We came to The Mega Store looking for bunk beds, and Brandon was amazing! He helped us find the perfect beds for our kids and was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Kirsty handled our financing and was just as wonderful, kind, helpful, and made everything easy to understand. They both provided excellent customer service, and we highly recommend The Mega Store!

I was looking for furnitures for my son’s apartment and met Brandon who showed me various options in our budget range. He was patient and knowledgeable. I went 3 times before deciding on what to purchase and Brandon was always welcoming and courteous. He and Jessica helped me through the purchase process and were both very pleasant and efficient.

The first time my husband and I came into Mega Furniture we spoke with Steve who helped guide us in the right direction for a new couch and answered many questions. We weren’t ready to make our decision that day and the subsequent visits we worked with Barb who was incredible helpful! She was patient, thorough and kind, ultimately helping complete the purchase. From start to finish the experience was great and we never felt pressured or rushed. I will definitely continue to purchase furniture from them in the future! Thanks again!!

Barbara was awesome….helped me pick out a TERRIFIC couch and some tables to match! I can’t wait to get them home! Delivery did not go so well and I felt like the main/head of delivery team was VERY impatient and my sister ended up having to finish installation ourself as they left a piece out saying it wouldn’t fit but did. They were too lazy to measure and/or at least TEY to fit correctly in case it didn’t fit and they had to then remove the piece.

I first want to say thank you to the team for helping my family and me find some great furniture. There were several employees who went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one, and I really appreciate them. Unfortunately, I do want to share some concerns about our experience with Barb. From the beginning, her attitude came across as rude and dismissive. She repeatedly interrupted my family and me while we were speaking and would say things such as, “I’m trying to explain, if you could just listen.” There were also several occasions where she would huff, walk away from us, or ignore us when we had questions. At one point, I actually followed her because I was trying to get assistance, and she continued to ignore me until Jessica stepped in to help. There were also concerns regarding how the financial information was explained to us. I asked Barb several questions about what our estimated monthly payment would be and about the overall financial details of the purchase. Instead of taking the time to explain the information or walk us through the financing, she essentially told me, “I don’t know, just get the total and divide it by 18.” As a customer making a significant purchase, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a salesperson to be able to clearly explain the financial details, payment options, and costs associated with the purchase. There was also information that I felt was not properly communicated to us financially, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that one of my family members overheard Barb speaking negatively about us to another employee while we were still in the store. Regardless of how busy or stressful the sales environment may be, customers should never feel disrespected or as though they are an inconvenience. The main reason we ultimately stayed and completed our purchase was because Stephen had originally started working with us a couple of days earlier. Stephen was absolutely amazing. He was genuine, welcoming, patient, and made my family and me feel comfortable from the very beginning. He made us feel like valued customers rather than just another sale. If there is any way for Stephen to receive credit for the full sale, I would sincerely appreciate the company considering that. I also want to recognize Brandon, Jessica, and Kristen. All three were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist my family and me throughout the process. Their professionalism and willingness to help made a significant difference in our overall experience. I would have gladly given five stars based on the furniture, the other employees, and the service we received from Stephen, Brandon, Jessica, and Kristen. Unfortunately, our interaction with Barb really left a negative impression on my family and me. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Based on our interaction, I genuinely don’t believe Barb is the right fit for a sales position, particularly when it comes to customer service and clearly explaining the financial side of a purchase. The other employees we interacted with demonstrated exactly what great customer service should look like, and I truly appreciate them for that. Thank you again to Stephen, Brandon, Jessica, and Kristen for helping make the experience better.

Very disappointed with our experience at Living Spaces. We purchased a sofa set for over $2,000 and were encouraged to buy a $300+ warranty, but the coverage was never clearly explained. After only 6 months, the fabric started showing issues, and when we tried to use the warranty, it took nearly 2 months to get assistance through a third-party company. We claim warranty again recently because the fabric is so disgusting in my opinion! We were repeatedly told the damage was “normal wear and tear,” which is hard to accept for furniture that is only a few months old. The fabric quality is poor, and the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when we visited the store seeking support. Overall, we feel misled about the warranty coverage and are extremely unhappy with both the product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be purchasing from Living Spaces again.

Purchased a sectional sofa and mattress here on a Friday and it was delivered on Sunday. They have a good selection of sofas, recliners and sectionals. The best thing I liked was that the sales floor people are super informative and helpful without being pushy. They didnt follow us around but they were available when we had questions. They have a huge outlet in the back with good prices on rugs, mattresses, sofas, coffee tables and other furniture items. They also had interest free financing for 18 months for any purchase over $2k.

