DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE! I don’t know if the crew hated me or what. I went here because of all the good reviews. I had my car and my wife’s car interior detailed here and the cleanliness was a joke. Basically, they wipe everything down quickly and then drench it with some oily liquid that makes everything shine. It also makes everything gross. It was literally dripping off of the controls. I had to reclean both vehicles when they were done. They didn’t even vacuum under the front seats. I’ll admit that they did a decent job shampooing the floor that’s readily visible. Even worse, I paid extra to get the rims buffed and I had to finish that myself. And the worst part yet? The sales guy talked me into getting the paint buffed and now my hood has scratches all over it. I’m sure the drive-through and vacuums are fine, but don’t pay for anything extra because you’ll be disappointed if not pissed off. I’ve included photos of the grease and dirt they failed to “detail” and photos of how it looked after I finished the job for them. Oh, and pictures of my scratched hood.

I’ve been going to this location for about a decade now. I’ve had a few issues, but all have been properly resolved by management. Most recent issue was greatly resolved by Brian, I appreciate the efforts. Prices are very fair, highly recommend full service membership.

Everyone out here in the south phx area should most definitely go to super star car wash. I got the 40 dollar ultra wash and let me tell you guys the employees there did a wonderful job and left my suv super clean. I appreciate a business that’s not all about the money the customer service was top tier from supervisor to the guys detailing great job. I especially had the opportunity to talk to one of the employees and he was so helpful going above and beyond he said his name was junior he’s definitely a super star in my book. I’ll be coming back soon thank you for doing a wonderful job everyone!

I am completely blown away by the job that Simon Ivan and the detail crew did on my Subaru. The interior was a disaster ! Upholstery was covered with all things baby but they made it look like new!! Simon and Ivan were so helpful in scheduling what I needed to get done to get it clean . Thank you all for a GREAT job!! I’m glad Simon suggested the clay bar treatment.

ETA: I reached out to customer service like the company’s response suggested me too. Might I add, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever seen from a claims department. They left me hanging without any progression in my claim for months, I hardly received responses from the agent and never received any contact from the direct location that caused this. When I asked to escalate my claim they ultimately ghosted me. Don’t waste your time at this place and don’t risk destroying your hard earned vehicles for a quick wash. Be smarter than me. I washed my new car twice through the express car wash and noticed scratches on my car that weren’t there previously when I purchased the car, I took photos of my car and the scratches after the second time. However my car really needed a wash and I assumed that if I did a full service I wasn’t going to be using the express car tunnel to wash it. I told the attendant my fears and he assured me that if it was scratched again and listened to him against my better judgment, if it did happen he assured me he would do what he could to take care of me and proceeded to take photos of my vehicle. I did a full service and then noticed the scratches were worse and brought to their attention only for the “manager” to gaslight me and tell me my car wouldn’t have gotten scratched by them because their bristles are “soft”. Well what could’ve caused the scratches if I have proof that they weren’t there prior to the tunnel wash? He didn’t try to offer me a discounted rate for the polish to fix the issue and didn’t attempt to make it right either.

I’ve been coming to this Superstar Car Wash for years and you can really tell they’ve turned this place around. Everything looks newer and maintained way better now and the vacuums actually work great too. Ian and Benji helped me get signed up for the best membership for the best price and the customer service was honestly awesome. Super easy process and I haven’t had a single issue with my membership so far. The whole place just feels more professional now and everyone is always helpful. Definitely keeping my membership with these guys.

Just got my car washed at Super Star Car Wash and had an amazing experience. The parking lot was super clean and easy to get through, and the vacuums worked really well compared to most places. Brian and Ian were both really friendly and helpful the whole time. Benji especially stood out with great customer service and explained the membership perfectly without being pushy at all. I ended up signing up for a membership because of how professional and welcoming he was. Definitely one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had.

Very clean facility asked the kind man who was stacking the towels who kept the place up he said he was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds. Give Bob a raise. The place where I normally go in Montrose Colorado is never this clean

I am a customer who comes to this location all the time. I am always greeted with kindness and warmth and professionalism. This is where you wanna come when you want to Know that your car will be looking good and shining bright. If you ever have an issue, they’re always right there to assist. Always a quality experience. Mr. Melvin was particularly helpful today. Great energy. This is consistent in all of the staff.

