Update to my review. The owner Pat called me and they got me new wiper arms. They came out to my place of work and installed them. I give them credit for correcting the mistake and my new rating reflects that. Took my truck into Chapman Ford for warranty work. I had a few chips right in my line of sight and a rep there said they could take care of it if it while it was in for service. I let them do a complete windshield replacement. I just picked up my truck I have old urethane bits all over the dash and they forget to reattach my windshield wiper arms. I have looked all over the truck and can’t find them. As a minor annoyance the new windshield has vertical streaks on the inside and outside as well.

My Windshield replacement appointment was done very quickly and they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Having to get the Camera recalibrated I figured it was gonna be an all day thing one appointment for the windshield one appointment for the recalibration. I found Clearview on Groupon paid a reasonable price for a 2024 Nissan Sentra. They did an amazing job. Jose was Who did my installation he did an amazing job my car is so beautiful! I did have to wait there for my car because I didn’t have anyone to pick me up, but the lounge was super comfortable. There was TVs and all of the staff at the front was really nice and kind clean bathrooms overall a great experience.

I had a great experience with Clear View and would definitely recommend them. Their customer service is excellent, and they always respond to messages quickly. Their lifetime warranty is also a big plus. A few days after getting my tint and PPF done, I noticed a few small dust spots and some slight lifting. I sent photos to their customer service team, and they immediately scheduled me to come in the next day for a fix. The whole repair took about an hour and a half, and everything was taken care of professionally. Christian was very patient and helpful both during our first visit and during the follow-up repair communication. His work is very detailed and precise. Angel also did a great job on the tint. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the quality of their work. Five stars!

The experience with Clear View Glass and Tint was very seamless. The customer service was great and they walked me through the whole process and provided multiple options. My only complaint was that my interior door trim pieces weren’t reinstalled properly resulting in some of the tabs being broken.

ELI did a fantastic job replacing my windshield and then coming back and repairing a rock that hit my windshield. He DID a great job. VERY PERSONABLE. HOWEVER, the people I spoke with on the phone, gave me the runaround for 2 days and made me stay at my house between 8:00 and 4:00, then they canceled AT 3PM. Then the second, I wasn’t entirely sure that they would senD somebody and I had to call to make sure that they would come because it was almost 4 and no one had shown up in my house the customer service reach out to attack and said when he would be at my house. I want to reiterate that you liked it a great job informed me us and doing his work and being courteous. Great customer service that kid has….. . The customer service sucks. But the text was really cool so I give him five stars and not New vision Auto Glass

Once the appointment was scheduled, the process was seamless. The initial instal window was wide, but I record a call from Aaron with NuVision around 10:30am. Aaron said he’d be arriving within 20 minutes, and he did. Aaron explained the process and approximate time to complete of around an hour. Aaron was done a little before 11:30am and again explained next steps. Overall Aaron V., gave 5 star service and the OEM windshield looks amazing!

I was at their shop this morning to get a window regulator repaired. I had a 9:30 appointment but got there at 9:15. My car was immediately pulled into their shop and 45 minutes later I was on my way. It is so refreshing to see people who take pride in their work these days. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I paid a more than fair price and it was exactly the amount that I was quoted in a text. Their price was practically half of what other shops quoted me. Plus quality parts are used. No plastic. I’ll be back next time I need a power window repaired. Thank you very much!

I HIGHLY recommend this business without any reservation! Everything from the first phone call to completion I was treated with respect and politeness. When the owner realized he could do the repairs for less due to having the parts in stock, he informed me he could do the job for less! Honesty and integrity are far less common these days but they have both. It is worth driving those extra miles to patronize this business.

I knew from the moment I spoke with the young lady on the phone that I had made the right decision. She promptly took my info, gave me a quote and scheduled me. Once I got to the shop she greeted me and the guys took my Jeep into the work area. 45 minutes later, perfection!!! So glad I took it to pros who do the same thing every day. I have 2010 Volkswagon beetle conv. The right rear window regulator was broken. Removing the window and the regulator was very hard and complicated. I went to dealers and parts houses that said they could get one but none were in stock, so that’s when I called Power Window Repair. They gave me a great quote to rebuild the regulator, which was a fraction of what a new one would have cost. I sent them the broken regulator. I was contacted when they received it and then again when they had finished rebuilding it. Little more than a week later it was returned completely rebuilt with all new parts. The regulator was easy to install as well as the window. It worked perfectly. The customer service I received during this process was exceptional and professional. I would highly recommend this business.

