Update: After talking with the guy that helped me we came to an agreement and he was able to give me a full refund after my phone was bricked by whatever went wrong with the battery. He even offered me a new case for the new phone I was forced to buy after the fact. Good place with people that work there with good values I was just unlucky and had some bad luck that day. I was planning on giving this place a 5 star review because the guy was so nice and helped me out but then it fried my phone! I bought a new battery because it wasn’t holding a charge anymore and I hoped this would fix the issue even if temporarily. While he did not warn me that there was a possibility of the new battery frying my phone screen he says this is the first he’s heard of it happening. The screen is now completely fried and won’t turn on or work with touch. The phone is still on and I can receive a call but can not answer it because the touch screen doesn’t work. My phone is very old but was working fine before I got the battery replaced and just turned completely white/green screen of death in my hand out of nowhere.

Emin is AMAZING guy!!! Great experience! I brought in my iPhone 14 for repair, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and the phone works like new now. The price was fair, and the service was fast. I highly recommend this shop if you need your phone repaired. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need another repair!

The first time I got my ipad fixed from them, the screen had a white mark on a corner as if it was cracked or there was a hair trapped. I have no idea what that is. The new installed button by them was also out of place. So, I took it back and asked to be fixed. Then second time I got it back, the new screen protector I had paid for the first time was now damaged/cracked. In addition, the screen had new different black spots in the screen too. Same white crack in the corner was left as before. I am returning a third time. Unbelivable!

Nice place to shop for phone accessories. Spent a little more time than expected in the store because I saw so many cases that I liked from the large inventory. Tony was very patient and helpful. I love my new cases for my personal and business phone.

This small shop is inside walmart. I walked into this Walmart 100 times but never went inside this. But happy that my daughter asked me enter today. It has lot of cute key chains and mobile cases. And they do fix your phones. Owner is kind and friendly!

Wow! The Cell Doctor brought my phone back to life! 👨‍⚕️ Stopped in on Sunday morning at 11am to get the screen for my IPhone 12 ProMax replaced and had the best time. It took about 20 minutes to get my screen replaced and they installed a new screen protector for me, as well. I was super happy with my service and even bought a new phone case from them to go with my new screen. I would recommend calling and seeing what the price is for them to replace/repair your phone screen because their price was the best and their quality of service was truly unmatched. If anyone I know has any phone issues, I am recommending them a visit to the CELL DOCTOR! 📱 👨‍⚕️ Protip: Cash is king.

No wonder why this place has 5 stars!! Very well deserved. Needed to replaced the screen and power button on my sister in laws iPhone 14 max. Dropped it off at 11am and picked up at 3pm. Added a free screen protector and free case!! So quick and friendly! Will be back if I need them again. Cash is king!

This Is Where Magic Exists. Back In February I Went To A Place Called CPR. Which Is A Knock Off Of Version This Place. And My Phone Was Only Damage From Water And Guess What!! THEY FORCED ME TO PAY THEM $312 JUST FOR A WATER DAMAGED PHONE!!! The Next Day I Went To This Place. And The Counter Guy Said “no problem” Unlike The Other Place They Were Just Talking And Talking About Things I Wasn’t Interested In. And There’s Chairs To Wait At This Place Because It Mostly Takes Less Than An Hour Unless If Something Is Way Too Damage And Takes Alot Of Work. But The Other Place Is Either A 3 Days Or A Week!! 🙄 And The When My Phone Was Done. It Was Only $140. Well That’s Still Alot But That’s How The Real Price When Something Is Water Damaged. They Even Fixed My Charging Port!!! I Wasn’t Expecting Them To Fix It. Had To Use A Wireless Charger And It Wasn’t Easy. I Didn’t Ask For Them To Fix It. They Double Checked It. And I Appreciate It So Much. This Place Deserves To Be A Permanent Trend On Social Media

Came in just for a phone case, but ended up getting my screen fixed as well. I was met with a very fair price for screen fixing and phone case. Definitely coming back here again wonderful service and prices. Highly recommend!!

Jack was great! He did not hesitate, very transparent. Walked into his shop and told him that my phone charging was not working properly. Jack looked at the phone, then took it to his work station. He began working on the phone, and in 10-15 minutes the phone was all done and charging great! Jack is very polite, and at a great price for all of his hard work. Thank You again Jack, will recommend and if need come back.

Marina was great! We had a issue we’ve been trying to resolve for days and after going to several other stores and hours on the phone she finally helped us get everything figured out. She was very patient and understanding. I would highly recommend going to this location because of her.

Yesterday, we visited the store to transfer four lines from Verizon to AT&T and to add a fifth line for our younger son. Karen was very helpful throughout the entire process; she was both knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, Huge shoutout to Antonio/Tony Manager for stepping in while the store was supper busy and helping us get everything started so that Karen could complete the transaction.

