So in a business setting if somebody comes in five minutes before close or 25 minutes before closed, you honor the business and you continue taking care of the customers until the customer satisfied, and the purchases is complete. Well, whichever that was not the case and two of this other employees. They were trying to shoome out the door. The second I got there. They had no answers for me even though I know they’re very knowledgeable. I’ve been here before I did enjoy coming here. BEFORE. At the end of the day if it takes 30 extra minutes to make sure your customers are happy then do it. They sold me the wrong size gloves in the first place. I asked them to exchange it for me they absolutely would not do it. When it comes from making customers change from one place of business to the next, this is usually the type of stuff that happens.

I needed a flat repair, The staff offered to do the work & warned me of the risks of potential scratch or damage to my equipment. I offer to sign a waiver understanding something can happen and that I wouldn’t hold them responsible. I was told it could be within couple hours based on how busy there were. Within 10 minutes I received a call commenting that they’re unable to get the bead to break free….. after multiple tries 3ven….. so unfortunately I have to take my business elsewhere. I usually use the Bell road location but unfortunately there tire machine is down and has been for more than a week and the technician won’t be arriving for another 5 days. I guess I have to do this by hand since their machines are incapable. Greatly appreciate the service at both stores nothing bad to say about them or the service, other than neither location could complete what I needed (a flat repair). As you seen the photos it doesn’t go on a motorcycle they are front wheels with specialty hubs mounted on this petty cab and the 3M blue reflective is what they were worried about damaging which I wasn’t worried about because I could replace easily.

Ran into this place accidentally (and not literally) to find great service and great prices! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! Bought this bad ass jacket for a great price so I can look way faster than I actually ride.

Mr. Brendan is a wonderful person; he helped us with everything we needed for our first dirt bikes. He was very patient with us, even though English isn’t our first language. I recommend this place 100%; in the end, he gave us a 10% discount on our purchase.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my motorcycle, and Dylan made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. He made sure I understood all of my options and worked hard to help me get exactly what I wanted. As a first-time motorcycle buyer, I really appreciated how easy Dylan made everything. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. If you’re looking to buy a motorcycle, I highly recommend asking for Dylan. Thank you for making such an exciting purchase such a positive experience!

Service dept is lacking. They had promised me a one week turnaround and two weeks later I’m following up for the third time just to be told that my software update was not completed because they’re waiting on a tire when I initially brought it in for a software update and added on the tire service because I thought it was cool for it retire installation but it was clearly a bad idea because I had no response from the team in regards to the delays or the fact that they didn’t complete the initial service and state that they were waiting on the tire to be installed before they would update a software issue. Needless to say I have been here before for other services but I will never return to this location again unless I am compensated for my time which is only fair as I am being charged for their time. I have also bought multiple motorcycles from this location and if this is not resolved I guarantee I will never return to this location nor will I ever refer anybody to this location and I am a part of a huge powersport community whether it be side by sides motorcycles four wheelers or dirt bikes. Get back to the matter is my daughter turned 16 today and did not have her three-wheeler that was supposed to be her birthday present all because of the lack of customer service experienced from what I guess is a company that has an overabundance of customers and doesn’t need to worry about quality of service or care for their clients.

From the very first phone call with Jazmen to schedule my appointment, all the way through the moment I rode away on my brand-new motorcycle, I can honestly say that my experience with this dealership was exceptional. As a first-time motorcycle owner, I had a lot of questions, a lot of excitement, and, admittedly, quite a bit of uncertainty. Ryan Cooper went above and beyond from beginning to end to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable about the specific motorcycle I was interested in and was always willing to take the time to answer every question I had—no matter how basic or repetitive it may have been. Since I had very limited knowledge and experience with motorcycles, I really appreciated how patient he was and how he never once made me feel like I was asking a “stupid” question. Instead, he took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense and helped me feel more confident about making such a big purchase. What really stood out to me was how genuinely invested Ryan was in making this a great experience for me. He advocated for me throughout the financing process, helped me understand my options, and offered personalized recommendations when it came to riding gear and getting started as a new rider. He wasn’t simply trying to make a sale—he genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was making the right decision and had what I needed to start riding safely and comfortably. Ryan’s personality and positive energy were also a huge part of what made the experience so memorable. He seemed almost more excited than I was about me getting my first motorcycle, and that enthusiasm was contagious. He shared personal stories and experiences from his own time around motorcycles, which helped make the entire process feel much more relaxed and personal. Rather than feeling like I was just another customer walking into a dealership, I felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely wanted to share his passion for motorcycles and see someone else experience that same excitement. Buying my first motorcycle was a major milestone for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me through it. Ryan’s patience, knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine personality made an already exciting experience even more special. He truly went above and beyond, and I left the dealership not only thrilled about my new motorcycle, but also feeling much more confident and prepared to begin my journey as a rider. I also want to give a huge thank-you to Jazmen for making that initial interaction so easy and welcoming and for helping get everything started. If you’re considering purchasing a motorcycle—especially if you’re a new rider—I would highly recommend giving this dealership a visit and asking for Ryan Cooper. He is an outstanding representative of the dealership and, more importantly, an outstanding person. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of the time, patience, and effort he put into helping me get my first bike.

