⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love Pool Care is the best pool service I’ve had—by far. I’ve used four or five different pool service providers over the last 15 years, and none compare. They currently service two pools for me (sometimes three), and they’re consistently excellent. They do an incredible job, communicate clearly, and genuinely look out for your money. When we have parties, they’re proactive about adding extra service to make sure everything looks perfect. I get regular email and text updates, and I always know exactly what’s going on—even though I’ve only met their technician a couple of times in person. Professional, reliable, and transparent. My experience with Love Pools has been inspiring. A year ago I purchased a home with a pool having never owned a pool before. I decided on a pool cleaner after a quick Internet search. I was only able to text the owner, but did explain that this was a second home where we would not be there much of the time and I was relying on him to take care of the pool. The pool was always dirty even after a cleaning, but it was the growth black algae that finally drove me to look for another pool caretaker. I drove out to Love Pools with pictures of my pool. After that visit, Ryan from Love visited the home and pool the next day. He explained that the pool filter equipment was old and not functioning properly and that the water chemistry was not correct. He quoted me a reasonable price for the new equipment and then spent two hours working on changing the chemistry in the water. Two days later, the new equipment was installed and just as he said, the pool water was transformed. It was amazingly changed! Aerators and pop- ups I didn’t know I had began to work again. An additional dedicated vacuum line was installed, again because of Ryan’s advice, and the pool vacuum actually works efficiently now. Unlike the previous company, the maintenance service included the pool sides being brushed every visit and, due to diligent monitoring of the water chemistry, the black algae is almost gone. Everything Love pool told me would happen if I followed their advice has happened. I can text Ryan anytime if there is a problem and it is addressed immediately. We are going to have the pool resurfaced later this spring and Love pools again provided a reasonable estimate for that project and the will do it. I remain truly amazed at how much Love pools cares about customers service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Valley who has become frustrated with their pool service as I had become. I don’t worry about my pool anymore.

Best I have ever worked with. I have had multiple pool companies over the years for my Airbnb, and for the last year+ I have been a McCallum customer. They are by far the best in the business. My Airbnb gets a heavy bather load, and they always keep things in tip top shape. They send detailed reports immediately after every visit with photos and comments. They always show up. They are extremely communicative. Their repair techs are exceptional. If you need something adjusted, want them to always check something specific, they can hard code it into the workflow for their maintenance guys, and you will see it weekly on your report. 10/10 could not recommend this team more.

These guys are great. I try to maintain my pool myself, which can be frustrating. I’ve called John several times over the last couple of years, he has listened and offered guidance or suggestions. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient! Each service tech guy that has come by to trouble-shoot has been thorough, informative, resolved the issue, and will guide you through things if needed. Excellent pool service and repair company. Very competent operation. McCallum’s is the best on many factors. Difficult algae scrub job on an older Quartz pebble-like surface — water was such a mess from so many different algae treatments over 3 years. No guarantee on the older surface refresh ! … but it’s looking great for the new swim season.

Aqua Shine has been servicing and cleaning my pool for the past 14 years. They’ve been reliable and do weekly cleanings. I took one “star” off because sometimes the weekly technicians change and don’t understand my system or wait long enough to make sure the vaccuum is working correctly. Otherwise, I highly recommend Aqua Shine.

Recently the light inside my pool malfunctioned, burned out and the whole fixture (new wiring included) needed replacing. I can’t tell you how happy I am with Aqua Shine! Our former pool service was terrible, taking advantage of the fact that we are gone during the summer. After literally one service by Aqua Shine, our pool looked like a resort pool… Clean, clear and beautiful! I would particularly like to single out Tanner on the Aqua Shine team for tsking the time to come out for several issues that we had. He is very responsive which is unusual and when he says he’s coming, he’s coming! He and Mike came out yesterday to install pool lights, which had never worked since we bought this home and as of last evening, the lights were on, and beautiful! The sprinkler fountain is working after 2yrs of not, and the signs are all new an nice! Just spoke to Tanner, and they are both noticing the filter needs changed. It was a classic tale of my husband thinking he could handle the pool maintenance by himself and not needing to hire a pool service company, but time and time again our pool would turn green and we would spend hundreds of dollars on shock and other chemicals trying to get it back in order. And the cycle continued… over and over. But then one magical day, I finally won the battle!! We have one huge tree in our yard that drops leaves for a solid three months straight and our pool got nasty enough that my husband caved and said to make the call. My MIL referred us to Orange Tree Pool Service. Within one week of me calling them to come out and do a quote, we had signed a contract, they did their “green to clean” service on our pool, and our pool was already looking brand new! I spoke with Ben, who came out to do the quote and handled any questions and communication throughout the week. Senad came and treated our pool over the course of several days. They were both very nice and very professional. I’m so impressed by how great they got our pool looking! The three photos I’m sharing are over the course of just a few days—first day in rough condition, our pool the very next day after initial “green to clean” treatment, then a couple days after Senad coming back for follow up care and brushing. Incredible! They will be servicing us weekly from here on out. No more swampy pool!!!