Power Window Repair is a great business to work with. They got me me in the day after I called them and fixed the rear passenger window that was stuck. The repair was done in a short period of time and I was very pleased with their service. Everyone there was really nice. I recommend them.

We knew it was time to get our attic checked and update our insulation, our house is 25 years old! We had our free eval with Germaine and he was very thorough with pictures and videos. We moved forward with Jen and she came to our house to go over everything, also very thorough and communicated all the best needs for us. I am so ready to get rid of this old, dusty insulation and have a cooler, fresher house!

For energy staff are every friendly and patient (we had 3 or 4 things going on the side) that was not expected. They explained everything to the point we understand it. Jen and Jermaine are great to work with. They’re educational and really pinpoint specific issues. They’ve been wonderful to work with.

The installation team Cory (team leader), Quincy and Jesse were very professional, polite and knowledgeable and went over everything step-by-step during the installation process. They were very careful in my home by putting down plastic runners, keeping the work area clean, even vacuuming and sweeping when finished. The price for one large and 3 smaller windows was mid-range compared to other companies and offered a better selection and options that fit my needs. My only complaint would be the turnaround time which took longer than expected. Upon trying to contact the company I got a runaround from several people I spoke to. Carlos (lead) along with his team Daniel (landscaper), Jan (dog whisperer), Omar (jackass), and Cory (turtle) were amazing and all took great care of my home and did amazing work. I appreciated the professionalism and to the point they refused to put in one window as it was damaged but brought that to my attention vs. just installing it, I can wait a few weeks. We had 19 windows replaced on our Stucco Home in AZ. West Shore Home estimated the project to take 2 days. The project started out good and by the end of day 2 the grew was hurrying up to finish and got a little sloppy on the caulking. We had a little disagreement on what work was to be done as per the contract (touch up painting)! West Shore Home (Matt) told us that the scope of work did not cover the touch up painting that we were requesting. They would only touch up paint that covered the caulking areas. We wanted to have a little more paint done due the fact that some caulking got onto the trim around the windows. West Shore Home had to schedule a 3rd day to come back and finish, 3 weeks later a two man grew came out to finish (John and Isaiah). John and Isaiah got on site and took pictures of the caulking. Then John got on the phone and got the approval to paint as per our request and finish the rest of the caulking. After all the work got finished, we are TOTALLY happy with the finished product. Daniel and Cory installed our new front door and storm door today and we absolutely LOVE it. The door is fantastic and extremely high quality, especially compared to our previous door, but what we appreciated even more was the level of service and expertise we’ve experienced with Westshore Homes. I had my windshield replaced by Best Glass. It was great. A little trouble getting it to calibrate at first, but a 2nd guy came and got it all set. Both guys were very professional. They came to the house, so it was really convenient. It was covered by insurance, so I’m not sure if the price, but I imagine it was reasonable. The insurance agent wouldn’t have recommended them otherwise.

Had an unfortunate situation arise dealing with a local dealership on Wednesday afternoon. I called Best Glass for help understanding and navigating the problem the dealership created. I received a call back in less than 5 minutes from Ron who answered my questions and stayed in direct contact with me for two hours while I tried to sort through the mess. When the dealership ultimately failed me, Ron scheduled an appointment with me for the next morning basically driving up with a hero’s cape and solved an issue that never should have been his issue to solve. It’s 10:30 Thursday morning and the problem is solved. I HIGHLY recommend this company that stands by their work, volunteers to solve a problem their customer doesn’t understand and follows through to make sure “the right thing” is done. I recently needed to replace the chair pad in my office, and I was grateful for the creative solution offered by Best Glass – a glass chair pad. It will not crack or break down requiring replacement again, and it looks very nice. Their team measured the area, prepped the glass, and delivered and placed it for me. Another small need I had was for a custom sized piece of glass to cover a patio table. Again, the Best Glass team came through with a perfectly cut piece of glass which they had taken measurements for delivered and placed for me. There is no job too small or too large for Best Glass. Excellent timely service. I had a window pane in my home shatter. It was a trickier window as it is a wooden lattice, however they did a beautiful job on it! The single pane that was broken now matches the rest of the window panes in the frame. It was easy working with them over the phone. The pricing was explained to me, as it was a little different than a new style window would be, and I received text message notices and calls when they were on their way and when the job was finished. I appreciated that.

