Customer Reviews
T.J. Maxx has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 1047 reviews on Google
Terrible experience. I returned 2 pants and 2 shirts, but because of a staff mistake, I had to waste my time going back to the store. Then they checked the cameras and accused me of not returning all 4 items. The staff even told me to check my house again, but I had already checked it four times before calling or even coming to the store. I feel so upset and insulted. Why would I lie about this? I have never reviewed or rated any store or anything before, even in the worst situations; this is my very first time because I feel so incredibly frustrated.
I really like shopping in T. J. Maxx stores in every country I visit, the prices are known to be good. This time the store was full of clothes thrown on the floor, the sales people impatiently, and when I arrived with a loaded cart at the checkout, I was horrified to see the line at the checkout, and how slowly the line moved. I simply gave up and left.
Neat, organized and friendly staff too. Some items seemed different prices for the exact same thing, but they’re usually able to match the pricing if you bring both items to register. Couldn’t use my TJ Maxx card at TJ Maxx, was weird but maybe just a glitch.
5 star inventory with tremendous value and selection, including mens, women's and children's. Definitely recommend them for all your needs
Nice store, they just need more people working the register.
The Hispanic woman, that woks evening and weekend shifts, who’s is supposedly the manager is rude on a whole other level of rude. A classic example of someone on a power trip. She’s clearly annoyed by people that shop there often and God forbid you have a return. I was returning a pair of sunglasses and she tried to find any and every excuse under the sun not to take them back, even though they weren’t ever worn and had the purple tag attached with its original plastic, which is literally unremovable, unless you cut it off. She even called up a manager that was higher than her and that lady approved of the return and boy did that not sit well with the butch hispanic "manager". A few weeks since then, she was serving me again (I should have skipped my turn and gone to someone professional and pleasant) and it was complete dead silence. No hello not a single word, like I’m not a person. Is this how you train your employees to act, TJmAxx?? If they don’t like certain customers for whatever the reason is in that head of theirs, they assume that they can treat loyal customers that spend their hard earned money in your stores with such disrespect? UPDATE: I’m not sure what it is you’d like to address for me, when the only people you should addressing anything with is your unprofessional, rude managers/employees.
Very rude cashier on register 7 tonight at 8:50 pm almost right now I’ve been standing in line for 20 minutes she called out next person where she was not done with other customers yet then I stand till she was done but without say anything to me or apologize me jumped help makeyla name on the other register after 4 minutes came back to register 7 to help me without again say hello or sorry that I was waiting for her , her badge name was flipped so I couldn’t see her name she was short old woman with dark hair and bec she was rude did not wanted talk to her at all
