We had the best experience today (Father’s Day) with a WH replacement from Parker and Sons. Our tech, Sonny, was absolutely the most professional and thorough service person we’ve ever had. Gave us the options, explained everything he was going to do and why, and while I could have waited until tomorrow to try and cash in on what was left of my Rheem warranty, having him do it on the spot made the most sense for us. He even installed a drain pipe so if we ever had an issue again, it would drain directly onto the garage floor and not down the wood pedestal it’s placed on – something our previous plumbers never even suggested. 10/10 for him and Parker & Son’s!

Parker & Sons installed the misting system in my backyard and courtyard, and I’m genuinely impressed with the experience. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and showed that they truly care about their customers. Their professionalism and willingness to get things right made the whole process smooth, and I’m very happy with the final result.

Had another A/C company out for condenser issues on a split ground unit, they forgot to install the condenser grill anchors. Unit ran for a day than started making all kinds of noise where luckily I heard it when it first started. Called Parker & Sons, their emergency response tech was here within 4 hours…. within four (4) hours, did I say four hours…. how about not charging me….. I’m a Parker & Sons diehard for life. Signed up for their maintenance program, twice a year service. Asked the tech if he got windshield time, yes he responded we are compensated – Parker takes care of their employees, their employees take care of the customers, old school. Thank you Parker & Sons, thank you.

I had a great experience as always with Parker and Sons. They show up on time and give plenty of good communication about the schedule and expected arrival. My technician was very helpful and direct about what was needed. There was no upselling or pressure to do more than what I was asking for and I appreciated the very thorough attention to detail. We’ve used Parker and Sons in the past and will continue to leverage their services for our home needs in large part because I trust that I’m getting the most value for what I’m paying for and that I will also get the best professionals attending to my request.

I chose Parker & Sons because of their reputation as a premium contractor. That reputation did not match my experience. When my family arrived at the property after installation, we found: • Open drywall holes in the ceiling — left completely unpatched despite the fact that I paid extra specifically for drywall work as part of this job • Exposed wiring hanging from the ceiling openings • Wall marks and scuffs throughout the unit • Dust and debris everywhere • Equipment and materials left inside the condo • The garage left in complete disarray — we couldn’t park a car The only communication I received was a single text message saying they were “wrapping up.” No walkthrough. No completion confirmation. My family arrived for a vacation stay thinking this was done and walked into this. Within one week of installation the master bedroom unit completely shut down because the condensation drain completely shut down. Management made promise after promise, but has still not called back with any solutions to make this right.

Dave at Parker & Sons was AMAZING!! we had several mom and Pop plumbers. Come out to tell us what was wrong and charges for different jobs and still the job did not get fixed. When contacting Parker & Sons I figured it was best to get a corporate bigger company out to give me their opinion and price. Yes, It was not a cheap repair but at this point, whatever it took to get it fixed was important. Dave took his time did everything very neat was absolutely cleaned and explained every step every detail. I would definitely call and schedule with Parker & Sons again and my request will always be Dave!! Dave is a soul sent from heaven!!

Michal was very pleasant and knew his stuff! He verified the issue before beginning work. He had to visit Home Depot for drain parts and returned with exactly what was needed. He replaced the faulty trap with precision. He identified a couple of additional potential problems with our shower. We couldn’t be happier. He even played with our little dog while he was waiting for the glue to fully set. Nice guy – we would welcome him back anytime! As a follow up, I need to give Michal another set of kudos. He recommended that we wait until someone took a shower to verify there were no leaks before repairing the drywall. I verified that it stayed dry during and after my wife’s shower. Thanks to his diligence in cutting a precise rectangular hole, I was able to patch the ceiling quite easily!

