We recently purchased a vehicle from Coulter Cadillac, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My family has purchased several vehicles through Paul Glands over the years, and he continues to set the standard for customer service. Paul always goes above and beyond, genuinely looking out for his customers and making sure the entire process is smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication are the reasons we continue to come back. This time, we worked directly with Dureen Olson, and she was absolutely fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Cadillac and all of the latest features and technology. What impressed us the most was the amount of time and care she invested after the sale. Even after the dealership had closed on a Friday evening, Dureen stayed late to walk us through every setting, feature, and capability of the vehicle to ensure we were comfortable and able to take full advantage of everything it offers. At no point did the process feel overly sales-focused. Dureen genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle for our needs and budget, and her attention to detail and customer-first approach made the experience enjoyable and memorable. We were also extremely impressed with Cadillac’s latest lineup, especially the new electric models. In my opinion, Cadillac has created a vehicle that surpasses many foreign luxury competitors and Tesla when it comes to styling, technology, luxury, and overall value. One star only because zero isn’t an option If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’m only giving one star because the system doesn’t allow anything lower. They promised me a loaner car if I towed my vehicle in. I spoke with them for about twenty minutes on the phone yesterday, explained everything, and was assured there would be a loaner waiting. Based on that promise, I paid to have my car towed to this dealership. Today I came in, checked in with my service rep, and was left sitting there for about 45 minutes. Eventually, someone came over and said, "Yes, there was a misunderstanding, we messed up. Yesterday the rep thought you had a Hummer EV, not a Hummer H2. I know you’ve been waiting, but the manager changed his mind, and the lady made a mistake." Bottom line: no loaner, no real solution, and I don’t get my time back or the money I spent towing the vehicle here. This is on top of my earlier experience where I was told my car would be done in 2–3 days, it took over three weeks, I had to come back multiple times within thirty days, and the bill ended up around four times the original estimate with no clear explanation. Shortly after all of this, the engine blew. When I tried to bring the car back, they didn’t even want to work on it. After everything I’ve already spent here in time, money, and frustration, this latest broken promise is just a complete insult. For context, I personally own several vehicles and I run a company with a fleet of around 2,000 vehicles. This could have been a long‑term, high‑value relationship for this dealership, but they’ve completely lost my trust and all of my business. What an absolute mess. They should be embarrassed by how they treat customers. This one‑star rating is really standing in for zero stars. Do not buy a car here and do not service your car here.
