My wife and I recently flew internationally out of Sky Harbor and, like many travelers, were looking for a more affordable parking option. We usually park at the airport, but the prices have become expensive as of late, so we decided to shop around. After reading great reviews and finding that The Parking Spot 2 offered the best rate for our 7-day trip, we decided to give them a try. I can honestly say the reviews were absolutely accurate. The shuttle picks you up right at your vehicle, and every driver we encountered was friendly, professional, and welcoming, with a smile at every pickup and drop-off. We left the lot and arrived at the airport in less than five minutes on a Friday, which was incredibly convenient. On our return trip, the app worked flawlessly. It showed exactly where the shuttle was and provided an accurate pickup time estimate. The entry and exit process was also quick and easy using the app and QR code. Overall, we had an excellent experience and are very glad we chose The Parking Spot 2. We will definitely be using them again for future flights.

A very efficient service indeed. Finally a great way to take flights out of PHX instead of TUC. Covered parking as we stayed on Spot #2, made it even better. Prompt, fast drop off and on return, very easy and fast pickup at the airport. In this day and age, probably one of the better travel experiences and services yet!

I have used The Parking Spot 2 in Phoenix on several occasions for long-term parking at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and I have had nothing but good experiences. I really appreciate how well-lit the lot is at night, and the covered parking is a huge plus during Arizona summers. The facilities and shuttle interiors have also always felt clean and well maintained, which makes the whole experience feel safe, comfortable, and professional. The shuttle drivers have always been friendly, and I like that they pick you up and drop you off right at your car. Their app is also very helpful. I use it to book my parking spot ahead of time, and I like being able to track where the shuttles are. I also appreciate that I can use my AAA discount when booking. I plan on parking here again, and I will continue to recommend The Parking Spot 2 to my friends and family.

Service is very easy to use; paid in advance; entry and exit were quick and easy. Shuttle showed up quickly once we were parked; driver loaded our bags and unloaded at airport. Upon return, shuttle was prompt; driver very nice, friendly, and accommodating. We were delivered to our car quickly.

Exceptional new bigger facilities all around, all gates entrance clearly label. Security lines fast, especially if you have Pre-TSA. Most people travel know the rules as going through the Security. Lots of foods vendors, airport prices are high but convenience. Sky trains will take you to rental car center every 5min. Have your reservation available so in and out quickly.

A mid-to-small airport with an exceptional crew. From landing to baggage claim to connecting flights, everything is smooth, efficient, and easy to navigate. The staff are incredibly friendly, and there are virtually no lines at security. I also loved how art and museum elements are thoughtfully integrated into the space. Such a pleasant experience—it makes me want to fly through here every time.

The atmosphere truly lives up to the name. The views here were absolutely stunning, especially watching planes take off and land with the desert mountains in the background. Terminal 3 was clean. Clear signage in getting around was smooth and stress-free. The SkyTrain ride to the car rental center was efficient and convenient. TSA lines were the shortest in any of our travels, only a few minutes. The staff were friendly and professional. We had a really positive experience at this airport.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is one of the most modern and convenient airports in the United States. The airport is clean, spacious, and very organized, making travel smooth and stress-free. Security lines move quickly, and the staff are friendly and professional. There are many good restaurants, coffee shops, and stores inside the terminals. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of charging stations make waiting more comfortable. Transportation is also convenient with easy access to Uber, taxis, rental cars, and the Sky Train. A great airport experience for both domestic and international travelers.

Terminal 4 at Phoenix Sky Harbor is incredibly easy to navigate and very well organized. From check-in to security and boarding, the entire process felt smooth and efficient. The layout is intuitive, signage is clear, and the walking distances are manageable, even during busy travel times. The staff throughout the terminal were professional, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The space feels clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for travelers. Overall, a very positive and seamless airport experience.

We flew into Phoenix today from Dallas. I really enjoyed how easy it was to move around the phoenix airport. It was very easy to find our bags and they have a very nice monorail system that takes you to the rental car center. The airport was easy to get around even with a busy summer crowd. The rental car center is very nice and made it easy to get your car and get out into the city to your next destination. It was a great start to our city vacation.

