Castle Megastore - Central Phoenix

The staff were very friendly, the store was clean and big, and there was a wide variety of items in the store. They had a nice collection of magazines and toys and full life sized dolls. The cashier was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone trying to spice up their love life.

Michael was awesome, especially explaining things I had questions to, real friendly and didn’t have the rush out of here attitude, I could’ve stayed all day asking him about each product and he would’ve stood there and told me. Real awesome and educational expression.I would definitely keep coming to this store.

The workers were amazing! They answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome! I will definitely come back again! They have a welcoming environment and didn’t judge me for what I was wanting! The owner was so sweet too!! 10000/10 prefer this place over other stores ❤️❤️

First time in this location and let me say off the bat loved the customer service 👏 I called before hand to get information about store location and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful he greeted me and recognized me the second I walked in was super helpful telling me about their deals and explaining a little bit of everything they had shout out to him he was super sweet and very helpful very comfortable to talk to. I also was helped by a female assistant who was very helpful when trying on different pieces in the fitting room super sweet and tried to find pieces that would match what I was looking for we ended up going with a nice open back apron set super cute and gives me hella confidence I'm so pleased with the help you gave me as a female it felt more easy to explain what I wanted and was looking for. I will definitely be back in the future as they have plans to add more to their sales floor they have great prices here 👏 Host reference number - 154654

They’re open again and have so many choices for clothing and accessories, as well as all the other fun stuff. Mike and the rest of the staff are lovely and very helpful!

Sooooo so sooo kind!! The owner, Mal, was so informative and sweet, even took the time to describe how the gels would change through transitioning (I’m eventually going f to m, so this helps a lot!!) They just recently reopened, and the inside is clean and very organized!! Loved the vibes, truly!! Thanks guys!

The lady that was working was very helpful and nice... We got there about 15 minutes before closing .. she informed us of that in a nice way but also let us know she wasn't rushing us ... Our experience there was very good !!!
