Laundromat is 24hours. 2.50 a wash with old school and new school washers. It’s active over here which means the homeless is present along with people washing clothes people walking around outside. No security but they do have cameras and a attended. They provide really cheap laundry service too. Drop off and pick up.

It’s been decades since I’ve used a laundromat. This place far surpassed all of my expectations. When walking in my first impression was “Wow”! You walk into a well lit, clean and fresh smelling facility. The attendant was very approachable and friendly. All my questions were answered both factually and professionally. Reflecting back they were probably dumb questions but they treated them as important. I was able to fit all my clothes into their largest washer. Using double precast, double wash and double rinse cost a very reasonable amount of $7. The cost to dry all my clothes was only $2.50 for 30 minutes.

Customer service is very rude and calls the owner for patrons that play music while doing laundry. Don’t waste your money here if you don’t have to.

I don’t always go out to do my laundry at a laundromat. But when I do, I go to the laundry basket. They are clean, have modern, working machines, very helpful attendants, conveniences like an ATM, changebill maker, detergent dispensers, vending machines, TV’s and a children’s nook. And they play The Mountain, which is a great radio station. 🙂

Clean, friendly, multiple ways to pay, wifi, there’s even a charging station (you do have to pay a small fee), atm, bitcoin, a store for all different laundry needs, they even have a laundry service encase you don’t have time.

Frequent customer to this laundromat and I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. The customer service skills of the attendant(‘s) Ashley was funny helpful and made this 4:00 AM laundry trip worth it. Pros: Clean, Cool, Quiet (at 4:00 AM), no riff raff. Wonderful Attendants, Drop Available Cons: None really other than the neighborhood is not the greatest. (But that’s Phoenix for you.)

This is where I do my laundry on a bi-weekly basis. It is always clean, brightly lit, the machines wash and dry well, and they have clear instructions on how to use the laundry card. I appreciate the signs in both English and Spanish and one that always stands out to me is “This is your laundromat. Keep it clean.” The washing machines range from standard size to x6 loads of laundry. There are deals on washers on Tuesday to Saturday to save you money though they are already well priced starting at $1.75 a wash. During the week it will be less busy if you prefer a calmer atmosphere than on the busy weekend. I have never had any issues with machines, but if you do there is always an attendant on duty. They are nice and will help you with a smile. They also have a drop-off wash and fold service if you want it. I appreciate this service! Thank you, Launderland!

This is a very clean and well maintained laundromat. There are multiple washers and dryers and plenty of space to fold. It’s cool enough in the summer as well. I asked the attendant for assistance – as this is the first time in years I’ve needed a laundromat – and she was helpful and kind! I’ll be back if necessary! 5+ stars! 🌟 Thank you!

It’s a great clean laundromat, the prices are decent and they have specials Tuesday-Saturdays! This is the only place I come to do my laundry in Phoenix, weekly! Highly recommend!!

I’ve been here a couple times & the machines do good work washing the clothes, there is someone always around cleaning after everyone who comes in. & I like the big washing machines for $3 on Saturday. I do a decent amount of laundry with $20

The place is clean and fresh, they do a really great job of keeping it clean. Prices are a little on the expensive side for the washers. I did notice homeless people wandering in and out and I do not like that. Lots of parking out front but the handicapped parking is way off to the left, but it is wheelchair accessible from the parking spot. Friendly staff and helpful.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for about a year. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. One morning I came to wash clothes and I was babysitting my grandson who at that time was not walking. I am thankful that we got here early and there weren’t too many people because I had him in his walker. And he loved every minute of it. So much space to move and he was fascinated to see the washers going. The people that were here washing their laundry were so kind to my grandson who absolutely loves people. I thank the staff for letting us feel at home. The facility is clean every time I come. I recommend this facility. They get five stars in my book!!!

First time visiting on a Thursday morning. They have free dry on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The place is very clean and there’s very nice, helpful, friendly employees that work here. The employees were cleaning machines and taking care of the place. You don’t need coins cause they have a card machine and take Apple Pay. I will definitely will be back.

I have a wonderful experience at Linen Fresh Laundromat every single time I go! 💯 The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of machines available, and should I mention they even have FREE drying on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays!😃which makes my visits smooth and stress-free. 😊This location is always clean and cool. The employees here are friendly, helpful and hard working. The machines are wiped out regularly and dryers are cleaned as well. I appreciate laundromat. And the restroom is kept clean. It’s affordable and hardly ever crowded during the weekdays.