Decent prices, good selection. The line at the gun counter is crazy. They need more help back there. And the last time I bought a firearm, the kid started helping me right before his shift ended and was rushing like hell to get out of there. Nice kid, but it was not a good shopping experience. But other than that, one time I’ve always had good help over there. I just wish they could have a couple more guys back there. To help with the wait time

I went into Sportsman’s Warehouse today and Treston made the entire experience extremely comfortable and informative. Definitely would NOT recommend this shop. They’ll send you down the road on an un-test driven bike after they “work” on it and could possibly kill or seriously injure you. Take zero responsibility and will not even bother to return your phone calls and/or messages. Plenty of other reliable bike shops in North Phoenix.

My Harley warranty expired, so I now need to source my own mechanics and parts. Mototire on cavecreek came highly recommended by my motorcycle group AZ Riders. I stopped in to get prices on a rear tire. They also performed a courtesy safety inspection on my bike. Now some of you out there might say that a safety inspection is just a way to “upsell” you. I ask you this. How much is your life worth riding on two wheels? Anyhow I regress! I had the privilege of having Chad as my service writer. He is a stand up guy and explained things to me rather than telling me, I needed to replace parts. He has Harley master technicians on staff, but services a wide range of motorcycles. He runs his business in a way that all business owners should run their business. He cares about his employees as well as he wants to earn your business. If you need any kind of service done on your bike, I suggest you give them a call!

Whoa. These guys truly go above and beyond. I’ve never experienced this level of care from any repair shop, especially with motorcycles. They went out of their way to help my son save as much money as possible without us even having to ask. It just seemed like second nature to them. Chad, you are one of a kind. Was visiting from Hawai’i and ended up buying a bike from Sun & Ski mostly because Dillon and Nathan in the bike shop were so incredibly helpful. They offered to box up the bike for me to check on my flight home after allowing me to ride the bike for a week on some of the great local trails. It wasn’t until I got home and opened the box that I understood the care and time that had been put into packing the bike to be sure it wasn’t damaged in transit. Truly exceptional service from beginning to end!! Mahalo Nathan and Dillon!

Best kept secret for bike buying in Phoenix. I wouldn’t buy a bike anywhere else—period. After nearly a month of research trying to find the right bike for my needs, I kept coming back to one place: Sun & Ski Sports. And now I know why. Jessica, Aaron, Dillon, and Nathan were outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to dial in proper sizing, walk through components in a way that actually made sense, and answer every question without a hint of pressure. That kind of honest, knowledgeable service is rare. I walked out confident—not just in the bike I chose, but in the value. I did my homework… extensively. No one came close on price for the quality I got. If you’re serious about getting the right bike and want a team that genuinely cares about getting it right, this is the place.

