He was fast and was very nice to stay past his 13 hr shift and I was late by 15 mins. So. I felt bad but he stayed and helped. So thank u JEFFERY!

Duggers Road rescue arrived at my house within 30 minutes from the time that I called for help. Amazing! Dexter was our technician and that man needs a raise! These guys are amazing!! They were very quick and efficient in aiding my family member with her VW Taos she was by herself when going home and we found this company they sent out this guy named Ryan Walter and this guy was a godsend honestly he was so knowledgeable and very polite/professional while conducting his work he got her back on the road with a spare tire sway within a good amount of time and she was able to get home safely huge shout out again to Ryan for aiding and being quick! My mom and I were driving 70 miles down the 101 and something happened car was making a horrible nose. So immediately turned on my hazard flashers right away. Luckily it was a Sunday and I was able to get to the shoulder right away. Called State farm roadside service. They dispatched Eric. It took little less than an hour to get to use. He fixed our shredded tire. I can’t thank him enough. He was amazing. Thank You Eric

Had my car repo by them and understand the circumstances, but when got my car back, they had damaged a lot broken my power side, mirrors, passenger and driver bumper was hanging off. Try to claim that they didn’t do anything but their initial condition report showed my car was perfectly intact and when I picked it up from the auction yard, the auction yard show me their pictures and there was so much damages and when brought to their attention, they hung up on me and got irrational. I had to reach out to my financial lender to get things taken care of, which is still in the process. The initial picture is from Acme saying this is how they got the car but when I picked it up, the pictures I follow is how it looked with the auction yard Employee buy it so people can’t say that I did it

The driver had one thing to do. ONE THING! I specifically asked if he would put the car back far enough to close the gate!!!! I asked dispatch to let him know this before I told the driver the same thing. This is unbelievable!! HE PUTS THE CAR EXACTLY IN THE WAY! I’d never call y’all back if this is the type of drivers you have. FFS I do appreciate coming down on the price to price match the other place I called, considering y’all advertise as the cheapest in the valley. That earned the other star. 🌟

My mother who’s a handicap woman used my car to drop off food for my sister who just came out of labor and parked my car in handicap without the placard. Towing the vehicle because there’s no placard or handicap plate isn’t the issue and is completely legal. However contacting them and requesting to pickup the vehicle which was towed from private property, and has my mothers medicine in the car they said well it was towed after our office business hours and we are closed because it’s Friday you won’t be able to access or pickup the vehicle until Monday morning. Any legitimate or respectable towing company offers office after hour pickups for a fee or has a way to setup an emergency office after hours service and what I got is a woman who said “sorry I can’t do anything but hope that your mother will be fine until Monday morning” and hung up on me

I paid $290 for a tow one way residence to residence and they driver was negligent and let my Moke come flying down the town truck and lucky before crashing to the ground and almost killing the tow driver or into oncoming traffic on 32nd street it hung its self up on it’s on body frame and stopped it’s self from more damage. They claim there was no damage and that is entirely false when this vehicle came to an abrupt stop and very very sketchy release off of tow truck w number and wheels angled into the ground awfully rough to get off truck and I had to get on the vehicle while it was hanging off to assist the driver in safely removing it off the tow there on after. I had to wait three days to wait for a supervisor to speak to who was very belligerent and ignorant to me when all I was requesting out of this terrible service was for my $290 back which Fernando refused . Avoid at all costs they told me two hrs for a tow and it took 4 and be calling back to check . Jamie was the only helpful employee through the entire experience . I will be having my lawyer reach out to handle this situation and report to the state .

Amazing service!!! I used this company when my son’s truck broke down on one of our crazy hot days. The dispatcher Emily was so friendly and reassuring. She got one of her drivers over to my son fast. The driver Dean got my son’s truck loaded up quickly and delivered it home safely. I am so appreciative of these hard working men and women and would recommend this company to anyone. I wasn’t able to be there to help my son this day so it feels good to know there is caring and trustful people out there that did help my son.

Worst customer service. Towed my vehicle because I guess the driver thought my tag said January but no it is July. Maybe their hiring process should include the question “can you read?”

Tyler D was so helpful when our RV got stuck in a muddy ditch. Our original tow truck broke down, so he was called in on his day off. He was able to get us hooked up and pulled out in about a half hour with no damage to our rig.

I bought a van in Surprise AZ that I needed to get to El Cajon CA. I called the day before I needed it transported and they were available for the job. They showed up the next morning at 6am as promised, loaded the van and transported it straight to the destination. Gilbert is a very knowledgeable and experienced transporter. Both Gilbert and Tony provided great communications during the entire process. Money well spent.

Great service by this company! There was problem with the drop off location of the vehicle we were towing. Mike, the driver was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew the car wouldn’t fit through the back alley gate, and he could have just left it in the alley for us deal with it. He said he could wait for us to find another location. That took up some more of his time, but Mike was patient with us and delivered the vehicle to new location. We truly appreciate all you do!! Will definitely use this company again and refer to friends and family.

