I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take a better photo, but everything was absolutely delicious! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered the Chicken Masala, Vegetable Korma, and naan bread to start. The Chicken Masala was creamy and very flavorful with a perfect balance of spices. The Vegetable Korma was rich and creamy with just the right amount of spice and a subtle sweetness. Both dishes paired perfectly with the basmati rice and fresh naan bread. The portions were filling and comforting. Even though we were full, we couldn’t resist sharing a mango smoothie which I think had a yogurt base and not overly sweet which is exactly how I like it. They kindly gave us a complimentary dessert, Gulab Jamun, which I’m already looking forward to order the next time we come back. The atmosphere is elegant and our waitress was so kind and genuinely happy that we enjoyed the food. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back!

I visited Indian Palace Restaurant today with my girlfriend, after seeing positive reviews online — but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Food Quality & Variety: The buffet is not worth the price at all. The selection is very limited, with hardly any variety. There was no biryani — just plain jeera rice — and the overall spread felt underwhelming for what they charge. Desserts: The gulab jamun and pudding tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out for days. The quality was unacceptable. Chicken: The chicken had a bad odor, which is a serious concern. This is not just a matter of taste — it’s a food safety issue. Overall: This isn’t just about reviews or ratings. It’s about basic responsibility toward customers. If you’re serving food to people, the least you can do is ensure it’s fresh, hygienic, and safe to eat. Poor-quality food doesn’t just disappoint — it affects people’s health. I genuinely felt unwell after eating here. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards — not for the sake of ratings, but for the well-being of every customer who walks through their door.

I got the chicken tika marsala. A couple notes. The rice portion is a little on the small side compared to other restaurants I’ve gone. And the flavor of the entree is kinda dull. It just didn’t have a lot of flavor. The garlic naan was also very thin compare to others. I like my naan on the fluffy side. Overall, I probably would not recommend.

I had a really good experience at this place. I believe the lady at the counter (possibly the owner) who assisted me was very kind and kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. Her customer service was really nice and she made me feel comfortable. I really appreciate the way she treated customers, it truly stood out. And Staff is also so Polite and respectful. The food was awesome, especially the butter chicken and naan, definitely a must try. I will definitely visit this place again!

Just came today for dinner and I am blown away! Such a great atmosphere and staff, and not to mention PHENOMENAL food. I got the chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and my grandmother got the kandai curry and we were both absolutely in love from the first bite. Not only that, but the service was fast and just overall a great time. Can’t wait to come back!!

The owners and family are extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the Palak Paneer and the Shrimp🍤 Chettinad . The Chettinaad was very good!!! I would’ve liked some cardamom flavor coming through. The rice was very bland, it could use some Ghee! I like the way that the paneer cubes were sautéed and have a little golden crisp.

This is it. The south Asian restaurant you’ve been looking for. We’ve been going here for a while. We get the biryani, dosa, mango lassi, chicken 65. The garlic naans are fire! The list goes on. Everything is served fresh and tasty. The biggest win is the owner and his team- they’re like family at this point and we always look forward to going here and being welcomed by them each and every time. Be sure to try out all their dishes that tickle your fancy – they’ll be good! Look forward to going back again soon

This is such a cute and delicious Indian food restaurant! The food was amazing and although it’s more laid back (the drinks come in bottles only; no soda machines), I thought the food was really high quality and portions were perfect. We got manchurian chicken, chicken tikka masala, samosas, garlic naan, and garlic cheese naan and it was so good! The service was outstanding! Everyone was so kind and helpful and checked on us many times. I really love this little spot and will certainly be back!

I wanted to like this place so much but it was not as we expected and got very disappointed. We had the vegetable samosas, mango lassi, chicken handi, Afghani rice, cheese naan, baklawa dessert, and paneer Tikka masala. The vegetable samosa was fine, nothing special and not an explosion of flavor or anything, the afghani rice was plain no flavor, paneer masala was way to salty and tasted off, the chicken handi sauce was actually good but the chicken was tough and the baklawa was old tastes old not flaky it was cold and hard not pleasant at all. Over all for all the stars they have i expected more maybe it was a bad Saturday and we might try again.