Landis has the best people working there. All of them are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been there a few times during the tandem bicycle restore I am working on. They are always helpful and answer all my questions, even ones I didn’t know I had yet. When I first started this project I was ordering stuff from Amazon and Ebay. I ended up in the shop for a part I couldn’t find and also didn’t feel comfortable ordering sight unseen. Sure wish I had just started coming here from the beginning. Their prices are either the same or better and the quality is guaranteed and comes with an expert to tell you how to install and maintain it. They will for sure be seeing more of me here. Traveled to Phoenix from Ohio, bike damaged in transport, so I took to Landis. Excellent shop with wide variety of bikes and accessories. Well stocked. And, more importantly, a large shop with ample staff who immediately took control of my unique situation. 2 mechanics worked on the issue for 20 minutes to resolve. They were dogged in finding a solution, which they did. I was back there 2 days later after flat that could not be repaired. Purchased a tire, they installed. Absolutely love Landis Cyclery! The staff here are incredible—every single person I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. Whether you’re an experienced rider or just getting started, this is the place to go. I came in totally new to cycling and training for my first triathlon, using a friend’s bike that needed a full tune-up. Avoid if you are female. Bought 4 bikes here including one this month. Not calibrated, derailer was not lined up in higher gears on first ride. Brought back within one week of purchase and told it was fine. Had a video proving otherwise. Sent away without repair because told I would need to leave it for a week for a quick derailer adjustment? On a brand new broken bike? So I left, texted the video to bike friends, and they all had the same assessment: I was being gaslit for being a female cyclist and to go back in and drop my male cyclist friends names. Note: I am a CEO and fairly skilled at getting teams to take responsibility. Friendly requests typically work. Not here. Moral of the story: don’t shop here being female. 30 year bike commuter with 20 year history of buying bikes at Landis won’t fix sexist comments. It also won’t fix mansplaining, including comments like this: “you probably don’t want to bike that fast,” when I said I needed to use the higher gears that were clicking. It also won’t fix this veteran biker being treated like a novice. Thinking there might be a technical issue with that year’s bike, I asked that the gears be calibrated to the highest 3 gears, as I can live without a few if the lowest gears in flat Phoenix. The response? More mansplaining. “You shouldn’t ride with just high gears, you’ll wear out the gears”. Duh. Who said I would? Speaking words here as a female gets very little understanding. They also refused to watch the videos. Avoid. I should have driven to another store with a better track record selling Treks. Never again. Second video was after they turned me away the first time, and I came back after recording the same problem 5 minutes later after texting bike friends. If you must visit, stand your ground, and drop male cyclist names. Team: do better. Read and respond. Apology would be nice.

Been shopping at this location since 2017/18 and always had the best experience, special thanks to all the nice people working here. Last week I needed some help with my second backpacking trip to Havasupai and met Alec in the store. I was so surprised that he went above and beyond for me and my questions and recommended several good options not only for the hike but for the car camping as well. Since the experience was so great, I texted my friends from out of the state and asked them to use REI at Paradise Valley for their purchases. Hence proved again and again, the REI is the best option for your outdoorsy needs. Thank you brother Alec!

Not sure what happened to REI but I just had the most bizarre and uncharacteristic experience when returning a pair of sneakers. The woman at the counter handed me a tub of bleach wipes and instructed me to wipe down the bottom sole of the sneakers. Sure, hand over the caustic chemicals and let me get to work with my bare hands. So I did my best and then advised her that the brown dirt stain on the bottom of the sneakers would not come clean. She told me to try again. I expressed my confusion because this just seemed highly unusual. The sneakers were clearly eligible for return and the top part (all parts visible when worn) was actually like-new and clean as new. She decided to call a manager. Okay. Apart from her I’ve always enjoyed meeting new REI employees. Her aside, they’re knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Anyway, the manager said the shoes were fine so my assigned chore came to an abrupt and welcome end. The manager explained they are simply trying to create a consistent experience when it comes to returns. Well, be that as it may, this experience was highly INconsistent with anything I’ve ever experienced at REI in over two decades of shopping there. Is showboating the new REI vibe or is this perhaps a new and overly eager employee who has not yet assimilated in to the company’s culture? I guess time will tell. We called ahead for the men’s Hoka’s my husband was looking for. The phone showed 1 pair in store in his size. I spoke with Dillon. He was able to confirm he actually had them and the he held them in the shoe department for us. (Husband wanted to try them on just in case). We got there, shoes were there and they fit perfect! Thank-you Dillon! Thank-you REI!

Stan is the man! He helped us pick out a bike rack for our car today and answered all of our questions and even let us try it on the car to see if it would fit. He’s the definition of excellent customer service. Thanks for your help!

I would like to thank all the awesome folks at Nash Powersports Phoenix. They made my buying experience absolutely amazing. They made me a great deal on my trade-in. The UTV I bought is great fun and will be used extensively in the White Mountains, where I live. I would recommend these folks anytime. .

Not only are they knowledgeable about off road, on the water but they are also knowledgeable about on the road. Going from a Tuned S1K to a new bike I needed something that would compare and compete and they got me just that with a 2026 ZX10R. Colin my salesman was amazing and made the process effortless as possible. Finance was amazing and super friendly! Can’t wait to get many more bikes and gear from Nash!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience with Albert at Nash Powersports Phoenix! I recently purchased a 2026 Can-Am Maverick X3 Max X RS Turbo RR with Smart-Shox from Nash Powersports Phoenix, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Albert was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Albert took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable and informed before making my purchase. There was never any pressure—just great customer service and genuine care for his customers. What really stood out was that he even offered to deliver my new Can-Am along with my new trailer, which went above and beyond my expectations. If you’re looking to buy a side-by-side, ATV, motorcycle, trailer, or anything else from Nash Powersports Phoenix, I highly recommend asking for Albert. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Albert is the man! Thank you, Albert, for the excellent service and for helping me get into my new toy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I drove to Phoenix from Los Angeles to pick up a 300 xcw. Christopher, my sales rep, was amazing before, during and after the transaction. He was reasonable, accommodating , punctual and most importantly willing to help me secure an amazing dirt bike. I cannot recommend Christopher enough! I spoke to him on the phone prior to coming out there and the deal DIDN’T change when I came in the store. He’s a man of his word and that organization will definitely receive more business from me. 5 stars for sales, and the service for the PDI. Thank you so much.

