My kids got their braces and removal of it here and they did an exceptional service. Affordable payments and even when we were having a financial crisis they worked with us on the missing payments. Their staff on my experience were always nice and able to answer our questions. Me as a mom I do my treatment here as well. Really recommended.

I got my braces done at Risas Dental and had a really great experience. The pricing was very affordable compared to other places I looked at, and the team did an excellent job accommodating my requests throughout the process. They were patient, professional, and made everything feel smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend Risas to anyone looking for quality dental work at a reasonable price.

I did a lot of research before choosing an orthodontist for my braces, and even though there were multiple Risas Dental locations much closer to my house, I specifically chose this location because of all the reviews mentioning Dr. Larry. The reviews seemed very genuine, and after coming here myself, I can honestly say the experience has been even better than I expected. From my very first appointment, Dr. Larry has been outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes a lot of pride in his work. Every visit has been a great experience, and I always leave feeling confident that I’m receiving excellent care. What impressed me most is his attention to detail and the high standards he holds himself to. It’s clear that he wants the best possible outcome for every patient, and that level of dedication really shows. I’m so glad I trusted the reviews and chose Dr. Larry. My daughter will likely need braces soon, and there’s no question we’ll be bringing her to him. My wife is also considering getting braces again, and we’d absolutely choose Dr. Larry for her treatment as well. If you’re trying to decide where to go for braces, I highly recommend Dr. Larry. He’s exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy I made the drive instead of choosing a location closer to home.

These 3 guys are the best. I’ve been to 40 different dentist offices in my life. I’m not joking hands down the BEST office I have ever been in. You feel it in your spirit when you go in. And best part they got TVs on the ceiling!!! HGTV who does that?! These 3 Top Gs do. Go you will love it.

I’ve had such a wonderful experiences at this dental office. I see Dr. Schmidt, and he is always incredibly calm, patient, and attentive. He truly listens and takes the time to understand any questions or concerns I have, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. The entire team is exceptional. Every staff member is genuinely kind, welcoming, and caring. You can tell they truly care about each and every patient who walks through the door. From the moment I arrive until I leave, I always feel welcomed, valued, and well cared for. As someone who gets anxious in dental offices because of previous experiences, finding a practice like this has meant more to me than I can put into words. Dr. Schmidt and his team have created an environment where I feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness, patience, and compassion have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. It’s rare to find a practice where the clinical care is excellent and the people are just as wonderful. I’m so grateful to have found this office, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team that combines expertise with genuine compassion.

The environment, the cleanliness, the staff in general, my good friend, Dr. Paul Nielson, all wonderful. But most kudos go to Kelly, who has been my dental hygienist for very close to 20 years. There is no sweeter person on the planet. Every six months she brightens my day and it lasts me until I see her again, six months later. I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

My son had to have 2 baby teeth pulled by Dr Bishop and he and his staff were so wonderful! Eased my son’s nerves and got it done swiftly! So grateful for life smiles! It’s always a wonderful experience every time.

I have had a dentist phobia since I was four years old. When I was looking for a new dentist, specifically a dentist that deals with phobias, life smiles, came up and had such great reviews. I had to give them a try. They are #1 in my book the way they take care of me the way they understand my phobia of the dentist and the way they talk and treat me is a way that every dentist should model Their practice after. For example I have had two root canals. So good at pain management during the procedure that I have actually fallen asleep while they are working on my teeth I’ve never had that done before. As far as I am concerned, They are the number one dentist in the valley and I cannot recommend them enough! .

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I’ve had to go in for deep cleanings and they always are very encouraging and reassuring that they can help get my teeth back on track after my own neglect. Everyone there explains things clearly and are very informative if you have any questions. Lea is very kind and also take the time to really get to know the patients and make the experience a good one. Definitely going to recommend all my friends this practice over others.

Lisa did something that I haven’t experienced at any other practice, which was taking the time to share changes I could implement to ensure I’m effectively and efficiently making the most of my daily dental care routine. She was funny and friendly and that kind of presence makes a big difference to what can sometimes feel like a daunting visit to the dentist. Biltmore Commons changed my life. I am so grateful for Dr. Sadowski and the entire staff for their support and kindness over the years I have been a patient. I just completed Invisalign with Dr. Sadowski and this is one of the best things I have done in my life. The collaboration, education, and trusting the process gave me a smile I never thought I would have. Working with a team so meticulous and caring made this an experience I will never forget. So grateful for this team.

I’m no fan of dentists, but this was genuinely great experience. Incredibly responsive, friendly (non-judgmental), and efficient. My only hesitation in giving a 5 star is selfish in that more people will book and then I’ll have less availability 😆 But alas, you should pick these guys!