I’ve been here several times and not once have I received Tire Shine. Today I brought it to the attention of one of the employees. She proceeded to snap at me stating they are up to “Company Standards.” Well, “Company Standards” must be ZERO. In my eyes, this is straight up THEFT! I am paying for a service that I am not getting but they have no issue taking my money. After my encounter, while rounding the corner to pull into the wash, I could hear her yelling, “We got another one!” Clearly I am not the first. I will not be back. Photos of tires taken shortly after getting it washed giving it enough time to dry. Do you see any Tire Shine? That’s because THEY’RE ISN’T ANY! You miss, ARE A STRAIGHT UP LIER! Or, “Company Standards” are in deed, ZERO.

This is my first time experience with Super Star ⭐ Car Wash. The customer service is impeccable, smiling faces from the beginning of the car wash to the end. Melvins’ assistance with assuring my tire’s had a nice sheen, something that is a pet peeve of mine, the 🛞 must shine. Superstar Car Wash has several Phoenix-area locations that are worth visiting; however, my experience has not been consistently positive across the board. They do provide complimentary towels for drying and cleaning your vehicle, which is appreciated. That said, the locations at 7th Street and Rose Lane and 19th Avenue near Northern have been consistently disappointing. The vacuums frequently appear to be underperforming or out of service, the compressed air is often unavailable, and it seems that some aspect of the equipment at these two locations is regularly not functioning as expected. For customers paying for, monthly recurring memberships, the equipment and amenities should be reliably maintained and consistently available. Unfortunately, that has not been the case at these locations.

I went here for the first time today. The staff member was friendly and very helpful. They did a phenomenal job washing my car. The vacuums are free and they have free towels to use too. I will definitely be returning for future car washes. I had a great experience.

Elena was absolutely wonderful.This was at northern and nineteenth avenue.She helped me sign up and showed me how to monitor my member’s shift in case I decided to cancel.I feel very comfortable and I like this place.Good price too

Awesome experience Kevin and Mike gave me an amazing experience opposed to going to cobblestone. They even gave me the best deal today best car wash for 1 year at 23 dollars a month! I will be back! Would definitely recommend! 2nd experience! I came back because I had sold my new car and got an another one. They helped me get set up so Elena was sweet even tho she was 105 degree weather! Please give her a raise she is awesome

I love this location & this wash specifically! The people are the nicest and always make you feel welcome, the machines and services are always five stars and my car is always spic and span! They have the funnest music and great amenities with the wash itself on any tier. I honestly should invest in a Carwash plan because I am here more often than not ha ha. You won’t regret spending your money here! Do yourself a favor and go to Super Star Car Wash!

When I started my monthly it was great I had the highest membership they offered. As time passed noticed several of the things I was paying for didn’t work in the car wash. The tire shine broke 6 months ago never been fixed. I’m paying top $ getting lower end wash. I’ve seen this before when car wash is new it’s great as thing break down not repaired. I would give this 2 stars, but I do like the added feature of air lines at the drying stations, towels, and spray bottles. If you do sign up for a membership I would go with lower plan.

Took my car in for a wash after receiving my new license plate. I thought it was going to be a hassle. But, the staff was very knowledgeable and I was in and out in no time. Thank you 👍

I got my membership in CA and since I frequently travel back and forth to AZ I was excited to get the membership knowing I could use it at all locations. My first time going to the Bell Rd. AZ location I was completely dissatisfied. Not only did the machine break off my windshield wiper, it cracked my windshield as I went through and the broken piece flew into the window. I filled out an incident report and had to ask the employee to retrieve the broken piece out of the bay, took photos of the broken glass, and was told I would be contacted by management. I asked for a business card for my insurance and was denied but given the customer service website. I again filled out a form online and still have not heard back from anyone. My car was purchased 2 weeks prior to the incident and this happened 2 days before the rain storms leaving me without windshield wipers and with a cracked windshield plus NO FOLLOW UP FROM ANYONE. HORRIBLE. Go anywhere but to Superstar Carwash, especially Bell Rd.

My car is being so happy ever since we found Quick Quack car wash, quality locations, quality customer service, quality washes and quality vacuums. I recommend them 100%. I talked based on my experience about a year of using them, and the service still great. You wouldn’t never be charged for using the vacuums or towels ever if you are not a member. At the location of cotton ln and Greenway team had always been so respectful and helpful always showing good customer service. The locations always, clean no garbage, Always towels on the station, the vacuums always functioning full blast. They even advertise themselves, standing on the sidewalk with their signs. I totally recommend them.

