A friend recommended Spencer’s TV & Appliance for the prices and service. She was 100% correct on both counts! Although I couldn’t remember who she worked with, I was fortunate to meet Cris Drake. I appreciated his professional, no-pressure demeanor throughout the process. I liked his honesty and noticed his consistency. He meant what he said. There was NO “bait and switch” re: products’ pricing. In fact, he clearly went over my invoice line by line and was patient discussing payment options. I left the store feeling great about my purchases and couldn’t wait for delivery! That process also went smoothly. I was informed when delivery would take place, and the men were on time, efficient, professional, and they cleaned up well after installation. Cris Drake, being the awesome salesperson he is, called later that day to check if everything was to my satisfaction. It was. It is. I am happy to recommend Spencer’s.

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out appliances for our condo. The delivery and installation crew were great and reviewed everything with us. We love our new stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

Our new refrigerator was delivered when promised! The delivery team were friendly and respectful and did a great job. This was definitely not an easy delivery due to space restrictions in our kitchen. It’s beautiful and I love it. Thank you, Spencer’s!

Had a fantastic experience with these guys. Our sales associate, Ian, was so insightful and really helped me feel confident with our decision. We purchased a washer from them yesterday. Ian took the time to go over all the brands, discussed all their pros and cons, along with his personal opinion right from the start. Then left us time to browse at our leisure to make a decision for ourselves. The prices definitely rivaled some that I had seen at Home Depot. And I believe the install and removal prices were cheaper than what I was quoted at Home Depot. So overall great to not have a ton of added costs on the back end. We purchased the unit on Sunday and it was delivered and installed in less than 24 hours!! Israel was our delivery and installing specialist. He was communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable. We really appreciate all the help from everyone involved in our experience. Thank you, looking forward to knowing where to go if we need more appliances in the future.

Our delivery guy Aaron was great, super friendly and efficient. We had to get a 2nd machine installed as the first had a problem with draining. Our sales rep Dar, took care of the problem without hesitation, and provided great communication throughout. Will definitely use Spencer’s again, as they took care of us.

Very disappointed with our experience at Living Spaces. We purchased a sofa set for over $2,000 and were encouraged to buy a $300+ warranty, but the coverage was never clearly explained. After only 6 months, the fabric started showing issues, and when we tried to use the warranty, it took nearly 2 months to get assistance through a third-party company. We claim warranty again recently because the fabric is so disgusting in my opinion! We were repeatedly told the damage was “normal wear and tear,” which is hard to accept for furniture that is only a few months old. The fabric quality is poor, and the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when we visited the store seeking support. Overall, we feel misled about the warranty coverage and are extremely unhappy with both the product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be purchasing from Living Spaces again.

Purchased a sectional sofa and mattress here on a Friday and it was delivered on Sunday. They have a good selection of sofas, recliners and sectionals. The best thing I liked was that the sales floor people are super informative and helpful without being pushy. They didnt follow us around but they were available when we had questions. They have a huge outlet in the back with good prices on rugs, mattresses, sofas, coffee tables and other furniture items. They also had interest free financing for 18 months for any purchase over $2k.

I purchased furniture for my entire home from Mor furniture on East McDowell road.. Gabby and Mona were both quite patient and helpful. Nobody followed me around the store however they were there to answer any and all my questions. And I had many questions. They have both beautiful and affordable items. I am quite pleased with my furniture. The only issue I had was with a few scratches on the wooden kitchen chairs, but they took them back right away and scheduled redelivery without any attitude or problems. Thank you!!!

The attention from Roland Castro was very nice, he answered all our questions and give us our space while we decided what bed room choose. Always attentive. And from the delivery guys, I give them a not so good review, they do came at the time specified and were nice, but we were missing 2 pieces from the bedframe (2 pegs) and the marble on the dresser had a crack. We have not been able to sleep in our bed since getting it because we don’t have the pegs and the dresser needs to be swapped out still.