Definitely give this place a try! The server (a young Indian gentleman) was incredibly respectful and patient while we browsed the menu and suggested some of their popular dishes. We were starving, and the portions did not disappoint! The beef biryani and chicken shish kabab with rice are an absolute must-tries. Delicious flavors and great prices for two people. Their chai was also very strong and perfect. Highly recommend!

Hilal Grill’s Ramadan buffet was honestly one of the best buffet experiences I’ve had. Everything about the evening was incredibly well organized, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was outstanding. First of all, the variety of food was amazing. There were so many different items to choose from that it was hard to decide what to try first. Everything looked fresh and tasted just as good as it looked. You could really tell that the food was prepared carefully and consistently replenished throughout the night so nothing ever felt like it had been sitting out too long. As soon as a tray was close to finishing, the staff brought out fresh food right away. That attention to detail made the whole buffet feel high quality. The price is also very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. The buffet is $27.99, and with tax and fees it comes out to about $31. If you pay cash, it’s roughly $28–$29. For the selection, freshness, and overall experience, it’s definitely worth it. What impressed me even more was how well everything was run. The night I went (Saturday), they hosted around 180 people, which is a huge crowd for an iftar buffet. Despite that, everything went so smoothly. The staff handled the rush extremely well and kept everything organized. The service was truly exceptional. The servers were constantly walking around, cleaning tables quickly and keeping the dining area neat. Plates were cleared promptly and the whole place stayed very clean even with so many guests. You could tell the team was working really hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. The owner also deserves special recognition. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive. It’s clear that he cares a lot about the restaurant and about making sure guests enjoy their meal, especially during Ramadan. Overall, Hilal Grill’s Ramadan buffet is fantastic. The food is fresh and delicious, the variety is huge, the price is fair, and the service is excellent. Hosting nearly 180 people and still keeping everything running smoothly is impressive. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great iftar buffet experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

They may be known as a “Dosa Palace,” but their biryani is absolutely amazing. They have different special biryanis, and every time I visit, there is something worth trying. I’ve eaten Indian food in St. Louis, Arkansas, Detroit, and many other places across the U.S., and Teja is definitely one of those restaurants you will always remember for its good food and warm atmosphere. I was really sad to hear that they may be closing soon. The owner is such a sweet and humble person, and the hospitality always makes the experience even better. I’m really glad I got to visit and enjoy the food here. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I recommend everyone to visit 🥰

We stopped by this restaurant today to try more of the Kerala (southern region of india) specific food. This is generally a pretty difficult cuisine to find and this restaurant does it so well! We tried the chicken Mappas – which is a coconut based chicken curry. We got the iddiyappam and the Kerala paratha with it – both paired great and were delicious! We also ordered the Paneer Majestic, which may be my new favorite paneer appetizer. The paneer had a thin coating (similar to that of a chili paneer) but a thick gravy that I tried to lick off the plate. Soooo good! We also ordered the beef stew – very very good! Thick with almost no gravy, but very flavorful and rich! The naan pizza was also very good – if you’re in a pizza mood or have kids! Joshi provided great service and the ambience was calming and friendly. They also have a bunch of special and buffet nights; that we’re also excited to try soon!

I love this place! The server (I think he’s the owner) is always so nice and remembered us even from our first visit! I always get the onion masala dosa and I’m sure at some point the server is going to think I’m boring because I always get the same thing but it’s just so good! If you haven’t gone yet, do it!

Great experience. Medu vada was crisp and well cooked. Paneer kothu paratha was a nicely executed twist on veg kothu paratha with perfect balance of spices and flavor. Masala tea was descent. There was only one server managing all the tables but the service was without any delays.

It was OK. Been at better Indian restaurants. Wish they had a buffet, would’ve been a better deal. It was way too spicy even after ordering it mild. Would not recommend with kids. Service was great.