I got a flat tire tonight and needed roadside assistance. The driver I had, Keyon, went above and beyond tonight, making this situation much easier on me. He showed so much kindness and helped me find a good place to drop off my car that was close enough to my home. He was very very quick with his services, and had amazing customer service. TERRIBLE!! Stolen car got picked up by Priority. Before they arrived I asked them to tow to my house, they said no and they took it to their yard. Showed up later that day and knocked on the door at 4:58. Jamie walked out and said we are closed…. Holy smokes, don’t spend 1 second past your unposted closing time to help out a customer. She was very unpleasant and had zero customer service awareness. She closed early and wouldn’t take 5 minutes to get me the car after I drove an hour to get there from work. And there is a huge sign on the door that says they close at 6pm. I guess she knew she was gonna get additional money from the customer. Went back the next day, and she was even more unpleasant, then charged me for an overnight storage after closing early the day before. $194 to tow the car 6 miles, plus an $35 overnight charge… outrageous. Stay away from Priority… lots of tow companies out there that care about their customers and have solid customer service as Priority is not one of them. They say Customer Service is #1 priority… obviously that’s is not true.

I recently had to call Priority Towing after my fuel pump went out and my vehicle wouldn’t start. Within about 30–45 minutes of my call, Mike (#58) showed up and immediately turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive one. Mike was respectful, easy to talk to, and had a great sense of humor. He even showed off some of his impressive tow truck skills, which was actually pretty cool to watch! Most importantly, he handled and loaded my vehicle with care and professionalism. I’ve had some less than great experiences with tow truck drivers in the past, but Mike went above and beyond. After unloading my car, we ended up chatting for a good 10–15 minutes, he’s just that easygoing and genuine! 10/10 recommend you use Priority Towing!

Ken M with Priority One Towing was excellent to work with. He responded very quickly, was professional, and took great care of our brand new Tesla Model Y that had a flat tire. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and treats the vehicle carefully during the entire towing process. Really appreciate the great service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a tow.

Tow truck 21 was an amazing driver. Was prompt, communicative and respectful. Very candid too so it made it fun to talk to him. He was towing a Detroit steel pile with wheels i just bought that had dry rotted tires and couldn’t make it past a block from where I bought it. So he made sure to still tow it like it looked easy, and even though the tire popped off the bead, still made sure the rim didn’t touch the ground. 10/10 would recommend 🩵

Dominique did an excellent job taking care of my car and that my safety was a number one priority as I was located on an off ramp and lots of cars are traveling extremely fast. She made sure I made it to the passenger side of the truck safely. Thank you Dominique for your help during that stressful time!

If this doesn’t scream predatory towing I don’t know what does. Tow company came and put up signs with packing tape and took 4 of our vehicles the same day. Bill is $3k!!! This is bad business and predatory towing and the owner manager knows it. His name is Richard. Give him a call. Stay away from these guys. I’ll post the receipt shortly.

Very responsible company, when I called on Sunday morning they were out in 15 minutes with text messages to confirm that they were on their way. Art can drop that lift bed on a dime, and he was able to pick up my tiny import car and drop it off with no problems. Perfect from start to finish. Will definitely use them again when I need a tow. Shout out to Robert, our Tow truck driver who saved us. We went on a camping trip to Crown King and got 2 flats in our rental truck. We were on Bumble Bee road a couple of miles from I17. There were 4 of us and a Dog, stranded in the Desert with 100+ degree heat. 101 Towing was the only company with a truck that could accommodate all of us. Robert was very professional, got us hooked up quickly and back to civilization. He even had cold water on hand for all of us. Thanks again Robert for going above and beyond for us.

PRAY that your vehicle does not get towed by these desert dwelling troglodytes. I unfortunately had my car towed from an apartment (for the dumbest reason I might add, i was backed into a space for guest parking because I was a guest, i didnt know you needed to be pulled in). They took my car on Saturday. I had no idea and I call the police at first and learn its been towed. I call their line and some lady answers the phone. She is SUPER rude and just straight lies to you, and she didnt even tell me how much it cost to retrieve or where it is. I had to wait till Monday. I call on monday, go to pick up my car in tempe (not the address on file) and my car is covered in dirt in a dirt lot with nails and screws everywhere. There is A NEW SCRATCH ON MY CAR. And they left this “marker” on the car that was so hard to get off a CAR WASH DIDNT EVEN REMOVE IT. I had to buy rubbing alcohol and even then it on smeared it mostly and after like 3 times washing and rubbing with alcohol it finally came off.