Excellent and professional service. The technician drained, cleaned pool and filter then filled it and balanced the chemicals. My pool turned from terrible algae green into clear and clean pool. Our salt cell failed last year, and we paid thousands of dollars to have it replaced. Instead of receiving a quality replacement, we were given a cheap off-brand unit that failed again in a very short period of time. It was replaced with the exact same brand, and now that unit has already burned out as well. We notified our pool technician last week and asked that management be informed. We never received a response. My husband then called the company directly yesterday, left a message, and no one bothered to call him back. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. This company charges premium prices but appears to cut corners by installing low-quality equipment that doesn’t last. When customers spend thousands of dollars, they deserve reliable products and responsive customer service. Instead, we’ve been left dealing with repeated equipment failures and a company that seems unwilling to address the problem. If you’re considering using this company, be sure to ask exactly what equipment they’re installing and what warranty support looks like when things go wrong.

We’ve been using Orange Tree Pool Service since 2019 and our pool has been running perfect w/no issues. Water has been crisp, clear, and just like the first day we’ve had it. They come 1x a week and never miss a date. If for some rare occurrence such as a holiday or last minute changes, they email and let me know. They also send me reports of pool stats/info after every cleaning. But i think the best part is the communication. Whenever I have a question or need additional services, their response is quick and each of their team members are very courteous and explained to me what to expect, and each step they are doing (draining/filling/cleaning). I’ve referred some close friends over to OTPS, and they are all very happy! A+

In this very large metro area, what a great pleasure to find a business that consistently does things the right way with prompt, customer-focused service, integrity, and fairness. Ben and his team have provided us with great pool service for over 3 years now, helped integrate pool upgrades, and assisted with getting us up and running right after a pool remodeling. We met Agua Pools after we redid our patio and the company doing so made quite the mess of the pool. Agua Pools did a fantastic job cleaning it up, and we decided to use them to retile the pool since it was already drained. Here are the before and after pics, they did a fantastic job with the tiles and spouts, and we couldn’t be happier. Great work and a fair price. Highly recommended!

This is a very reliable company that always shows up. My pool is always clean and sparkly, the filter gets cleaned as needed and I never have to be concerned about pool maintenance. I appreciate that the guys coming into my yard always remember to close the gate so my dogs don’t escape. The weekly photos showing a clean pool is appreciated as I’m a snowbird so take comfort in knowing that Aqua is actually showing up to do their job.

Aqua Pool’s drained and acid washed my pool and refilled it. They arrived on time and provided excellent communication. Text me pictures of work done. I also hired them for the weekly cleaning service. Again, they text me when the tech arrived and sent pictures and a list of chemicals they added to the pool and text when the work was done. Very happy with their pricing and service provided.

Agua pools have been amazing. They contact you every week after they performed a fantastic job on our pool. Very reasonably priced for the service and my pool looks great. Agua Pools has been great. We have gone through a few pool companies until we found them. Always on time and polite. They clean and do the chemicals on our pool weekly. They also email us a photo once service is complete. They also installed a new system and did it quick and cleaned up before they left.

Agua Pools does a great job keeping my pool clean and sparkling. The technician does a great job brushing sides and steps and ensuring baskets are clean. Chemicals are always spot on. And they routinely check in to make sure they are performing as expected. Definitely recommend you give them a try if you’re looking for weekly pool maintenance. And just to add an update, I recently had troubles with my auto filler. Agua Pools notified me about it after one of my routine maintenance trips. I asked them to fix it, paid them in advance, and once they came out with replacement part discovered the original installer had modified the float due to installation errors. Instead of modifying a new OEM part to complete the repair, they informed me of the issue, sent a video and suggested the company that installed it do the repair. Uriel refunded my money I prepaid and didn’t even charge me for his time spent to try and fix it. Great company to work with and glad I found them to keep my pool looking great!