Although I have never, unfortunately, visited India, I have had the pleasure of enjoying some of the best Indian food in the world:l; in London. Dosa Place is equal to, if not better than some of the most delicious curries I have ever had. We started with the Samosas. Crunchy, flavorful, and the dipping sauces matched perfectly. We also had the Butter Chicken and the Chicken Tikka Marsala. Absolutely delicious! But beware, the Tikka Marsala is quite spicy. Super delicious, but be careful if you don’t like spice. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely amazing Indian food! Everything we ordered was authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, and the portions were generous while the prices were very reasonable. We tried the Resampatti Gobi, Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, Garlic Butter Naan, Apollo Fish, and Vijayawada Boneless Chicken Biryani and honestly, we enjoyed every single dish! Everything was packed with flavor and tasted freshly made. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Indian food with great service, generous portions, and great prices, I highly recommend giving this place a try! We will definitely be back!

All the foods we tried here were very good, service and atmosphere seems average for an Indian restaurant but the food was definitely better than average. Tried the Kadai Chicken, which was very good. Chicken 65 was great and crispy but with the chicken not being over cooked which is good. They do it dry so there is not a sauce but it’s good and flavorful, we asked for additional lemon to squeeze on top. Chicken Chettinadu was similarly good and flavorful with nicely cooked chicken. The naan was notably lighter than most in a nice way and had a decent amount of garlic on it, definitely fresh and crispy not one that had been sitting around. Bathroom was pretty nice and clean. You can see into different areas walking to the bathroom and things appeared clean and organized.

Hy folks, you have to definitely try this place. This place has got that taste, flavor and absolute spice level. It has been my to go place for past 8 months. I have tried goat kheema biryani, Karvepaku chicken fry, resampatti chicken, vijayawada boneless chicken biryani, chicken tikka kebab, tandoori chicken and chicken 65 dry so far. The sauces and the meat is perfectly cooked. The meat is halal. I don’t think I have found these flavors and taste at any other places around in Phoenix.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! I have one complaint about Tabla Indian Restaurant… every time I come here, I eat way more than I planned! I walk in saying, “I’m just going to have a little,” and 20 minutes later I’m wondering if I need someone to roll me out to my car. 😂 The food is absolutely amazing. Every dish is bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and so good that self-control completely disappears. I keep telling myself I’ll try something different next time, but I always end up ordering all my favorites. The customer service is just as incredible as the food. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, attentive, and treats you like family. They make every visit a great experience. If you love authentic Indian food, do yourself a favor and eat here. Just don’t make any plans afterward—you’ll be too busy recovering from the delicious food coma! 🤣 Seriously, this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

Their food is absolutely incredible! I’d never tried this style of Indian food, it is a different style than typical Indian cuisine, and it far exceeded expectations. I tried the Gongura Chicken Curry, and it was delicious! The spice ranges from 1-10, so I got a 5 (medium) to see if I needed to go up or down with it, but it was perfect, spicy but not overkill. The chicken was very tender, and the Gongura was very unique and flavorful. The Dal Makhani, made with tiny black lentils, was equally delicious and creamy. The Naan with chilies and cheese was top notch. Everything was fresh, authentic, and exceptional! The food is definitely worthy of a fancier restaurant. The staff were just lovely, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. There was Indian Fusion music playing softly, which created enjoyable ambiance. The seating was comfortable and new, and while I was able to be seated right away, there was no lack of continuous patrons throughout my time there. The place is not huge, but they could easily fill more tables if they had the space. Half of the patrons were Indian, so that is a true testament that they go where the food is authentic and exceptional. – – More return trips back, I remembered to take pictures! Everything was so delicious again!

This place has improved so much from the original place that was here. The atmosphere is a lot brighter, the restaurant is clean and welcoming. The service is prompt, and Saree was very pleasant to speak to. I had the Paneer butter masala with a side of garlic naan, it was excellent. The masala was buttery, creamy, and the tomatoes sauce wasn’t over powered by the creaminess. The texture of the paneer was wonderful, at first I thought it was going to be too dense, but once the outer layer was broken, it was soft and went held great flavor. I’ve never eaten a bad garlic naan so, must know it’s good. Crunchy crust and super tasty garlic and butter flavor.

