So in a business setting if somebody comes in five minutes before close or 25 minutes before closed, you honor the business and you continue taking care of the customers until the customer satisfied, and the purchases is complete. Well, whichever that was not the case and two of this other employees. They were trying to shoome out the door. The second I got there. They had no answers for me even though I know they’re very knowledgeable. I’ve been here before I did enjoy coming here. BEFORE. At the end of the day if it takes 30 extra minutes to make sure your customers are happy then do it. They sold me the wrong size gloves in the first place. I asked them to exchange it for me they absolutely would not do it. When it comes from making customers change from one place of business to the next, this is usually the type of stuff that happens.

I needed a flat repair, The staff offered to do the work & warned me of the risks of potential scratch or damage to my equipment. I offer to sign a waiver understanding something can happen and that I wouldn’t hold them responsible. I was told it could be within couple hours based on how busy there were. Within 10 minutes I received a call commenting that they’re unable to get the bead to break free….. after multiple tries 3ven….. so unfortunately I have to take my business elsewhere. I usually use the Bell road location but unfortunately there tire machine is down and has been for more than a week and the technician won’t be arriving for another 5 days. I guess I have to do this by hand since their machines are incapable. Greatly appreciate the service at both stores nothing bad to say about them or the service, other than neither location could complete what I needed (a flat repair). As you seen the photos it doesn’t go on a motorcycle they are front wheels with specialty hubs mounted on this petty cab and the 3M blue reflective is what they were worried about damaging which I wasn’t worried about because I could replace easily.

Ran into this place accidentally (and not literally) to find great service and great prices! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! Bought this bad ass jacket for a great price so I can look way faster than I actually ride.

They have an excellent variety of motorcycle accessories and riding gear their staff are very friendly attentive and they know what they’re talking about. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I felt they were definitely deserving of this one. Thanks Trevor for all your help

Mr. Brendan is a wonderful person; he helped us with everything we needed for our first dirt bikes. He was very patient with us, even though English isn’t our first language. I recommend this place 100%; in the end, he gave us a 10% discount on our purchase.

I just wanna say shout out to Parker and Anthony, they were super friendly and easy going and they did EVERYTHING they could to get me on two wheels for my birthday and i cant thank them enough. Service dept is lacking. They had promised me a one week turnaround and two weeks later I’m following up for the third time just to be told that my software update was not completed because they’re waiting on a tire when I initially brought it in for a software update and added on the tire service because I thought it was cool for it retire installation but it was clearly a bad idea because I had no response from the team in regards to the delays or the fact that they didn’t complete the initial service and state that they were waiting on the tire to be installed before they would update a software issue. Needless to say I have been here before for other services but I will never return to this location again unless I am compensated for my time which is only fair as I am being charged for their time. I have also bought multiple motorcycles from this location and if this is not resolved I guarantee I will never return to this location nor will I ever refer anybody to this location and I am a part of a huge powersport community whether it be side by sides motorcycles four wheelers or dirt bikes. Get back to the matter is my daughter turned 16 today and did not have her three-wheeler that was supposed to be her birthday present all because of the lack of customer service experienced from what I guess is a company that has an overabundance of customers and doesn’t need to worry about quality of service or care for their clients.

Steven at Buddy Stubbs helped me out with my purchase of my first Brand new Harley Davidson. Really appreciated the time he took the excitement he shared in the willingness to continue To help until I found the bike that was absolutely perfect for myself and my daughters love for the road. Definitely would NOT recommend this shop. They’ll send you down the road on an un-test driven bike after they “work” on it and could possibly kill or seriously injure you. Take zero responsibility and will not even bother to return your phone calls and/or messages. Plenty of other reliable bike shops in North Phoenix.

My Harley warranty expired, so I now need to source my own mechanics and parts. Mototire on cavecreek came highly recommended by my motorcycle group AZ Riders. I stopped in to get prices on a rear tire. They also performed a courtesy safety inspection on my bike. Now some of you out there might say that a safety inspection is just a way to “upsell” you. I ask you this. How much is your life worth riding on two wheels? Anyhow I regress! I had the privilege of having Chad as my service writer. He is a stand up guy and explained things to me rather than telling me, I needed to replace parts. He has Harley master technicians on staff, but services a wide range of motorcycles. He runs his business in a way that all business owners should run their business. He cares about his employees as well as he wants to earn your business. If you need any kind of service done on your bike, I suggest you give them a call!

Had my tires replaced on my first ever bike and the service couldn’t have been better. No one trying to upsell you or jerk you around. Went in on a Saturday and was out an hour later. Definitely a customer for life and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Save yourself the time and headaches and just go straight to moto.