Our driver on the late evening of July 13, around midnight, was outstanding. He was extremely helpful with our luggage and even loaded all of our bags into the car. He was, by far, one of the best drivers we’ve had during my last two trips. His professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to assist made for an excellent experience. We were happy to leave him a generous tip and greatly appreciated his exceptional service.

Ive used the Spot in the past. The shuttle showed up quickly upon my arrival. Staff was helpful and friendly. The driver loads and uploads luggage. He even loaded it into my vehicle. I will use this service again.

This shuttle service/parking is always fast and convenient. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. They give you a spot to park, pick you up at your car all within minutes! The return is just as easy. They even drop you off at your car! We will definitely be using this service again!

This is the second time I’ve used The Parking Spot. It has been an enjoyable experience. You pay, scan, park and then thier shuttle drops you off at your terminal. It’s great! When you return, yes, you may have to wait for a shuttle but I didn’t wait long. The shuttle returns you to your car and it is 1000 times easier to get out of the airport than parking AT the airport. And cheaper! The staff was friendly. They have covered and uncovred parking.

They were very quick picking me up at my car and loading my bag. Upon returning, at the airport, I didn’t have to wait very long for the shuttle to arrive. They dropped me right at my car and even loaded my bag into the trunk of my car. Excellent service. And, they gave me a discount for long term parking! Will definitely be using them again.

Prices are reasonable, especially if you watch for specials that come as emails. The shuttles are always there to get you very quickly. Getting in and out of the parking lot is quick and easy.

Andrew at the rental return made the process so easy. Lori L the booking agent was hands down amazing! I drove in 6hrs to pick up a bridal party from NY and enterprise gave away the SUV that we booked & my vehicle wasn’t able to accommodate us… she got us the vehicle we needed in such a timely manner and made the experience painless and a breeze! We had a wonderful experience with Avis and will use them again for future trips!

Staff and process to pickup vehicle was fantastic. Had car assigned when I landed and walked straight to car, A+ (5 stars) BUT the vehicle was trash. Steering wheel was coming apart, tires were in horrendous condition: side walls had multiple tears in multiple tires. And entire vehicle was pretty beat up from the rims, to dents and scraps. Drove fine but Tesla range was pretty poor too, believe it had over 55k miles, guessing that’s why?

Easy / fairly quick customer service upon pick up and return. (Pick up was a little slow of a line at Phoenix Harbor Airport rental car facility. Although it was July 4th so maybe that was a reason for short staff?) Vehicle maintenance light came on within a couple days during a 2-week rental which was a little frustrating but not too stressful. Vehicle carpet looked as if it had been pulled up throughout which is cosmetic and not a bother., but over all, pretty seamless. Thank you. Yay!

I love my auto policy. Update: I’ve been using freeway for years to find my most economical auto policy, however I know I have my phone rep, Andrena, to thank for more than finding me an affordable policy! She really went above and beyond for me fixing a financial discrepancy that had occurred from my previous policy. She was able to get it corrected and refunded. Prior to that last issue I’ve been satisfied with this company so her ability to fix the mistake and get it sorted with patience AND a positive pleasant tone (harder than it sounds for many phone reps these days) throughout the ENTIRETY of the call and process sticks out and is why I’ll definitely recommend them to others. The ability to catch a mistake and make it right is so important when I’m spending my money. I wouldn’t bring my business to a company I know to not have integrity. I don’t want to have to worry in a day and age where getting scammed is a quotidian occurrence. 🥺

I love parking here at Sky Harbor Airpoet parking. Everyone is so kind and helpful. It’s easy to park and get right in the shuttle in front of your car and to be dropped off. And the wait isn’t very long.

The drivers are helpful and careful in putting your luggage into and later out of the transport vehicle so you do not hurt yourself. Play pick you up at your car and take you back to your car. Good service and the car is untouched.

The only shuttle parking service I use for my (many) flights. FAST response time to/from airport pick-up requests. Courteous and friendly drivers, who offer to load/unload your luggage. Covered parking is an option, and they’ll even offer to wash your car for you while it’s parked!