I had a wonderful experience getting veneers with Dr. Sadowski. I decided to get veneers because my teeth were stained from medicine I took several years ago. He was incredibly kind and took the time to walk me through every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and that everything was completely pain-free. He really listened to what I wanted and made sure I got the results I was hoping for. I had forgotten how to smile showing my teeth, and now I’ve truly found my smile again. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Sadowski and his team!

I was a patient at Arizona Biltmore Dentistry from 2020-2026 and saw a different dentist every time I went in. I haven’t had a cavity since I was a child and I have excellent dental hygiene. At my last cleaning, my dentist was Dr. Rozita Esbah. She told me I had a cavity on one of my right upper molars and I was shocked. My gut told me she was lying by the way she said it…. I switched dentists and had my cleaning today 6 months later and I was reassured I have absolutely no cavities. I even mentioned that I had been told I have a cavity in that area and the dentist looked thoroughly. It’s unfortunate that some dentists play this game to try and charge for unneeded procedures. Please do better and be honest with your patients. I have since switched to a family practice and they were excellent.

My experience with Arizona Biltmore Dentistry was awesome! They have easy new patient paperwork done before appointment. The hygienist Alexia was amazing. Dr. Grover very professional took his time to explain what dental work I needed. Ended up getting my wisdom teeth taken out and by far he did amazing. My previous dentist wanted me to see an oral surgeon. Made the right choice in coming here. Carla was also amazing explaining the coverage on my insurance and my copay. Over all I am happy with my experience with this dental office. Very welcoming.

This was my first time at Arizona Biltmore Dentistry. I found everyone to be welcoming, kind, and hospitable, from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors. They were all very helpful and wonderful. I truly appreciate your warm treatment and excellent service. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience.

It’s great they are open on Saturdays. That being said, I had a cleaning done with no images or X-rays. Cost was a little over $220. Hygienist didn’t clean my lower front teeth due to permanent retainer. She said she was afraid of knocking it off. I’ve had my teeth cleaned lots of times at other dentist offices and has never been an issue. Even if it does come off, couldn’t you put it back on? Typically your mouth feels different after a cleaning. My teeth have looked shiny, but that’s about it. Not sure I will return.

Very happy with Dental on Central as my new dental provider. Dr.Herro and staff are as committed to my Dental health and smile as I am. He is friendly, very informative, clear and a straightforward communicator and LISTENED patiently to my concerns. I value that in a provider. My hygienist Michelle did an excellent job! Very satisfied with my care.

I went to them for a second opinion. The other practice gave me a $ 10k estimate on way more work than needed . Dr Herro evaluated their plan & disagreed with many of their proposals. His estimates were way less and costs for the same procedures were also less expensive. Katie was my hygienist and did a fabulous job .

If I could give this clinic negative stars I would. Their lack of empathy and patient care is astounding. The staff is uninformative and unwilling to address future patients in a non-condescending manner. The office manager literally only came out to delegate when I mentioned reaching out to Mercy Carr Liason. I will never forget how the staff made my 11 year old daughter feel. Shame on them.

My hygienist is diligent and pays attention to detail. My teeth look and feel great after she’s does her thing. Dr. Herro is great! One observation: I would love to feel more welcomed by the front office staff.

I had a long time fear of dentist this office has made me capable of going every 6 months and because I hadn’t been in a long time I needed a lot of work done. They have always been kind and gracious with my current quirks and fears. The hygienist that I have seen for many years Joanna is the ultimate best with her patience with me.

Omar was terrific with my cleaning. I knew I was going to need more than a standard cleaning because it had been more than a year since my last but Omar didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. He was very thorough and also offered good conversation during the visit. Dr. Coles was also pleasant. I will definitely be back for my next visit.