These guys are awesome brought some tires in to get mounted and balanced in and out in 30-40 minutes! These guys really know what there doing and do it efficiently. They make my choice to spend my money here easy. Thank you again!

Whoa. These guys truly go above and beyond. I’ve never experienced this level of care from any repair shop, especially with motorcycles. They went out of their way to help my son save as much money as possible without us even having to ask. It just seemed like second nature to them. Chad, you are one of a kind. My experience here was awesome. Dropped bike off, Chad the owner gave me a warm welcome with different options and his experience with each one. From drop off to pick up was only an hour! Ended up getting out of there with brand new tires front and back for around $200 which is so so cheap. I’ll bring all my bikes here this is a great great shop. They do other services too but I didn’t utilize them this time. Awesome place with awesome people.

Landis has the best people working there. All of them are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been there a few times during the tandem bicycle restore I am working on. They are always helpful and answer all my questions, even ones I didn’t know I had yet. When I first started this project I was ordering stuff from Amazon and Ebay. I ended up in the shop for a part I couldn’t find and also didn’t feel comfortable ordering sight unseen. Sure wish I had just started coming here from the beginning. Their prices are either the same or better and the quality is guaranteed and comes with an expert to tell you how to install and maintain it. They will for sure be seeing more of me here. Thank you again for being awesome.

Traveled to Phoenix from Ohio, bike damaged in transport, so I took to Landis. Excellent shop with wide variety of bikes and accessories. Well stocked. And, more importantly, a large shop with ample staff who immediately took control of my unique situation. 2 mechanics worked on the issue for 20 minutes to resolve. They were dogged in finding a solution, which they did. I was back there 2 days later after flat that could not be repaired. Purchased a tire, they installed. Landis twice salvaged my riding week in Phoenix. Exceptional customer service. Highest grade, and my thanks.

I came in totally new to cycling and training for my first triathlon, using a friend’s bike that needed a full tune-up. The team helped me get everything ready—fresh tires, new pedals, gear grease, seat adjustment, and a full safety check. They also took the time to fit me properly for a helmet and bike shorts, making sure I was completely comfortable and confident. You can really feel the care and passion this shop has for their customers. I left not only with a bike that felt brand new, but also with the motivation and excitement to ride. Avoid if you are female. Bought 4 bikes here including one this month. Not calibrated, derailer was not lined up in higher gears on first ride. Brought back within one week of purchase and told it was fine. Had a video proving otherwise. Sent away without repair because told I would need to leave it for a week for a quick derailer adjustment? On a brand new broken bike? So I left, texted the video to bike friends, and they all had the same assessment: I was being gaslit for being a female cyclist and to go back in and drop my male cyclist friends names. Note: I am a CEO and fairly skilled at getting teams to take responsibility. Friendly requests typically work. Not here. Moral of the story: don’t shop here being female. 30 year bike commuter with 20 year history of buying bikes at Landis won’t fix sexist comments. It also won’t fix mansplaining, including comments like this: “you probably don’t want to bike that fast,” when I said I needed to use the higher gears that were clicking. It also won’t fix this veteran biker being treated like a novice. Thinking there might be a technical issue with that year’s bike, I asked that the gears be calibrated to the highest 3 gears, as I can live without a few if the lowest gears in flat Phoenix. The response? More mansplaining. “You shouldn’t ride with just high gears, you’ll wear out the gears”. Duh. Who said I would? Speaking words here as a female gets very little understanding. They also refused to watch the videos. Avoid. I should have driven to another store with a better track record selling Treks. Never again. Second video was after they turned me away the first time, and I came back after recording the same problem 5 minutes later after texting bike friends. If you must visit, stand your ground, and drop male cyclist names. Team: do better. Read and respond. Apology would be nice.