These are some of the most incompetent employees. Something as simple as a phone activation resulted in not only locking up the new phone, but did a factory reset on my phone without completing any data transfer! Lost data, memories, etc all because they couldn’t get a sale! Very disappointed

T-Mobile is the absolute best for Wi-Fi and cell phone service! Yesenia knew exactly what I was requesting with my account… Made all the calls for me and Informed me how to actually install and get into the mobile app that I have never been able to figure out on my own. She changed my life today and made things so much easier. The staff here is super friendly and I love that this is my home location. Come visit these guys and have them save you some money every month!

Yesenia was extremely efficient and a very helpful answer the questions clearly we were able to get everything situated with adding a new account with two new phone lines to top it off. The promotions were great as well. She did a really great job in terms of giving us a variety with the cases and the screen protectors and we really couldn’t be happier with the way she set up our service.

Wonderful service, very knowledgeable. I was having issues with charging my phone and walked into their shop looking for help. I’m a painter and deal with a lot of dust all the time, they explained to me that due to me occupation, my charging port was contaminated with paint and other materials. They suggested I do a deep clean on my phone and my issues would resolved, I also asked for a new screen protector, grabbed a new case off their shelf and still paid under $100 for their service and products I purchased. I’ll for sure be coming back here.

Pretty disappointing service at this store. I upgraded my phone online and chose store pick up. AT&T makes it clear to not head to the store until you receive an email that it’s ready and it should be 2 hours. Two days later, I still didn’t receive an email so I tried calling several times throughout the day. No one answers the phone. On the third day I decided to stop in to find out what the delay was. The man that helped simply entered some information in his tablet triggering my item was ready. They could have done this at any point during the previous 3 days and I am not sure what justification would be reason enough to wait. However, what really irritated me was their phone was ringing off the hook and the man helping me commented on it saying they were persistent and was actively choosing to not answer, even after we were finished. My call was probably ignored as well. Not great customer service.

Henry was outstanding. My issues were handled politely with much compassion and professionalism. The other associates could improve their hospitality. 💯🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

Disappointed in service and care or my concerns. By blaming and assigning responsibilities to other divisions for my needs. After being my go 2 place for AT&T phone issues, over 8 years, this was the first time I was seen so begrudgingly and rushed off, by placing new phones and accessories losely in a bag and left boxes empty. I truly hope that it was just bad day.

I was told by Toby that a credit of $1200+ would be applied to my bill over a 36 month period from the trade in of an iPhone 13 and upgrading my phone plan. Spoke with Toby on two different occasions as my bill continued to rise to $112. Two weeks ago I stopped by (waited an hour) and spoke with the manager Daisy who CONFIRMED that I was shorted $415 of credits and who supposedly “put in a ticket” to have this fixed. I returned last week to see Daisy and ask if there was any progress on the credit. As I approached the building she made a run for the back room. I asked another associate if she was in and he said he would go find her. 20 minutes later she approached saying she had good news and bad news. She said the bad news was that my plan was ineligible for the credit but the good news was that she could change the plan and INCREASE MY BILL TO $120!?!?! I’ve been with AT&T since the Cingular acquisition in ’06. My wife and I have a business account, personal account and personal accounts for family. We’re actively shopping another provider because of the incompetent associates we continue to encounter. Toby, Daisy and allegedly corporate acted unethically and have offered no empathy or resolution. I would highly advise against doing business with this location. As of 10/24 we are now paying less with another provider. Daisy and Toby lost AT&T a 20 year customer.

‼️‼️‼️CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS‼️‼️‼️Went to this T Mobile three months ago was offered 3 free trackers the girl name (Bri) or (Brianna) said they were FREE NEVER mention I had to pay a line when I realized my bill was to high due to being charged 3 EXTRA LINES I went back 3 days before the 15 day return policy the girl again said it’s FREE and not to worry about it okay took the trackers back today I went back because I was told by another T mobile store that I was paying for the 3 tracker $45 dollars each again never was I told I had to pay a line she said they are FREE they were charging $1 for each tracker after a discount of $10 and I had to pay it within the 24 month period when I went back to complain the girl BRI – BRIANA told me “well it’s just a $1 like it’s nothing but again I NEVER asked for the trackers they were given to us for FREE plus they gave me a FREE line as well witch I found out I’m paying $35 dollars but for them it’s nothing cause it’s not coming out off their pockets worse experience with T mobile and I been a loyal customer since 2022 PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS T-MOBILE they are doing FRAUD CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS never again in my life will I give my money to T mobile

If I could give more stars I would!!!! The whole staff there was welcoming but the person who stood out the most in my mind was Yoshi! I would drive an hour across town just to have him help me! He took care of every problem or question I had with my phone! He deserves a huge raise or make him your lead in customer service!! No one is better I was in about tears and left with a smile on my face!!

After getting 0 customer service at the store on 67th and Bethany, we raced to the store on 75th Ave and Thomas(7:30pm the store closes at 8pm) where Enrique was able to answer all of our questions and walked me through the process of changing the Sims card. Thanks to Enrique we are back in service.

Was told to go here with a phone issue. Found out they aren’t that experienced with anything. Found out the phone i got couldn’t get data so I asked to switch it back to my old phone and now I can’t make calls. Now I need to go there again, absolute amateur. Dude was more focused on the NBA Playoffs then the customers.