Our go-to for parking at Sky Harbor Airport. Friendly staff, reasonable daily rates, super convenient and reliable. Just a quick shuttle ride between the car and the terminal. This is the best parking option when flying out of PHX.

I have been using Sky Harbor Airport Parking for 3 years. Customer service at all levels is excellent. Buses are well maintained, drivers and cashiers personable making each trip easy to/from airport. Highly satisfied and recommend Sky Harbor Airport Parking when leaving on a trip.

I was a passenger in the shuttle when the driver drove under and into the covered parking. After getting whiplash and experiencing shoulder, neck and back pain, I was asked to pay for parking $25 for my short stay. I left voicemails for managers James and Brandi with no response. There does not seem to be any concern for me regarding this company. See photos attached of the accident.

Pre-paid for covered parking and rolled right in. Shuttle picks you up at your car. Easy stuff.

One star only because zero isn’t an option If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’m only giving one star because the system doesn’t allow anything lower. They promised me a loaner car if I towed my vehicle in. I spoke with them for about twenty minutes on the phone yesterday, explained everything, and was assured there would be a loaner waiting. Based on that promise, I paid to have my car towed to this dealership. Today I came in, checked in with my service rep, and was left sitting there for about 45 minutes. Eventually, someone came over and said, “Yes, there was a misunderstanding, we messed up. Yesterday the rep thought you had a Hummer EV, not a Hummer H2. I know you’ve been waiting, but the manager changed his mind, and the lady made a mistake.” Bottom line: no loaner, no real solution, and I don’t get my time back or the money I spent towing the vehicle here. This is on top of my earlier experience where I was told my car would be done in 2–3 days, it took over three weeks, I had to come back multiple times within thirty days, and the bill ended up around four times the original estimate with no clear explanation. Shortly after all of this, the engine blew. When I tried to bring the car back, they didn’t even want to work on it. After everything I’ve already spent here in time, money, and frustration, this latest broken promise is just a complete insult. For context, I personally own several vehicles and I run a company with a fleet of around 2,000 vehicles. This could have been a long‑term, high‑value relationship for this dealership, but they’ve completely lost my trust and all of my business. What an absolute mess. They should be embarrassed by how they treat customers. This one‑star rating is really standing in for zero stars. Do not buy a car here and do not service your car here.

Really weird place and I guess that’s why I had never heard of Fox Rent a Car until I needed a car in Phoenix at the airport. Horrible customer service at the counter where I literally had the agent ask me why I needed a full size SUV when she could put me in a midsize. I said I wanted a full size SUV and she said but it’s just you why would you want a big car? Mind you I had already prepaid the rate for the full size SUV. How about it’s none of your business 😂. Then you go downstairs to get in your car and nope! someone has to bring your car to you and you don’t even know when it’s coming or what kind of car they will give you. The little shack is pitiful and the people in it, not nice. Not even trying. It’s been almost 30 minutes and no car. People are all just waiting around The old adage of you get what you pay for certainly applies here. Just no 👎 .

We had a great experience with Fox at the Phoenix airport. We had an issue with our booking (which was completely our fault) and the manager worked hard to find a solution and get us taken care of. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made what was a frustrating situation as painless as possible. As for the car, it’s exactly what we rented. It has Apple CarPlay, cold AC, blind spot assist, and has done everything we needed it to do. Was it “freshly professionally detailed” clean? Notta. It had been wiped down and vacuumed, but the windows were pretty rough. I stopped at Walmart, spent about $3 on some glass cleaner, and cleaned them myself. But here’s the thing: Fox was literally HALF the price of every other rental car company at the Phoenix airport, and I checked all of them; seriously. For half price, I’ll happily buy some Windex and clean my own windows in the QT parking lot. Great service, great value, and I’d absolutely rent from this location again when I’m back in town next month.

Over a 2hr wait for supplier choice. If I cancel, I have to pay full price since it’s within 48hrs. They are still taking more reservations despite not having vehicles and they obviously do not let you know at the counter. No communication. All communication has been from other waiting customers. Do use these guys. Pay a little more for a reputable company.