We had a great experience buying furniture from Living Spaces! Our sales associate, Yuseff, was great! Yuseff provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to help us with our furniture purchase! I can’t say enough about how he worked with us to make sure we were satisfied customers! We highly recommend Living Spaces for your furniture needs, and make sure to ask for Yuseff to receive outstanding customer service!

Mega was seriously the best! I did not feel rushed and forced to make a purchase. She was very patience with me while I decided and explained every detail about the purchase and aftercare. I would highly recommend going to this location and asking for Megan!

The clearance sale area is definitely worth exploring for some amazing deals, and the service team is always helpful and supportive. As an added bonus, they provide delivery services, making the entire shopping experience seamless and convenient.

I purchased furniture for my entire home from Mor furniture on East McDowell road.. Gabby and Mona were both quite patient and helpful. Nobody followed me around the store however they were there to answer any and all my questions. And I had many questions. They have both beautiful and affordable items. I am quite pleased with my furniture. The only issue I had was with a few scratches on the wooden kitchen chairs, but they took them back right away and scheduled redelivery without any attitude or problems. Thank you!!!

The attention from Roland Castro was very nice, he answered all our questions and give us our space while we decided what bed room choose. Always attentive. And from the delivery guys, I give them a not so good review, they do came at the time specified and were nice, but we were missing 2 pieces from the bedframe (2 pegs) and the marble on the dresser had a crack. We have not been able to sleep in our bed since getting it because we don’t have the pegs and the dresser needs to be swapped out still.

We purchased our couches on March 11. We were greeted at the door by Gaby Montelongo. My wife explained to her what she was looking for in a couch and Gaby walked her over to one she thought would be good. It turned out to be the exact style and comfort my wife was looking for but not the color. Gaby was able to fix that. My wife pointed out the color of another couch she saw and asked if she could make it that color. Gaby walked away to make some inquiries and returned and said yes she could get it in the brown we wanted. Gaby was a joy to work with and listened to everything we said therefore producing the perfect couch. It was delivered today, April 22 and it is just beautiful. The whole Mor Furniture experience has been extremely pleasant from start to finish. Thank you so much.

Extremely disappointing first-time experience. Zero accountability. I am incredibly disappointed with Morfurniture. I visited their showroom and spent $1,500 on furniture, largely because they promised me free delivery and assembly. However, when the delivery arrived, the driver informed me they were a third-party service and flatly refused to do any installation. I immediately called customer support to resolve this and spoke with a representative named Miguel. When I expressed my frustration as a first-time customer, his solution was to charge me another $100 for assembly, and told me I’d have to wait 4-5 days. When I refused and asked to return the items, he told me I’d be hit with a $100 restocking fee. It felt like a total bait-and-switch. Hoping to just move on, I ultimately decided to keep the furniture and assemble it myself, only to find out there were missing pieces. I called customer service back, and Miguel literally pretended he couldn’t hear me and stayed silent on the line. When I tried calling again around 4:55 PM, they had already switched straight to voicemail, even though their business hours run until 5:00 PM. This company showed a complete lack of accountability, terrible communication, and zero respect for their customers. As a first-time buyer, I am deeply regretful. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have a small unique floor plan and I was in and out of the store a few times.. Braylon was incredibly helpful and patient, even got out a measuring tape to make sure that it works with the floorplan, and I found the perfect set! Such an awesome experience thank you!

The Scottsdale Ashley Furniture is the best furniture store in the Scottsdale area. The furniture is good quality, and prices are very reasonable. We had a great experience with Shay, our sales associate. She helped us pick out a cute table and chairs for our breakfast nook area, and we also got a chaise for my wife to recline on. She was very patient as we sat in various chairs and fluctuated back and forth on colors, etc. Have a happy furniture shopping experience at this store!

Fast and easy shopping experience. I was greeted at the door by sales associate Jesse Dixon and was directed to the area of the store for the specific item I was looking for. I never felt hassled or pressured to purchase anything. Purchasing process was easy and fast. I’d definitely come back to Ashley Scottsdale and recommend to anyone looking to purchase furniture. I have to say with a doubt, this is a very reasonable furniture store with great products and excellent customer service. I am very pleased while working with Marco the store manager. He was very accommodating and super helpful with my overall sales experience and also no problems with the replacement cushion for my sectional . I made a purchase for 3,900 and then another one for $3,345. They make the insurance sound to good to be true. Don’t bother with them. The sales person told me if anything happens to my dining table kids, pets, and any guests scratch my table or my chairs leather come off insurance will cover them. It’s always a scam don’t bother on purchasing with them. They lie just to make their money.

We walked in to get couches and found ones that worked for us; and at a good price. They are stylish, sturdy and comfortable. The staff at the store were very nice. Maricela helped us kindly. The delivery staff were fast and polite. They put the couches right where we wanted. We went to the store on Indian School Drive.

