uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Gibran delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. His communication was clear, consistent, and genuinely helpful. He honored every commitment he made, kept me updated throughout the repair, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He was both professional and personable, taking the time to explain everything while still moving quickly. The repair itself was fast and high-quality, and he had my broken phone fixed much sooner than I expected. It’s also clear that Gibran thrives under the strong leadership of Peter. The store runs smoothly, the team is organized, and the customer service is top-tier. If you need your phone repaired quickly, correctly, and by someone who truly cares about the customer experience, Gibran is the one to go to. Five stars all the way.

I went to the Verizon on 91st Ave and Northern, and they directed me to the ‘uBreakiFix’ on 7th Street and Bell Road. The staff at uBreakiFix did a great job fixing both the front and back of my phone, and they were very attentive. They didn’t charge me for the repairs, which I appreciated. However, they never called me when my phone was ready, even though I left an alternate number. I almost drove home (an hour away) while waiting for a call, but luckily I went back inside and found out it was ready. Please don’t forget to notify next time.

They did an outstanding job. Took my console in to get it cleaned and they exceeded my expectations. Great service and cozy atmosphere. I can finally play any games without having it overheat 🤧👍. I recommend coming to this place to anyone who’s having trouble with their electronics! 11/10 service! 🙂 -Juan lol

After a new update it completely stuck my PS4 on the loading screen. I had no clue how to fix it. I started looking around and found these guys, and I’m so glad I did. I am seriously blown away by how quick and easy they made everything. They had my ps4 completely fixed and back to me in under 24 hours! I’m so excited to have it working again. Their service was awesome and I’m definitely coming back to them for any future issues with my PS4, computer, or even my cell phone. I Highly recommend them!

Took my 20 yrs old PS3 since I thought it was just not feeling well. Paul took her and kept me updated. Unfortunately she passed away. They did their best and will go back when I need to get my gadgets repaired. Very good experience!

Paul was awesome. My Galaxy 24 Ultra Suddenly wouldn't charge or turn on. Paul took care of very quickly. I also felt the cost for the service and repair we very reasonable as well. Thank you Paul. I appreciate you Sir.

I thought it was absolutely awesome that Assurion does not charge your deductible now when your screen is cracked or broken. The service repairman came to my home. Read my instructions about notifying me when he got there and he also notified me when he was on his way with an eta. He came took the phone to his Fix-It van and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He was super nice and very professional. I loved it. I love the experience I would do it again!!