My husband and I used to visit San Idli in San Diego every time we were in the city, and we absolutely loved it. When they opened in Phoenix, we were genuinely excited, and it quickly became one of our regular spots that we visit almost every week. We have always enjoyed dining here and loved how it satisfied our South Indian cravings, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. We ordered the South Indian meals, and while everything looked fresh and well presented, the main issue was with the rice. The plain rice served with the meal was undercooked, with a hard texture that made it difficult to eat. The lemon rice, which was part of the meal, was extremely dry, almost as if it had been sitting out for a long time, and was completely inedible. When we first informed the staff about this, there was no acknowledgment or apology, and no one really followed up. We were left waiting, unsure if anything would be done. Only after we brought it up a second time did they respond, and even then, we were given another bowl of the same rice along with some basmati rice for both meals, which did not feel like a proper resolution. We understand that off days can happen, but what was more disappointing was the lack of care, urgency, and basic customer service. Situations like this can be easily handled with better attention and communication. We truly hope this was just a one off experience and that the management takes feedback seriously, because this is a place we have genuinely liked and would want to keep coming back to.

I live in downtown and visit aroma India religiously. I find their food extremely comforting, delicious and consistent. I’ve had: Chicken vindaloo, Chicken Saag wala, Chicken biryani, Veg samosa, butter masala paneer Aloo gobi, Palak paneer, Butter chicken and Chicken tikka masala. Every one of these dishes has been incredible, most of my dishes have been a spice level 3 and I find it to be more enjoyable, the 4 was a bit spicy for me. I try to get a new dish every visit so I can get a good exploration of their menu. Service is always amazing everyone is so nice and it has a beautiful location.

I’ve been to Aroma India a few times, and the food has always been great. The flavors are on point, everything tastes fresh, and you can tell they put care into every dish. The staff is friendly and the service has always been good. The atmosphere is nice and makes it a good spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re craving good Indian food. I’ll be coming back again!

I had a great experience at Aroma Indian Restaurant in Phoenix. I ordered the aloo paratha and chai, and honestly, it was the best aloo paratha I’ve had in the U.S. It was fresh, flavorful, and tasted just like homemade food. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu and helping me choose my meal. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes the next time I’m in Phoenix. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic and delicious Indian food!

Tried the Egg Biryani here and it was really good. The restaurant is located in a prime area with a nice quiet atmosphere. One thing I really liked was the outdoor patio seating facing the road — plenty of chairs and a very relaxing setup to sit, hang out, and enjoy the food. The seating arrangement and overall ambiance make it a good place to spend time with friends or family, especially during the evening.

This is no doubt, the best restaurant downtown!! The food is amazing!! Service is always great. The patio is such a vibe. Pictured, is the chicken tikka masala. I’ve also had the butter chicken, and curry and they are both amazing. They are Celiac friendly. I have celiac & eat gluten free here all the time! Their Mumbai Mule is delicious as well! :))

Alright this past weekend on Saturday 5/30/26 we came in late night to grab some curry. It was my first time trying curry and let me tell you something…IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! I had the chicken curry and my girlfriend got the lamb and both were not just good they were great! So great that we literally went out the next day to get all the ingredients to make fresh curry at home lol. It wasn’t as good as how this place made it but overall I’m coming back and you should absolutely pick this spot for a good curry eating place atmosphere is great and they have good outdoor seating staff was great as well thanks!!!

It’s Saturday, we’re walking home from Fan Fusion and on the corner is a little spot that is criminally empty for a Saturday down town. We ordered garlic butter naan “65 chicken” and were already satisfied. If our main dishes didnt come out, it was already amazing. Then the butter chicken, chicken tiki mascara, and another dish, i dont remember the name but the flavor will live in my subconscious. DELICIOUS. I swear all the spices you could think of were working harmoniously to bring flavors that I cant accurately describe to you. My taste was in 3d! Olase give this place a chance!

Very disappointing experience. We ordered the chicken biryani, Thalappakattu biryani, tandoori chicken, and chicken Manchurian. Every single dish was under-seasoned and lacked even basic salt, making the food completely bland and tasteless. The biggest disappointment was the chicken Manchurian. It tasted like it was simply made with tomato ketchup and sriracha instead of an authentic Manchurian sauce. The food was so disappointing that we had to order dinner from another restaurant, and most of what we bought here ended up in the trash. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning.

