serenity helped us at the printing desk and was a joy. Poor customer service is always disappointing. I got on the phone with the printing department – introduced myself, and shared my request. They weren’t able to comply and so I thanked them for their help. Without saying a word, she hung up. I have had wonderful experiences at many other stores across the nation, given my travel for business. As the store manager said, maybe it’s due to other stores not following corporate policy and being more accommodating. But I would assume corporate policy encourages respectful behavior.

Paris & Dayana in the printing department were extremely helpful, professional and personable. I was having a problem sending in the file I needed printed and Paris assisted me with the whole process and made sure my items were printed to my liking. He took time to go above and beyond and it’s much appreciated!

I ordered same-day custom printing with courier delivery to my hotel. An hour after the promised delivery time, Staples told me the order was ready but hadn’t been picked up, and they couldn’t tell me when it would be. When I asked whether I would receive a notification when the package was picked up or delivered, I was told that Staples has no way of knowing if or when a package is delivered after the courier picks it up. Unreliable. The next day, the package was nowhere to be found with the bellman, concierge, or front desk. We eventually discovered an unlabeled Staples box sitting unattended on a table in the hotel lobby. The printing was fine, but the delivery service was completely unreliable. There was no visibility into the delivery status, no confirmation of delivery, and no accountability for ensuring the package reached the intended recipient.

I love going into this Staples location! Esperanza and her cohorts are always so friendly & helpful! And as well, they make sure I get the best deal and the most points possible. It’s always a 5 star experience!

If you are going for the housing man, make sure you are prepared to have everything on email and prepared to wait. They are very unprofessional they don’t respond. Have you wait to ask for things you provide day they will email you or call you back then don’t. Been waiting for over 2 months nothing . Just a drop of my credit since they ran my score and who knows what else they did but can’t email back but when you go into the office you can see them just chatting with each other about how much money they made on the weekend from selling things or doing events or parties. Very very sad to say they are for helping yet they can respond or call back or are not organized properly that when you call they are like wait can you remind me who you are

Called mid March 2025, spoke with Clarissa about scholarships. She was helpful and answered more than a few of my questions. If anyone is interested in help, this is definitely the organization to reach out to. I’ll definitely be spreading the word to family and friends.

I currently live a shelter they offer on 40th Ave, And I have to say it’s the worst shelter I’ve been in. I prefer a room alone and they placed me with a woman I didn’t get along with so I had to lie to staff just to get her kicked out. Then I fell out of bed and had injured myself but no one came to help me for almost 2 hours and I had multiple accidents. If it wasn’t for fory neighbor who found me in my room and helped me who knows how long I would be on the floor injured. To top it off they don’t work with my diabetes and always making food that will send my sugar through the roof. If possible avoid this place at all cost.

The evening customer service representatives apparently aren’t monitored by quality assurance supervisors. They are releasing calls in the evening hours. They answer but are silent and don’t acknowledge the call at all then release the call. I have sat on the phone for over 90mins, only for my call to be answered then it’s disconnected. I’m currently holding for the 4th time! Poor customer service and it’s not even officially tax season. Imagine what happens during an active tax season! This will be addressed further other than a poor review!

Not sure what the point of this is. They literally never answer the phone during work hours, you get a machine. You can never reach a person and they do not follow up with you. What’s the difference between this and the IRS?

The IRS has a terrible system for helping tax payers. Idk how many times the automated system has hung up on me, or impossible to get a live agent. The whole department is awful. Even trying to get an in-person appointment is tough, but you have to hope the phones don’t hang up on you.

Why does it take 2 hours plus to get into contact with the general IRS line saying “there is a high call volume”. To give a simple information shouldn’t take customers several hours before we can reach you guys; that is being unprofessional and you guys get paid to do exactly that (customer service). How is this even possible? Please make it make sense!

What a terrible automated system. At the point I am calling in, I don’t want to hear that you can’t help me until after February when its flippin April. Useless system. This is why people hate paying taxes. If you spent more money with the IRS instead at war maybe america would be better off.

Can’t come in without an appointment and can’t make an appointment because the when you call, even after youve been on hold for HOURS it drops the call because the “Volume is too high”. I’ve been trying for weeks. Infuriating. In addition, the managers reading disputes fail to read paperwork properly and thoroughly.