She is a very nice lady and her partner Petra is very nice too she gave us a discount my wife and I if we would live in Phoenix Arizona we would definitely come back but we live in Miami Florida. The washers ave huge! And the price is good for the amount of clothes can wash. I used the $9.50 one but it was about 4/5 loads it carried and i think it coukd of carried more..!!! 75cent dryers for 12 minutes! The lady who was there gave me a tour and showed me the prices/sizes on the washers dryers! Definitely going back!

I can’t believe how clean this facility is! It’s Tuesday morning 6:20am & I am the only person here and you could eat off the floors and all the machines smell wonderful! Grace does a great job cleaning!! No mildew smells or any bad smells at all. Love this place It’s 7/7/26 at 11:30 just finished my laundry and I no longer have a bad headache. I asked Karen & Makayla if they had any Advil and they gave me a couple no charge and I love this place. Great staff, place was packed but I still got in and out fast. STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL AND KEEPS THE FACILITY NEAT AND CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. THE OWNER HAS AN AWESOME PEOPLE PERSONS ATTITUDE AND IS JUST AS HELPFUL AS HIS STAFF. I had a really great experience at this laundry place. The machines were clean, easy to use, and worked perfectly, and the whole place felt organized and well taken care of. I also liked how friendly and helpful the staff were—they made everything simple and quick. My clothes came out fresh, clean, and smelling really good. I enjoy washing my clothes here. Especially towards the later night I’m so happy they are 24/7. Not only being open they always have an attendant in the night to lend a helping hand if need!!

I love that it’s 24 hours . Some of the dryers don’t dry and I don’t like putting money into a machine only for it not to work. I go alot because its convenient. The time before last i came back with over half my laundry still wet. Last time it was better.

The dryers seem to need new heating elements so don’t dry your clothes appropriately. It’s really hot in the shop because they don’t understand how to use a swamp cooler or what air conditioning is. And so it’s just really humid and hot and ugly in their shop. I will never ever go here again because their machine ate my money and it was just an unpleasant experience. Overall. Good luck!

Located nextdoor to Subway and Yin’s restaurant. 11pm is correct closing time, get here BY 8 (Last wash load). This is to insure all customers have enough time to finish by 11 closing.

I like doing laundry here. I’de check the dryers though, I put in two bath towels and two wash cloths, 20 minutes on high, slightly damp when time ran out. This is a regular thing with these dryers. Not a complaint, just a heads up. Staff here is very friendly! Thank You

It’s okay for the fact of a quick wash for 1 or 2 loads. They don’t accept qaurters, so you will get a card here to pay for wash-n-dry it’s 32 washers and 42 dryers. Very small, to my opinion

Nicely laid out, clean new machines that I’m pretty sure all work, but for some reason at 4 o’clock in the afternoon on a Thursday more than 50% of The washing machines are filled with clothes that have been washed Minutes if not hours earlier and no one has put into the dryer. Of the 24 dryers. Three are in use. Not quite sure what this means but I figured I would hop on their free Wi-Fi. It doesn’t work either. I think this is a hard pass for next time. I won’t be back.

Laundry Matt is dirty. You change over cash for tokens that you can never spend anywhere else. Nor good. The 3xs load cost 5.50 a load, however you have to use 6 coins to use it. Tricky. I’m here at 8:34am and I see know Laundry attended. My family owened a laundry company before. I dont believe they are changing the lent trap regularly, because it took more than 20 min for a small load of clothes to dry. The dryer never got hot SMH There’s a restroom to use and that is locked. You can’t use it if nobody is here. This place also has no wash carts for you to transfer your clothes to. II won’t be back. I suggest you find another place to wash too. Thumbs down. Get your business together because it’s literally a mess

I’m really disappointed how downhill this place has gone. We used to come here quite often and the last time I was here was three years ago. It was spotless and comfortable. It was such an awesome place. Now it is trashed everything is out of order except one bill changer. No bathroom, the floors disgusting. There is a man who works here that walked out of a back room and looked around and went right back in the room. It’s unfortunate that it’s turned out this way.

Went last night and used 4 big washers. Had to re-wash two loads, come home and my towels are not smelling clean. Mind you this is the towels I re-washed. Never going there again.

