We had the best experience today (Father’s Day) with a WH replacement from Parker and Sons. Our tech, Sonny, was absolutely the most professional and thorough service person we’ve ever had. Gave us the options, explained everything he was going to do and why, and while I could have waited until tomorrow to try and cash in on what was left of my Rheem warranty, having him do it on the spot made the most sense for us. He even installed a drain pipe so if we ever had an issue again, it would drain directly onto the garage floor and not down the wood pedestal it’s placed on – something our previous plumbers never even suggested. 10/10 for him and Parker & Son’s!

Parker & Sons installed the misting system in my backyard and courtyard, and I’m genuinely impressed with the experience. They took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and showed that they truly care about their customers. Their professionalism and willingness to get things right made the whole process smooth, and I’m very happy with the final result.

Had another A/C company out for condenser issues on a split ground unit, they forgot to install the condenser grill anchors. Unit ran for a day than started making all kinds of noise where luckily I heard it when it first started. Called Parker & Sons, their emergency response tech was here within 4 hours…. within four (4) hours, did I say four hours…. how about not charging me….. I’m a Parker & Sons diehard for life. Signed up for their maintenance program, twice a year service. Asked the tech if he got windshield time, yes he responded we are compensated – Parker takes care of their employees, their employees take care of the customers, old school. Thank you Parker & Sons, thank you.

I had a great experience as always with Parker and Sons. They show up on time and give plenty of good communication about the schedule and expected arrival. My technician was very helpful and direct about what was needed. There was no upselling or pressure to do more than what I was asking for and I appreciated the very thorough attention to detail. We’ve used Parker and Sons in the past and will continue to leverage their services for our home needs in large part because I trust that I’m getting the most value for what I’m paying for and that I will also get the best professionals attending to my request.

I chose Parker & Sons because of their reputation as a premium contractor. That reputation did not match my experience. When my family arrived at the property after installation, we found: • Open drywall holes in the ceiling — left completely unpatched despite the fact that I paid extra specifically for drywall work as part of this job • Exposed wiring hanging from the ceiling openings • Wall marks and scuffs throughout the unit • Dust and debris everywhere • Equipment and materials left inside the condo • The garage left in complete disarray — we couldn’t park a car The only communication I received was a single text message saying they were “wrapping up.” No walkthrough. No completion confirmation. My family arrived for a vacation stay thinking this was done and walked into this. Within one week of installation the master bedroom unit completely shut down because the condensation drain completely shut down. Management made promise after promise, but has still not called back with any solutions to make this right.

Dave at Parker & Sons was AMAZING!! we had several mom and Pop plumbers. Come out to tell us what was wrong and charges for different jobs and still the job did not get fixed. When contacting Parker & Sons I figured it was best to get a corporate bigger company out to give me their opinion and price. Yes, It was not a cheap repair but at this point, whatever it took to get it fixed was important. Dave took his time did everything very neat was absolutely cleaned and explained every step every detail. I would definitely call and schedule with Parker & Sons again and my request will always be Dave!! Dave is a soul sent from heaven!!

I’m glad I call this company, Randy was amazing very knowledgeable . He had my year and a half washer fixed. In a matter of minutes. I will definitely use this service again. Prices are very reasonable.

Johnathon was helpful and polite. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was easy to work with. 125.00 for a diagnosis and a 5 day wait for a part before a possible 175.00 install is a bit much to be charged though. I appreciate the offer to only charge another 125.00 for a return visit but 250.00 plus a100.00 part for a job that would take less than an hour but stretch over a week because of the five day wait for a part is not good business in my opinion. I would have been a return customer if one of the fees for a visit was waived due to the wait for a replacement part.

I would not recommend this company. The technicians (two younger guys came) are least knowledgeable and unethical. I called them to look at my Viking range. It was not heating up. They came. Took the pieces apart, broke the cabinet, left the heavy viking range sitting on the face of the cabinet. Left the pieces unassembled and did not tell me that the cabinet was broken. Also, the office told me that the charge was $155. They were asking from me $250. When I wanted to call the office, they just rushed and left. They wanted $1600 for the repair and told me that control board, selection switch and fan limit switch need to be replaced. I called Anderson Appliance Service, Steve came and noticed that the mode was timed instead of manual. Otherwise the everything was working fine. Since I already had control board ordered from Viking parts, I had it replaced. But I ended up paying more as Appliance Care left the pieces unassembled and broke my cabinet. The technicians do not know what they are doing and dishonest.

