I had such high anxiety that I was going to have to deal with grumpy workers having to buy a box to ship since I've had subpar experiences at USPS before. Wei was so good at multitasking, and still making me feel valued as a customer receiving efficient service. He weighed the box I brought the gift in to see if it would be better to ship that way, and overall made the process so painless and quick. I will make sure to come here to conduct my business from now on. Thanks so much for a great experience!

This is the best Hallmark card and gift shop in North Phoenix! There are a variety of cards and adorable gift items. There is a post office conveniently located in the shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Kathy and Wei!

Today was my first time coming in…Best experience ever thanks to Wei! I had some last minute packages that needed to be sent out and just so happened to catch him in there past the time of USPS being closed but Wei with a smile on his face helped me anyway! Will be making this location my go to from now on 🙂

Wei should get a raise He is always friendly and helpful. Thanks to him always!!

My first time in the post office here. Wei was the most courteous, knowledgeable, competent, helpful employee that I’ve encountered in a long time. Thank you Wei for all of your help and a great experience.

I bought the cutest Arizona post cards here to send home to family and friends!! They were decent priced as well at only $0.30 apiece! Anne checked me out and she was very nice and sweet.

Literally the best post office i've ever been to. Amazing energy and attitudes and the staff is so helpful. I arrived at the time they were closing and Wei came from the back just to help me even though the closed sign was up. So happy that we still have great people and great hospitality within USPS. Appreciate you Wei!
