I’m glad I call this company, Randy was amazing very knowledgeable . He had my year and a half washer fixed. In a matter of minutes. I will definitely use this service again. Prices are very reasonable.

Johnathon was helpful and polite. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was easy to work with. 125.00 for a diagnosis and a 5 day wait for a part before a possible 175.00 install is a bit much to be charged though. I appreciate the offer to only charge another 125.00 for a return visit but 250.00 plus a100.00 part for a job that would take less than an hour but stretch over a week because of the five day wait for a part is not good business in my opinion. I would have been a return customer if one of the fees for a visit was waived due to the wait for a replacement part.

I would not recommend this company. The technicians (two younger guys came) are least knowledgeable and unethical. I called them to look at my Viking range. It was not heating up. They came. Took the pieces apart, broke the cabinet, left the heavy viking range sitting on the face of the cabinet. Left the pieces unassembled and did not tell me that the cabinet was broken. Also, the office told me that the charge was $155. They were asking from me $250. When I wanted to call the office, they just rushed and left. They wanted $1600 for the repair and told me that control board, selection switch and fan limit switch need to be replaced. I called Anderson Appliance Service, Steve came and noticed that the mode was timed instead of manual. Otherwise the everything was working fine. Since I already had control board ordered from Viking parts, I had it replaced. But I ended up paying more as Appliance Care left the pieces unassembled and broke my cabinet. The technicians do not know what they are doing and dishonest.

Kurtis came out to my home last Friday after my ice maker quit working with company scheduled to come in. He spent some time troubleshooting & told me what he believed the issue could be. He picked up the necessary parts & returned the following Tuesday. Of course, the ice maker started working again on Saturday. This presented the issue that he could not check as it was working again. He offered me the option of replacing the most common-also cheaper-part & if necessary he’d return. After we discussed it, he advised just waiting & returning if necessary. I really appreciated his honesty & I feel he is incredibly professional. I would highly recommend this company & plan to continue using them for any other issues.Kurtis returned last Thursday-the 25th of May & replaced the ice maker. He told me to wait 48 hours & if I didn’t have ice, to let them know. Since that hit on the weekend-I waited until today-June 1st & let them know it wasn’t working. Kurtis returned this afternoon & replaced the sensor valve. Hopefully that will take care of it. I’ll wait another 48 hours to find out, I guess. Kurtis is a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

David Rocha did an outstanding job repairing my freezer. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had my freezer working again in no time. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. It’s hard to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend David Rocha to anyone in need of appliance repair!

My service man David was excellent as was Brenda at the office when I called in to make an appointment. They delivered what they promised. David was punctual and texted me 30 minutes before he was going to arrive. We had just moved into a new house and had a refrigerator that had been disassembled to get through the doorway. David came over and put it back together perfectly slid it into place and even helped me locate a replacement filter cover that I had cracked. Highly recommend!!

Patrick did an excellent job with our ice maker repair. He was professional and friendly. The repair was quick and he took the time to ensure everything was cleaned up prior to leaving.
