She took time away from the floor to help me and she went through a box full of jewelry to find the perfect one that I described. She is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Weird vibe from the staff. Stop trying to shove products down my throat please. We came just to look and had 3 members come up making us uncomfortable even though we told them we didn’t need help and just wanted to look. I don’t need a lecture on vibrators especially when I didn’t ask, and when I walk away clearly uncomfortable don’t make a comment to my bf about how shy I am, read the room.

This store is way better that Fascinations, so much more cool things to offer! Mark was approachable, knowledgeable and I enjoyed meeting him. I enjoyed my experience here and ended up getting quite a bit of items. The outside looks like a medieval furniture store but I promise it’s worth checking out lol

This was my first time in a Castle Boutique since 2006. The store is large and items are easy to locate. There are several employees on staff to answer questions. I browsed for a bit after I found what I needed and saw some beautiful lingerie. I am surprised that this location does not carry clothing or shoes just dance wear and lingerie. Overall, it was a nice place.

This was my first time ever purchasing something of this nature and my goodness was it such a pleasure to buy from here. Desiree was the most amazing assistant ever, making me feel heard and helping with everything I needed to know about. I am moving to Flagstaff, and I really hope they open a location there because I know I would go there for all my adult toy needs. What an amazing place!!

Desiree was very helpful. I’ve been married 39 yrs and am in menopause and have been having trouble. She understood and answered all my questions and helped me choose the best toy. I can’t thank her enough.

Tracey was knowledgeable, fun and a go- getter. She would go look up a price on everything we inquired about since a lot of things weren’t price tagged in the store. We came in just for lube and came out with lube, a liberator pillow, and a glow in the dark bondage set!!! Great service. She also made me feel comfortable in the store to look at everything.

I go to the store quite often and all the girls there Mel, Allison, Tracey, and Desiree Are super helpful and very informative they have a very large selection of merchandise. They even have the life-size dolls at a really good price. Definitely check the store out. You won’t be disappointed.

I found The Castle when I moved to Phx in the mid-80s. They’ve always had an incredible stock of all things adult. Mel did a great job greeting me, and finding out what I needed. She was friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable. The store was clean and well laid out – AND they send coupons! THIS is why you may want to do this kind of shopping in person rather than an on-line experience.

I was almost scared off by the building exterior… kinda crack house feel, sleazy. Weirdly hidden front door, grim parking lot lighting. But inside it’s bright and great selection. Staff was super helpful and helped me make use of a 20% off coupon: lube, plug for my boy, video head cleaner. All in all great experience

This is such a huge store! They have a great selection of his and her’s lingerie. And they have the best selection of toys. Dildos, bullets, rabbits. They have prostate toys for the guys. And remote controlled panty vibrators. Sex dolls, pocket pussies,lec flesh lights, sex furniture. S&M bondage restraints, spreader bars, lube, massage oil, condoms , and more. I recommend stopping in at one of the Castle locations, and checking out their awesome selection! The lady employee was so knowledgeable about every product, or item I asked about. She helped me find sizes in the Valentine’s lingerie they had beautifully displayed. I looked for her name on my receipt, and it’s not there. She was working with her manager Kevin. My husband and I entered the store as we have numerous times before. This time a short, chubby, blonde lady approached us and said “you guys are under 18 years old. I need to see ID.” We thought she was joking and laughed because we are in our late 30s, and my husband has a full beard and visible grey in his hair and beard. I also have grey hairs. She insisted we prove we are over 18 because we looked like young people trying to pass as 40. So showed her that we infact are basically 40 years old. I mentioned that her comments were making me uncomfortable and she said “I started having grey hairs when I was 10 years old.” I started to walk away and she came back and said “aren’t you going to hear the specials?” I said “not really, but go ahead and tell me anyway.” She rolled her eyes and told me the specials. The entire interaction put me off from going back to this location. I am recovering from sexual trauma and her aggressive approach and obvious lie in saying “we look under 18” really made me uncomfortable. I was already panicking before entering the store and she made me even more anxious.

I am a huge fan of Andrew Christian underwear, honestly that’s all I wear, I really enjoy there trophy boy underwear, I have about 20 pairs of the regular Andrew Christian and then about 10 pairs of trophy boys. The staff at the off chute too are very friendly and very helpful. If you are a Gay Man that appreciates good quality underwear or even some of the other items that they carry, then I highly recommend you visit the store off of 7th Ave and Indian school rd. ASAP and check out the huge selection they have of Andrew Christian underwear. Kudos to all of you who work at the off chute too. Every chance I get, I go to the off shoot too, the store is amazing with plenty of selection and the guys that work there are always very informative and eager to help. Kudos to all of you gentlemen, who bust their asses just so they can be there for you when you need it.