This was my first time ever stepping into a power sports store, and Nash Powersports completely blew me away. I was genuinely impressed with the inventory they had on hand, and even more impressed knowing they could easily order anything that wasn’t available in-store. My family came in because we’re starting to build our collection of all-terrain vehicles for future family fun, and the experience could not have been better. Albert was quick to assist us and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what would best suit our family and made sure we were matched with the right vehicles for each rider. There was no pressure — just honest guidance and insight. We ended up purchasing two vehicles and couldn’t be happier with the competitive pricing and overall experience. I absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for quality machines and a team that truly cares about getting you into the right ride.

I’ve owned four Can-Ams, and my experience with Nash Powersports Phoenix was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue wasn’t just the failed repair — it was the dishonesty and conflicting information throughout the process. I brought my Maverick R in for an oil leak and was told it was repaired. The exact same leak returned shortly afterward. I eventually drove roughly six hours to bring it back, and they kept it for about five weeks. During that time, I was repeatedly given conflicting information about what was actually wrong, what repairs were being performed, and the condition of my machine. After finally getting it back, the same oil leak returned AGAIN on my first trip and is now substantially worse. Repairs can fail. What I can’t accept is being misled, given conflicting stories, and seeing zero accountability when the same problem continues. Based on the dishonesty and the way this was handled, I would never trust Nash Powersports with another vehicle.

We just bought a 2025 21′ Sea Doo Switch Cruise boat from Nash Powersports in Phoenix and everyone was AMAZING and treated us like family! We were out at the lake and decided last minute that we wanted to buy a boat. Bill and Brandon helped make sure our team in Phoenix was the best of the best! Ryan, the general manager, was wonderful to work with and made sure that we got everything that we needed! Caleb was originally helping us with our purchase, but they told us that he had to go home early, something about volunteering at a farm, bottle feeding donkeys. Albert took over as our sales guy and made our purchase smooth like butter! Jarrett and Jace, the service guys, had our boat quickly put together and did an amazing job on short notice! Eric, the service manager, made sure everything was perfectly done and that our boat was safe to drive off of the lot that day so that we could enjoy it that weekend with our family! Jake took care of us, helping us pick out accessories for our new boat, and making sure that we had all of the safety equipment that was required to get us lake ready! Chuck, the finance manager, was great and he helped us pick out the best options for us for warranties and service. He also made the paperwork quick and painless (well, as painless as purchasing any new vehicle can be)! I am sure I may have missed some names because everyone there was extremely helpful and I know others were helping out in the background to get us taken care of. Everyone stayed late on their Friday to make sure that we had everything we wanted and needed so that we could be out on the lake the next day, enjoying our new boat and making memories with our family! We are repeat customers of Nash Powersports and we will be lifelong customers for sure! If you are planning to buy a Can Am, Sea Doo, motorcycle, or any other expensive toys, don’t hesitate to call Nash! They will take care of you!

As a beginner E-Bike owner, I had a lot of questions. Jacob was friendly and super helpful answering all my beginner questions, as well as getting me a reliable brand of E-Bike. The shop put together my bike with no scratches or dents, and they made sure to let me know my bike’s features and how to use it.

Jacob was so friendly and helpful today at the store. It was our son’s 13th birthday and he was able to test out some bikes and special order one. We thought it would take weeks then Jacob ran out to the parking area to tell us they could get the exact bike our son wanted in just a couple days. We really appreciated Jacob’s knowledge and how nice he was. We also love the tune ups for life program. Thank you so much!!

I have been going to this shop since I was about 12 years old. Never had one complaint they have always taken care of me and anyone I refer. I live in flagstaff now and could not find a good shop. I came home for the holidays and they were able to do all the service I need for under $100. Plus my 2015 Bike I bought from them was still covered under the life time warranty. Best Shop ever in my opinion!!! Thank you Global Bikes !!!