I drove to Phoenix from Los Angeles to pick up a 300 xcw. Christopher, my sales rep, was amazing before, during and after the transaction. He was reasonable, accommodating , punctual and most importantly willing to help me secure an amazing dirt bike. I cannot recommend Christopher enough! I spoke to him on the phone prior to coming out there and the deal DIDN’T change when I came in the store. This was my first time ever stepping into a power sports store, and Nash Powersports completely blew me away. I was genuinely impressed with the inventory they had on hand, and even more impressed knowing they could easily order anything that wasn’t available in-store. My family came in because we’re starting to build our collection of all-terrain vehicles for future family fun, and the experience could not have been better. Albert was quick to assist us and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what would best suit our family and made sure we were matched with the right vehicles for each rider. I’ve owned four Can-Ams, and my experience with Nash Powersports Phoenix was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue wasn’t just the failed repair — it was the dishonesty and conflicting information throughout the process. I brought my Maverick R in for an oil leak and was told it was repaired. The exact same leak returned shortly afterward. I eventually drove roughly six hours to bring it back, and they kept it for about five weeks. During that time, I was repeatedly given conflicting information about what was actually wrong, what repairs were being performed, and the condition of my machine. After finally getting it back, the same oil leak returned AGAIN on my first trip and is now substantially worse. Repairs can fail. What I can’t accept is being misled, given conflicting stories, and seeing zero accountability when the same problem continues. Based on the dishonesty and the way this was handled, I would never trust Nash Powersports with another vehicle.

We just bought a 2025 21′ Sea Doo Switch Cruise boat from Nash Powersports in Phoenix and everyone was AMAZING and treated us like family! We were out at the lake and decided last minute that we wanted to buy a boat. Bill and Brandon helped make sure our team in Phoenix was the best of the best! Ryan, the general manager, was wonderful to work with and made sure that we got everything that we needed! Caleb was originally helping us with our purchase, but they told us that he had to go home early, something about volunteering at a farm, bottle feeding donkeys. Albert took over as our sales guy and made our purchase smooth like butter! Jarrett and Jace, the service guys, had our boat quickly put together and did an amazing job on short notice! Eric, the service manager, made sure everything was perfectly done and that our boat was safe to drive off of the lot that day so that we could enjoy it that weekend with our family! Jake took care of us, helping us pick out accessories for our new boat, and making sure that we had all of the safety equipment that was required to get us lake ready! Chuck, the finance manager, was great and he helped us pick out the best options for us for warranties and service. He also made the paperwork quick and painless (well, as painless as purchasing any new vehicle can be)! I am sure I may have missed some names because everyone there was extremely helpful and I know others were helping out in the background to get us taken care of. Everyone stayed late on their Friday to make sure that we had everything we wanted and needed so that we could be out on the lake the next day, enjoying our new boat and making memories with our family! We are repeat customers of Nash Powersports and we will be lifelong customers for sure! If you are planning to buy a Can Am, Sea Doo, motorcycle, or any other expensive toys, don’t hesitate to call Nash! They will take care of you!

All loaded up and at the gas station noticed rear brake reservoir was leaking. After 4 phone talked with Dason & limped in. He got me fixed up with a reservoir. Zip tied to my bike and was on my way. @MeAndMyRoyalEnfield

Just took home our new 600 from DWN N OUT. We worked with Dasen, one of the managers. Polite, helpful, friendly, thoroughly communicative, and HONEST. No hidden fees, told us any issues the bike faced (which they fixed before purchase but he made me aware of them regardless), worked with us thoroughly on financing and was trustworthy in every aspect. We were in and out in an hour, if that. I have worked in car dealerships & ran the finance department for a long time, and have seen more than my fair share of shady practices. DWN N OUT has none of those. We ended up getting a flat tire on the way home and Dasen took the time and drove an hour, to trailer our bike back to the shop and replace the tire for us. Customer service at it’s best. We will be buying our next bike from DWN N OUT.

I have bought 2 bikes from these guys in the last 2 years, I can’t recommend them enough! I inquired online, we spoke on the phone, agreed on the finance terms, I showed up the next day, told them I’d take it and I left an hour later with a beautiful Ultta Limited. They have great prices and stand behind their bikes. They took all the crappy parts of buying a bike out of the mix, I’ll continue to buy there and send anyone else I know who’s looking to them.

Jay and the service folks are great! While I’m generally an HD Dealer customer for my service I decided to try something different since the dealer was getting too greedy. And I’m so glad I settled on Ramjet. Very knowledgeable group on performance which is what I was looking for. SP Concepts pipes, tuner, Dyno and a couple other things. I can honestly say my bike is snappier and definitely sounds angry’r. Enjoying the renewed rips on my familiar rides around and outside of the valley. I’m a keeper with Ramjet for all my future work. These folks are Awesome! In AZ for Arizona Bike Week and RamJet made my trip. They went above and beyond to get me on the road again. If I lived in the Phoenix area, RamJet would be the only motorcycle shop I’d use.

