uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My phone suddenly stopped working about two weeks ago, and I brought it in just before closing time. Even though they were getting ready to close, a very kind lady took the time to help me. She quickly found the issue and fixed it right away. To my surprise, she didn't charge me anything. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and honesty. It's not often that you find businesses that truly care about helping their customers. Highly recommended!

Staff were super nice! I called ahead of time just to get an idea of cost and expectations and they were very clear for when I arrived. They checked in to see if I had insurance to ensure that my cleaning was covered for my phone. This was really considerate of costs and making sure they navigate the avenue best for the customer. It turned out that I had coverage through my mobile provider to cover a cleaning so we went that avenue! On top of this, they provided a clear diagnostic of the issues they were seeing with my phone and gave me next steps for if the cleaning did not fix the problem. These next steps considered the benefits of my insurance and what would be best interest for me should my issue still persist. It was a much more personal approach rather than the typical "sales-y" language. Keeping it real and I'm very grateful for my experience today! Thanks guys! ☺️

First time at that store and had a 1pm appt to have my phone looked at. The representative was very friendly and kind. She took my phone in the back and fixed the issue in about 3 min and I was out of the store before my appt time.. I will definitely be back next time I have a issue with any of my devices..

I have the Pixel 9 Pro XL. It developed a pink vertical line on the right side of my screen. At first it was intermittent, then it did not go away. I took my phone to UbreakIfix in Ahwatukee (48th st/Ray N/E/C). I was immediately greeted by Gerson (Store Manager). He was extremely informative and customer service oriented. Fortunately for me, Google warrantied the phone screen that needed replacing. (I've had the phone for two years and did not purchase any additional protection plans through my carrier Verizon). Gerson shared that Google is one of the better manufacturers when it comes to warranties! Hercules was the employee that replaced my screen. He did a fantastic job! Was efficient and extremely thorough! Not to mention also very customer service oriented! I HIGHLY recommend the Ahwatukee UbreakIfix. It truly would behoove anybody to try them first when needing to repair cell phone, laptop, tablet, iPad etc!

I’m very happy with the service provided by Gerson. I brought in my son’s Nintendo Switch because it wasn’t turn on. During my first visit, I spoke with a different representative, and my only concern was the communication I was expecting an update on the diagnosis and repair estimate but didn’t hear back. When I returned, Gerson was very informative, patient, and kind. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and even let me know he would speak with the representative who initially helped me so they could improve communication going forward. I really appreciate how professionally Gerson handled the situation. His customer service made a big difference, because originally I did walk in upset and because of him I left feeling much better about the experience. Thank you, Gerson!

I LOVE this place. As my son often says; Technology just moves too fast for you Mom. So this place is constantly helping me out of jams, and they do so within minutes. They have the nicest employees. Highly recommend.
