Initially with the starting process everything was great . Tammy and Yolanda were awesome. But now I’ve been on an assignment for almost a month . And my first 2 checks were never processed on time. We supposed to get paid directly on fridays . My first check hit the following Wednesday. So 3 business days later. Than when I was supposed to be paid. Almost was in a position where I didn’t have anywhere to stay because I was counting on my check to hit on time. And that’s not something an employee should have to worry about if you’re showing up for work and doing your job. It happened again on my second check. I should have been paid on Friday. They texted me after calling over 10 times that Friday afternoon they were barely processing my hours. When I should have been paid already. The job I’m on assignment is awesome and I love it and hoping they hire me on with the company. But it seems like integrity simply can’t keep up with payroll. There’s some miscommunication or a bigger problem that needs to be resolved . There’s no way multiple checks should be hitting my accounts daaayyyss after I’m actually supposed to be paid. Putting your employers in a vulnerable spot. It’s kind of crazy.

I appreciate Yolanda too, She was able to help me get my resume updated and drug test, background completed right away thank you. While everyone was nice, I was given a job opportunity May 2026 but never a start date, I went through the process of application, paperwork, received pay card and a drug test. Then I Was told I would get a start date no later than June 1st 2026. I reached out through Email, phone – which is hard they rarely pick up.I also went in person 3x waited in lobby to have no changes in when I would start. My response finally came from email “I was waiting on background check”, it had been a month. then multiple times before that and after I was sent paperwork to sign the job agreement and then it would be with drawn on their site before signing or once I received a call saying it’s was a mistake Wait for new paperwork. It’s was now the End of june and Nothing no calls on what happened, no I apologize, No email. .. .. Just silents. I was so disappointed because initially I was excited about the job offer. That I never got to actually start. I’am updating my star ⭐ from 5 to 2 ⭐ since they were nice.

As of what I have experienced . I spent almost an hour just to fill out their online application .the second day. I got a text message from them saying that they have a job fair and they’re doing interviews until 3 PM so I went by 11 AM and as soon as I got in to check in . the lady in the front desk said “you need to finish your application “I told her “I already finished it yesterday “and she said “no I see it still needs some work “. so I went back online and I found out that the application did not save what I did yesterday so I did it all over again. It took me 30 minute to finish it and then I came back to her. She said “all right now I’m going to send you another application; you need to fill it out.” I told her “are you serious “and she was like “yeah ” so I told her “you know what that’s such a lot of waste of time so many applications for almost 2 hours “. so ridiculous so I told her “I’m done just cancel my application.”

this is one temp service that will not lie I came in and they didn’t have noting for me at the moment but i stayed in contact and so did they I didn’t receive the run around like any other temp service all the lady’s are respectful your not rushed they are very honest about the job you will be doing etc I just thank god for protech staffing it has been hard finding consistent work that’s not seasonal I highly recommend them for your go 2 temp !

I was chatting with someone and they ghosted me after offering me a job and asking me what i expected in pay. Edit to raise the rating from 3 to 5 and, add that everything got handled quickly once we figured out the communication error. They also found me a job within a week.

Worst office I have every worked with a temp . I was let go from an assignment, which I don’t really care about, but I had tried communicating about my shoes being dropped off at the office not single soul could give me a straight answer. Ester was gone for the rest of the week and Elena couldn’t answer text message back . A week later they wanted me to go back on site to pick up my shoes which totally unfair to me . They wanted to claim I could’ve gone back on site whenever . How am I supposed to know with lack of communication. They want communication from the temps when they can’t even give us the same respect and communication.If anything go to Scottsdale office or any other office .

Horrible at connecting people with jobs , I get that companies can choose who they work with but this place has the most excuses then any of the other agencies I worked with, and they offer the least amount of money, always need people but constantly turn away others? Makes no sense, people you call pretend to put you on hold to then just hang up, I had to ask for my profile with them to be deleted I got a better job with on target staffing pays better and schedule is better

Bs jobs with weird people! Whatever you do Don’t work for IPL. There’s no proper training there! Management there overnight is just weird! Got the lead asking personal questions like if I get high, and just personal things that shouldn’t be discussed at work very uncomfortable! workers get away with there low performance and more I got let go for being over worked basically!

I would give this place a zero star, I felt very discriminated against during my interview and the lady that interviewed me was very rude and it seemed from the start they had no intentions of hiring or connecting me to a company. Worst staffing agency ever.

In truth there is nothing Premiere about this operation, they are the absolute worse staffing agency I have ever been involved with. If you are desperate and go to the phoenix office, just do the job and do not express yourself. If you deal with abuse on the job site do not speak on it, they will not back you up or even care at all. Is there a zero star option?