I just wanted to say that the staff is really helpful and friendly. I had purchased a jock strap and I apparently didn’t wash it properly and as a result it fell apart. Completely my fault as I wasn’t aware of the cleaning instructions. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Patrick and he agreed to replace it for me with the same item. He did explain and educate me on how to properly care for it and others like it for future reference. I had initially gave a poor review because there was a big misunderstanding about the situation. However as I said above that at the end of the day they were there to help me with the situation and took care of it. I truly appreciate that! I’ve purchased hundreds of dollars in products from them and have never had any issues in the past. I will continue to purchase items from them as they have a very large selection of products from mild to wild. I highly encourage people to give them a shot and check them out. Again I would like to give them a special thanks for helping me out!

Wasted 2 uber rides to go here for them to tell my group they were closing early. There were no notifications or communications indicating they would close early.

First time visit was for specific items so I did not take time to see the store fully. Second visit, I spent more time browsing and poking around. Staff was helpful and friendly and gave me space to search and discover. Huge inventory and so many options. I will return often. Parking is in the rear. Dressing rooms to try on attire and accessories. Definately bring a friend.

Just starting my dance career the ladies in the store were so helpful, they helped my and my girls find the best outfits and made sure we felt comfortable while doing so!!!! Just found out dancers get a discount so if you have a dance card most definitely come here!!!!! Thank you ladies

No stars for them. I left the store with none of the things that I paid for they took $80 out of the bank. They called my bank. My bank approved and said that the sale went through but because their computer froze they weren’t able to give me the stuff that I paid for so I have to now dispute the transaction, mind you I don’t have money like that where if the transaction went through their is a chance I might not get my funds back , I was their over an hour and I sat and waited they didn’t answer. I am very upset because now I have to wait 48 hours for my money to get reimbursed. I wasn’t able to give my fiancé his gift. I have no money, no gift and I’m crying and I’m sad and frustrated and they should’ve told me since the beginning that that their computer didn’t work and to pay cash instead of the runaround they need new computers I have a whole video of the situation

I was so eager to get some lingerie here and I’ve had issues ever since the first time that I couldn’t do an exchange because of miscommunication between management and the company after it was stated that I could come back. I did another exchange and now I have been kicked out because of my children and even though I tried my best to keep them in the stroller they would not let me shop.

Massive selection of dresses, swimwear, shoes, etc. Beware, they do close two hours before the mall closes (7pm) on weekdays. And they do make you bring your stuff up to check out before they close. Prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of the items. Stuff isnt cheap quality like the big box stores. Give yourself lots of time to look through the racks.

Came to check out their sale. Most of the items were gone. They do not have restrooms in the store. Also you can’t even try on any green tag merchandise. That’s wild. Like what if it doesn’t fit. Apparently if it doesn’t have a tag they can’t sell it to you either.

This was a very great place and especially for colonge or perfume lovers because they have great colonge that is popular and the employees are incredibly nice and they help you trying scents and being super helpful. The only thing that was hard for me is because I couldn’t find the main source of colonge at this particular Dillard’s. The colonge and perfum is just scattered around but was great. Overall, Dillard’s is amazing for fragrances, dresses, clothes, t shirts, and more. I highly recommend

Organization was not my favorite… shirts were organized by color which meant for the most part finding specific brands I was interested in next to impossible

If you enjoy the thrill of the hunt, this place is for you! I’m wearing the most amazing jeans right now that fit like they were made for me and soft as butter. $10 there, $104 on Nordstrom’s site. But you need to give yourself time to weed through the trenches. Loads. I was there for 90 minutes and didn’t get to the shoes. You will find some amazing pieces there.

Crowded and can get over stimulating. Men’s section is tiny. Mostly women’s shoes and clothes. They only had four mens belts, small bins of random socks and underwear, two short racks of pants and bottom ups, and a large section of suits and separates. Then a few short racks of shoes – mostly dress shoes. Decent place to put together a dressy outfit for a man if you can find a deal. Some prices still seemed high for a clearance store. They have so much stuff that lots of items are in the wrong size section which makes shopping frustrating. You finally find something you like but realize it’s the wrong size. Too many items that just need to be tossed. Suits with large tears, shoes missing laces and insoles, heavily used returned shoes. I was able to find some brooks ghost max 2 for $60 that had barely been worn and a pair of slacks for $8 after over an hour of browsing. I went to look 1.5-2 sizes up in the women’s sections for running shoes since the men’s section was so sparse.

Wow!!! Better pack a lunch, looks like a bomb went off in here. Lots of good deals and definitely going to get bang for your buck. Come prepared to be walked on and have to hunt. We got a great deal on some Tommy kicks Honestly, come prepared to spend some time, but you’re gonna find great deals, your fellow shoppers. Can and will be extremely rude so be prepared.

Got 2 pairs of shoes for $15. Both priced well over $20 for each pair. I’ll be back… is chaotic but still great stuff. They have clothes and household items too!