if i could give 0 star i would. the managers in the company don’t even have answers to the questions that your asking. the tow driver was very nice ( this review has nothing to do with the driver he was doing his job), the manager in the office was very not helpful she did not have a answer for any question she basically just said if you see a driver ask them. i asked her about policies, drop fees, overall many different things i just wanted to get informed just in case I ran into a similar scenario. she didn’t have a answer to any of them. i asked her about scenarios where drop fees would be aloud. she couldn’t give me one. i wish i remembered her name. this wont change anything but if you have even questions about the process and how it works they don’t even know how to answer. very sad that companies like this exist or at least hire MANAGERS that don’t know how the company works. basically its a wild wild west you get what you get and you stay in the dark if you want to just be informed for future reference. very sad. my car wasn’t even hooked in the truck i coincidently walked out when he was there and i talked to the driver (not a lot of info from him but he had a good attitude) called the office manager doesn’t deserve that position because she has no knowledge of what her company policies are and not a good attitude.

Never a great experience having your car towed, but these guys are helpful and understanding. Mikey was a big help today, even found me a guy to buy my hunk-a-junk! The yard attendant was also very friendly, gave the battery some juice and drove it up front. They even let me store it outfront overnight while waiting for it to be picked up by the junk yard.

No one ever likes their car getting towed, but if you ever have the experience of a car getting towed the, The most wonderful experience I’ve ever had is with R&M towing off 39th Ave. in Buckeye I pray to God you get Claudia. She was respectful, kind patient understanding everything that you would need when life is life-ing and it becomes extremely stressful. Truly, in these situations you couldn’t ask for a better human with extremely great customer service and understanding to help you through a moment that you’re dreading. Thank you beyond what one could say Claudia. Having my husband taken not knowing what I am doing you have been so amazing. Truly there needs to be more like you.

R&M Towing towed my vehicle from an apartment complex and due to either ignorance or lack of care, they dragged my AWD vehicle rather than the correct way which is picking the vehicle up by all 4 tires. Due to this, my transmission needs to be either repaired or replaced. I’ve submitted a damage claim form with them 3 weeks ago. Nobody has reached out to me and every time I call in regard to it, nobody is available to speak to me. I’ve been out of a vehicle for 3 weeks now and was trying to be patient with them before submitting any reviews or complaints. I’ve attached photos of where the car was towed from, showing transmission fluid all over the spot they towed from as well as the spot I had to have my own tow company, tow it out of. Beyond frustrating experience and they do not care.

Was in a wreck with a Tahoe, my Jeep wasn’t drivable. All City Towing showed up and took my Jeep. Within a couple hours contacted me about the best places to take it and let me know it was my choice in AZ, not the insurance on who fixes it. I selected one and they took it straight over there. Very professional.

Wrecker driver was very kind, got there pretty quick, towed my jeep wrangler. He even gave me some names of places to possibly grab parts, and encouraged me to try and fix the jeep on my own if insurance fell through. It was a very stressful time and his kindness wasn’t expected but it was appreciated. Good guy.

Overall great experience. I did unfortunately need a tow on a busy Sunday, but that’s just something that happens, out of my and their control. I also was in no rush, which apparently deemed me as the “favorite customer” to the dispatcher. Very kind and helpful people. The tow truck driver was great, wish I could remember his name but I do remember that he was from New York. The price might seem high, but the trucks cost a lot and they all know what they are doing. If you need a tow call them.

For a company that brags on its website about supporting the community, their drivers seem to be pretty lacking when it comes ethical behavior. I parked in a lot between my friend’s apartment complex and a FedEx store. My friend told me I could park there, I’d parked there several time with no problem and there were no signs anywhere nearby. I walked out to my car at 10:08 pm, and saw a tow truck and a guy taking pictures of my car. I ran over to him and told him “no, absolutely not” and got in my car. He was incredibly rude (and I didn’t use any inappropriate language despite what the tow company said in its response) and I asked him: can I not park here? He said: not after 10. I asked if there were signs and he said they were everywhere. There were none plainly visible from where I parked. So I pulled out and took pics of his license plate and then pulled up beside him to take a picture of the truck logo. He was very upset that I’d taken a picture “of him”, even though he’d done the exact same thing. I told him I didn’t take a picture of him (even if I did he was in public so I can take pictures of whatever I want) that I was taking a picture of his vehicle, the exact same thing that he just did to my car. Then he said: I don’t know why you’re mad at me. And I said: it’s 10:09 And then he told me he was waiting there so he could start towing my car right at 10pm. How was what he was doing helping anyone? Who was it helping? The tow truck was taking up way more space in that parking lot than my car. The FedEx store was closed. There were tons of open spots in the lot. It was fewer than 10 minutes after the apparent no parking deadline, but if he could’ve gotten it done in 2 minutes my car would have been gone. Just because something is technically “correct” doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to do. Getting aggressive and angry that I’m taking a picture of your car after you just took pictures of my car is CRAZY. And I have every right to document the name of a business that profits off of making people’s lives more difficult to the benefit of literally no one so I can make sure not to patronize that business in the future. And to tell my friends to do the same