We didnt wait in line for to terrible long. There was probably 15 people in front of us. (Obviously its going to take a bit when they are busy) I got the pleasure of being assisted by Hassan, he went above an beyond to make sure I had a car big enough to fit all my daughters stuff, explained to me how to drop the car off , since id be dropping off while they were closed. He was a fast, and efficient, while being a real team player, he helped out the others with printer paper as well. You take a paper and document all of the damage before you even leave the parking garage. If something is wrong, document it. Car was nice, dis great on gas. No pressure to by anything extra. Reciept was just fine. They did wonderful. I appreciate you guys.

This thing was a ton of fun, a super quick little car and a rental so you treat it like a rental and it treats you like it’s a rental. No seriously the car was great other than the creeks and moans it made, being all-wheel drive I think this vehicle had been taken off road a few times.. Getting the car was easy returning it was easy had no problems whatsoever. Speedometer went to 160, didn’t quite get it there but tried… With the all-wheel drive I was surprised when I looked up the 0 to 60 on this it felt much quicker. Would definitely rent from them again and for the price everything was worth it. No bad experiences. Obviously liked the car enough to take quite a few pics. Could have been cleaned better. Total time we waited in line for a rep was about 3 to 5 minutes. Out bill wasn’t expensive and there was no hidden charges but we go through Expedia and they’re great so we don’t have to worry.

BEWARE DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE… Worst customer service ever. Ron and Doug are completely rude how this place is still in business I have no clue.. these cars are junk, they do not maintenance them at all, there are no repairs done on these cars.. check engine light on, coolant light on, tire pressure light on.. basically every light is on in gauge cluster. They are shady as hell.. stay away from this place…

Phoenix car rentals are the biggest crooks in the game. I rented a Chevy Impala from them that broke down two days before I was supposed to return it and when I called them telling them they broke down. They hung up on me. I called him the next day. They said there was another driver that was driving the car. Which wasn’t true. Saying that I have broke the rental agreement. They twist your own story. Give you unsafe cars with check engine lights, a tire light and airbag light. And a car that slams into gear I hope this place gets shut down very soon. And if they charge me any more money I hope they have a good lawyer.

Do not rent a car from this place. I mean what do I even have to say, the employees are rude, the car came so dirty, the driver seat in one of the vans is completely unable to adjust, told an employee that the seat cant move and threw a tantrum. The engine was even ticking sounding broken. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE

SECONDLY no one hit a curb, I called you not even 20 minutes after I got the car to tell you about the tire that blew with my 10 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER IN IT! No one messed up your cars. You just don’t work on them. But that’s ok. I can rent elsewhere. God bless love.

Called after the airport couldn’t accept my reservation and I was SOL. I was just calling to ask about renting a car for the day. The man on the otherside hung up cutting me off midsentence. I don’t usually leave reviews but it left a bad taste when I needed help. Could’ve been more polite.

Have used these guys in the past pretty regularly with mixed opinions on the service. We booked another van rental way in advance to lock in our tour vehicle. PDCR couldn’t keep the reservation because they wanted to cater to the bigger ticket rentals for college spring breakers. Really put us in the worst situation. Manger is grumpy and has no customer service skills. Actually even moved on to two other customers when I was trying to talk to him. Told me the van might be back on the lot in 3-5 hours. Said he would call me. He never called and judging by his lackluster attitude over the situation I wasn’t surprised. Don’t take reservations if you can’t commit. How come PDCR couldn’t even give us a heads up that our rental was gone? Hey manager guy…. Get a job you can handle. Avis stepped up, got us a brand new 15 passenger and gave us an unbelievable discount that came in lots less than this place. Shame on you guys for that money grab you just had to have. Follow up : I’m terribly sorry. I thought this was for Phoenix Discount Car Rental on 29th St. & McDowell. The place with the already 2 star reviews. Should’ve known better I guess.

Booked a transit van about a month in advanced get to the place and they tell me they can’t give me a transit van for that price anymore that I have to pay 500$ extra what I end up getting was an old 15 passenger van the vents would fall off and we would have to pick them up and put them back on also the van was dirty still had trash from previous renters the Rear AC would go out at times. The windshield had a 2 foot crack in it the van was rough. Don’t come to this place ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE ( paid 770$ )