Came to look for a couch and right away was pleased with the selection they had. We never felt pressured to buy anything. They answered all our questions and found the best option that worked for us. Will definitely keep coming here for our furniture needs

Bob’s was excellent. Angela Page was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me to find the perfect bed and mattress combo for my mom. Ask for Angela when you go. I will when I get my new bed. The prices are also very good and the mattresses super comfortable.

Very happy with our sales gal very informative very patient fairly easy transaction once we were able to interrupt her from another client. The store was larger than expected. I just moved to the area. I needed a few bedroom pieces and I will definitely look again for a living room chair that I’m in need of. Very happy with the whole transaction

Jeniffer greeted us when we walked in the door. I told her what i wanted, and she directed where to look. She also checked in with us several times. She helped me find a great chair. She was knowledgeable, and knew what I was looking for. She did a great job.

We bought a recliner last week. We were told that the delivery was on Saturday nothing than we received a text that we would receive it on Sunday no one showed than they changed to Monday between 1 and 5 it finally came at approximately 5:15 by 2 guy’s that did not speak English not impressed. Chair is nice but not happy with sales or delivery of products.

Furniture at bobs is great but make sure you deal with a friendly sales associate instead of management. The assistant manager, I believe his name was Brooks, was so unbelievably rude, inconsiderate, and unfriendly. I am shocked that they would let someone with such poor customer service skills manage a store. From the moment he came up to us, he was disengaged and seemed extremely irritated that we had asked for assistance in our purchase. I had been trying to explain something to my roommate, and he got annoyed and then made a rude comment about me to my roommate. After 15 minutes of him trying to understand what we wanted, he sent us on our way and said he would email us the information. Then he never even sent us an email. I was a guest services manager for years, and if one of my employees had treated a guest the way the assistant manager treated us, they would’ve been seriously reprimanded and definitely never considered for a leadership position.

Lupita was a great! She helped me figure out a payment that was up to my standards and everything is at a low price! She was very professional and very friendly throughout the process making my experience very smoothly for me. I recommend coming if you’re looking for low prices and possibly financing.

Lupita was the one who greeted my partner and I as soon as we walked in, she was very professional and gave us a quick run down and let us know there was a sale. She was very helpful when we had made our choice. My partner and I choose to get couches and a dining table both very low prices! And she was super helpful with the process, I’d recommend coming if you’re looking for something budget friendly.

If you’re searching for good looking furniture at a good price You should come and check this place out. I bought a couch the last time I was here and not only are there good deals, but the staff here takes care of their customers. They greet you at the door right away and they give you space and they’re not hounding you Which is great because you don’t feel pressured to buy something. We had a bunch of couches to choose from and the price fit us just right. You should come and check it out if you need furniture or a mattress or a painting or a picture frame.

First time in the store, recommended by my mother-in-law. Met the two beautiful ladies at the register who were very kind, helpful and have wonderful customer service. Great conversation and felt very welcomed and apart of the community. Beautiful, unique pieces throughout the store. I wanted to buy everything! Took my love back the next day to show him items for our home, and had another fantastic experience. 10/10.

Stopped by after hitting up 7 stores looking for nightstands. I should have just come here first! Incredible selection of unique furniture, fair pricing, some were a bit too expensive but I found a well made, and reasonably priced pair for $140 out the door. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need to upgrade a room. Very unique finds and warm, friendly, helpful staff. 10/10

These guys are honestly quite amazing. I went in not knowing what exactly to expect, perhaps just another furniture store with fairly typical expensive furniture. I was surprised to find that several of the items were not nearly as expensive as they quite honestly could have been. The furniture available were largely varied in style, utility, and price. I found some pieces that were a little out of my range, but then I found other pieces that seemed way cooler that were somehow affordable twice-over. I went in a couple of times, and saw different things on different visits, And it really did feel like a fun little adventure just walking around and seeing the stuff that they had. I would recommend the place for furniture shoppers who needs something specific, but I also would recommend it to people who are bored.

I only bought small things, but I like what I got (a heavy metal tray with two pitchers that looked great with it). I would never have bought these pieces if they had not been displayed. I bought them just as they were displayed. I have no designer vision. I love them. I saw things I loved, but most were over my price range. Still, I had a great time browsing through the store and will return on a fairly regular basis as the merchandise seems to turn over quickly.

The sales people are good the delivery people good. The team in Customer Service are very helpful. Let them know your needs and they will find a product for you. This is my first time my 58 years to buy brand new. They have programs to help finance. After, I am done paying my couch off. I am getting another piece of furniture slowly. Del Sol has furniture that I dream of having. I want to live a good rest of my life with the richness of the products.