Loved the food at this place! The food was delicious and arrived quickly. There was a steady stream of customers while we were eating, but they managed to keep up with it amazingly. If you’re in the mood for some authentic and delicious South Indian food, then this is the place for you!

I’m so glad I found this place! Small family owned restaurant. BEST Indian I’ve had in Phoenix and so cheap!! We had the lamb vindaloo which had a great spice level and tender cuts of meat. My partner got a lentil and bean curry dish that he loved as well. Great service, we’ll be back!

Delicious! Indian food. I love Naan, and I could eat that naan breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My mom got the Tandoori and said it was good. Kinda comes fajita style. My dad got the Dhaba Chicken curry (5/10 spice level) and really liked his. My husband and I got the Butter Masala Chicken and we both approved!

When people ask me, what is my favorite Indian restaurant in Phoenix, I have to say when it comes to food quality, dietary restrictions, knowledgeable wait staff, and customer service, Vayal’s Indian Kitchen is Top 3 in the Valley! We liked it so much we used them to cater for our son’s engagement! Our extended family includes restrictions about GF Vegan, Vegetarian options, no seed oil, Jain (no onion or Garlic) which often makes going out to dinner not worth the hassle. However, we’ve consistently been able to have all these conflicting needs met at this location. Ghee roasted Masala Dosa is a favorite as is the Kadai Curry! Today we had the Chole, Dry fried Paneer, Ghee Roasted Plain Dosa and Ghee Roasted Masala Dosa. All were Superb!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the incredible aroma of authentic Indian spices. We visited with a group of four and absolutely loved this quaint, family-owned hole-in-the-wall restaurant. The prices were very reasonable, and each of us ordered something different—Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Korma, Butter Chicken, and Paneer Tikka Masala. We also shared the cheese naan, and garlic naan, and everything was phenomenal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. If you’re in Phoenix and looking for an authentic Indian meal, I highly recommend Vayal’s Indian Kitchen!

Our experience at Vayal Indian Kitchen was overall okay. This time we ordered North Indian Punjabi food. Most of the food was decent, especially the Kadai paneer and Aloo gobi, which were flavorful and well-cooked. We were expecting the aloo gobi to be dry, but it came with gravy — not an issue, and it still tasted good. However, the malai kofta was a big disappointment. We ordered it toward the end since we were short of one sabzi, but it lacked flavor completely. The gravy was watery, and the kofta balls themselves had no taste, which really brought down the meal. They also had limited chapatis available, likely because it was close to closing time. Overall, it was an okay experience — decent food but nothing special or memorable to boast about.

Throughout the US and even London, where Indian Food is extremely popular, I’m not sure you’ll find better fresh cuisine than here. Family owned, amazing service, and food that will blow you away. An upbeat ambiance on the weekends. Try coming in for drinks and appetizers during Happy Hour (4:30pm – 6:00pm). Definitely try the Tikka Masala with Naan. Unreal experience! We’ll be back for sure.

We shared the classic curry with chicken and saag spinach with paneer. Also a side of garlic naan. All was amazing! Great to share with a group. The rice was a bit dry. And the cocktails were very sweet. The server was attentive.

This place maybe constructed well on the inside and out, but please avoid being a customer here. If you like Indian food don’t come here! This doesn’t taste anything like Indian food, it’s been Americanized (no flavor). All the containers were half empty, and the portion of food wasn’t enough to feed an adult, perhaps a child for such a high cost!! Very disappointing! Also they were so rude in making you wait for such long periods without a line. I called in advance and expected my order to be ready about an hour in advance, and I still waited for another 45 minutes. So they don’t care about customer service at all. They need more staff here and perhaps people who actually know how to cook authentic Indian inspired dishes!! Such a disappointment!!!

Food was delicious — every dish we had was great. The staff was very friendly as well. They accommodated a variation of a dish for us. I claimed all the leftovers for myself at the end of the night. The food was too good not to enjoy again later!