We purchased our couches on March 11. We were greeted at the door by Gaby Montelongo. My wife explained to her what she was looking for in a couch and Gaby walked her over to one she thought would be good. It turned out to be the exact style and comfort my wife was looking for but not the color. Gaby was able to fix that. My wife pointed out the color of another couch she saw and asked if she could make it that color. Gaby walked away to make some inquiries and returned and said yes she could get it in the brown we wanted. Gaby was a joy to work with and listened to everything we said therefore producing the perfect couch. It was delivered today, April 22 and it is just beautiful. The whole Mor Furniture experience has been extremely pleasant from start to finish. Thank you so much.

Extremely disappointing first-time experience. Zero accountability. I am incredibly disappointed with Morfurniture. I visited their showroom and spent $1,500 on furniture, largely because they promised me free delivery and assembly. However, when the delivery arrived, the driver informed me they were a third-party service and flatly refused to do any installation. I immediately called customer support to resolve this and spoke with a representative named Miguel. When I expressed my frustration as a first-time customer, his solution was to charge me another $100 for assembly, and told me I’d have to wait 4-5 days. When I refused and asked to return the items, he told me I’d be hit with a $100 restocking fee. It felt like a total bait-and-switch. Hoping to just move on, I ultimately decided to keep the furniture and assemble it myself, only to find out there were missing pieces. I called customer service back, and Miguel literally pretended he couldn’t hear me and stayed silent on the line. When I tried calling again around 4:55 PM, they had already switched straight to voicemail, even though their business hours run until 5:00 PM. This company showed a complete lack of accountability, terrible communication, and zero respect for their customers. As a first-time buyer, I am deeply regretful. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

He was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. We really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. The delivery was also fast and hassle-free. Miguel was amazing! Typically, I stray away from mattress stores as they give me the old school car salesman feel; but my experience at Mattress Firm was far from that. Miguel was friendly, very knowledgeable and was not just pressuring me into purchasing the most expensive mattress. He really cared about finding the right fit!

I don’t usually write a lot of reviews, but my experience is been so good. I thought I would take the time to write them one. I appreciate the fact that I told them I had 30 minutes to pick out a bed because I had a doctor appointment to go to and they helped me quickly pick out a bed, an adjustable frame get it all delivered and installed the next day which was quite amazing. On top of that, they gave me holiday pricing weeks before the holiday was even there, and even if they didn’t give it to me, then they will match pricing if the price happens to go down in the near future after you purchase. It’s now about 90 days after that initial install and one side of the double split king I thought was a little bit too firm and I went back and they happily helped me pick out a replacement that was more comfortable for me. Nothing they did wrong, just one person likes it more firm than the other. Second experience, there was the same, very efficient and very nice. Beds were installed the next day within 24 hours of me even ordering them. The second visit I ordered another king mattress as well. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my mattress needs.

My salesman, Nate, was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He showed me several beds and allowed me to choose which one would be best for me. I never felt pressured. Plus, I was surprised that the store was well stocked with different beds. It was a pleasurable experience and I look forward to getting my new bed.

Jordan was so nice and helpful! I went to Mattress Firm as I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress at the end of July. They offer a 120 night low price guarantee. The mattress went on sale, so I requested a refund of the difference. Jordan processed the refund right away. My experience has been great with Mattress Firm!!

Wonderful expirience. Jordan greeted us as soon as we came and asked what we were looking for. We let her know and she directed us and left us to look without any pressure. When we were ready with questions she came over and took care of all wee needed to know including pulling out different samples to try the difference of the feeling laying on it. We came to a decision. Jordon checked us out, went over everything including delivery and pick up old mattress. Such a professional and fun person. A definate asset to your company!!

We had such a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Chris. We came in looking at Purple mattresses and had a lot of questions, and he took his time explaining everything without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out is how hard he worked to get us the best deal he possibly could—he was upfront and did everything he could to make the numbers work for us, even knowing it meant less for him. That’s rare. Because of Chris, we left confident, excited about our purchase, and feeling like we were genuinely taken care of. The Scottsdale Ashley Furniture is the best furniture store in the Scottsdale area. The furniture is good quality, and prices are very reasonable. We had a great experience with Shay, our sales associate. She helped us pick out a cute table and chairs for our breakfast nook area, and we also got a chaise for my wife to recline on. She was very patient as we sat in various chairs and fluctuated back and forth on colors, etc. Have a happy furniture shopping experience at this store!