It’s tough to find a great dentist these days. When Dr. Frost left, I didn’t realize I was getting the best upgrade: Dr. Coles! I’m so lucky to have such an amazing and skilled dentist. Dr. Coles is incredibly detail-oriented. He has suggested some things for my dental health and I never felt pressured into getting unnecessary procedures or products. I’m not surprised his clinic is always busy, given the wonderful reviews and excellent service they offer. Even with how busy they are, I never felt rushed or ignored as a patient. Devyn and Omar are fantastic. My experience at this clinic has always been top-notch.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this office earned one. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt completely wrong. The receptionist was cold, unfriendly, and seemed annoyed to be dealing with patients. What really bothered me was learning that my insurance hadn’t even been properly checked before money was being discussed. As someone with good dental insurance, I found it unacceptable that financing was brought up before anyone could clearly explain what my benefits would cover. It felt backwards and gave me the impression that collecting money was a higher priority than helping patients make informed decisions. The dentist didn’t inspire confidence either. His body language came across as judgmental ,I felt like I was sitting through a sales pitch. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and got a second opinion elsewhere. The difference was night and day. The other dentist verified my insurance upfront, explained my options honestly, and never once made me feel pressured. That experience confirmed that my concerns about this office were justified. The most unprofessional moment happened after I canceled treatment. To avoid an uncomfortable conversation, I told the office that I couldn’t afford the treatment. The truth is that I can afford it—I simply did not feel comfortable telling them that I was canceling because my experience with the office was so negative.The receptionist called to confirm my refund, and made a comment that I canceled because I couldn’t afford the treatment. She then giggled while saying it. Whether she meant it as a joke or not, it was rude, condescending, and completely inappropriate. If a patient chooses not to move forward, the response should be professionalism—not mockery. In the end, I canceled because I lost confidence in the office, not because I couldn’t afford treatment. Between the poor communication, the focus on financing before insurance verification, the dismissive attitude, and the disrespectful phone call afterward, I had no interest in trusting this office with my dental care. There are plenty of dentists in the area who treat patients with respect and put their needs first. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

So far the experience has been great. As a patient that is terrified of the dentist they are so welcoming. Dr. King has explained everything and what’s in my best interest. Loves communication. His assistant Karina is the best. Assured me I’m ok and was very helpful in assisting me with some paper work for work. 10/10. I would recommend them anytime. Office is nice, friendly, and above all clean.

Dr. Pham is amazing!!! I had #17 and #32 extracted 3 days ago and I feel great! I felt great the same night of the surgery actually! No complications during or after. Minimal swelling, zero pain! Incredibly warm and attentive staff. No long waiting or delays. Greeeat prices! I couldn’t ask for more!

It was a easy and quick response on line & a phone call to get in a couple days later for my consultation.. Very clean business and friendly staff. They do the images the same day to make sure you are a good candidate for the procedure.. After Dr reviews your 3D scan.. They let you know right away.. Then go over the different options available the cheapest which is Dentures to the most expensive Top & Bottom Arches Permanent implants you never take out.. then they go over your payment plan.. they do not offer in house financing but, will put in to several financial institutions to find the best deal that fits your budget.. I go in on Thursday to do the permanent implants & I am very excited to get my smile back after 20 years of hiding behind my hand when I opened my mouth.. Thank you Smile Clinic

Dr. Harsini, Alexia, Xiomara, David and Erica literally everyone I came in contact with was amazing they were all so sweet helped me through the whole process. Not only was the price unbeatable the work omg I get compliments from everyone! My mom who has implants from somewhere else was shocked at the work, how beautiful my teeth where and how perfectly my new smile fit my mouth. She will be coming to Smile clinic in the future. Great experience. I needed a root canal the same day I call the office because I was in a lot of pain. From the time I called, go to the office and my work done it was 3 hours total time. My Doctor and his assistant were Great! Highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Ganne is awesome!! I was getting a bridge. He listened to my concern of not staying numb. He numbed me really good!! The doctor kept me informed as to what he was doing through out the appointment, also. His assistant was very kind too. Both worked quickly (but not too quickly!). When I got thw final fitting, it was next to perfect!

The employees of SDS are amazing ive been going here for about 3 years they they really take the time to ensure your comfort and they are understanding of the challenges of life that stop us from having good hygiene habits. My experience yesterday was over and beyond great! The staff were very professional and personable! The dentist was amazing as well! Extremely thorough while I had my root canal done. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

I’m really disappointed to say that this dental studio has gone downhill since Dental Brothers sold. I have been a patient since the Dr. Holyoak days and continued on when the practice transitioned, always trusting the level of care here. I have had great experiences in the past, which makes this even more frustrating. My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM and I was not taken back until 8:30. I let the front desk know that I needed to leave by 9:00 AM to make it home for a meeting, yet the delay was not handled with any urgency. Starting an appointment that late, especially for an early morning time slot, feels unacceptable. The cleaning itself was extremely uncomfortable. The hygienist began using an electric pick and water was spraying everywhere. It was messy and unpleasant, so I asked him to stop. When he switched to manual tools, he claimed that Lisa used to do the electric cleaning as well, which simply is not true. Lisa was thorough, gentle, and professional, and my teeth always felt genuinely clean after her appointments. This time, my teeth do not even feel fully cleaned. The hygienist appeared very young and inexperienced and unfortunately came across as unprofessional and lacking basic knowledge and confidence. It was one of the most uncomfortable dental experiences I have had. I truly love Dr. Tol, which makes this decision difficult, but based on this experience, I will be finding a new dentist. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously because it is clear that the level of care and professionalism has declined.