My bike has currently been setting at Ramjet for 2 weeks with a firm timeliness for completing the repair to cylinder base gaskets not provided to date nor has a firm estimate. I am here for a limited amount of time and would like to be able to ride here before I have to pack up to go home . I was looking forward to this relationship since I come back each winter. Concerned now

Special ordered a set of cables – paid for expidited shipping as I needed the cables. Low and behold the cables were wrong, after sending pictures, everybody agreed they needed to be remade. Well we are gong into week 3 and no cables thankful I paid for expidited shipping. I can’t even get the right cables. Customer service sucks.

I recently purchased a 2024 Husqvarna 701 Supermoto and two 2026 Surron Light Bees, and I was impressed by the excellent customer service I received. The staff took the time to explain how the bikes were assembled, their features, and maintenance requirements. They even showed me how to properly secure them in a vehicle. Every visit to the store has been a pleasant experience, with a friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff, including the owner.

Took my ride here on a recommend from a pal. Couldn’t be more happy! Family run business who care about the outcome! Would refer anyone needing service to this place. In a world where service seems to come only with a tip button, this is not that! Just great service at a great price from good people. No joke!

Brought my KTM 1290 Super Adventure R in a couple months ago for a front tire that would NOT hold air. I’d taken it to multiple shops, had the rim re-machined, everything and it still kept leaking. I even offered to buy a new rim. I brought it to Screwie Lewis’s and the tech immediately knew what to do. He said he sees this all the time and there was no need for a new rim just install a tube. Done. Two months later and about 1,000 miles with zero issues. I seriously can’t thank you guys enough. I just wish I remembered the tech’s name so I could give him a proper shoutout. Much appreciated!

Peace of mind with how good of condition the vehicle is in, and of course with this awful 110 degree plus heat we have right now a working and ice cold AC that cools the whole cab within minutes is the best thing in the world. I am considering purchasing from them and I have had excellent customer service, quick correspondence and helpful options given on financing/ down payment assistance. Their website stays updated and really seem to be about making your purchase a great experience. God is doing great things at this place.

I must say that my experience with Fearless Motorsports has been wonderful! George and Kevin have made sure I was informed and taken care from the moment I showed interest in one of their cars and they were patient throughout the buying process, working with me to get the car I wanted. You can’t beat the warranty, free oil changes, brake pads and the service they provide is so far unmatched. The car had some issues and before I even went to test drive it, they called me before I went there to let me know they would be taking care of the necessary repairs to ensure I was getting a good used vehicle from them and didn’t waste my time. Once I had taken possession of the vehicle, I had another issue and they took it right back and worked on it until the issues were resolved. I can’t thank them enough for making sure I was satisfied. They really care about their customers and their reputation. I’ve been impressed with them and you will be too!

Ask for 5 things to be repaired after purchasing 2015 Kia. Should have known…..We had an appointment to see car prior to purchase. Arrived at Fearless Motors to find out that the person( Kevin) whom we had made appointment with, was not there, nor was the car. He had also took vehicle to go on field trip with his son. After purchasing vehicle we requested 5 things we wished to have done First time took vehicle back in we had left it for 2 days. Didn’t receive call as they indicated would do. Called them said they called. Neither husband nor I showed that they called. Went in, out of the 5 things asked to be done, only one completed. Had us wait over 2hrs more for a piece of interior trim to be done. Ask to come back they needed to order a part. Ok. Then asked again about oil change …..tag in car indicated it needed done Said it was done. Husband checked. Oil did not look like it had been done. Brought vehicle back. Brought up oil situation again. Left car 4 days this time. Again we called….they said they called. Still nothing to indicate they had. ( Mind you Im hearing impaired. Have to have phone on me at all times. Hearing aids connected to phone) Lock fixed, but Airbag light goes on as soon as we leave parking lot. Told they have to order part for it. Bring car back leave 4 days, mentioned oil again. Told done again. Husband says be nice to know when next oil change is needed. No call, we call again. Find out wrong part, and it will be awhile before they get part. Bring car home until part comes in. Now notice oil leak and plastic dust cover coming loose under engine. Called to find out if spring part for Airbag had come in ( almost 2 weeks) took car in let them know about dust cover and oil leak, leave car 4 days. Its not like we are down the street from them. We live in Surprise, they are in Phoenix. After them having our car in the first month more than we did, driving back and forth because they didnt do repairs all at once ( We gave them 2 times a list of what needed done) and NOT receiving calk backs. We have decided to skip their so called FREE oil changes and brake pads ( I did ask, this does not include labor cost) Also their so called 1500 mile warranty/ 45 days….which was used up in less than 30 days. Most of it driving back and forth. For as long as we have it going to take else where to have serviced. Gave them a 3 star because Im a nice person.