Fast and easy shopping experience. I was greeted at the door by sales associate Jesse Dixon and was directed to the area of the store for the specific item I was looking for. I made a purchase for 3,900 and then another one for $3,345. They make the insurance sound to good to be true. Don’t bother with them. The sales person told me if anything happens to my dining table kids, pets, and any guests scratch my table or my chairs leather come off insurance will cover them. It’s always a scam don’t bother on purchasing with them. They lie just to make their money.

We walked in to get couches and found ones that worked for us; and at a good price. They are stylish, sturdy and comfortable. The staff at the store were very nice. Maricela helped us kindly. The delivery staff were fast and polite. They put the couches right where we wanted. We went to the store on Indian School Drive.

Came to look for a couch and right away was pleased with the selection they had. We never felt pressured to buy anything. They answered all our questions and found the best option that worked for us. Will definitely keep coming here for our furniture needs

Very happy with our sales gal very informative very patient fairly easy transaction once we were able to interrupt her from another client. The store was larger than expected. I just moved to the area. I needed a few bedroom pieces and I will definitely look again for a living room chair that I’m in need of. Very happy with the whole transaction

Jeniffer greeted us when we walked in the door. I told her what i wanted, and she directed where to look. She also checked in with us several times. She helped me find a great chair. She was knowledgeable, and knew what I was looking for. She did a great job.

We bought a recliner last week. We were told that the delivery was on Saturday nothing than we received a text that we would receive it on Sunday no one showed than they changed to Monday between 1 and 5 it finally came at approximately 5:15 by 2 guy’s that did not speak English not impressed. Chair is nice but not happy with sales or delivery of products.

Furniture at bobs is great but make sure you deal with a friendly sales associate instead of management. The assistant manager, I believe his name was Brooks, was so unbelievably rude, inconsiderate, and unfriendly. I am shocked that they would let someone with such poor customer service skills manage a store. From the moment he came up to us, he was disengaged and seemed extremely irritated that we had asked for assistance in our purchase. I had been trying to explain something to my roommate, and he got annoyed and then made a rude comment about me to my roommate. After 15 minutes of him trying to understand what we wanted, he sent us on our way and said he would email us the information. Then he never even sent us an email. I was a guest services manager for years, and if one of my employees had treated a guest the way the assistant manager treated us, they would’ve been seriously reprimanded and definitely never considered for a leadership position.

Wow..what a great collections of home products. When I walked into the store Sarah Wheeler, welcome me. She was very nice and helpful. I told her what I was looking for. She took me to the sections in the store, that had what I was looking for. She answered all my questions gave me some ideas for my patio .. She had great knowledge of the products. I bought 6 Patio chairs and a glass table that matched And the best part, I found what I was looking for and the prices were amazing. Check this store out…oh, please ask for Sarah, she was a great help. Roger, Also, it was delivered to my home In a timely manner in perfect condition. The delivery person was very nice.

It’s such an awesome place except they don’t label anything. So when I’m trying to deliver for doordash and it tells what aisle things are on except they don’t have anything marked

this is the second time I’ve been in the store first time was to look this time was to buy. both times I noticed a young lady running around doing everything stocking greeting customers helping customers. she was a busy person. this time I asked her name her name is Sarah is one of the managers and I think she’s fabulous

The environment wasnt very welcoming. The cashiers up front didn’t greet us and had the look of “we hate it here” 😒 I was using a gift card we were given as a wedding gift and was pleased with the clearance deals. We were able to get 3 nice sized rugs, a 6qt crock pot, and a soda lol for $25 and change. We got assistance from an associate with pricing on the floor on 2 occasions and both were helpful. I may return in the future to check out clearance deals.

Sara from the 32nd st and Cactus location was superb. We went in looking for patio furniture sizing and not necessarily buying, but she was so helpful in finding what we needed. The display she had put together. was so great that we bought the whole set. The most helpful person in a retail store I have come across.

Lupita was a great! She helped me figure out a payment that was up to my standards and everything is at a low price! She was very professional and very friendly throughout the process making my experience very smoothly for me. I recommend coming if you’re looking for low prices and possibly financing.