Quick quick I want my money back! I literally started my membership less than 24 hours ago. I visited the location at 35th and Bethany last night and had to go and rewash my car at another carwash to get my car clean and the film off my windows left by the 2 dirty towels that I had to find someone and ask for. So I figured maybe its just THAT location so I tried this one this afternoon. Again no towels had to walk around the building to find someone for towels especially because your air compressor hoses are rigged together and have like no air pressure. Than the lady informs me towels are kept inside to keep them from getting stolen and she said she is only allowed to hand out 2 per customer. First off if you can only get towels from inside maybe the girl that guides you into the wash should hand you your 2 towels as you go through…. just a thought. After using the weak blowers and weaker vacuums and having to go on a towel search I became fed up with this carwash. Every other carwash I have been to and had monthly memberships at are 100% better than quick quack. Cobblestone, Raceway, Frances and Sons, and Elephant car washes are all so much better all around and they honor their coupons which is another strike against you. I asked if I could cancel my membership which again is less than 24 hours old and get a refund and the girl told me no but I can use the service for the rest of the month…. ummmm why would I want to do that? I want my money back and my membership canceled. I am pretty sure you can prorate the 1 day and since I had to pay for another carwash after using your facility (and yes I do have documentation to prove I went to another carwash and paid for it AFTER leaving your carwash) you should really just refund my membership 100% and call it good. I in no way want to use your facilities for the next month my money is better spent at any of the aforementioned places.

First time at this location. Staff was friendly, wouldn’t change a thing there. Whoever does the maintenance needs to be fired. The hanging strips of cloth thay wash the car are half missing. I had huge untouched area. Had to clean with the towels. Then went to use the air nozzle and its putting out more water than the car wash process. Someone needs to drain the tanks. I wouldn’t go to thia location again.

Love this car wash. I always get the $11 basic wash and it does a great job. Love that you get a free wet wipe for the interior and you can get a car freshener too. Also offers a free vacuum and air for tires. Workers have always been very friendly and not pushy. We use this place often.

Some mouth breather made his car come off the rail and just sat there for a few minutes. I stopped, but ultimately I got rear ended. Kyle, the GM, handled the situation very professionally and got everything sorted out. I appreciate his professionalism and collected attitude while the guy who caused it all was squaring up on him. All of the staff was great! They turned a bad situation into the best outcome it could’ve been.

Always an amazing experience when coming here, been a member for over 2 years and wouldn’t have it any other way, especially when I can wah and clean my vehicle as often as I want and not conveniently located near my house!

Went and washed both mine and wife’s vehicles.. plenty of clean rags, and good suction on the complimentary vacs, and 1 out of the 2 high pressure compressed air nozzles was working, plus there were also tire pressure nozzles to top off your tire pressure which was a plus!! Another nice thing was my wife and I must have dropped our house n mail key ring and were freaking out.. we’ll went back the following day and they had them and returned them to us (super happy we got em back)!! Only downside from this location is there are rails instead of a (rail-less) track for guiding your vehicle into and out of the car wash bay.. but now I’m being picky.

DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE OVER 5 YEARS OLD. If their wash breaks your car, they will deny your claim because your vehicle is “too old.” THE WASH IS BROKEN. AGAIN. It will not wash the back window of a sedan. I was told by an employee that there is a maintenance issue and that is the reason that after two passes my car could not get properly washed. Because I purchased a membership I was told I have to contact customer service to get a refund. When I called customer service they said I have to contact the store leader who is not available until Tuesday. This is some nonsense runaround. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT COME HERE. Check out how they handle breaking someone’s vehicle, even admitting it was their wash that did it, but: “As our signage at the entrance of the wash explains, Quick Quack is responsible only for items that are factory-installed, properly secured, undamaged, and on vehicles **less than FIVE years old.** Your claim was denied because the vehicle exceeded this age limitation.” -Official QuickQuack response I don’t think I’ve ever read that on the sign, but even so that is ridiculous. Most car washes wouldn’t automatically deny a claim for a vehicle less than 10 years old. This carwash seems to be aware that their equipment is badly maintained and created a liability shield. At least my car is just dirty still, not broken.

I Would not recommend this quick quick car wash on Bethany, Id recommend the one on 2632 W Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ.The quick quack on 3450 W Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ Equipment is not maintained. Their equipment tore my driver side mirror off cracking the top corner and middle. This is the second issue I’ve had here at this car wash. Last Sunday their soap Equipment wasn’t working and was sending customers through without any soap or tire shine. The quantity of saop and tireshine that dispenses is poor compared to other quick quack car washes.

I’ve been a member here for about a year, and it’s been a great experience. The employees always create a welcoming atmosphere—Ted is especially friendly and helpful. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been smiling and kind. One thing I really appreciate is that they consistently keep fresh towels and window cleaner stocked, which makes finishing up your car much easier. I do think a few of the vacuums could use an upgrade, but that’s a pretty minor issue compared to everything else. The unlimited membership is well worth the price (I pay around $28/month b it they always have deals). Living in Arizona, my car gets dusty so quickly, so being able to wash it whenever I want is a huge plus. They also have multiple convenient locations, making it easy to stop by wherever you are. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable and reliable car wash!

