Amazing! Tram was my nail artist and she has an amazing attention to detail. I got builder gel + one nail repair + design. The removal process was painless and very delicate, builder gel application was great, the nail repair also looks very natural, and the design was super impressive. Tram has great artistic sense and pretty linework — followed the inspo super well! 10/10!

We had the the Rosé Berry Pedicure and OH. my. Goodness. We are obsessed. Kim was amazing!!! WILL do this again!! We have paid this same amount for much less included at other places. This is WORTH it! 💯

Tram does such beautiful design work! I had a reference for her and she delivered, these are beyond cute! The almond shaping with my builder gel nails is also perfect Update: came back with a beach/sea inspo, and Tram ATE with this new set!

I’m glad I stumbled upon this location for a number of reasons but I’ll speak on the most important. First of all it’s conveniently close to my work place and they usually have availability and second they provide great quality service. With that said I do pay a hefty price to keep my nails and toes pretty but they last a solid month or up to 5 weeks so $200 is worth it in my opinion! Tram is amazing! She is one of the few who does gel x nails. I’ve been going to her for a few months now and she doesn’t disappoint in fact she is super patient, talented and very kind. I ALWAYS walk out feeling great and get the best compliments thanks to her!

I love Leanna! I got a manicure by her and she did an amazing. She’s so sweet too. I’m a hand model so my hands have to be perfect before my photoshoots! 100/10 I recommend her. Thank you!

I was a walk in and I was taken back within a few minutes. I was asked if I wanted a complimentary drink and my frozen strawberry margarita was so yummy!! My nail tech was Kevin and he was FANTABULOUS! I showed him a photo of what I was thinking but also said I was open to where his artistic abilities had in mind. Let me just say he absolutely slayed when it came to his design! He really took his time and was so thorough. He was also super friendly and did I mention majorly talented. I was so lucky to have gotten him that day! I have received so many compliments on my nails. It’s definitely a little drive coming from the SW Valley but Kevin is worth the drive. Cannot recommend enough! Milano offers a wide range of services and a deep bench of professionals executing each one! They have space for large groups, with the ability to separate larger parties (like a bachelorette weekend or girls day) into their own room. Wonderful attention to detail and customer service that goes above and beyond. The massage chairs are top notch and special shout out to Alyssa who always “nails” the pedicure game!

We are new to Arizona, I have visited several nail salons to find my new home. My husband and I booked our His/Hers pedicures. Jamie gave us a warm welcome and the presentation was amazing. Mya and Gin took very good care of our feet 👣. We was very impressed with the quality of our experience. I returned today to get my nails 💅 done, same warm welcome I received at the 1st visit. I showed a picture to Anne and she created the nail design better than the picture I brought in. I enjoyed getting to know the nail techs. The salon is beautiful! They have clean/sanitize each station after each guest. To top it off the experience I had tasty strawberry 🍓 margarita! We have found our community nail salon 💅 I give them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s

My first time coming to this salon, I got a pedicure and manicure at the same time. Amazing service by Quan. Also nail tech Kenny and Lana were amazing!! Great service, came in with a picture and Kenny matched it perfectly. SO FUN AND CUTE!!

I had a 4:00 PM appointment and my nail tech, Andy, was running slightly behind with another client. He did still finish my nails on time, which I appreciate, but I felt like the service was rushed as a result. He did a good job with the shape and length — that part turned out exactly how I asked. However, the French tip lines (which cost extra) were done very quickly and ended up much thicker than I wanted for the short nail length I chose. I tried to communicate that I wasn’t happy with how thick the lines were, but there seemed to be some difficulty understanding each other, and I didn’t feel fully heard. He mentioned filing them down at the end, but I was happy with the length and shape — my concern was specifically the thickness of the French tip lines. I left initially hoping the nails would grow on me, but the more I look at them, the more I feel they aren’t flattering and not what I wanted. I wish there had been better communication and a bit more attention to detail, especially since French tips are an additional charge.

Definitely will return again! Lucy was nice, gentle did great job . Looking for a good pedicure come here.

I purchased an Groupon and got an appointment the same day. At the end when you pay you buy a gift card, as mentioned on the Groupon, to make it valid and you can use it on your next visit. The gift card never expires. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. My pedicure was very relaxing and I liked the end result. I will be back for another pedicure and use the gift card.