I just spent 45 minutes riding a glowing review and it didn’t post. Sorry guys, you get the abridged version. Zak, who initially did my HVAC maintenance appointment was very honest and forthcoming and advised us not to spend $6,200 in a 12-year unit. We set up an appointment with Ken, their sales consultant for the next morning and our new AC unit was installed Thursday morning by Andrew, Cody, Quinn. They were awesome! We needed duct work. They had that done and the old unit ready to be taken off the roof by the time the crane operator arrived. Their cleanup was as if they were never here. I highly recommend you spend $20 a month and become a VIP member! On a side note that has nothing to do with this crew – I wish the crane operator would have been fully paying attention the entire time he was in our driveway. He had our new AC unit dangling over our house and thought he had time to scroll on his phone. Nothing happened, but have you ever heard of freak accidents?

Great experience having to have our garbage disposal replaced. It had started to act up but then was fine. We came back from vacation and it was dead. Day & Night responded quickly to the request for a quote. Derek P was our technician. He was professional, gave us a few options on replacement units with good explanations to my questions. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to during the process. Overall extremely satisfied with the entire process.

Electrician came out same day I called. He was very friendly and professional. He took his time to assess the situation to ensure everything was reviewed before giving me their professional opinion about what it was I needed. I was in need of all new breakers as mine were greasy and past their prime. He left for a short time to gather the remaining supplies he needed but came back quickly and got to work. He got them all done in under an hour. Fast, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable- what more could you want. Thank you and if I am in need again, I will be contacting this company again.

Great first experience with Penguin. I was advised during an AC inspection that I will require an Electrician immediately that it was not safe to turn AC/breaker back on * i called Penguin and they sent a technician same day. John inspected the issue and confirmed it was a dangerous situation and wires were melted on the lines going to each AC unit and will need new lines run from the box to the units. Penguin was able to send 2 Techs to do the work in the AM. They completed the work by the afternoon. I’ve been using Penguin Air for years, and they’ve never let me down. This time my AC went out in the middle of summer, and with a baby at home, it was stressful to say the least. Jake was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. He understood how urgent the situation was and didn’t hesitate to make sure he got to my house and got everything fixed as quickly as possible. It’s hard to find technicians who genuinely care about their customers, but Jake definitely does. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Big thanks to Jake and the entire Penguin Air team for another great experience. Jose like any tech, penguin air has sent was more than professional and got the job quoted and finished within three hours. Issue is pricing $1.7k ($1.9k Before 10% membership discount) remove a sink & faucet, install a new sink & faucet (I provided) with minor plumbing tweaks and reusing existing garbage disposal; is excessively high especially the work in similar scopes would have been a $950-1100 max for labor/services. Again, not complaining about the service or the work, they have always been top notch 24/7 company. Did the project have issues? Yes, had to work around minor water damages to mount the sink (which i helped install a brace). Understand companies need to make 25-35% GP, but having time to process and build a hypothetical price per action excel sheet to wrap my mind on the estimated (see attachments). I am confused further by such a high cost when also reviewing national averages. My paperwork did not have charge per action only item action, of which not all were done but stillcharged. In Conclusion, with the state of the fluctuating economy, I cant use penguin air as my one stop shop without question. After the end of this year I will be discounting the membership and looking into new competitor services. I will leave it at this, if you have the money or need an immediate fix use penguin air they do great work. If your belt is tight, get several other quotes and take your time if its not causing damages to your house.

They are courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very customer focused. Their concern is the best safety of the client and the best and most efficient way to realize the project. The team was superb, worked well together and Roger was phenomenal in his approach to teamwork and his communication skills to myself as the client. I have called George Brazil for years for both electrical and plumbing. Major hot water line burst. They found the break and found a way to re-route the pipe so no need to dig up the floor tile to get to the leak. They worked til late into the night to fix and get us water. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Great people to work with!

The people at George Brazil are AMAZING! We had Johnny, Derek, Ted, Keenan, Jake, Robert, and Austin at our house doing work. They are very professional, personable, very courteous and hard workers. When they were done with the work, you could not tell that they were there. The cleanup was awesome. I will highly recommend George Brazil to anyone that asks about plumbing. I have a Plumbing issue, shower not working correctly. I have George Brazil Plumbing (Preston) come out to fix it on March 12th, 2026. After spending a $250 investigation fee to help resolve the issue, no call backs. After 5 attempted calls as of this review, no one from George Brazil has called me back. Spoke to the plumbing manager and he said he would call me back once he talks with Preston – no call back. Its now two month later and nothing – lame do not use. Follow-up here. After 3 -weeks NO follow-up by George Brazil. However contacted Parker & Sons – issue repaired within two weeks.