Kurtis came out to my home last Friday after my ice maker quit working with company scheduled to come in. He spent some time troubleshooting & told me what he believed the issue could be. He picked up the necessary parts & returned the following Tuesday. Of course, the ice maker started working again on Saturday. This presented the issue that he could not check as it was working again. He offered me the option of replacing the most common-also cheaper-part & if necessary he’d return. After we discussed it, he advised just waiting & returning if necessary. I really appreciated his honesty & I feel he is incredibly professional. I would highly recommend this company & plan to continue using them for any other issues.Kurtis returned last Thursday-the 25th of May & replaced the ice maker. He told me to wait 48 hours & if I didn’t have ice, to let them know. Since that hit on the weekend-I waited until today-June 1st & let them know it wasn’t working. Kurtis returned this afternoon & replaced the sensor valve. Hopefully that will take care of it. I’ll wait another 48 hours to find out, I guess. Kurtis is a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

My service man David was excellent as was Brenda at the office when I called in to make an appointment. They delivered what they promised. David was punctual and texted me 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. We had just moved into a new house and had a refrigerator that had been disassembled to get through the doorway. David came over and put it back together perfectly slid it into place and even helped me locate a replacement filter cover that I had cracked. Highly recommend!!

They have very good manners and even put blankets down on the floor and clean up when they leave. Easy to get a hold of and when they give you a day and delivery window and they always show up on time. Dependable and just awesome. Highly recommend. If I could give 10 starts out of 5, I would.

Had another company come out and was quoted over $2,400 to fix SubZero 601 refrigerator, that had stopped working. Contacted Tri-City for a second opinion. They sent out Jalen, he arrived 15 minutes early and alerted me with a text. Very polite, went right to work, it was not what the other company said. Minor issues so I had him service my freezer also. Total cost of repair with parts and the servicing of the freezer, a little over $600.00. So glad I made the call. Honest and reliable service.

We contacted Dean at KD Appliances because our washer was making an unusual tumbling noise. After initial consultation we found mold in the gasket as well. Dean replaced the gasket and found the root cause of the noise (shock was loose). Both issues were fixed. He was efficient, communicated clearly, and delivered excellent service. When we had an issue with one of our refrigerators, my wife connected with KD. He was very responsive even though is was later in the evening. Dean came out the next day, which was a Sunday and repaired the washer and dryer. His prices were less than anyone else, and he was willing to arrive at the house faster than anyone else. He also answers his phone, which is a rarity today! He’s a really nice, honest guy. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. We will definitely use him again!!

Not happy. It’s very difficult to talk to an actual person rather than a frigging bot. I was finally able to get an appointment a week out. They said they would contact me a day before the scheduled appointment to give me a time. I had told them I was not available from 1:30 pm on for cancer treatment. So I get a text at 8pm the day before the proposed appointment and the said they’d be here from 1 to 3 pm… So it looks like I’ll be looking for a company that listens to their customers…

Chase is very detailed in his profession. Chase is the best of Mr. Appliance. When he does the repair it is done right.

I have used Mr Appliance ( Chase) several times for appliance repairs. One time with a fish wager he advised me after evaluating it was more reasonable to buy a new one . The second example was an older refrigerator it was not cooling correctly. After evaluating everything he advised it was worth fixing. We arrange a time convenient for my schedule to repair it. He gave me the total price. He shows concern for your property and applied shoe covers when entering your home, his prices are not estimated they are the price out the door and he is timely. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repair!

He could have easily said he’d fix it, which I’m sure he could, but was honest and told me what it would cost to fix versus buying a new one. George was great. They did come an hour past the time frame they had said, but things happen. He was kind, took his time, but was still efficient in finding out what was wrong with my dishwasher. He also took the additional step to explain everything and to give me tips in how to run it now that the problem was identified. The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because I wish the communication about the scheduling was better. It would have been great if they had informed me that they would be late. Regardless, I would recommend and use them again!

The technician was on time, very polite. He went right to work and explained what was wrong with my appliances as he went. Fixed the microwave in about 15 minutes. He double checked it to ensured that it was working correctly. Then started on the dishwasher. He explained that it was the motherboard and the latch. He had to order a new motherboard. When the parts came he is stalled them and made sure the dishwasher is running correctly. I very pleased with the service.

They sent tech to the house to deterine why the dishwasher wouldn’t start .He checked it out and determined what parts needed to be replaced.He said they would order the the parts and it should only take a few days and they were covered by the home warranty They would call when they came in and schedule an installation date. They did what they said they would. The tech arrived on time and took the entire dishwasher apart and put it back together to see if it work. It took a very experienced person to repair it and ran it and checked for leaks and cleaned up afterwards EXCELLENT JOB by everyone including the office calling me to keep me informed of scheduling and any delays

The company that was supposed to come bailed on the appointment the afternoon before. The job was reassigned (through Elevate HomeScriptions) to Runyon and they arrived within 25 mins and the washer was fixed 20 mins after that. They are LG certified and carry this part on their trucks. I’m so grateful for Runyon for making me a priority. They are my go to repair company moving forward.

I am very happy with Urban Appliance Repair’s services. I had an issue with the icemaker in my fridge. Urban Appliance Repair was able to come out on relatively short notice, Identified the problem and cause with minutes, Had the correct replacement part to fix the issue already in his truck, And then replaced the faulty part tested the icemaker, Confirmed that it is working properly now, And also confirmed there was no more leak from the waterline, and then cleaned up after himself. He did this in a relatively short amount of time. I would recommend his services to anyone.
