AT&T Store

Abraham in phoenix store was wonderful. Took his time with me explaining everything. Another rep also participated in my purchase with A T & T. I was more than pleased. So far so good. Thank you.

I was told by Toby that a credit of $1200+ would be applied to my bill over a 36 month period from the trade in of an iPhone 13 and upgrading my phone plan. Spoke with Toby on two different occasions as my bill continued to rise to $112. Two weeks ago I stopped by (waited an hour) and spoke with the manager Daisy who CONFIRMED that I was shorted $415 of credits and who supposedly "put in a ticket" to have this fixed. I returned last week to see Daisy and ask if there was any progress on the credit. As I approached the building she made a run for the back room. I asked another associate if she was in and he said he would go find her. 20 minutes later she approached saying she had good news and bad news. She said the bad news was that my plan was ineligible for the credit but the good news was that she could change the plan and INCREASE MY BILL TO $120!?!?! I've been with AT&T since the Cingular acquisition in '06. My wife and I have a business account, personal account and personal accounts for family. We're actively shopping another provider because of the incompetent associates we continue to encounter. Toby, Daisy and allegedly corporate acted unethically and have offered no empathy or resolution. I would highly advise against doing business with this location. As of 10/24 we are now paying less with another provider. Daisy and Toby lost AT&T a 20 year customer.

Trevor is awesome!! So patient, a very good listener, very knowledgeable ! Very good with sales and respectful! I’d definitely go back to this store if I could deal with him.

OMG! This store is amazing! Thank you Lisa! They spent an hour helping me with my issue when they easily could've turned me away. Thank you so much you guys! You definitely showed me that there is still good in the world!

I went to this store this past week and unfortunately they could not do anything for me...But Annalisa really tried to help me any way she could. Appreciated her efforts. I ended up having to work with AT&T online.