Highly recommend! Dakota was professional and knowledgeable and did excellent in replacing my cracked windshield. Got a chip less than 2 weeks later and Best Glass filled the chip for free at no cost. Dakota showed up again and educated me on the process and what to expect.

5 stars to High Tech Auto Glass for taking care of the windshield replacement on one of our Legacy X Security vehicles. They came out to us, which made a huge difference because our guards did not have to be taken out of commission while the windshield was being replaced. That convenience alone was a big help to our operation. Their team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Waiting to see how improper installation is handled. The gasket seal should at least be level/straight. Worse, windshield not even flush, can hear wind noise @freeway speed. Company asked if I was available to have it looked at in one time window (I wasn’t) and they didnt follow up to offer another time slot. Nothing says ‘we care’ like silence! Not excited to have another encounter. I have an expensive luxury car for my driving business that wasn’t treated like a nice car. They aged it and I’m so sad. My black paint got chipped, there were glass pieces all over and they were ground into weather tech floor mats with dirty work boots and those will never be black again. I have light colored interior, was able to get boot & black hand prints off leather, but fabric near windshield is full of black fingerprints & will be difficult to clean. I know the temperatures are CRAZY hot, but I’d have done anything to slow the job down enough to not damage my car and have it done right the first time. Also wish I’d have read reviews instead of trusting their recommendation from Genesis dealership. Waste of everyone’s time and money and I’m worse off than before. If you care about your car, find someone else for your auto glass needs.

I had new front door installed today by Lifetime Home Remodeling after purchasing it through Costco. I received a call early before the crew showed up. Arturo and Eddie were on time, very courteous, efficient and professional. Everything went smoothly and they finished in about 3 and half hours. All my questions were answered satisfactorily, and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Couldn’t be happier, they did a 5 star job!

UPDATE and UPRATE TO FIVE ⭐️ STARS Company came back to fix trim wood under door frame. Great after Sale and installation customer support ✅✅✅ This was a $7,000.00 Plus Patio door replacement. This Three Star review is an average between all aspects of the experience. For prospective customers you should pay particular attention to the contract stating “No Painting” clause. Until installation I didn’t fully comprehend what the consequences of this were. As a Retired 70 Plus senior citizen my ability to “Do it Yourself” is not what it once was. So when the installers did the exterior door trim in a gray primed wood, they said, “I should paint it or the water would get into it.” I certainly would have been more than happy to pay them an addition charge if they would have done it right then and there. But they were contractually finished. I took my walking cane, parked in the handicap space at Home Depot and bought a quart of white exterior paint and brush for $35.00. It took me about an hour to do a careful job and paint three pieces of exterior wood trim. The bottom piece of wood below the door I also had to paint. I had called the person who did the measurement and advised him this was not replaced. He was going to I send my concern up the line. It’s been four days, and I have not heard back. After the installation and because of the unfinished trim I researched options for exterior trim. The trim could have been done with a white molding material. In hindsight and for future customers they should have offered me that option. This brought their rating down from a Five that could have been given. I’m not happy I have to give them a rating below five BUT I want to prevent another customer from the same experience. The sales team, measuring guy, and installation guys were all good. The Quality of the patio door seems good, I like the screen door. It’s a lifetime warranty, so will see. This was a COSTCO vendor, found in the Sossaman Road location. Many retirees shop in the store. Many are my age and older. They should be aware of the exterior trim being left unpainted. I doubt many are capable of painting door trim. If a customer has options and knowledge prior to completion it benefits their ability to make a fully informed decision. I would have been more than happy paying an additional hundred dollars to have my trim painted or they could have used a molding that was white and then I could have given them a Five Star review.

Please do not open the door for Dabella they don’t understand that no one wants to be bothered for hours and hours for there products or services if I want my damn windows replaced I will hire who I want.Completely pushy sales people and disrespectful showing up at 5pm staying past 8 pm completely disgusting. The sales tactics are giving desperate and they need to harass people to get business and money. They haggled my father for days ! Days ! My father being too nice put up with them for what ! We are getting our master bathroom redone and so far our experience has been stellar! Jaime and Fern were so fun to work with, we laughed and measured Jaime worked her boss babe magic to get us the price we needed and we got the walk in shower I was hoping for. Can’t wait for the final results.