I had a really disappointing experience at Last Chance today. We are visiting from out of state. My mom spent over $1200 in 2 transactions and I spent $200. They treat customers sub human and def not a Nordstrom level of service. Here is the specific experience I had today: I found a shirt with a $10.97 price tag physically attached to it. When I brought it to the register along with my other items, the cashier called for a price check, and another employee came over and said it was actually $30. If the item was truly priced incorrectly, that’s one thing mistakes happen. What was unacceptable was how the situation was handled. Beatrice the manager pulled the tag said it’s $30 something and walked away. In 40 years I have never experienced anything like this. Rather than treating us with courtesy or explaining the issue respectfully, we were made to feel like we had done something wrong. Elizabeth the cashier was even smirking at her co worker with a side eye. That was the cherry on top. The interaction was dismissive, unprofessional, and left us feeling embarrassed. Customers should be able to trust the price tag attached to an item, and if an error occurs, it should be handled with kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, neither happened here. Very unethical. I left without purchasing the item because the experience was so unpleasant. Can you get good deals here? Yes. Will you be treated poorly? Yes. While they are selling sweaters and shoes today at 75% off – they can’t honor a tag on a mistake they made for a customer spending over a $1000.

Just stopped by this past Sunday, and honestly I always have the experiences, but this one was different. The most amazing employee, Melissa, was very attentive, sweet, and very informative. She made me feel comfortable and positive within myself and my choices. I felt super happy with my visit overall because of her ! For the quality and durability of the bras, I do feel that the prices are very reasonable. 🙂

Exchanging items at VS sucks. I walk in explain the situation and advised there’s no tag and receipt as I threw it away. However, it’s on my bank account showing as charged, I have the card I used, and the phone number I associated the purchase with. The cashier says “that’s fine, go ahead get the right size” so I do. She starts asking me my loyalty number and then says I can’t exchange it after all that. Staff needs to be upfront with policies. Wasted my time and now I have pants I can’t even wear. BS.

Store manager named Melissa is very hateful. I will never recommend people to go there. She does not have ethics and treats customers with racism and hate. Never again coming back to this place.

All the employees act like they hate it here. The rbf, the monotone voice, the lack of greeting… When you work in customer service you should be able to fake a smile or pretend like you don’t hate your job. I wanted to buy a couple sets & the customer service really put me off, I ended up putting everything back.

Super nice employees however the store is below average stocked 🙁 unfortunately couldn’t find most of what I wanted 🙁 and my rewards expired since today was the last day to use them $115 lost – the only wall well stocked was the season sprays and lotions which is a plus !

The staff were very friendly, the store was clean and big, and there was a wide variety of items in the store. They had a nice collection of magazines and toys and full life sized dolls. The cashier was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone trying to spice up their love life.

First time in this location and let me say off the bat loved the customer service 👏 I called before hand to get information about store location and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful he greeted me and recognized me the second I walked in was super helpful telling me about their deals and explaining a little bit of everything they had shout out to him he was super sweet and very helpful very comfortable to talk to. I also was helped by a female assistant who was very helpful when trying on different pieces in the fitting room super sweet and tried to find pieces that would match what I was looking for we ended up going with a nice open back apron set super cute and gives me hella confidence I’m so pleased with the help you gave me as a female it felt more easy to explain what I wanted and was looking for. Sooooo so sooo kind!! The owner, Mal, was so informative and sweet, even took the time to describe how the gels would change through transitioning (I’m eventually going f to m, so this helps a lot!!) They just recently reopened, and the inside is clean and very organized!! Loved the vibes, truly!! Thanks guys!

My wife has a Mexican Folklore dance group in Tucson and they needed some items to complete their costumes for an upcoming annual show. We found this hidden gem of a store hidden inside Central Mart in South Phoenix. They have a huge inventory of Mexican Folklore/Folklorico outfits including Sombreros, dresses and Charro suits, and hundreds of other accessories. We have made 4 trips to Phoenix cause there is not places in Tucson for these type of items. Very happy with owners Norma & Victor as they are so knowledgeable in the Mexican dance arts.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clothing store. The manager—whose name I believe is Norma—was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me, she was dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she told me the owner doesn’t care about complaints. I find that level of service and lack of accountability unacceptable. I would like to have the owner’s phone number so I can personally share my complaint. It’s a shame, because the store has nice clothes, but with customer service like that, I won’t be coming back or recommending it to anyone.

I was looking for baptism outfits for my boys and came upon this place online. This is a very nice place in an odd location; anyhow this place had a lot to see. However I couldn’t get as many things as I wanted because a lot of the little spots inside this mart only took cash.

I go for hats and plain shirts that I like that they always have, and it’s like a swat meat but tiny and indoors and open the whole week. One thing to take note of though its that the place is old, so for many, it may seem sketchy. It will feel like they keep eyes on you, but that’s because of its location, cause they do get quite a bit of shoplifters. As you will be able to tell by all the photos at the entrance. It may not seem glamorous, but why not go once may find something you like that they don’t sell else where.

Nice selection of apparel. Shoes jewelry and more. Went in to look for ensemble for my daughter to wear for an interview. Pretty much found everything she was looking for like a blazer, cammy, slacks, and shoes. She’s slightly a full figured woman. To my surprise they had really nice plus sizes. They had nice school uniforms for the children as well. Then we headed for the shoe section. Nice selection of shoes. From dressy, casual, sandles, slippers like Nike, Jordan, and so on from 13.00 to 59.00. Nicely organized considering that the place isn’t huge. No public restrooms. All in all I think I’ll go back and shop for myself.