Worst experience here. Tools being used are not sterilized, nor sanitized properly. Saw one of the workers used the toe separator on a person and took it off and used it on the next client without cleaning it.The lady who did my pedi name was “Jenny.” She didnt file the nails down leaving them crooked and edgy, the guy at the register said she doesnt do pedicures because she does hair and botox and thats why she didnt do a good pedicure, well why they have her doing pedis in the first place if she doesnt know how. Also they wouldnt make valid my groupon i had already paid for, they said it “hasnt updated” on their end . Such a scam. Bad service overall.

very bloody experience. i came for a full set & pedicure. instead of doing a soak off like every other salon i’ve been to, they were quite literally prying my nails off. i left with multiple bloody fingers and it was very painful i couldn’t even continue with the service. i am worried now that i will get an infection. my nail beds are destroyed and the skin underneath the nail was cut which caused a lot of bleeding. they were not careful & cut way shorter than supposed to exposing the flesh underneath my nails. i’m not sure what they did during the pedicure because i was wincing in pain from the nail removal but something was cut with cuticle clippers causing the most bleeding. they didn’t believe they were hurting me until all the blood starting gushing out. & they kept trying to proceed with the pedicure after i told them multiple times i wanted to leave. friendly enough people but definitely not professionals. i left crying as a grown adult. these pictures are taken next day & as you can see i am still actively bleeding on my toe. i am sure many of my fingers and toes will get infected so if anyone has any advice i will gladly take it. please steer clear of this place!

Not what I expected. They were not very talkative it was awkward not very relaxing. I got a calming pedicure and builder gel manicure with a design. I bought the Groupons for both but still ended up paying way more than expected. They said I got 50%off both services and I bought gift cards from Groupon?? WTH their Groupon is such a scam and they are way overpriced!

If I could give 0 I would. Normally I dont leave reviews in a negative light but this experience has to be shared to hopefully prevent anyone else from experiencing the same. Please do not visit this salon. I got a honey gel pedicure on Sunday, paid $70 plus tip. Not even a week later and I have two of the worse ingrown nails I have ever had, likely needing medical treatment because I can barely walk. Aside from that, my nails looked nothing like the picture I showed. I wanted a milky white french and I got a one coat paint job. Absolutely the most horrible experience I’ve ever encountered. Their prices are not reasonable either. You’re paying high dollar for ingrown nails. And then seeing their responses is pitiful. They dont care, they wont do better, they just want your $.

I went in for a brow wax and a lip wax. They were able to get me in immediately as a walk in. Pricing was a lot more reasonable than I pay at my usual place. I plan on coming back. I wish I had a before of my brows because the after is amazing.

Freaking amazing job thank you I brought my wife here because she really needed her nails done and they did an amazing job. We’re very thorough and very kind to her. Please make sure you go here and also they were very prompt. I didn’t have to call even though they were really busy they were still nice enough to allow her to get her nails done when she really needed them thank you so much. If you are looking for a manicure or pedicure / gel nails in Cave Creek or Phoenix, Arizona, you definitely have to check this place out. They were also super affordable and very accommodating and didn’t feel like some of the other salons that might feel a little like sketchy or just not really on par with where they need to be.

I see Linda here and she does an incredible job on my nails. She’s so talented, my nails always look perfect, and the experience is relaxed and fun. I always leave happy. Thank you for being such a perfectionist with my nails!! I highly recommend seeing Linda!

Owner is unprofessional and so rude.i booked a lengthy appointment, and mid service he made my nail tech do a fix on a different guest, giving 0 apology or offering to seat me with a different tech. I was on a time crunch and had a sitter come for me to get a break and do my nails just to be treated like garbage. My nail tech was great. Made sure yo leave her a nice tip since the owner thinks he can work her like a dog. I wasnt trying to get any discount or refund, i paid full price and meft a tip. An apology is free though. Unfortunately did not get that.

I tried this place for the first time this weekend and I have found my go to nail places here! The technicians were all very friendly. They care about doing a great job and time efficient. The owner was even there and attentive to his staff and clients. Trinity was so wonderful. She took good care giving me a pedicure. She was so sweet! Brian did my nails and he was funny and informative and friendly! And the salon was very clean!!

I started coming here in the last month or so after moving into the midtown neighborhood. Staff are always so friendly and get my in right away when I call. You are greeted by friendly staff and a clean store. I have had requests for super fancy nails as I went to Vegas and then decided to stay a little fancy after again with the fill. Holly did AMAZING on my star themed cat eye glitter French tips for Vegas, and Tim DID STELLAR Hand painting my early spooky season nails now. I will definitely keep this place as my new fave local nail salon. 5 out of 5 stars!

