I can’t say enough good things about Christopher Stender and the work he did for our family. Back in 2000, my brother Pedro got caught up in a drug-related conspiracy case. I have been unable to establish contact with the company, often waiting weeks for a response to my emails. Despite paying upfront for ERC credits, it has been almost a year without resolution. The company consistently claims that the IRS has lost our documents. We have resubmitted our documents four times, yet they continue to go missing.

With limited funds i decided to go with YoungLanes Amazon Appeals. They provided me with a very intense plan of actions and after submission my Amazon account was reinstated within 72 hours. These guys are life savers and literally saved my entire Amazon business. I was days away from all of my FBA inventory being destroyed and there got the job done. I highly recommend these guys if you are suspended. They are worth ten times what they charge! Extremely grateful for your time and assistance in working on my case! I have had a terrible experience with Younglanes, they got paid for a premium sellers account in the amount of $1,750 and they did not deliver the account nor did the issue a refund, they say “the check is in the mail” and they will not put a stop payment on the check and re issue one. They do not respond to emails and don’t answer the phone they say phone support 24/7 but they monitor their calls and simply don’t take the call. They did restore an account once for me and this is why I decided to trust them with more business, I wish I hadn’t. They have threatened me with their legal team and that they have a close relationship with Amazon Seller Performance and will take my store down if I don’t remove the negative reviews. I know they will post a lame rebuttal here, all lies. Do not send your hard earned money to them and if you do, don’t use a payment method that has no recourse. Their reply is not true, they never refunded a dime. Total SCAM! Follow up, even lied on their response check never came.

These guys are a complete scam! Avoid at all cost and literally go with anyone else. They said they would get my account back and it’s been 9 months. No one will answer the phone, text back, or get back to me when they say they will. To make matters worse, Amazon has taken ownership of the balance in my store accounts. These guys are crooks and scam artist. Stay away.

I was a bit skeptical when I first read the reviews here but I’m glad I went ahead and hired these guys. They are very knowledgeable and walked me through the appeal process. I had a suspension for a related account and late shipment. I submitted the information they gave me to the emails they supplied and in about 25 minutes my account was reinstated. Don’t know how they did it but I had tried myself and failed. I recommend working with these guys as they also have packages which protect your account from future suspensions. All of these reviews pertain to Amazon. I used them for an eBay situation and this is by far the biggest and worst garbage company I’ve ever dealt with! To start with, they have you pay by Zelle or some other insecure form of payment. The reason is simple, so that when they RIP you off of you $499, you have no recourse to recover your hard earned money. They pretend to be some huge company, but in fact it’s one person on a cell phone with a thousand excuses of why they can’t get the work done. This company has made all sorts of promises and representations, to which none have been kept. At the first sign of trouble or the slightest issue, you can forget any further contact. They’ve made off with your money and phone calls and emails go unreturned for days on end. I could go on and on, but BEWARE of this company. You’ll pay for work and services you’ll never get. Steer clear and go with one of the other services who are reputable and do not have an “F” rating with the BBB.

Scam that you can avoid very easily. Scam. Guys they scammed me, paid for 275 usd for an appeal and never got anything. Very responsive at first, as soon as I paid they disappeared. Now: how can I save you from this or ANY online scam? It’s very simple. Never do my mistake (I paid via transferwise). When you pay online always use the credit card or paypal. These 2 methods of payment offer chargeback, so if the merchant runs away with your money you WILL get it back by providing proof of what happened to your credit card issuer or the paypal customer service. Don’t use debit cards, wire transfers, transferwise, or any other method that doesn’t offer money back UNLESS you already have done some business with the company. Note: if the merchant asks you to pay with Paypal family and friends (instead of goods and services) -> RUN away. You opt out of protection if you do that. So: what’s the biggest red flag on a website? When they don’t offer credit card or paypal payment. Right there you know there is a extremely high chance of fraud. Now: let’s look at their website! If you try to checkout, on step 3 they list the payment methods. And surprise: “Stripe Credit / Debit Payments – CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE until 12/20/2019 due to security issues” Today is 16 October 2020 (10 months later). So they didn’t even bother updating the scam page with a new date. You have been warned. I hope you won’t let them steal your hard earned cash. Don’t make my same mistake. **** EDIT 04 January 2021 **** The website replied on Trustpilot that credit card payment is available and that I am a confused customer. It’s incredible how they are willing to go on to continue to defraud customers. It’s true, now they enabled the credit card payment form. So I went ahead and I made a fake checkout on their website. Guess what: as soon as you enter a valid credit card number on the form it immediately (without even sending the form) says that the credit card is invalid. They put up a fake form, so that you are fooled into thinking that they accept credit cards. Go ahead and test it yourself.
