I walked into Outta Phoenix Print Shop with zero experience in the DTF printing space, and the owner made the entire experience amazing from start to finish. I was originally promised the shirt by the next day, but it was ready in 30 minutes. Staples print shop service and the experience working with AlphaGraphics are two very different stories. Not only did you produce a beautiful final product. Our sign on our coffee shop had faded after 8 years of business to the point you couldn’t read it anymore. Customers thought we had closed because the sign was all blacked out. Vega printing heavily disappointed me. I saw the amazing reviews and as i am a starting business I was excited to give them my business and have them make my cards. I thought they were trustworthy and i was quickly proven wrong. My business cards are not a difficult or complex design yet they did it wrong not once but twice in a row. I thought that they were going to provide better service if i went to their store in person and was greeted with the opposite. They have been nothing but unprofessional, inefficient, and rude when all I wanted was my simple business cards. I was patient and I can understand being busy however, they pushed their limits too far. Horrible service and that is devastating to say as I really thought it was going to be different.

They’re super quick, nice and you can design and resize whatever logo you’re trying to print ONLINE. 1st time printing ever and they were very helpful and nice. They explain the process and show you how to use the heat press on your own or they can also do it for you(for the very low price of $3 🤩). Definitely will be coming back.

Amazing substitute for USPS! No long line, no wait time & also doubles as a printing shop! Also, I did not know that books were cheaper to ship and Ralph noticed as soon as I gave him the package and asked me. My shipping cost went from 15$ down to just 5$!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I normally dread going to the post office. But I tried this branch today. Ralph waited on me and he was amazing. He was patient with my questions and answered them thoroughly. I was in and out of there in under 3 minutes.

I cannot sing the praises of Acme Prints loud or long enough. Like (i hope) many people, I didnt get around to sourcing a tablecloth for my event until the week before I needed it and was counting on a one colour single placement print tablecloth to run me $$$. Nope. Acme Prints was able to get me a full sublim dye all over print tablecloth in THREE BUSINESS DAYS for less than what i was quoted by Vista Print for a one colour, one placement option. I called them on Friday, was able to make the art over the weekend, and have it in by Monday morning. I got a spot on proof the same day and picked my tablecloth up Wednesday afternoon and it looks AMAZING. The colours are vibrant and the copy is sharp. I found my new printer. Ditch your online one and go local!

The Acme team is incredible! They’re absolutely killing it with live events, along with everything else they do! They’re personable, knowledgeable, and pretty freakin bad ass. Witnessing them live in action is always a huge treat! I definitely recommend them for live events, along with things you wouldn’t even know they did like signage too! As a bonus, they do everything they can to be as sustainable as possible, and they donate a ton to local (and not local) animal and human welfare organizations!

They helped me get a poster printed for a conference within one day, and they were so kind. Clean, air conditioned store. Great customer service!

They do not provide good service. If I walk up to the counter to hand a package over and ask for a receipt, It is because I want a PERSON to assist me. Do not send me to a kiosk. I can so do that myself if I choose. Even worse is that there were no customers. Just employees standing around. Horrible service. I’ll choose a different location going forward.

I needed 5 sheets of paper printed and mailed to 5 different recipients. Seems simple enough and I thought surly I’d be able to do this online without having to hold up a line and ask a worker to manually type in 5 addresses. I could not figure how to do this online, so I uploaded the 5 docs and went in to pick up the prints. They were ready for pickup and that was easy peasy. I asked for help with getting them mailed out and dude looked away like I was the biggest jerk in the world. I asked, “is there another way I can do it so you don’t have to?” He said, “there is no other way”. Damn dude, sorry but that sounds like a process issue and not something you should make me feel like I wrecked your day over. He awkwardly tried to explain to me how to do it next time (which I still have no idea what the preference is) and got the job done. Experience could have been worse, but I didn’t have “FedEx guy making me feel like crap” on my Bingo card this week.

Rhiannon was amazing! She helped me send a package and walked me thru the print options. Then when I got home I realized I had forgotten something with my shipment. When I called her she took care of it over the phone very quickly.

I was trying to schedule a pick up of a very important document in the Philippines. After spending a week attempting to do it online, it just was not working. I spoke with numerous reps, to no avail. I went into this location and within 2 seconds the guy GLEEFULLY says nope we can t help you, we are retail only. I am going to go with DHL instead, Fedex is worthless. Never again, they have lost sight of their original purpose —picking up shipping packages.

Nicholas was unbelievably helpful today. I came in with a huge load of large packages while the store was absolutely slammed, and he still handled everything with ease, patience, and a big smile. He worked incredibly hard, kept things moving, and made what could have been a stressful job feel completely straightforward. The whole team was great, but Nicholas really stood out. Proper legend. Couldn’t recommend this UPS Store more. Nicholas deserves a pay raise for sure, and I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location whenever I’m in town.

Stephanie (I hope that’s the right spelling) was WONDERFUL. I walked in deer in headlights status because being an adult is confusing and scary. She immediately locked onto my nervous energy and guided me to the light with patience and a smile. I literally had the thing I was sending and money for the transaction. She helped with the packaging choices, getting the label sorted, and the different shipping options with zero pressure on my fragile state. May her pillow always be cool and she never have any inconvenience again. Top tier human.

Avoid this Location! you can tell the ownership and management here have a bad attitude towards Amazon returns. They want to charge me to print a UPS label which the printers in the stickers are provided by UPS it cost them nothing it’s just a money, Grab to tell you you have to pay to print/ every other UPS Store in the area will scan it and print a label for you on the UPS provided sticker labels/ these guys just want to take advantage of customers and penny pinch anyone they can- to top it off places always dirty and smelly. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location goes out of business soon so be careful getting a mailbox here!

I had a very bad experience at this location on two separate visits. The staff came across as unprofessional and unhelpful, with some appearing distracted and on their phones with poor attitudes. My second visit was especially bad. Leslie (I believe that was her name) had a very poor attitude, and the notary was also unhelpful. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, and I would not return.

Stopped in for a quick two page print. These crooks charge a $2.50 set up fee on top of the 25¢ per page fee. What did you need to set up?! You hit print on an email attachment! At least now I know to take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been coming to this FedEx Office location for printing for the past 5 years and have always had a positive experience, until today. Unfortunately, my interaction with Jim at the front was very disappointing. I was overcharged for printing a single page black and white $3.08 , and when I asked for a sticky cover plate or shipping sticker cover (which has typically been provided in the past), he refused in an unfriendly and unhelpful manner. Even when I offered to pay for it, he declined and mentioned it was only for “his customers,” which was confusing and frustrating since I am a regular customer. This experience was unexpected given my history with this location. I hope management addresses this, as it doesn’t reflect the level of service I’ve received here before.

Mr. Mike provided exceptional customer service during my visit. Upon my arrival, he promptly inquired if I needed assistance. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I usually will have 800-1000 flyers printed to promote a concert and they price gouge when the employees of the branch have to do anything at all. Then when the order is not printed correctly they blame the customer instead of fixing the problem to make the order right. Bad service.
