Justis did a great job servicing my Xbox controller. I came in to the store with a broken bumper and he got the bumper fully repaired and the entire controller thoroughly cleaned for cheap. Also very responsive to phone calls. Highly recommend this location and service.

So I placed a claim took it here which was the closest at the time and was told it would be done, hour-hour and a half. Was like cool bet...came back at the time I was told it would be ready and they said Samsung was holding them up on repairing my phone. Was upset as there was no communication on their end about this issue so wasted a trip back. I asked them for my phone back as I would get it repaired to a closer location by where I stay four hours away and they told me they will put my phone back together as it was taken apart already. Said ok, took them less than 5 min to hand it back to me. Odd but ok. I come back to the store today and explained above and they told me they had no record of the claim in the system. Showed them the email detailing the claim and they couldn't help me. I checked in with Verizon and it was denied repair by this location so I had to fork out money for the replacement. I broke the phone, ill take responsibility of that, but the communication here sucks, Its a scam, watch a DIY video and stay away from these guys.

Would love to give 5 stars because the guy at the counter was super nice. I called first to ask if they could repair a broken fan connector on a ps5, they said we sure can. They had to ship it out to another store, No problem. 2 weeks later it was ready to be picked up. Sorry nothing we could do. They said they (attempted a repair) nothing was done but look at it and ship it back? and charge me $70. Could at least reason with me and charge me half. I actually provided the box to ship it in and everything. (Nothing we can do) alright well, I can take my business someplace else. This would be different if an actual repair was attempted, but feeling as if they turned it away the second they looked at it.

My phone froze up then went into a reboot loop before deciding to just no longer turn on. Brought the phone to ubreakifix Happy Valley and Justice was super helpfull! He was able to reboot the phone and get it functioning again which will allow me to get full trade in value. If you have any phone issues, and you're in the area, bring it by for them to take a look.

Just had my phone fixed here. The guy I talked to was very clear and accurate on the price and estimated time of repair. Screen replacement, now the fingerprint sensor isn't working 🥲

Absolutely useless. Do not spend $400+ on a "new screen". They are nothing like your original screen and one little scratch will shatter the whole entire screen and that won't be covered under warranty because it is physical damage. My "new screen" literally lasted less than 24 hours and I didn't even drop it- it just got slightly scratched and shattered. The staff is nice and all but they definitely lied when I asked if they see people coming back from the screen getting damaged shortly after replacing it; they said no.

I have a Samsung phone. This comapny is an authorized Samsung repair. I came in because I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. Pretty much had a nice hole on the edge of the screen that also damaged the edge of the phone that was visible. Needed to get ahold of Ausurion to put in a claim and was able to use their phone. Justice helped me with everything. He was great to work with. He was able to fix everything that the drop damaged within about 1 - 1.5 hours or so. It's almost a new phone with the repairs that were needed. Saves me from having to upgrade at the moment. I would definitely recommend this shop and tell you to work with Justice if you have the chance.