I had such a great experience at Element Nail Bar! When I walked in I was greeted and someone sat down with me to go over the different pedicures and what each came with. I chose the Organic Spa Pedicure with gel polish and french tip. It came with 2 different scrubs, mask with citrus, a hot jade stone massage, paraffin wax and a hydrating cream of my choice. Before the pedi someone came by to confirm my choices and make sure I knew there was an upcharge for the gel & french which I found very thoughtful. During my she came back around to offer a choice of soda/juice/water. I wan’t sure how the french would look because my nails are smaller and some nail techs have a hard time but Lynn did an excellent job, she took her time to make the french look nice and neat and checked them twice before she was done to make sure the shape was right. I booked my next appointment because I left feeling pampered and pretty, exactly what I wanted 😊

My daughter and I went in for our first manicures together. I got a very simple gel French manicure because of the job I do. And my teen got a very beautiful elegant set. They’re a bit on the pricey side FYI. But so far good quality.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and such a welcoming energy. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell they truly care about creating a luxury experience. They’re even in the process of renovating, and it already feels elevated, so I can only imagine how stunning it’s going to be once it’s complete! Now let me talk about Tim… WOW. Hands down, I received the BEST foot massage of my life. I’m not exaggerating. The level of care, attention, and technique he put into it was unmatched. He took his time, made sure I was comfortable, and honestly turned what could’ve been a simple pedicure into a full-on relaxation experience. On top of that, they offer beverages, which just adds that extra touch of comfort and hospitality. Everything about this place from the ambiance to the service is top tier. Anna gave me a truly excellent experience at the Element Nail Bar. Formerly Classy Nails, located just East of the Safeway, the new remodel is so beautiful! Love what the new design looks like and the service is tip top. Everyone was so friendly and Anna gave me an update to my outdated dip nail polish routine. Went with the builder gel and haven’t been this happy with a manicure in a while! 10/10 recommend!

Came in to see Emma who is absolutely amazing. I enjoy catching up with her over my nails and pedi. She’s really good at checking in throughout the process to make sure I like my nails and toes as she’s going in case she needs to fix them to my liking. She helped me step out of my comfort zone with my nail art and I love him. Always good to come in for some self care and I love the new look of the place

Nicole was great and flexible with details of my own design. We workshopped in a manageable time frame, as I was catching a flight in 2 hours. What I wanted VS. What I got. I’ll never be back here again. I’m better off going to my favorite nail tech who moved to surprised. I guess this is what happens when you accept convenience over quality. I’m sure the photos speak for themselves. What I got at iPolish Nail Bar included bulky, wonky, wide bubbly shaped nails, don’t even get me started on the design that Kevin said he could do.. (I’m sure for the extra money) but in reality he couldn’t, he had to erase it several times before it came out decent enough for me to accept it. I’m dissatisfied and I will NEVER come back. My advice is stay away from the designs or avoid this place altogether because even the shape was terrible as you can see. I wish I could give 0 stars. I always find it funny how they never offer any discounts when they screw up. The best they could do was not charge me for the design which should’ve been the case regardless because he could only do it on 2 fingers…. I digress maybe I should dispute this with my bank due to the fact that this took 3 HOURS and I’m not even satisfied.

EDIT: The owner called me to apologize and make things right. She handled the situation with professionalism and took responsibility along with immediate action for staff involved. — I tried this place out for the first time and after 2.5 hours in the chair and trying to politely address my concerns it was a lost cause. The lines on my nails are so shaky and uneven, the acrylic applied is thick, I had to ask for the shape to be addressed so many times because each nail looked different… and my nail bed and cuticles were left like shown in the photos… definitely will not be going back, a complete waste of my time and money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I started at 10:30am with pedicure which was fine. However, they started my nails at 11:15am and didn’t finish until 2pm. The nail tech told me he could do the design I requested, but once he started, it became clear that he couldn’t do it. Instead of being upfront with me, he continued to erase and added additional things to my nails without my approval first. The whole experience was just disappointing, especially after spending so much time there. I expected to receive the service I asked for, not to have my hand experimented on. I wouldn’t go back and I would recommend to save your money.

What I asked for and what I received were completely different. I went back and gave them an opportunity to fix the issue, but they still couldn’t get it right. Instead of taking responsibility and issuing a refund, they offered me 10% off my next visit. I will never waste my time or money returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending this place to anyone. It’s a shame because my toes looked great, but my nails were a disaster. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. Never again!

I behave my nail girl was, Lynn, she was outstanding! She did an amazing job with massage – calf & foot! My pedicure was the best I ever had ~ my toe nails look great! My feet feel refreshed!

