SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet

Good staff with well maintained outlet

Do not bother wasting your money. I literally bought a pair of shoes for $80 Skechers are the only shoes I ever wear which I will not wear again after today. I bought a pair of shoes and literally wore them one time to work and they hurt my feet I could not wear them again I brought them into the store here at Metro Center and was told that they were not able to even exchange them I wasn't even asking for my money back just an exchange because I had worn them. not because of the outside was worn but because the inside of the shoe was worn probably because of the type of socks I wear. But the outside of the shoe is perfect even the bottoms. This is ridiculous don't waste your money! and I had my receipt. ! And the girl helping me was a smug rude little girl. good job Metro Center Skechers. obviously you need the $80 more than I do.

Helped me return an on line purchase...and he was new! He handled it calmly and professionally, even checking to see if any were avalible in his store, area stores or the state. (None of the 4 styles were.) He displayed customer service we all dream of.

I love my skechers! The music was really loud in the store but the sales associates were extremely helpful and the inventory was awesome.

I'm here at the sketchers metro outlet store. It's 11:30 sunday morning nobody is here. The store was supposed to be opened at 11 Called another store. And they cannot get ahold of the store manager. What is going on sketchers? pretty sketchy