This has apparently been an ongoing issue with this place since I’m not the first person to leave a negative review in regards to the times you’re supposed to be allowed to wash. I went there tonight to wash a medium-large load of blankets. I arrived at 9:02 pm & thought everything would be fine because they have it posted on the window/door that last wash load is to be started by 9:30 pm but tonight the doors were already locked when I arrived. The attendant came over & opened the door only to say they were closed. I pointed to the times listed on the window/door showing her it clearly stated I could start a load of wash up until 9:30 pm and it wasn’t past that time. She still refused to let me in. I was at this laundromat yesterday doing my laundry and there were people coming in and starting their laundry all the way up until 9:30 pm. I was the last customer to leave last night but they were still open until 11 pm just like the times on the window/door indicated so why was today different??? If you plan on closing the store earlier than the times you have posted/advertised that’s fine but change your posted times so the customers are informed of the correct times. I was highly irritated and inconvenienced by this tonight. This is the closest laundromat to where I live but after tonight I will have to look into going somewhere else. Really disappointed by this.

*Update* 2nd time I went here, a methed out homeless person stumbled in . This is kind of a bussin place for homeless in that hatcher area, so just be aware, have situational awareness. . It hasn’t stopped me from going, though. Just wanted to state that. Anyways, on towards the review. –>This place is awesome! Great prices, compared to others in the area. Standard and industrial washers for very decent price . I think it was like 150 or 2$. Amazing !!! I like this place because it’s super close to me .I’m near Peoria and Cave Creek. For a while, I was going to 32nd and cactus . My clothes were always stolen from there3x , and it attracts so many homeless🌵 If you’re looking for a reasonable, priced laundromat,try this place 7 stars if I could 😉

I love this laundromat! 20% off washers on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Absolutely immaculate as they sweet, mop, and clean everything as you do your laundry. If you go earlier it’s less crowded, but even when it’s crowded it’s not bad waiting for a machine. I go to wash oversized bedding in the XL washers. Everything comes out SUPER clean and fresh! I did notice it’s pretty warm in there in the summer, so go early while it’s cooler. Their crowd meter is pretty accurate. Be prepared for fees when you use their laundry card machine with your debit card. Overall great place!

Nice and clean laundrymat that I have ever seen. Staff is very helpful and nice. No coin machines. ATM is inside to buy a laundromat card (50¢) and to charge the laundromat card, to use on there machines. Washing machines are clean and washes clothes very clean. Dryer leaves clothes looking nice and feels clean. Weekly promotions of 20% off on some days. I will definitely be back.

I’m giving this place five stars because it is what is suppose to be, a laundry mat. Very clean, attendant attend’s, washers wash and you get free WiFi.

It’s great for if you need to do some laundry, just don’t forget to get the pre-pay laundry card, and then pay with cash or debit in order to activate the machines. Oh how times have changed hehe. But yes, this is a good laundromat.

Not the biggest laundry place, but they keep staff at all times that maintain the equipment and floor very clean. They also offer wash and fold service. As of October 2024, they charge $1 per pound, which includes laundry detergent and softener as well.

Seems they keep raising the prices every few months the dryers were 1.39 they’re now 1.49 that’s a huge increase whoever the owner is of these are being greedy and taking advantage of peoples situations I’m going to find another store that’s not being greedy where I don’t have to worry about the prices for at least 6 months or so this is ridiculous that they can do this without being regulated. I posted the prices for people to see what they can expect to pay depending on their load size. It can be pricey if you wash your laundry each week like I do if I had a better situation I would not go here. I am going to be finding a better laundry mat I read a response that said because they are the cleanest and supposedly have the best customer service to offer that’s why they keep these prices rising that’s not enough I am not responsible in making sure your customer service gets paid to talk to me over the phone and not in person find a way to keep these prices the same each year or lower or mark my words people will find elsewhere and you will fall coinless you’ve been warned greed is an evil thing.

The people that work at most of these coin less laundry places are so mean, hateful, spiteful, and rude to people they feel are not Hispanic or what they accept, I am feeling, and will even continuously wipe dust on you while you are doing your laundry, even if you ask nicely for them to stop because of allergies. Then they say derogatory things about you in Spanish and think you can’t understand when I understand Spanish. This individual and her co worker that works here was very rude and the one with shorter hair purposely ran a cart into me and over my feet also, then gaslighted me with an added rude comment . They raised the prices and now it is almost $5.00 to use the 3 loaders. I have been going into this one for a long time too. I need to find a better place or purchase a all in one washer and dryer for the rental I am at, I am feeling, I didn’t even finish washing all the stuff I hauled over here to wash after the horrible treatment I received. I felt so upset and my blood pressure was high. I also had a blanket stolen out of the dryer I was using from here also. It is getting worse coming to any of the coin less laundry places in general. 💯

Quick and easy. Doors automatically unlock at 0555. Go inside do your stuff, then your out. Going in this early though, keep an eye on your surroundings. Homeless folks sometimes come in and hang out a bit, asking for things, money etc. Overall, a good place to get your laundry done.