They do a good job if you keep your nails basic or nothing too crazy in the designs. My nails always come off early when I go to the place so I stopped going because I found somewhere I was able to pay less and the quality of work is done better and the nails stay on longer. I do enjoy the pedicures here and I think they are super affordable, I would probably come here to get my toes done, but unfortunately the whole time my getting my nails done last time my nail guy called me pretty and kept making comments about my looks which is nice and all, but repeating it over and over made me uncomfortable when I usually come to my nail appointment to relax and be mostly nonverbal so it just ruined the atmosphere of me wanting to come back at all.

I had a great experience at Herbal Nails! I was able to walk-in and get servived right away. Mr. Tony was AMAZING and did a great job with my mani and pedi service. He checked in with me along the way to make sure that I was happy with his work, which I really appreciated I love the way that my nails came out, they’re so cute and sparkly ✨️ I also got ‘The bomb’ pedicure (which I highly recommend. My feet have never felt and looked so good. The hot stone massage at the end was a first for me and I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be returning.

The besssst nail salon yet. 🥹 this was my first time everrrr going and when I tell you they are so welcoming, it’s not like any other nail salon. They took care of me and offered us drinks. I went into this place with a clean slate cause I was really upset about how another place treated my pedicure and toes. This place turned my world upside down. Helen is amazing! She did my toes so good that I was so happy to feel pretty again! Cause I am going to be having a baby soon, they gave me the top treatment. From toes, to the massage, to the wax, etc. I have never been to a place where something like this exists. Where they care for you, and your appointment is not rushed. You’re not just a number like other places. They actually care. I was in awe. I will definitely be back. As my feet feel great! It’s worth the money here!

I had an unfortunate experience, I had left positive review in the past but my last experience has me weary of wanting to return. I had visited right at open on the weekend, a Saturday to be exact. I pull up before literally on the dot. They had the doors open and staff was coming in and out I was not sure if I could even come in, they let me in, I had let them know I wanted to previous tech I had gotten and they let me know he wouldn’t be in til later. I had a special occasion that afternoon so I did not have time to wait for my preferred nail tech. There was no techs, it looked like the employees were barley starting to come in, they had already been open for about 10ish mins already with barley any employees inside so I’m like I’ll just take anyone I need to just do a dry pedicure and a French tip. They the seat me with somone and I’m not usually the type to speak up but this time I had I felt bad/upset that I kept having to correct him, the application was off on the acrylic, one big toe nail was learning towards the other way they just did not match at all.. it the gets “better” than what it was so I just said ok.. it’s time for the French tips I let him know if he could please do it thin (I did ask nicely for all requests and did let him know preference before hand shape/thickness/design) just he kept getting annoyed because I kept asking him to re-paint the nails because they were not matching. It then gets to the point at the end where he is filing the ends to send me off and I notice he over filed one nail so again, they don’t match, one nail is more square and out and the other one is more narrow. I then point to it and let him know. He then files again but the other side to make it even and it just still looks bad they’re still both completely different shapes. I ask him if he could fix it again and add acrylic since he over filed and now the nails don’t match. Again, I’m very introverted and have the tendency to not speak up but it was just so bad I couldn’t help but say anything. He then does it and it’s time to check out and I want to say I spent like $80 if not more but $80 for sure. For a dry pedicure which all he really did was just cut the nail and cuticle and then the acrylic and line paint. $80? I feel like I spent less time and $ with the previous tech! My nails are now staring to hurt a bit so I look and realize the employee was so annoyed with me corrrecting the errors he did not even file all my nails down so now I have a bit of pressure. I was just disappointed wi th my experience. I normally come around 11ish so there’s more employees or people but that time I went first thing it was just chaotic seemed like not prepared or ready for business, therefore I got someone that maybe just wasn’t ready to do nails and wanting me to rush out. UPDATE : I would like to respectfully clarify a few inaccuracies in your response. When I booked the appointment, I was informed that Ana was unavailable at my requested time and was offered either a 5:00 PM appointment that same day or an appointment the following day. At no point during that phone call was I told that I would instead be scheduled with a different technician. If that had been clearly communicated, this confusion could have easily been avoided. When I arrived that morning, the receptionist was not yet at the front desk or inside the building. I was also not the only customer who checked in before the receptionist arrived. Ana was outside, greeted me herself, and began my pedicure. Ana herself would not have known who she was scheduled to see until clients were checked in, so it is unfair to place the responsibility entirely on me for the confusion. What made the experience disappointing was not simply the scheduling mix-up, but how the situation was handled afterward. During the conversation, the receptionist acknowledged that I had not been clearly informed over the phone that I would have a different technician, yet the responsibility continued to be placed on me for “not clarifying.” I was repeatedly interrupted, argued with, and at no point was I genuinely apologized to. Overall, I will not be returning. I understand that mistakes and scheduling mix-ups can happen, especially during busy holidays, but the continued lack of accountability and the attempt to place all responsibility on the customer is what ultimately left the worst impression. FIRST REVIEW : Very disappointing experience. I originally booked with Ana and was never informed that my appointment had been changed to another technician. Even the confirmation text did not mention any change. When I arrived, Ana actually started my pedicure, but then was told to stop and switch to another client who had also been booked with her. This caused unnecessary confusion and felt very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I’ve experienced scheduling issues here involving the same technician. What made the situation worse was how my concerns were handled by the front desk receptionist. I was interrupted multiple times, spoken over, and told the miscommunication was my responsibility, despite never being notified of any changes. The interaction felt dismissive, argumentative, and lacking empathy or professionalism. I came in expecting a relaxing Mother’s Day treat for myself and instead left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes these recurring scheduling and customer service issues seriously.