Lectric Bike customer service is great. For my last repair, Ben guided me through what looked like a very complicated control box repair. Give Ben a raise! After my first eBike was stolen three and a half years ago, I purchased a Lectric Bike 2.0 step-thru. Now, I have 5,225 miles on the bike. I’m on my third set of disc brake pads and I replaced the battery at 4,000 miles. The battery was getting flakey and a Colorado winter was approaching. Recently, I had to swap out the control box. Lectric Bike sent me a new control box at no charge and with YouTube videos, phone calls and photos exchanged by text, I was able to make the switch and now the bike is ready for another few thousand more miles.

We had an incredible experience at the Lectric eBike store today. We stopped in expecting to browse, but ended up purchasing a bike after the team offered us a great deal on one of their scratch-and-dent models. What stood out most was the customer service. Everyone who helped us was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer our questions, help us choose the right accessories, and get our family bike set up for riding with our baby. They even worked with us on pricing for the accessories, which made the whole experience feel even more supportive and customer-focused. At no point did we feel pressured or pushed into buying anything. It felt like they were focused on helping us find the best solution rather than making a sale. This was honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re considering a Lectric eBike, I highly recommend visiting the store in person. The team went above and beyond, and we left feeling confident, excited, and ready to start making family memories on our new bike.

Great bike! Very easy to assemble. I bought this bike to get back in shape, Im 73 years old with bad knees. I love the construction, power and handling of this bike, it is a Xpress 750. It handles the Ghost Town Trail in Western Pa extremely well. The trail is crushed limestone.

I ordered 2 bikes at once. Both experienced damage during shipping. They ship these 90 pound xp4 bikes in thin light duty boxes that cannot hold up to that heavy bike moving around. I expressed my concerns, sent pictures and was told they would be forwarded to the supervisor. I got nothin. I deserved a response of some sort. Thankfully I was able to hide most scuffs with a strategically placed pinstripe. Im concerned the bike was hit hard enough that damage may reveal itself later. I guess I deal with that when it happens. Make your own case. If I could do it over Id probably avoid buying something like this online and avoid the shipping hassle. A response reassuring me they have my back if something is wrong would have meant a lot. Not sure I care for how this company does business.

A Commuter’s Review after 2000 miles on the Lectric ONE This review is for anyone considering the Lectric ONE. To put it simply: buy it. This bike is worth every penny and has completely replaced my car for my daily commute. I love riding it so much that it makes me look forward to going to work. Why I Chose the Lectric ONE As a former bus driver who hadn’t ridden a bike in 30 years, I spent a lot of time researching e-bikes. My checklist was simple: I needed something reliable, safe, easy to ride, and built for commuting long distances. The Lectric ONE stood out because of its carbon belt drive, which meant no messy chains and little to no maintenance. It also featured automatic shifting, a huge plus for someone who swore off constant gear changes after driving a stick shift in L.A. traffic. My Riding Experience The bike arrived a week after I ordered it and was easy to assemble, taking me only 20 minutes. My first ride was incredibly smooth. The Smart Shift system works seamlessly—you simply stop pedaling for a second and it automatically shifts. The handling is grounded, the brakes are tight, and as someone with no bike experience, I felt a ton of confidence. I ride 32 miles a day, and the battery life has been excellent. On full pedal assist (PAS 5), I get 25–30 miles per charge. On lower settings, I can get up to 60 miles. The only real drawback is the lack of suspension, which means you feel every pothole. I highly recommend getting a suspension seat post and a cushy saddle to make your commute more comfortable. I’ve had a couple of crashes, but thanks to wearing a helmet and the bike’s tough build, both the bike and I held up well. After each crash, Lectric’s customer service was phenomenal, sending me all the replacement parts I needed for free. Final Thoughts The Lectric ONE is an incredibly reliable, easy-to-use e-bike that can genuinely replace a car for around-town commuting. While it’s not a mountain bike and won’t handle rough trails well, you won’t find a better bike for paved roads and daily commutes at this price. This bike has been life-changing, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed if you decide to get one.

Where can I get a bike?

You can purchase a bicycle from local bike shops or specialized retailers throughout Phoenix. These shops offer a variety of options ranging from entry-level models to professional-grade equipment, often providing the added benefit of professional assembly and fitting.

    How much do bikes cost?

The price of a bike varies significantly based on the intended use, materials, and components. While basic commuter bikes are relatively affordable, high-performance mountain or road bikes involve higher costs due to advanced engineering and lightweight materials.

    Do bike shops do trade-ins?
