Just called to get a ride to a job interview this man didn’t answer the phone like it was a bussiness , had a attitude cutting me off while trying to get the correct address . Is that all you have ? I dont like unprofessional services !!

I get it that i wanna get to my drop off but when your going 90 miles a hour on the freeway as it raining yeah not safe at all wont use this servies ever!!!!Man act like having to drop me off at a distance bugged him !!!

They always show up within 15 minutes and have been very polite. Their English is not perfect but it’s not hard to communicate with them and they have been Very Polite and Reliable. The drivers that I had were not daredevils and dangerous drivers. Hopefully they don’t have those reckless drivers anymore. I have used their service three times in the past two weeks and I will call them again when I need a ride somewhere

These guys are reckless, careless drivers. Cab 309 pulled out in front of my vehicle, i slammed on my brakes HARD to avoid slamming into the back of him, then had the audacity to get into the next lane, slow down next to me and laugh. I called to report the driver to the business and the guy who answered said he would tell a manager tomorrow and hung up on me.

Set his ride up to airport which is 2 miles away. Call them early so we were ready and then they never showed up. My brother has no way to get to the airport at all. What a terrible terrible terrible thing to do to someone who’s handicapped. Please do not use their Handicap services. Because they are liars uncompassionate nasty company you can do anything else. Do not use yellow cab.

Needed a ride from hotel downtown its a 50 min wait time. We think this company may be closing might be why you cannot get a cab here anymore. We don’t like using ride share due to a bad experience we had with a ride share company in the past. This is just nuts, our destination from hotel was only 8 min away from the hotel. We had to use Vip taxi instead

Placed an order for a 2:30 PM pick-up in Surprise, AZ, on West Bell Road. 2:30 PM came and went. Approximately 2:55PM, 20-25 AFTER they were supposed to pick me up, they called and told me “We don’t have a car available…there’s nothing available…”. Avoid this trash, inconsiderate, unprofessional, & also apparently horribly managed company, at all costs if you need a reliable, professional, & communicative “taxi” company.. LOOK ELSEWHERE! Never again! If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

I frequently need rides from Maricopa into the East Valley to see doctors. Today, our driver, Jeffrey Wheeler, gave us the best ride. Many drivers treat the road as a racetrack. In principle, I’m for that, but not when it throws around back-seat passengers (me). Jeffrey understands that he drives for his passengers, not for himself (that is, he acts like a professional). Jeffrey gave us a smoooothe ride and was a fun conversationalist. Finally, the car was so clean that it was hard to believe it was a taxi for five years.

The driver called me right before picking me up asked me if I can pay cash once I told them my work was paying for it so it had to be via credit he told me he wasn’t going to pick me up in a different driver would be an issue. This was confusing to me since I had told the individual with scheduling this cab I would be paying with debit card. It seems a little suspicious that the cab drivers won’t take debit or credit. The person on the phone they seem to care whether or not I canceled the taxi and they were concerned that the driver wasn’t willing to take credit even though that was a question I was asked prior to scheduling this taxi. I had no choice but to cancel the taxi and drive myself to the airport which was extremely disappointing since the main reason I scheduled a taxi was so I didn’t have to find parking at the airport. This is the first time my schedule the taxi and it will be the last I usually use Uber or Lyft but because I live so far out I generally reach out to know Lyft drivers in my area and reschedule it I now understand why no one takes taxis and why this industry slowly dying if you ask me with customer service like the one I received, I’m glad it’s going away.

Drivers are more than willing to cut you off and then if you flash your lights on them they will slam on their brakes repeatedly brake checking you. Definitely the kind of company I would trust my family riding with March 25th 2026 car number 107 about 3:00 p.m. on interstate 10. This is attempted manslaughter with a deadly weapon

Waited over and hour after being told the Taxi would pick me up in 20 minutes. Their homemade is less than 10 minutes down the road from where I live. When I called after waiting an hour, to check on the ETA, I was told the driver would be here in 30 minutes. I asked to cancel the reservation. But the Taxi was sent out anyways. I had got an alternative ride to the restaurant. Midway through dinner, I get a call from the lady dispatcher, the same one I talked to this entire time. She told me me taxi was waiting outside my house. I told her I called and canceled. She asked when did I call and who did I talk to. I told her I called over a hour ago and spoke to her. She proceeded to chastise me and tried to say I never called to cancel, but she remembers talking to me… HUH? Even with her contradiction I was still made out to be in the wrong. They have black listed me now and won’t provide service to me.

I almost didn’t leave a review because it seems pointless to add to the pile of poor reviews. This company will leave you or your friends or family members high and dry. And place you on a forever-hold or hang up when you try to figure out why they no-showed or reschedule with their rude dispatch/schedulers. You’re better off walking. Uber, Lyft, Waymo….ANYTHING is better than this.

Three times I’ve tried using yellow cab. I was picked up only once. They don’t call back and say that no driver is accepting the fare. As far as I’m concerned, this company is a no-go joke. You might have better luck if you want picked up from a casio, airport, or plush nightclub/bar.

Called to report a terrible, aggressive driver, that almost caused a wreck. Was on the phone for 30 mins trying to give the report. Then said it would be an hour till I got a call back. Didn’t get a call. Called back next person wouldn’t take the report either or transfer me. Said it would be 48-72 hours for a call back. Hopefully she doesnt kill anyone or herself in a wreck by then.

This incident occured on 12/16. When the taxi slowed to 20 under the speed limit in the fast lane, we tried to wave, flash, and honk to get them to switch lanes. Driver deliberately brake checked us and other cars on the road multiple times after those cars also tried to get the slow moving taxi out of the fast lane. This taxi was also carrying at least 2 passengers in the backseat. Dangerous and unprofessional

If your drivers drove like Mr 1140 does, ypu should be shut down. Not only did this genius almost hit at least 6 people that I watched, ( including myself) they were also driving in the middle of the lanes like this. I tried to call and give feedback, but after 10 minutes, I just can’t wait on hold. This person is EXTREMELY UNSAFE, and DANGEROUS. Hopefully you can do something about this person.

if american airlines gives you a voucher for these people do not accept it ask for a different company or an uber or freaking just walk nightmare unhelpful, didn’t care cab never came shockingly bad

This is a terrible service. I booked 2 taxis for a group of 9. They first booked a minivan and stated everyone could fit. After they finally realized we needed 2 cars, they ended up sending 1 anyways. When we called, they told us we don’t guarantee a driver will pick up your ride request. Great, would have been nice to know that at some point BEFORE our scheduled pickup time. The driver then proceeds to add distance on the route to jack up the fair. Find different arrangements, these people are awful. Trust the other hundreds of reviews that confirm this.