I’ve tried so many different nail salons across the valley and Organic Nail Bar is hands down the best for several reasons. It is so beautiful inside. Every nail tech I’ve worked here has been excellent and consistent. They are so kind and caring. I’ve been coming here consistently for over 3 years now and wouldn’t dare go anywhere else! Tracy is the best nail tech in town! I go to see her every month and she has never let me down! Gel nails last 3 weeks easily and very reasonable prices for the area. Love the whole crew here — they’ve always treated me well and are very friendly!

The people here are friendly and the place is clean. I don’t get any drinks from them, though they offer complimentary beverages. And my walk in wait time was relatively short for around noon. A couple weeks ago I got a basic pedicure for $43, and I felt it was a good service for the price. The manicure I got today is just a basic one too, but it cost $33, and usually I hope they do a better job than I could have done by myself for that amount. There was no hand massage and they just put lotion on my forearms a brushed a little oil on my cuticles. The shine on my nails was also more glossy before I washed my hands, but it was just a basic buffing with a small foam brick. Still a great shop worth supporting, and maybe my expectations are just too high for a nail service that isn’t using polish to cover imperfections.

Everything was right about this place. I enjoyed the cleanliness, ambience, fast attention, kindness, and quality of service. I will come back especially if Sophie does my pedicure. She did an excellent job on my toes. 🌹🥂And as an extra touch, thank you for the drink and rose. Wow. I feel loved.

Left the nail salon crying today…went in for a fill and pedi, pedi was fine but hate my nails. There’s a black dot on my index finger don’t know what that is. Cuticles were not cleaned up correctly. Fill does not look blended. Also, not sure why the fill acrylic was glowing under the uv lamp? The worst part the nail tech drilled the diamond on my wedding ring! Ended up paying $115. Looking back at it I was way to nice, I should’ve only paid for my pedi. Especially since my diamond on my ring was scraped! I was only offered a discount for my NEXT service. Which is useless because I will not be coming back. Do not recommend this place 🙁

David was wonderful with my pedicure! I have osteoarthritis and his attention to detail was very much appreciated for the amount of pain I was in. I definitely recommend this salon. I’ve seen 3 different people now and they all have been wonderful .

I could enjoy watching the funny prank videos because I was able to trust the work he was doing without having to say a word. He crafted my nail with acrylic and created the designs by hand. Besides looking good, they are sturdy too. This was a job well done. I will be back when I want to have fun with my nails again (these are not my everyday wear). Thank you so much!!

Leo susan and Lisa our hands down absolutely the best 3 I went in for a full set And walked out an extremely happy woman I just moved here from LA so I’ve been looking for an amazing new nail shop to call home. I will definitely be returning. Leo took his time when doing my nails and made sure that everything looked amazing. He is amazing. Suzanne does the most amazing pedicures and Lisa hands-down has been one of the most best people to ever touch my eyebrows. I definitely recommend coming here. The prices are amazing and the quality is even better.

Not only did they open 30 minutes late (we had appts at 10 and they didn’t open the doors until almost 10:30), the tech didn’t do a very good job on my nails. You can see straight through the light coat he put on to the nail underneath. This just seems like a clear coat, not the color I chose, because of the method he used. I chose a “natural” color but there should have at least been 3 or 4 coats to give the best results. He barely did 2. I will not be returning.