The employees are friendly but the wash it’s self is AWFUL! I paid $18 and could have gotten better results spraying my car down with the hose at home. The vacuums are free but don’t work that well. Overall just disappointed I wasted my money here.

Wish I could give it zero stars. I’m a paying monthly member, and I’m beyond frustrated with what should be an incredibly simple issue. I changed my license plate in March. Same car, just a new plate. Since then, every time I use the express member lane, the system fails to recognize my plate. An attendant has to come over, I have to explain the situation again, and they take photos of both plates and tell me they’re going to the office to update it. And yet, the next time I come back, the exact same thing happens. This has been going on for MONTHS. I’m now being told it’s an “IT issue.” At this point, that’s not an acceptable explanation. If your IT systems aren’t working properly, that shouldn’t continually become a customer experience problem, especially for members paying for the convenience of an express lane. I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot the same issue with an attendant every single time I visit because your company hasn’t prioritized fixing its systems. Fix your IT issues. Your members shouldn’t have to absorb the inconvenience of them. What’s the point of being a member if it takes more time to go through the member lane.

I’ve only used the Super Star Car Wash location, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating and costly. If you have wide, low-profile tires, I strongly recommend finding another drive-thru car wash. I’ve had my tires damaged three separate times due to staff not paying attention while guiding vehicles onto the track. The issue seems to be with how cars are lined up with the metal rails—if your alignment is even slightly off and your air stem valve hits the rail, it can get completely sheared off. The first time it happened, they took responsibility, which I appreciated. I wasn’t asking for anything excessive—just reimbursement for the damage. I was told a check was on the way, but it never arrived. The second time, I was told it was a defect with my equipment. That didn’t make sense then, and it still doesn’t—especially when the root issue is improper guidance into the track. The third time, despite me stopping and waiting to make sure staff were paying attention, the same thing happened again. At that point, it became clear this isn’t a one-off mistake—it’s a pattern. They eventually offered to replace only the air valve, even though I ended up with three flat tires total, two of which required full replacement. I didn’t receive any real compensation. Each time I filed a report, I specifically asked them to review their cameras. The lack of accountability and follow-through is disappointing. I’ve since canceled my membership and won’t be returning. I’ve moved on to another car wash where the staff actually pay attention—and it makes all the difference. My new go to carwash is, just take a look at your dashboard next time… you’ll understand. 😉 This would have been a 5 Star rating had Superstar taken accountability, I would have still cancelled my membership but I would have easily given 5 stars for accountability…

After going through the car wash once I showed them where the bird poop was still on the hood in several places. They said they only run through twice. I suggested they spray it extra at the beginning. They just sprayed it normally. I went through again, still a big mess on the hood.in several places. See photos. I do not recommend this car wash.

Amber, an associate with Quick Quack car wash was filling up the towel dispenser near my car so I decided to say hello and she asked about my experience at QQ. I told her that I had switched over to her car wash from Clean Freak because they are open later, more locations and they also have locations in Palm Springs CA where I travel to often. Even though I pay a few dollars more per month for membership all the conveniences as well as their friendly staff, clean locations is worth it. My go to is usually @ the 21st Place and Mcdowell Rd. location. Thanks to Amber and all the staff at QQ for their attention to details and clean facilities. You hard work is noticed.

I had a great experience at the car wash today thanks to Bobo! He was the most helpful and friendliest car wash attendant. He made the whole experience easy and even added some humor that made me laugh. It’s always nice to run into someone who clearly enjoys helping people. Bobo definitely made my visit better!

First time here and it turned into quite an adventure — my dog locked herself in the car with the keys during the wash. Howard and Jon were absolute lifesavers. They were friendly, quick to help, and incredibly reassuring. Customer service like that deserves recognition. Highly recommend!

I love this car wash since Dash took over. It runs so much more smoothly and plenty of staff on hand, if you need help. Today, Andrew assisted me in updating my billing payments. He made it very easy and it was quick. Andrew has great customer service skills! Very nice and friendly guy. This car wash is very clean and fast to get in and out, if you want.

Im not goin for a 3st wash I live outside of town, and I came over for second time in this week. The first time wash ok but this day I get 2 washes in a roll cus I never get the service witch a pay for… I guess it was on purpose, cus I check others cars and I saw different thing may they think I will get the wash and I will live right away. No tire shine But the guys on charge making excuses to refuse the service. I pay for single wash.