Our service technician, Relando, was professional, polite, efficient and careful. He checked every aspect of water & plumbing in our home and he made sure everything was to specifications. Even though is was a later Friday afternoon visit- he stayed after hours to ensure everything was completed. He had found an issue with our water heater and it took awhile but he resolved the issue and everything worked perfectly. At 1130 on a random Wednesday evening, the main electrical panel on a home I had owned for less than a month failed spectacularly. Sparks, smoke and eventually flames! Managed to get main breaker opened to stop the flow of electricity and put out the small fire that resulted from the arcing. Then, in the complete darkness I started searching for an emergency electrician that might come help before Monday the 12th of never. I chose the George Brazil team primarily because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I received a call back from Ty Williams, the on call electrician within about 15 minutes of my initial call. He stated he was on his way and would arrive within the hour. He arrived on time and ready to tackle my electrical demons. After a thorough review of my panel, the melted breakers and overall damage, he offered two solutions, neither inexpensive but reasonable and fair with a thorough, knowledgeable explanation of the options available. I decided on the option to completely replace the damaged panel with new equipment. He advised that he would meet representatives from APS and the city of Glendale as early as possible later that morning (by this time it was way into the early morning hours) to get the permits and begin work. He made sure the panel was safe enough to run low amperage plugs, lights and fans to allow us not to have to find alternative lodging in the middle of the night and he departed. He was back bright and early to begin the permit process, he contacted the solar company to advise and correlate with them on the repair. Ty cut through the red tape and bureaucracy that was the solar company, APS and city of Glendale on my behalf, saving me a ton of stress and bother. Within 24 hours, permits were in place and my new panel was installed, without incident, excuses or hassle! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GEORGE BRAZIL AND ESPECIALLY TY WILLIAMS. When you are in need of an electrical professional, they don’t come any better than TY WILLIAMS. If I could give Ty and George Brazil 10 stars I certainly would! Thank you Ty and George Brazil!

APES Plumbing absolutely saved the day for us. After a landscaper accidentally damaged our water riser, we were left with no running water and a major leak. Howard from APES came out first thing Sunday morning at 8AM and quickly diagnosed the issue. He found the entire riser was badly damaged, the PVB was missing components, and the main house shut-off valve was failing. Howard was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He explained everything clearly, provided recommendations, and rebuilt the entire riser system with a new ball valve, PVB, copper fittings, and piping. Everything was tested and working perfectly before he left. APES was prompt, professional, fast, and truly went above and beyond. We now have a completely new backflow system and, most importantly, peace of mind. Highly recommend Howard and the APES team!

We were getting a burning lint smell from our dryer and the room would get way too humid. Esteban came out and quickly got set up. He was super professional, got the blockage out of the dryer exhaust, and explained how it happened. He cleaned up the mess the lint made and was done in 45 minutes. 10/10 would call them up again.

My water heater started leaking and Napoleon just came by replaced it faster than I’ve ever seen. The man is truly a unicorn in this industry — Showed up and knew exactly what needed to be done before I finished explaining what was going on. Finished the entire replacement in less than 1 hour. I literally couldn’t have been more satisfied with his work 10/10!!

I had a leak in my shower handle that was bothering me for days. I had to turn off the water for my entire home for two days to stop the water from running. I had a technician come out on day two and this issue still wasn’t fixed. Jose came in on the third day, fixed the issue within 30 minutes, and even installed a new shower handle. He was a lifesaver. Every tech who has come to the house has surpassed our expectations. They educated us on the AC system itself and the install process. They were never rushing to leave and made an effort to review everything with us before and after. We were referred by a close friend and couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Any Hour Services.

