What can I say, from Henry who has been at this store since it opened and started the deal, to Daniel who helped close it on our two new Z-fold 8 Ultras with an incredible $2900 trade in value from our old phones, if you absolutely must have the finest most knowledgeable and tech savvy professionals, go to the very best in the business available! I have been relying on Henry's expert guidance for years and years. Daniel is a stellar addition to an already "Rock Star" line-up. And one very special thanks to store manager Mario Lang, attitude reflects leadership and the awesome sense of professionalism and positive "can do" demonstrates that fact in you and your team's store. So in summary, if you need the very best in communication technology and the absolute hands down best in service, go BIG go ATT corporate store at 20th and Camelback!

Pretty disappointing service at this store. I upgraded my phone online and chose store pick up. AT&T makes it clear to not head to the store until you receive an email that it’s ready and it should be 2 hours. Two days later, I still didn’t receive an email so I tried calling several times throughout the day. No one answers the phone. On the third day I decided to stop in to find out what the delay was. The man that helped simply entered some information in his tablet triggering my item was ready. They could have done this at any point during the previous 3 days and I am not sure what justification would be reason enough to wait. However, what really irritated me was their phone was ringing off the hook and the man helping me commented on it saying they were persistent and was actively choosing to not answer, even after we were finished. My call was probably ignored as well. Not great customer service.

Henry was outstanding. My issues were handled politely with much compassion and professionalism. The other associates could improve their hospitality. 💯🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

Disappointed in service and care or my concerns. By blaming and assigning responsibilities to other divisions for my needs. After being my go 2 place for AT&T phone issues, over 8 years, this was the first time I was seen so begrudgingly and rushed off, by placing new phones and accessories losely in a bag and left boxes empty. I truly hope that it was just bad day.

Daniel was a great help. He was friendly, told us what we needed. What I needed just all around friendly customer service. Amazing very hopeful explained everything thoroughly.
