I would like to add, I do have a serious problem with the AI “receptionist”. I prefer to speak to a person not a computer. I hate when I get in an argument with computers.

Edit from previous review: It seems everyone and their dog want reviews nowadays and normally I love to give good reviews, but I have to lower my review in good faith because my flower garden was completely trampled over by the technicians during the service. Didn’t realize until the day after service. Blake and his partner took good care of my home. I was worried after discovering my home had termites. Action had their team here as quickly as possible for an inspection. Treatment was promptly within a day. Quick, down and dirty, and those termites are history😮‍💨

Tanner was amazing. He called 30 minutes early to allow me to get ready for his arrival and showed up right on time. Upon arrival he was extremely kind and respectful and sprayed every nook and cranny from what I could tell. Highly recommend and really appreciate you Tanner.

EDIT: Greenway Pest Solutions use to be an excellent company they sold or merged a short time ago an the stuff hit the fan. Down hill fast, hell in a hand bag. Since they changed ownership our services have become null and void. Our payment plan hit the dirt they cant get it right took 3 weeks to finally get someone to actually understand what the issue was. We tried to schedule services today and got thrown through a loop. Im not playing their stupid games, i would suggest you dont either. Find another company it would be in your best interest. They had 5 stars before the chang in ownership now I can’t even give them 0 stars but that isn’t possible so 1 star it is. Greenway does an excellent job taking care of our pest control needs. Today Calven serviced our home, he was very knowledgeable and very thorough. His professionalism was top notch and he was very friendly. Keep up the good work.

I have had a good experience with Greenway Pest Solutions. They have always been friendly, punctual, and thorough with my service. Brandon Scobee came out today and did a great job on my service. He also asked if I had pets (I do) and provided instructions on keeping them in the house until the spray dried/absorbed, especially with it being cold out and the dry time taking a bit longer. Eric did a thorough job, however, bait stations installed are not flush to property and would possibly be a tripping hazard. Fortunately, the company is coming out today to rectify. Found this company to be courteous and accommodating. Except for bait station placement would recommend as a service. UPDATE: 5/7/26 Someone came out today and did a great job of relocating, if necessary, bait stations located in heavy traffic areas and potential trip hazards. I want to thank them for accommodating our scheduling so quickly and doing a good job with follow-up.

I contacted Bill’s Pest Control to come give me a courtesy quote to help me with a pigeon problem at my home. The were able to come out right away and present a very thorough and detailed proposal. Price was very reasonable but I had several questions. Was able to submit those with ease and Bill Jr. answered all my questions quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Scheduling service was very easy. On the day of service, they arrived right on time, lead by Travis and his crew. Super polite. Super friendly. Got to work right away and did an excellent job. Very courteous and professional the entire time. Everyone I had interaction with at Bill’s was great throughout this entire process! If you are dealing with an issue with pigeons…I would highly recommend Travis and Bill’s Pest Control. They were terrific from start to finish!

I had a medical surgery pop up and we couldn’t get to our home till February Never got pest control done. We were at our wits’ end with a massive pigeon problem that had taken over our patio and backyard. The constant cleaning and frustration were making our outdoor area completely unusable. Thankfully, we found Bill’s Pigeon Control. Over the course of five weeks, we had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Logan and Travis Randall. From day one, their performance was outstanding. They meticulously followed our contractual agreement, demonstrating impressive knowledge and skill throughout the process. Jonathan and Travis were always punctual, polite, and completely transparent, ensuring our satisfaction every step of the way. Once the project was finished, they left our roof and patio area immaculately clean—it was better than new. The cost was reasonable and they never asked for a penny until the job was completed. They even independently extended the service one week longer than agreed on. The results speak for themselves: our patio, as of now, is pigeon-free, and we’re finally able to enjoy our outdoor living space again. We highly recommend their services.

The work that Nicholas did was amazing. His can do attitude was refreshing and infectious. We have hard clay soil and his methods burrowed through that quickly and efficiently. Our new termite mitigation systems was installed in less than an hour. Incredible. The pods are subterranean so our puppy will not be able to find and eat them. I am very happy with this service. Due to some landlord and rain issues, I had a yard full of weeds in the winter. I contacted Urban Desert Pest and Weed Control for their help in removing the weeds. Although I initially thought the price was expensive, after the few trips that they made to my house, I am now the proud owner of a weedless yard! (Before and after photos included.) I will be using their pre-emergent weed services bi-annually now, and I have already recommended them to friends and family. I have to give a shout-out to Alauna who is the best customer service person I have worked with in a very long time. I am glad I found Urban Desert and plan to use them well into the future.

Micheal G did a great job! Very knowledgeable cleaned all the webs out of our chairs! Sprayed the whole property and also got rid of ants in the front grass! We had black widows crickets! Excited for the month service to not have any pests around!

Jensen was awesome. He communicated his arrival time and came when he said he would.. He was considerate when he asked about shoe coverings and about vacuuming up the particles that fell from the attic. He listened when I pointed out specific things and made sure the job was done the way I asked. He worked hard and was very thorough. I was impressed.

Without pest control my home would see easily 50 scorpions a week in the yard. They are relentless creatures that have plagued my home for 8 years. I was in search of a company that could actually keep my yard scorpion free after another big pest control company failed at that job. I called and spoke to the owner of Urban Desert to make sure that their process and products actually worked. He was very helpful and reassuring and I trusted his word. I can report that after several years, my home is mostly free of scorpions. I don’t think I will ever be able to fully get rid of them because my neighbor next door doesn’t use effective pest control and the scorpions are always lurking right next door. I am diligent with my service plan through Urban Desert and am happy with their service. I appreciate the consistency they provide me by sending the same technician every month. I have had a few great technicians in the years who seem to genuinely care about keeping my property scorpion free. Ryan and Tommy have always been great, as well as Steve the service manager. As long as their chemicals work I will continue to be a loyal customer.

So far green mango has stood up to their reputation our technician Rudy has an amazing work ethic. He always keeps our property completely piss free and definitely gives my wife peace of mind to sleep at night. He’s very respectful of our property and our dogs even approving him. Have been with the company for years from our old home to now the new one. Service is always great. Our tech is Nolan who has been incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Comes out whenever we have a new issue and address it. Biggest plus——-we have never had issues with scorpions or bugs that wasn’t taken care of and those problems don’t last too long.

Have been a loyal Inssectek customer for 10+ years. What makes us stay is consistency of service and professionalism. We always get a message the day before the treatment which details the approximate time of arrival, and on the day our bug buy always sends a message when he is on his way over. If we are home he always knocks on the door to see what areas of concersnwe have. If we are not home, we can send him a text detailing areas of concern for his visit. He responds with acknowledgement, and he sends another communication when service is completed. The office is super responsive as well.

You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. The only suggestion I have is around payment options. It would be great if Insectek accepted modern payment methods like Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Right now, the only option is to provide your debit or credit card information over the phone or directly to the technician, which feels a bit outdated and less convenient than the digital payment methods many of us use today. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Insectek—especially Matthew Williams.