The two technicians did a great job notifying me 30 min before arriving at my home. I had them change the burnt out light bulbs at my front door. It was too high for me to reach with a regular ladder. Very friendly and professional.

“Any Hour Service” person was very informative, polite, listened & got me an appointment at a Good, reasonable time. Asked me if I had any more questions before he hung up. I had found them by Google. My Air conditioning was making Loud noises! The technician, Caleb, had called & kept me informed on his location & time he’d be at my house. He was very nice, polite, professional & listened to what my concerns were. He went above & beyond on cleaning cob webs off air conditioner for me, & helping me with another small thing I wanted done..plus he had to listen to this 67 yr. Old (me) talkative lady “about this & that & other things” 😄. I really liked the fact that I could text them any questions I had, if I had any, after I hung up or later.. Like when they think the technician, might be coming my way.(window was from 8-12)..and they got right back to me. He came at 1045, after he was done with another customer. He had the “Part” on his truck & I didn’t have to wait another day. They say they have everything they need, so that’s a good thing. My “Arizona” house is now very Cold! OMG…Freddie was so thorough and professional! I called at about 10 this morning, and they were out here by 12:15!! He checked everything and said all looked good. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need either. I signed up for their program. $25. a month and I get one free service call a year and discounts if I use them any more than that. Freddie was so kind and informational! I will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing, air conditioning, electrical to anyone who should need those services. THANK YOU FREDDIE!

After many great years of service for my Business, rental properties and home, it all came to an end. You can credit their employee (I will not mention the kids name) and Ray who called me from Wyman saying it was my fault for scratching my toilet. I have video of this kid calling Ray telling him he just scratched it. I’m still in shock over the totally lack of customer care and the boldness of the management to accuse a very long time customer of lying over something my cleaning people fixed after 5 minutes of scrubbing. Erik came out to inspect our leaking hot water tank which ended up needing to be replaced as well as diagnosed a bad pressure valve. He had a replacement tank and valve in his truck with him and was able to change them out same day and worked til 8pm until it was done. He was super informative and friendly. Robert was great! He was able to assess the blockage and fix immediately. He was even very nice to my 6 year old son who was very interested in all the tools and equipment Robert was working with! I give 5 stars and would recommend Rooter Hero every time!

This company is amazing! We had to install new pipes in our home and they executed the job quickly and professionally. They even did an amazing job cleaning up after the job was complete. Communication was excellent as well. Highly recommend this company for all plumbing issues.

Shoutout to the two plumbers from Rooter Hero, especially (9921) Lavon Perry and Dez 👏 They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. What stood out most was that they didn’t make me feel judged at all for trying to handle a DIY project first—they simply stepped in, assessed everything, and clearly explained what was going on. This may have been a small fix, but today proved that no job is too small—or too big—to receive this level of care, attention, and professionalism. It’s rare to come across technicians who are both highly skilled and genuinely respectful, but that’s exactly what I experienced. Because of this, I’ll absolutely be reaching out to Rooter Hero again for any future plumbing or HVAC needs. Truly outstanding service—thank you again!

Ernie was so kind and completely professional. My toddler grandson flushed a truck down the toilet. Ernie came out same day, he has to take the toilet off and remove the toy. I would definitely call Rooter Hero again.

Erik Barros our technician was very courteous, polite and professional. He was very thorough and got a job done in a reasonable amount of time with satisfied results and explanation of what he did how it was done and the results being satisfactory.

True to their word about same day service. i called about 8:30 a.m. and Josh arrived at 11:00 a.m. He got right to it and was very polite. He also explained what had happened. Would definitely use them again. I am 90 yrs old and only have one bathroom so was really happy with the service!

We are so thankful for Nate‘s visit today. He was able to answer questions for us that we have been looking for since we moved into this house five years ago. Disposal was leaking. Called Elite at 6:45 in the evening within 20 minutes Soro, the technician called saying he was on his way. He was able to identify the issue. He came back the next morning at 8:30 like he said he would and was able to replace the disposal in no more than an hour and left the area clean, no mess. Thank you Soro for being so thorough and timely. We truly appreciate it!