I was here earlier this morning, and when I was here I noticed the same amount of people that I was here now. Comparing 10:00 a.m. vs. 4:30 p.m., this coinless washing location close down the far end of the unit, stating that it is slower is her reasoning for closing down several washing machines that I need. In fact it is not slower to now than when I was here earlier. Now I’m having to wait for machines to become open. Because this person is lazy and does not want to open up the area.

They locked my clothes inside the facility when I went to grab the tote lid from my truck! The lady stared at me in the parking lot while her guy drove off! Also there is a huge language barrier. I am perplexed at the actions of this individual abruptly locking me out without a single word. I had 1 tote left to grab yet she decided to lock it up like I wasn’t coming back for it.

First time being here like the fact that thers plenty of washers and dryers. Although a good amount were out of service they still had a lot to choose from. Place is kept clean a d prices aren’t bad either.

This is my 3rd time using this laundromat. I like how the ladies are constantly cleaning and maintaining the place. There are many people that come and go after 5pm. I’ve came earlier in the day and much less busy. Today I ran into an issue with a dryer that wouldn’t dry or get hot. Swiped my card again for 20min more and still the same thing. Ilsa who was working tonight helped me and was very polite. She saw and made sure the dryer wasn’t working. She then allowed me to switch dryers and paid for my laundry to dry efficiently. Only downside is I wish I got my .70 back on my card for those extra 20min of not being used. Have a beautiful day.

Nothing works no coin machine span over 5 minutes, trying to get in new card. Which they charge you before over three dollars to wash and dry. Not to mention the amount of homeless and drug addicts in the area. Do not bring your kids in this area.Do not bring your kids to this laundromat.Do not explode them to this.Trust me is not worth it.

Kids aren’t controlled here as they are running and screaming everywhere. You have to wait forever for dryers as so many are down and out of order. Employees aren’t trained very well.When there’s a spill they just throw towels over it. It’s super hot in there.

Washers n dryers work good . Place is dirty . And always full of rude people . Walking into the place is scary outside. The sidewalks are so filthy and dirty. Homeless people sleeping . It’s smells .

We were using a wheeled basket and the attendant came and took it and used it for something else. When we told her that was our basket she just kept going. Not impressed. I put $40 on my laundry card and now we might not even come back. Upsetting

Not bad at all. I went there around two in the morning. I was expecting chaos, and God knows what But instead it was very peaceful, clean Will be going back there again if my washer breaks down again! 🙃 May I add that the dryers worked Much better than I expected!

I love this place. Multuples sizes of washers and dryers available, plenty of large ones if you want to wash bedding. Affordable, cash or card, and they have vending machines if you forgot soap, etc. The drop off service is amazing. Drop off for same day or next day service. Returned clean and folded! Thank you!!

The machines are both cars that you have to purchase or coins. Good to have both . Looks clean and big. Here at 5:30am is the best .

Kind of expensive, multiple broken washer machines that couldn’t be used. The affordable single load washer were the one that were out of use so you kind and f have to use the 4$ double load washers. I came from the 24 hour laundry mat on 19th and camelback and it’s just a shock to see the price difference. I used washer 15, 16, and 17 all fine except for #15 that took my $1 coin. It’s weird you have one slot for quarters and another for $1 coins and I thought that was cool until it just took my money. So be careful with $1 coins. The change machine gives back right amount of change but be careful because some of my change went under this make shift wall that is behind the washers so it’s so far deep I just know I wasn’t getting it back. I will say the place is clean enough that I got down on my knees to try and recover some of the money. The dryers are 1.75 for 30 minutes and I used dryer 24 and 26 don’t be like me and make sure to check the arrows before putting you’re money in or you’ll have to switch your clothes hahaha. My total loss was 1.25 the washer total was 15.50 bringing my total to 16.75. In this economy every penny count and I can’t afford this clean establishment. I will say I’m very sad to be priced out of here because I don’t like the coinless Landry I like coming in with my quarters and leaving with my quarters and supporting a local business especially when there is a water and ice vending machine in the same parking lot and tacos on the weekends it looks like. I really wanted to make this my new laundry mat but I will have to look elsewhere.