We live in Keystone located in Ahwatukee. My husband and I were recently enjoying the community pool and both commented on how well maintained it was. The water balance always feels perfect; the pool is clean and refreshing. While we were swimming, the pool service tech arrived. Nick P has been great servicing our pool here at Atrium at Somerset in Gilbert. He’s polite, proactive and answers our questions about the cleanliness of the pool… In particular we have been battling with some ducks that have decided to make our pool into their private pond. With all the scammers out there my wife and I spoke to Mike the owner and right away he sent out this awesome guy named Ron. He evaluated our pool and equipment in about 20 min . Knew exactly what was worn and fixed it when he came back the very next day. He changed the sand after a long hot day working and was back the next day to finish up. Ron at Bestway pool service was fantastic. His experience with Pentair pool heaters certainly shawn today as he repaired my heater within 15 minutes and saved me $500 on a new ignitor. He showed upmost integrity and honesty. Other companies may have just changed out the ignitor and pocketed the profits. Instead Ron repaired with an easy fix. My weekly pool service man advised me that my sand filter was leaking and required service. I Google for Pool Equipment services in my PHX neighborhood and Aqua Harmony Pools was the highest rated in the group of five. I called and quickly got a knowledgeable service advisor on the line. Joe explained my options to repair and upgrade my older pool filter system. He explained the pros and cons and I was able to quickly select my desired repair and schedule the work within one week. Zach arrived at 6:00AM on schedule, a forecast 100° day, and I missed his early arrival. He moved on to another service and returned mid day to complete my work. Zack quickly replaced my sand filter with a cartridge filter system as I selected. He re-piped a portion of my system to repaired a leak. After he explained how I to service/operate my new filter system, Zack also recommended future repairs which I should anticipate with my older pool system equipment. The required repairs were completed quickly and neatly with all old equipment removed and great explanations and recommendations provided. I was also advised that Aqua Harmony Pools can service the filter cartridge when required. I am very happy that I have discovered this source for high quality service. (Before and after photos)

These people are the absolute best. Tried other companies before we found Aqua Harmony. Their service and repair has been top notch. They respond to my issues very quickly. All the work they have done for us has far exceeded my expectations. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for all your pool needs. I called Aqua Harmony because I needed short term pool care. They were and have been so accommodating, not only were they able to start immediately there was no issue with short term services. “Gabriel ” has been the technician and I love that it’s the same person every time. I’d like to mention he’s always on time , always polite and most importantly if my dogs are outside he just works around them and always is sure to shut the gate so they won’t get out ! During the process, they identified issues we weren’t even aware of and were able to quickly replace a burnt-out pump motor on the spot. We recently had the calcium buildup removed from the waterline of our pool by Sandy Bottom Pool, and Chase and his team did a fantastic job. From start to finish, Chase was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. What impressed me the most was his work ethic. He honestly reminded me of myself when I started my own company 27 years ago—not afraid to get his hands dirty (or, in his case, soaking wet!). In the middle of an Arizona summer, Chase was right in the pool with a hose and mask on, personally attacking the stubborn calcium buildup instead of just supervising from the sidelines. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. The results exceeded our expectations, and our pool looks great. I highly recommend Sandy Bottom Pool for calcium removal or any other pool service you may need. If you want honest, hardworking professionals who truly care about the quality of their work, this is the company to call.

These guys are fantastic. I had to leave town when my pump started having issues. I called in a panic over it. The service and care given to our situation was quick and next level good. They rebuilt the pump when I was ready to pay for a new one which saved me a load of cash, and they also fixed a couple of other ancillary issues as well. To top it off, they painted the pump to protect it from the sun. In addition, you won’t find nicer folks. Highly recommended!

Gabe was very timely and professional and made our pool look how it did when we first moved in. We had major calcium buildup on the tile and issues with sediment staining the hot tub. Both of these problems were quickly solved with this service! Highly recommended!

Jeremy came out to house the day after I called. He is professional, courteous, and gets right to the point. He didn’t try to up sell like the other bids we got. We had tile cleaned, rock work repainted and a rock slide smoothed and refinished. After a couple of rain delays, Leo came out and worked on our pool. He worked his magic and when he done the results were fantastic. Not only did he make our pool look great, he is a really nice guy and a Veteran. Did I mention that the price was really fair ? PS. Outstanding service from the first contact… prompt estimate with excellent communication throughout the process including text notifications of arrival. Broken tiles were repaired, heavy calcium deposits were blasted off all tiles, and the pool and spa were acid washed. Gabe & Austin were hard working and took pride in their work which showed in the beautiful results. We appreciated the thorough clean-up as well. Used Pool Rehab for our pool tile and rock cleaning. The repainted the rock to a lighter grey color to prevent the visible hard water build up. Overall I am happy with the services. In the future there are some things I would change, but that is no fault of theirs. The splatter/speckle is very heavy and in the future will request there be less. They showed up on time and worked hard to make sure we were fully pleased with the results. Leo and his crew were awesome! Highly recommend this company! They worked fast, got the job done and overall I am pleased.
