T&E Phone Repair - Southern Ave | South Phoenix, AZ

They did a good job but a service originally described as taking 45 minutes or an hour slipped to over four hours without warning. Whatever the reasons for this (never explained) a more realistic time estimate up front or better communication along the way would have helped.

This review is a only for initial contact.I intend a follow-up upon repair. Phone still works I came in upon them opening very friendly. We discussed the Lord Jesus Christ they looked at the phone stated that they could repair it, but that it would take approximately 2 days to get a proper replacement battery. and they were very friendly. A small down payment was applied. Based on this contact I would highly recommend them. There will be a follow-up review. This is the follow-up review. I was notified Thursday. The 14th of May that the part was in, and I could have it repaired this day, and it was approximately 5 PM , time and I showed up, and it took him about an hour and a 1/2 give or take. The samsung s23 looked looks good as new. EXTREMELY HAPPY, PRICE, SERVICE,PROFESSIONALISM, POLITENESS. I CAN RECOMMEND BADE ON MY INTERACTIONS

My grandson screen on his phone scattered in a hundred pieces. took it to T&E repair, couple of hours later, it looked like a brand new phone. My grandson is very happy, it’s his birthday weekend. Thank you for doing an amazing job !!!

This place is amazing, very respectful, very conversational, and very understanding, i love this place, the workers work well with you, very very fast and even gave me a screen protector on the house, not that thats gonna be a every time thing, but for a first time being there a 10/10, god bless him and his family.

Jesus was great! He went above and beyond to assist in getting another phone for my 16 yr old son and it is also thanks to Jose at Total by Verizon on Baseline and 16Th street for not gate keeping the information. Much love!!

Jesus is incredibly patient & knowledgeable … here’s to hoping that my phone can be fixed with a simple battery replacement …. I prayed for a miracle and then I visited the shop today. Prayers answered. Thanks guys. You have a very appreciative & loyal customer - until I move to Puerto Rico. 🤞🏼🫶🏼😇😇🤣 🤞🏼🙏🏼🤷🏽😇

Axcl and Jesus did a great job on unlocking my sister's phone. Definitely cheaper than a new phone. Am happy with their all their help and customer service. Rick