I will give mixed reviews here. Our server helpfully explained things as we ordered and seemed nice, but later on I noticed our service was slow and sometimes lacking, I never got my water glass refilled after asking repeatedly. I think that this restaurant was definitely understaffed with only one server at lunchtime on this date (1/15), so I would blame the management rather than the server. They definitely needed to have 2 servers at lunchtime, considering the total number of people eating there then. The food, while tasty, was definitely too mildly spiced. Several in my group ordered food with a medium spice level, and we all agreed the seasoning was definitely way too mild.

Great service. However, the food was just ok. I came here for the authentic Indian spice, but I didn’t find it when I dine here. However, they were very generous with meat in every dishes.

If you’re looking for a nicer than a hole in the wall Indian restaurant, Marigold is the place. Nice layout and friendly staff. Plenty of vegetarian options which can all be made vegan. Their standard entrees and naans are all solid. Keep in mind some of the appetizers are a bit fusion. So if you are looking for purely authentic, this might not be your pick. However, with good happy hour specials and a nice patio, this is a good destination for Indian food.

If you’re looking for the Valley’s best Chole Bhature, look no further! ✨ We went in today to take a look at the store and check out the food. They had a pretty decent buffet with really fresh food. We weren’t hungry enough for a buffet so we ordered a Chole Bhature instead. You know it’s good when they serve it on a sectioned, metal plate. The food came really fast and was super hot. Huge bhature and the best tasting chole I’ve had in a while! It came with a bit of pickle and side of onions and cucumber. Was hoping for a slice of lemon, a dollop of yogurt, and a couple chiles but quickly forgot all about that. I will most certainly be back to try this again, and their wide variety of chaats (my weakness) and biryanis.

I’m a firm believer that some of the best meals you’ll ever have will come from a “little whole in the wall” restaurant. This place proves that point. The garlic naan was amazing, and the butter chicken was delightful!

Had a really great experience. Has a hole in the wall feeling inside. The buffet was $9.99 and the food was great. They had a good variety of vegetarian options as well. The butter chicken was so tender it was nice. And they bring fresh naan bread for your meal as much as you want. The store attached to the restaurant has great variety for fair prices. I liked the herbal supplements that are a much better deal than anything you find at GNC and probably better for you. Also the sweets look incredible. I’m trying to avoid the diabetes so I didn’t buy anything this time but I bet they’re amazing.

I decided to stop at the New India Bazaar. I have driven by on several occasions and wanted to review another local restaurant & grocery store specializing in products from India they have an ample selection of dry goods, spices, Himalayan desserts, and frozen foods. They also serve a lunchtime buffet and dinner entree with seating in the back. They are open for 11am-9pm daily.I missed the lunch buffet, but I took some butter chicken to go, and it was delish.

I am writing this review specifically about the grocery/convenience store section and not the restaurant. I have been a regular customer here and have purchased groceries, dairy products, snacks, and other household items from this store on numerous occasions. The owner, Amarpal, is a genuinely kind, understanding, and down-to-earth person, which is why this review is disappointing for me to write. A few days ago, I purchased a container of Nanak dahi that was well within its expiration date. When I opened it at home, it had a strong rotten smell and was clearly not fit for consumption. This is the second time within the past year that I have encountered the same issue with dahi purchased from this store. I returned to the store with both the product and receipt expecting a straightforward exchange. Instead, I was met with resistance and an attitude that no customer should have to deal with when raising a genuine concern. Unfortunately, this was not my first unpleasant interaction with the same staff member. On more than one occasion, he has behaved as though customer concerns are an inconvenience rather than something that deserves attention and respect. My concern is not the few dollars spent on a container of dahi. My concern is that when a customer purchases a food product that appears spoiled despite being within its expiration date, the issue should be addressed professionally and respectfully. Instead, I left feeling dismissed. I still have respect for Amarpal and believe he genuinely cares about his customers. However, the staff representing the business when he is not present are not reflecting the same values. Poor customer service and a lack of accountability will eventually drive customers elsewhere, especially when there are many other grocery stores that value and respect their customers. I hope management reviews both product quality controls and customer service standards so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
