James was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout our interactions. He provided very prompt service and took the time to ensure that my questions were answered thoroughly and clearly. His expertise and willingness to assist made the entire experience smooth and positive.

I came in with concerns regarding my volume and potential issues with the sound during calls. Matthew quickly noticed that the here was a lot of gunk in my speakers! He cleaned out my speakers within 5 minutes and returned my phone to me. He provided advice to follow up with my carrier if the issue persisted, but my phone seems to be doing much better! He also stated that my phone was in excellent condition still. He was fast, effective and had amazing customer service! I’d highly recommend coming here.

Dylan was very helpful in trying to find out why phone kept freezing up, & trying to reboot over & over again. He made me feel welcomed, & was willing to help me any way he can. I highly recommend coming here for tourvphone issues.

Dudes are super friendly and very capable. I watched them deal with a broken laptop, broken Samsung phone, and my PS Portal without missing a beat. Prices are VERY reasonable. Hopefully wont break anything, but if i do? Im coming back ASAP! Adding to my original post, the team made an extra effort to diagnose my work laptop even though they had a full slate. They determined it was a manufacturer defect and saved me weeks or time and thousands of dollars waiting for a less capable evaluation. All i can say is thank you!

If I could give Bre (the technician) and uBrakiFix a 6th star, I would cheerfully do so. I bought a Logitech K740 wired backlit keyboard from a vendor on eBay. It was supposed to be "open bx." Very fair price. It was a scam. It had a missing key and, no, the key was not somewhere in the packaging. After wasting hours trying to navigate a refund process and because this is a hard to find item, I turned to uBreakiFix, which had previously fixed a phone, a tablet and a keyboard for me. I took the "open box" Logitech K740 with me and an older K740 that had a different missing key that could not be repaired to the location on Camelback Road and 16th Street. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The charge was surprisingly low. The person at the front desk was courteous and helpful. Trust them.

Excellent customer service. And HONEST! I called 3 other phone repair shops, and everyone else told me they couldn’t give me a range quote. I so appreciate you! I’ll be there soon. Thank you again.

Customer — Essence I came in for a battery replacement per my phone insurance. Came to pick it up at 6:30, they said the battery wasn’t the problem and the issue is reoccurring. No problem, not their fault. They told me I can get a new phone from ATT for $100 deductible. I thought this was strange because device replacements are through Asurion. But I trusted them. I went to the ATT store, they had no idea what they were talking about. All device replacements go through Asurion. By the time I got done with the run around, Asurion support was closed. My phone is worse after them trying to fix it, it won’t even charge now. I got in contact with Asurion today just to discover I have to pick up my replacement device from Ubreak!! They completely wasted my time yesterday, as I could have left with a replacement device. I think maybe they just wanted to get me out of there to go home (they close at 7PM).
